Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett is showing signs of pulling ahead of the Democratic competition in the race to determine who faces Wisconsin Republican Gov. Scott Walker the high-stakes RECALL that has national implications.

Not only did Barrett lose to Gov Walker just over a year ago, but his record as mayor of Milwaukee is shameful.

Consider these statistics from Barrett's 8 years as Milwaukee's mayor:

* Under Barrett, Milwaukee has had one of the worst job creation rates of any city in the U.S. with unemployment as high as 27% - about 3 times the national average!

* Milwaukee has one of the worst graduation rates in the U.S. - ranking 9th worst.

* He raised taxes on working class families in 7 out of the last 8 years - with property taxes up a whopping 24%

Compare and contrast that to the conservative governance policies of Gov. Walker.  Gov. Walker has proven that Tea Party principles are the answer to Wisconsin and our nation's economic problems.  In one year, he took a $3.6 billion state budget deficit and balanced the budget, all without raising taxes. It is these policies and Gov. Walker's record, that prove they work, that we have to defend!

With Barrett's abysmal record on jobs and taxes, we find it laughable that he would now attack Gov. Walker on these issues.  He actually accuses Gov. Walker of not focusing on jobs and being politically divisive and representing special interest!  Well, it looks like our opponent that has been running of campaign of distortions and lies has found the perfect front-man.

With the RECALL election right around the corner, the public employee unions have pledged to spent $60 million on their RECALL effort to viciously attack Gov. Walker and distort the truth about the success of his governorship.

Tea Party Movement to Unveil New Push

The Tea Party Express (TPE) sent out a self-promoting email to its email list praising Rep. Michele Bachmann’s Tea Party response to the President Obama’s SOTU address. Some talking heads and some Republicans were critical of Rep. Bachmann presenting a SOTU response outside the sanction of the Republican Party; indeed the GOP provided an excellent rebuttal itself with Rep. Paul Ryan. Ryan has written a book and has a plan to tighten the Budget that has irked most of the spend-happy Dems but has received praise from his fellow Republicans and even a few Dems. Nevertheless, it was an appropriate for a Conservative Republican to deliver a SOTU response for the mere fact that the Tea Party Movement was the focal point of giving spend-crazy Dems the boot from the House and slandering the Dem majority in the Senate.

When the news first hit that the Tea Party would have its own response to President Obama’s State of the Union, Michele Bachmann and the Tea Party Express were immediately attacked from the news media and liberals.

Some even successfully pressured and manipulated various TV networks to NOT broadcast  the response from Tea Party Express and Michele Bachmann.

But in the end "We The People" prevailed.  In fact, their efforts to silence us backfired, and Congresswoman Bachmann's response became the most talked about element of the State of the Union Night.  Saturday Night Live led off their broadcast this weekend by opening not with Barack Obama but instead paying homage to Michele Bachmann.

The message is clear - the Tea Party was not stopped, and the voices of We The People were heard loud and clear, as Rep. Michele Bachmann courageously gave voice to the tea party principles of fiscal responsibility, Constitutionally limited government, and called on Obama to stop pushing this country deeper into debt.

Washington, Jan 25 - Two years ago, when Barack Obama became our President, unemployment was 7.8 percent and our national debt stood at what seemed like a staggering $10.6 trillion dollars. We wondered whether the President would cut spending, reduce the deficit and implement real job-creating policies.

 
Unfortunately, the President’s strategy for recovery was to spend a trillion dollars on a failed stimulus program, fueled by borrowed money. The White House promised us that all the spending would keep unemployment under 8 percent. Not only did that plan fail to deliver, but within three months the national jobless rate spiked to 9.4 percent. And sadly, it hasn’t been lower for 20 straight months. While the government grew, we lost more than 2 million jobs.

Here are unemployment rates over the past ten years. In October 2001, our national unemployment rate was at 5.3 percent. In 2008 it was at 6.6 percent. But, just eight months after President Obama promised lower unemployment, that rate spiked to a staggering 10.1 percent. Today, unemployment is at 9.4 percent with about 400,000 new claims every week.

After the $700 billion bailout, the trillion-dollar stimulus, and the $410 billion spending bill with over 9,000 earmarks, many of you implored Washington to please stop spending money we don’t have. But, instead of cutting, we saw an unprecedented explosion of government spending and debt, unlike anything we have seen in the history of our country.

 
Deficits were unacceptably high under President Bush, but they exploded under President Obama’s direction, growing the national debt by an astounding $3.1 trillion-dollars.

What did we buy?

Instead of a leaner, smarter government, we bought a bureaucracy that tells us which light bulbs to buy, and which will put 16,500 IRS agents in charge of policing President Obama’s healthcare bill. ObamaCare mandates and penalties will force many job creators to stop offering health insurance altogether, unless yours is one of the more-than-222 privileged companies or unions that has received a government waiver.

