Be Free Once More

Our Constitutional Republic, once a free republic, is failing through the ignorant, uneducated and ill-informed choices of its Congressmen, Senators and American voters, and it is also failing because many Americans are culpable and willful in their support of actions and policies that negatively impact America. Far too many Americans do not understand or do not care that Obama's Siren's call for the Progressive fundamental transformation of America is found nowhere in the principles that built America, and many do not care that this is being done by unconstitutional means.

There was a time when there existed fine, decent Democrats, liberal only in the classical sense, who loved America and worked for Her in a benevolent fashion. Senator Joe Lieberman (CT) was one such Democrat, who was a foreign policy hawk. Another such Democrat was Senator Henry "Scoop" Jackson (WA _served from 1953-1983), who was a leading "anti-communist" hawk. But today, the Democratic Party and nearly all Democrats are ultra-socialist, right on the verge of being outright communists and fascists.

Democrats Kaye Hagan (NC), Mark Begich (Alaska), Mary Landrieu (LA), Mark Udall (CO), Jeanne Shaheen (NH) and many other Democrats are all currently distancing themselves from President Obama in preparation for the November 4th election. All of these Senators voted with Obama's agenda 95% of the time, according to the Congressional Quarterly Roll Call calculators. Voting for any Democratic leader is voting for the Progressive Movement's legislative agenda and Obama's fundamental transformation of America.

For six years America has careened through a sluggish economy worsened by Democrat economic policies advocated by Obama that come straight from Franklin Roosevelt's New Deal. They didn't work then and they haven't worked today, as we find approximately 100 million Americans now receiving government assistance of some sort.

Democrat policies from Roosevelt's era have been greatly expanded upon by the Progressives of Obama's new marxofascist based Democratic Party, because dependent people equal an easily controlled population. Many Americans on welfare today could have been productive, if only they had been encouraged to be independent. But, their entire lives the Democrats so convinced them that they could not succeed under the free market system and Adam Smith's Capitalism, which they never really tried. And this is immoral, but then immoral pretty well describes the entire Progressive platform of ideas.

Increasingly Americans are experiencing Progressive Democrats' tyranny, just as in California where Democrat Governor Jerry Brown and a Democrat supermajority in the legislature seized control of all ground water supplies in the state this past September, under the guise of conservation and due to a drought of their own making. More of these Agenda 21 based regulations are due to go into effect nationally in November, despite efforts to block them (HR5078), and they are setting the stage for the biggest land grab in U.S. history, in terms of power over land use, at the hands of Progressive Democrat bureaucratic political hacks and unelected despots.

President Obama can only use an Executive Order to supplement previously existing law passed by Congress, not to make new law in his current manner. When Obama issues Executive Orders, such as the Dream Act, that go astray of Constitutional limits and when bureaucracies, such as the EPA, are able to bind Americans through regulations, not law, it is extra-legal. One also is denied their Constitutional rights if forced to arbitrate any disputed matter through a bureaucrat, as this places administrative power above the law, side-stepping the courts and judges.

Along with Obama's boastful disregard for the Constitution, Obama and the Progressive Democrats have worked tirelessly to undermine Christianity and Our American Heritage, as witnessed by their support of homosexual "marriages" (nothing "gay" about it) and their assault on Hobby Lobby's position regarding birth control. They don't "mean well" and they don't give a damn about America or anything outside their Progressive ideology.

Disagree with the Democrat divisive platform and the opposition is accused of hatred: If you oppose illegal immigration, you hate Hispanics. If you have concerns about Islam in America, you hate Muslims. If you oppose Affirmative Action, you must hate blacks. And if you oppose "gay" marriage, you must hate homosexuals - "well - hmmm?" One out of four ain't bad. I'll let Ya'll figure it out. (Just joking folks - please, no hate mail).