In the end, unless we fully repeal ObamaCare, a nation that currently enjoys the world’s best healthcare may be forced to rely on government-run coverage that will have a devastating impact on our national debt for generations to come.

For two years President Obama made promises just like the ones we heard him make tonight. Yet still we have high unemployment, devalued housing prices and the cost of gasoline is skyrocketing. Here are a few suggestions for fixing our economy:

The President could stop the EPA from imposing a job-destroying cap-and-trade system.

The President could support a Balanced Budget Amendment. 

The President could agree to an energy policy that increases American energy production and reduces our dependence on foreign oil.        
  

The President could also turn back some of the 132 regulations put in place in the last two years, many of which will cost our economy $100 million or more.    

The President should repeal ObamaCare and support free market solutions like medical malpractice reform and allow all Americans to buy any healthcare policy they like anywhere in the United States.

We need to start making things again in this country, and we can do that by reducing the tax and regulatory burdens on job creators. America will have the highest corporate tax rate in the world. Look no further to see why jobs are moving overseas.

 
But, thanks to you, there’s reason to hope that real spending cuts are coming. Last November you went to the polls and voted out big-spending politicians and you put in their place men and women with a commitment to follow the Constitution and cut the size of government. I believe that we are in the early days of a history-making turn. Please know how important your calls, visits, and letters are to the maintenance of our liberties. Because of you, Congress responded and we are starting to undo the damage that’s been done.

We believe in lower taxes, a limited view of government and the exceptionalism of America. And I believe America is the indispensible nation.

Just the creation of this nation was a miracle. Who’s to say that we can’t see a miracle again? The perilous battle that was fought in the pacific, at Iwo Jima, was a battle against all odds, and yet the image of the young G.I.s in the incursion against the Japanese immortalizes their victory. These six young men raising the flag came to symbolize all of America coming together to beat back a totalitarian aggressor.

Our current debt crisis we face today is different, but we still need all of us to pull together. We can do this. And that’s the hope we hold tonight as Americans. We will push forward to reclaim the greatness of our country and to proclaim the liberty upon which we were founded. And we will do so because we the people will never give up on this great nation.

People have heard of CNN almost from the beginning days of Cable Networking. CNN was the first competition to the (then) Big Three Networks of ABC, CBS & NBC in the news media realm. When one mentioned “CNN” in speaking, one knew that a reputable news conduit was delivering news. This was in the days that people trusted the integrity of the news as most people trust the word of a Doctor today. The Cable News Network was a trusted source of information that also made news more than a drab delivery.

Then something happened. A huge amount of the News Media made a noticeable dip towards the Left. Eventually CNN seemed to be among the most Leftwing of the News outlets. Some would argue that MSNBC might be the more Leftist.

The thing is that today when one mentions CNN and one is a Conservative, one does not think of the Cable News Network. I am guessing a huge chunk if not the majority think of CNN as the Communist News Network. When one thinks of Conservative News today, one thinks of FOX News. Not only is CNN considered Leftist by Conservatives, I could say that CNN has the image of Anti-Right.

I am on the email list of the Tea Party Express which has had its up and down moments within the Tea Party movement primarily due to words by a key Tea Party Express leader construed as using humor in a racist manner. Frankly when I heard the now ill-fated humor I did not think it as horrendous as the Left made of it or that the various other Tea Party organizations made it out to be. Certainly it was made bad taste and perhaps a little juvenile, but hey when comedy shows such as Saturday Night Live uses the race card to poke humor there is little national outrage. I found it very distasteful that the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) directly called the Tea Party Movement a racist movement when the main impetus of Tea Partiers was less taxes and less government. At the time I thought the poor taste of Mark Williams’ letter to Lincoln from “colored” people was humorous. However, going back and reading the fictional letter I can see how it was offensive and that a tit-for-tat was not a mature response to the NAACP.

Now check this out! The old Communist News Network is hooking up with the Tea Party Express to jointly put on a Presidential debate when Presidential campaigning is in full swing. I am having difficulty wrapping my mind around that. Imagine Left Wing CNN and the Tea Party Express putting together a debate that favors questions that are slanted toward Tea Party Movement thinking.

Here is an excerpt from the TPE email I received December 17, 2010 at 2:23 PM.

The Tea Party Express is pleased to announce that we have agreed to partner with CNN to host the first-ever Tea Party Presidential Debate for GOP candidates for president.

"This is a huge victory for the tea party movement.  Who would have thought even one-year ago that a major media outlet would team up with the tea party movement to host a major presidential debate?" said Amy Kremer, Chairman of the Tea Party Express.

The debate will be held Labor Day weekend in 2011 at the site of the GOP presidential convention.

"We will not only hold Republican candidates accountable for supporting tea party principles of limited government, but it also helps build further momentum for the tea party movement in getting our message heard to more and more people," Kremer said.

"We will be full partners with CNN, jointly making decisions with them about the debate, and we will ensure that this debate reflects tea party principles, and we appreciate the opportunity to have those values represented over the airwaves of CNN," Kremer concluded.

TPE and One Nation PAC Battling

If the “Force” of Star Wars fame was real then analogy could be used for Deborah Johns. As Anakin Skywalker went over to the “Dark Side” and became Darth Vader, so it seems Deborah Johns – Blue Star Mom – has also embraced the Dark Side. Perhaps to make a mental connection between Vader and Johns we could call her Dartha Johns.

The Tea Party Express has emailed another exposé of Deborah Johns and partner in Left-like smear campaign Kelly Eustis of their Political Action Committee called One Nation PAC. A quick perusal of One Nation PAC’s website evidences a Conservative Agenda; however the Tea Party Express has some serious allegation toward Johns and Eustis:

Mr. Eustis and Ms. Johns even went so far as attempting to break into our office - which we were alerted to by building security, resulting in our filing a police report against them. They stole a part of the Tea Party Express email list upon their departure, but we have retained legal counsel to take action in this regard to get it back.

They also tried to gain access to the company we use for broadcasting our emails, when their own email provider shut them down for SPAM (as a result of them stealing their list) but as soon as our own email provider saw that they were doing they shut down their account and warned them never to even consider coming back. Even though the One Nation PAC looks like a Conservative website one must question an agenda in which two prominent members are accused of PAC espionage and theft.

Sarah Palin has come under attack from these folks as well.

Over the past several months Kelly Eustis and Deborah Johns have emerged as the leading smear agents used by the liberal media to hurt conservatives and the tea party movement.  When Huffington Post, TPM Muckracker, Salon.com, New York Times, CNN and others need someone to attack the tea party movement or conservatives they know they can turn to Kelly and Deborah to smear our side.  It's happened time-and-again and is happening this week with the attacks on Illario Pantano.

The top recipients of funds recently distributed by One Nation PAC (the front group that Eustis and Johns lead) is none other than themselves - they are paying themselves to attack conservatives and the tea party movement.  Here is the report from OpenSecrets.org  - note Eusatrix is Kelly Eustis' company being used to send out the emails attacking the tea party movement and the Tea Party Express.  We believe he is their only employee, which would mean he's paying himself to attack conservatives.

Again, you'll note the money they took from conservatives was funneled right back to themselves so that they could then attack tea party supporters and conservatives such as the Tea Party Express, Illario Pantano, Gov. Sarah Palin and others:

Yesterday Mr. Eustis and Ms. Johns put out a completely dishonest press release that claimed among other things some connection between Gov. Sarah Palin and Ms. Johns and One Nation PAC.  This is a complete fabrication - in fact One Nation PAC's principles have worked to smear and undermine Gov. Palin.

If you want to know the real, and ugly, relationship One Nation PAC has really had with Gov. Palin, then look no further than the "Tweets" Kelly Eustis made attacking Gov. Sarah Palin on his very own Twitter page - here's just a sampling, there is an entire stream of attacks on Palin by One Nation PAC's Eustis:

And on and on it goes.  Pro-Troop leader Melanie Morgan came under attack from Mr. Eustis and Ms. Johns as did patriotic singer Diana Nagy.  It just goes on and on.

Some of you tried to confront Mr. Eustis and Ms. Johns about their disgusting conduct and behavior to attack the tea party and conservative movement, but the responses back have been nasty.  This is why we recommend instead to Unsubscribe from their lists and report the emails they send as SPAM.  Again, to report their emails as SPAM to the U.S. government, send an email to: spam@uce.gov

We are so sorry some of you have had to endure the vicious attacks from Mr. Eustis and Ms. Johns.  We are going to provide a sampling below - to warn those of you who don't wish to receive such vitriol to unsubscribe from their lists, do not engage them in conversation or stand out - as you could be on the receiving end of their next attacks.  In this email, Kelly Eustis attacks our supporter incredulously turning truth on its head and accusing the tea party of activist of being the one who is a SPAMmer.  Warning - Mr. Eustis uses a great deal of obscenities in the email:

In this next email Eustis makes the absurd claim that he practically started the Tea Party Express - totally untrue.  He then claims you all are "mindless followers" - which is weird since he just got done suggesting he started the group you all follow.  The blatant contradictions in one email are rather hilarious:

In the email below Mr. Eustis claims they have given more money to conservative and tea party candidates.  That's interesting, because the Tea Party Express has spent millions upon millions of dollars supporting tea party conservatives across this nation.

As we showed you, One Nation PAC in contrast has directed more money to their principles (Deborah Johns and Kelly Eustis) to fund their efforts attacking conservatives than they've given to anyone else.  What's also interesting is the response they are making to each person who writes in - attempting to badger them.  Note this email to another tea party supporter once again starts off with, "I cannot believe you are sending me this email":