Six years of Democratic failed policies have shown that voting for the Democratic Party is both foolish and dangerous for the nation. Our border patrol agents are used to nullify immigration law, allowing terrorists to cross our borders. The Justice Department now enforces U.S. law through race-based initiatives. Every vote for Obamacare and its death panels, the most destructive legislation in U.S. history, came from the Democratic Party. The Islamic State has set the Middle East ablaze due to Obama's and Democratic support of the Muslim Brotherhood and Obama's insistence on complete withdrawal from Iraq. And now, the incurable and deadly Ebola virus and previously eradicated diseases, like tuberculosis, are in America due Obama's "open borders" policy and his ideological idiocy.

But isn't this what Americans wanted after all - "Hope and Change"?

Americans themselves are largely responsible for their own misery. One hundred and eleven million eligible voters, 45%, stayed home in 2012, while 27.4% believed Obama's lies and pie in the sky promises and voted for "free" handouts and government benefits. 25.3% voted to be left alone by the government.

Incompetence has become the rule at many of the highest levels of government and in private businesses. Corporations like GM now seek protections and monopolies. Obama's and John Kerry's bungling will soon ensure that Iran has nuclear ICBMs, while the U.S. space program is compromised by its reliance on Russian, an old enemy renewing its adversarial position. It takes 10-15 years now to build a bridge that used to take 3 years, because of environmental studies required by the EPA. It takes an average of seven years to get a mining permit. And $7.2 trillion of new Obama debt has the U.S. debt at $17.8 trillion, undermining our fiscal responsibility to future generations.

Friederich Hayek, renowned economist, once remarked that having "seen millions voting themselves into complete dependence on a tyrant (Hitler) has made our generation understand that to choose one's government is not necessarily to secure one's freedom."

Thomas Jefferson, the third U.S. President, simply stated, "Educate and inform the whole mass of the people ... They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty."

Our Founding Fathers didn't expect government to control every aspect of the American people's lives, as Obama and the Progressives are now doing by using the IRS against political opponents and telling us what medical insurance we can purchase. The Founders had survived tyranny, and they wrote the Constitution as a promise to the American people that government would be kept out of our private lives. Nobody - not elected Progressive officials, not Obama - gets to dictate how we live our lives, and Americans can remain a free people, a republic, despite Obama's numerous lawless edicts and threats of one man rule, by sending the message in November that WE are restoring Our U.S. Constitution.

Sorry Ukraine, America voted the wrong way in 2012

The Ukraine has been invaded by Russia ostensibly to preserve peace which probably means to protect the Russian speaking and Pro-Russia Ukrainians of the Crimea part Ukraine. During his first term, Obama told then-Russian President Medvedev to “tell Vladimir I will have more flexibility after reelection.”

Last week, Obama demonstrated some of that flexibility, which in that case meant decimating our military capability.

Yesterday, Obama demonstrated more flexibility, which meant more empty words and meaningless threats. There will be costs for any military intervention into Ukraine and Crimea? Just sounds like any red line blather from the community organizer prom king.

Vladimir Putin is a steely-eyed former KGB agent. He knows America under Obama has no options and no guts. It has taken Obama almost two weeks to address the Ukraine issue. Obama already cancelled the missile defense shield for Eastern Europe.

Americans and our allies don’t trust Obama to lead anything bigger than a Gay Pride parade. Hillary Clinton offered Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov a toy reset button. Putin reset it to USSR.

Elections have consequences and the result is an absence of courageous American leadership. I humbly apologize to the liberty-loving people of Ukraine. The beacon of liberty and freedom that was American no longer shines brightly. Putin, you lucky rascal, your timing could not have been any better. America has no leader.

Meet Allen West

Allen West was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia in the same neighborhood where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once preached. He is the third of four generations of military servicemen in his family.

Allen West Remains Optimistic In Defeat

Even after his defeat at the hands of young challenger Patrick Murphy in his re-election bid, Allen West (R-FL) is apparently unshaken. The GOP House Representative attempted to force a recount in some of Florida’s counties following the election, taking almost a full two weeks to concede to 29-year-old Murphy. West is optimistic about his political future, reminding NPR on Friday that “Abraham Lincoln only served one term in Congress, too.”

West has not revealed any future campaign plans, but based on his interview with NPR’s Michel Martin, he will take some personal time after he leaves office. He promised to continue to “stand up and fight for this country,” while making sure that his two teenage daughters “grow up in a great America that provides them all the opportunities that it provided to their mother and father.”

Murphy was a large underdog in this year’s campaign, with West learning both in campaign funding and spending. Still, the Florida Democrat was able to carry the same key demographics that won President Barack Obama the swing state during the election. Specifically, women helped Murphy beat out the incumbent, who were uncomfortable with GOP stances on key women’s rights issues. Becky Bond, executive director of the CREDO Mobile SuperPAC backing Murphy, commented on the strength of Florida’s women in ousting West.

“We did some message testing, and we found out that actually not only were there women in our office who the thing they really wanted to talk about was how these guys defended Planned Parenthood and wanted to talk about different kinds of rape — they were enraged by that — but we also found that our messages about women were more likely to move voters and the voters who were more likely to move were women,” Bond said during a Washington conference for progressive political groups. “So we thought, ‘This is great, we are just going to talk to women.’”

West’s $17 million raised in campaign funds were no help against mobilized minority demographics. West claimed civil rights leaders abandoned him as he fell victim to political attack ads that he deemed racist during the summer. As a black Republican, West can find little sympathy at either side of the political spectrum. After losing a re-election bid that some believed to be a slam dunk victory, his political path may be difficult going forward.

What Price Freedom? - Or Our New Leviathan

A dark cloud of fascism surrounded the Beacon of Freedom on November 6th, as America's ill-informed and ignorant electorate rejected the ideas of personal responsibility and fierce independence exhibited by the early pioneer as he or she rose each morning and asked for nothing more than one more day to work towards success and gave thanks to God for seeing that morning's sun. By reelecting Obama, these neo-fascists have gladly embraced mindless open borders, the Welfare State, global warming/"green energy", appeasement and surrender as a foreign policy, and $20 trillion plus deficits. They have sold their Freedom for "free" contraceptives and an Affordable Health Care Act that inflates the cost more than if they had bought their own private insurance policies, and in the bargain they have ensured the enslavement of their children and their children's children to the Leviathan and those Statists who control it!

The job lay-offs and company cutbacks and closures (Walmart, Applebee’s, Krogers) have already begun in anticipation of the AHA becoming entrenched in U.S. law, especially since many small businesses are close to the 50 employee mark that forces them under its regulation, as it takes over an entire industry. Americans must not let their opposition to Obamacare wane, because its positive effects are few and its freedom killing regulations, such as imprisonment for anyone refusing to "buy" it, are vast and devastating both to the individual and the nation.

Obama's "mandate" is a fiction. He only won by two million votes, and he received nine million fewer this time than in 2008. The Republicans retained control of the House of Representatives with a 233-201 margin; and yet, Obama is proceeding with his theme that "the wealthy need to pay their fair share", as he prepares to raise taxes on all Americans by allowing the Bush tax rates to expire. He has suggested raising taxes on everyone making $250,000 or more and a return to the higher tax levels of the Clinton era.

Obama supporters echo his theme, even though the top 15% earners in the U.S. already pay 90% of the taxes. Steny Hoyer, the number two Democrat from Maryland, suggests that working families should not have to bear the burden of deficit reduction. Mary Kay Henry, Pres of SEIU, wrote in a letter to the 'Tennessee-Tribune': "We need a country where the wealthy and corporations pay their fair share. We need good jobs, we need to need to protect the vital services that millions of Americans rely on and we need to provide a pathway to citizenship for immigrants", signed with the American Communist Party slogan "In Solidarity"!

Steny Hoyer and others who voted for Obama are not only morally bankrupt, but they are economics illiterate. They do not understand... or even want to understand... that most of America's jobs are found in small businesses. They do not understand that more taxes on the wealthy tend to place brakes on new business, business expansions and the jobs that are created, thus burdening families further once the lay-offs start; fewer regulations and taxes have historically enabled and created a stimulated and vibrant national economy.

Mary Henry must not realize that current U.S. law already provides a path to citizenship for immigrants, but of course, she really meant illegal aliens, who all the Far Left liberals think souls be given amnesty, which did not work in 1986 and will not solve the situation now; legal Hispanic immigrants, who filed their paperwork and paid the fees, don't like the fact that the illegals claim their "right" to be here, expect to go to the head of the line and essentially be rewarded for their criminal behavior. However, Heather McDonald (Manhattan Institute) uses statistics to illustrate that, by and large, Hispanics did not vote for Obama due to his immigration stance, but rather they voted for him due to their own propensity towards large centralized government.

America had the chance to elect a potentially good President, Mitt Romney, who would have made the nation energy independent, but they stuck with the Fascist, who is once again preparing to tax carbon emissions by the metric ton and is positioned to close 200-400 coal plants by 2014; just this week a coal plant in Utah laid off 160 workers. So, when gas prices keep rising and people can barely pay their electric bills (projected to soon increase by 30%), Americans need only to look in the damned mirror, because they created the situation by reelecting the most radical President in American history!

While Speaker of the House John Boehner has not been specific on what goals he might set for raising new federal tax dollars, his lack of spine is apparent, as he makes conciliatory noises and once again kisses their President's backside by suggesting that compromise on the debt ceiling and tax rate is possible. Boehner did, however, recently attempt to sound tough, as he stated that he supported continuing President Bush's tax rates for all income levels.

Now that the debt ceiling "crisis", automatic tax hikes and spending cuts set to occur at the end of the year have set the stage for going over the "fiscal cliff," Obama speaks of reaching across the aisle in the spirit of compromise; however, he has shown himself in his first term as an intransigent, secretive pathological LIAR...and now we're supposed to take him at his word and join him? Not just "No", but "Hell No!" No deals should be cut with Obama...Let the Democrats be the ones to shut the government down if they will!

Obama's and Harry Reid's annual $1.5 trillion deficits have done their damage, and our economy may collapse no matter what saving steps are taken. Obama could take every penny from all of our millionaires and billionaires and still not make a dent in the nation's debt. The only chance we can give America is to 1) cut government bureaucracies 2) halt deficit spending 3) limit all spending 4) keep the current tax rates; an economic and financial collapse knows no party or race, and you on the Left are damaging the nation and everyone's future!

Obama, the Divider, and his neo-fascist supporters declare that Americans do not have the right and duty to preserve the society that so many fought and bled for centuries to build; their Utopian lust for a multicultural and transnational society is certain to destroy America if they aren't stopped, because no nation can survive long if its immigrants are not integrating into the culture and learning the common language or if its borders are not secured and its laws enforced. Obama has pitted women against the Church, unions against Wall Street and local governments, the poor against the rich, homosexuals (3% of the pop.) against the Church and the military (military cadre are retiring in droves due to the military's "gay marriage" acceptance) and race against race on many issues. His Marxist call for "social justice" is a farce, and his policies make American life insecure and unsafe, as he also ignores the Constitution, loots the U.S. Treasury, downgrades our Armed Forces and consolidates power.

There are those in America who have chosen tyranny over Liberty, but we must resist, obstruct and sabotage Obama's and the Democrats' anti-American agendas at every turn in order to save our nation, because redistribution of the wealth is not a legitimate function of the government. The sober and resolute citizens can stop this out of control government...we can stop the liberal whores who bow at the altar of government servitude; we will not negotiate the terms of our economic and political servitude, or abandon our children to a dark and bleak future, or allow Obama to create a new order founded in ideas foreign to our culture historically and an anathema in every way. And, they do not get to dictate to us under Our U.S. Constitution, as we remain defiant in our demise, if it comes to pass. To quote the great Mark Levin, "We're not good losers, you better believe we're sore losers! A good loser is a loser forever." With Freedom for All and Our Beloved America's future at stake, no options exist except for resistance ... no surrender!

Partial Recount In Allen West Race Underway

I find it incredible that the St. Luce Election Board in Florida called the race in favor of Patrick Murphy over Rep. Allen West with only a 2,000 vote lead. There are still absentee ballots out and 8,000 military votes to be counted. Obviously the military votes will go demonstrably to Allen West the former Lt. Col. hero. Then there is the case of voting fraud that favors the Democrat Murphy.

Partial Recount In Allen West Race Underway

Florida election officials in St. Luce County started on Sunday a full recount of early votes in the disputed congressional between Republican Allen West and Democrat Party challenger Patrick Murphy.

The “emergency meeting” ordered by the St. Lucie County Canvassing Board started at 7am local time, reports FOX News. An estimated 37,000 early votes will be recounted.

An elections summary report shows more ballots were cast than there are registered voters – 249095 cards for 175554 voters, or 141.89-percent. The percentage seems to be double the actual turnout. The Cards Cast was double added but not the votes as they add up.

West campaign refused to concede the race when officials declared Murphy the winner last Wednesday morning, citing voting irregularities in St. Luce and Palm Beach counties. Tea Party supporters who oversaw ballot counting in several locations declared Congressman West the winner on Saturday morning, despite published reports later that day claiming Murphy had won.

The West campaign alleged a “recount” of votes in St. Lucie County saw the congressman move from a 2,400 vote lead to lagging behind his Democrat challenger by 2,000 ballots.

“There are possible irregularities in St. Lucie County,” claims Jeffrey Scott Shapiro, a Florida lawyer volunteering for the West campaign. “On Sunday we’ll have a chance to recount the early votes and that’s a good start to preserving the integrity of the democratic process.”

The West campaign said in a Saturday statement it was pleased with the news of the partial recount.

“This decision should help shed light on the situation of this election,” the statement said. “This is the action we were seeking to ensure the results of this election were fair and accurate.”

The West campaign had said earlier Saturday that issues with the voting in St. Lucie County meant the race was still undecided.

“Late on Election Night, Congressman West led by 1,700 votes,” West for Congress said in a statement. “Following the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections’ decision to recount thousands of early ballots after a technical glitch, the margin shifted by 4,000. In order to ensure that votes were not doubled counted, we have requested that the St. Lucie Supervisor of Elections make public the poll check-in books to ensure the numbers of ballots cast matches the numbers of voters checked-in at the polls.”

In addition to the state ballots, absentee and an estimated 8,000 military overseas votes remain uncounted.

Okla. Republican Party continues dominance, captures state's entire congressional delegation

Associated Press — Republicans continued their domination of Oklahoma politics, capturing all five U.S. House seats, extending their majorities in the state House and Senate and handing GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney one of his largest vote margins in the country.

Romney captured 67 percent of the vote over President Barack Obama in Oklahoma on Tuesday and won all of the state's 77 counties, according to unofficial results. Republicans maintained control of all four GOP-held U.S. House seats, and Republican plumbing company owner Markwayne Mullin captured the sprawling 2nd District in eastern Oklahoma, the last Democrat-held seat in the state. The GOP now controls Oklahoma's entire congressional delegation, every statewide elected office and both chambers of the Oklahoma Legislature for the first time in state history.

"Republicans have had such great success in Oklahoma because they've been able to prove that conservative fiscal policies do work, and we have the numbers to back that up in the state," said Republican Gov. Mary Fallin, citing the state's low unemployment rate and high number of newly created jobs. "We have proved that conservative principles do work in governing a state."

Fallin said the success of Republicans in Oklahoma means state leaders will continue to push for the types of reforms they've championed over the last two years: a smaller, more efficient state government, lower taxes, protecting the rights of the unborn and gun owners, and a pro-business regulatory climate.

"I think we're seeing Oklahomans support those solid types of values," she said.

The governor will have even more GOP allies in the Republican-controlled Legislature. Republicans picked up two more seats in the state Senate on Tuesday to extend their majority in that chamber to 36-12. Among the GOP pickups was a victory in the state Senate seat in southeast Oklahoma's "Little Dixie" once held by longtime Democratic state Sen. Gene Stipe for nearly a half-century.

"That puts the dagger through the heart of the Democratic Party, I think," said Senate President Pro Tem Brian Bingman. "That's a big statement win."

Republicans also extended their advantage in the Oklahoma House.

Although the strength of the Republican Party in the Sooner State has been growing for more 20 years, the strides made in the last decade have been remarkable. Democrats essentially controlled the Oklahoma Legislature since statehood in 1907, but Republicans snatched control of the House in 2004 and then the Senate in 2008. Two years later, fueled by momentum from the tea party, the Republican Party captured every statewide elected office from Democrats, including the governor's mansion.

"Part of it is a trend that has been playing out for several decades, and that is Oklahoma following the trend of southern states," said Sheryl Lovelady, a longtime Democratic political strategist in Oklahoma. "Oklahoma is a populist state, which lent itself to Democratic control for many years. Populism now tends to lend itself to Republicans, who have been very good in their messaging."

Also on Tuesday, Oklahoma voters approved all six ballot measures, including a proposal to wipe out affirmative action programs in state government that the plan's supporters say are no longer needed.

Other questions approved by voters were proposals to remove the governor from the parole process, limit annual property valuation increases from 5 percent to 3 percent, exempt intangible personal property from property tax and change the way the Oklahoma Department of Human Services is governed. Voters also approved a question that allows the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to issue bonds.

It is Time to Look for New Conservatism Apart from the GOP

I watched Fox News declare Obama the winner over Romney last night. Then I woke up this morning realizing it was not a mere nightmare. I had the sullen feeling I would have if my favorite football team had lost the Super Bowl (Seahawks by the way). My poor grandkids – I had the ‘you better not mess with mood’ working. I was so certain American voters were cognizant of the last four years of lies and deception that only committed Leftists would vote for the reelection of Barack Hussein Obama.

I am writing this without too much listening or reading to either the Conservative or the Leftist spin of Obama’s reelection victory.

The American voters have spoken. And yes I am aware this was a close election in the popular vote, but let’s be honest – Obama creamed Romney in the popular vote. As of writing these thoughts Florida still had not decided who got that State’s electoral votes. Guess what! Florida’s 29 electoral votes do not matter either way this election cycle. That is how big Obama won reelection.

Ergo, a majority of Americans believe in Obama’s vision for the USA and the transnational globe. Without attempting an exhaustive list that you could add upon here are some ideas to what American voters have chosen after already experiencing four years of Obamanation.

§  Obama’s entire academic political history has been following confirmed Marxists both of the Lenin/Stalinist Communism of people’s revolution and of Gramsci’s stealth revolution of transforming society under the radar.

§  Obama’s paper trail history has been covered up by Obama spending millions of dollars on lawyers to obfuscate the birth certificate issue, Social Security Card issue, the matter of citizenship of between a Kenyan Father, an Indonesian Step-Father and a mother with Marxist inclinations yet attracted to the Muslim culture. The document cover-up is particularly disturbing with hiding academic grades and papers written with an alleged academic mentality. Why hide those papers? Speculation is Obama may have felt the affinity Marxism may have been too strong for a remarkably Socialist enamored American electorate. Or Obama’s grades may have so poor an electorate my wonder how a Marxist undergrad moved up to the graduate level of Harvard (Occidental-Columbia-Harvard).

§  Obama’s religious mentor Jeremiah Wright immersed him in a liberal form of Christianity heavily influenced by Black Liberation Theology (BLT) combined with an affinity for the Muslim culture in which his childhood was immersed.

§  Obama’s role in leading America into a Socialist State by nationalizing healthcare and raising taxes including tax coercion to provide the illusion Obamacare is a fully funded government program.

§  Obama’s increasing of the National Debt to the point that U.S. financial cliff is in sight.

§  Obama’s cooperation with UN global intentions that will compromise the rule of law embodied in the U.S. Constitution.

§  Obama’s use of an Executive Order to cover-up his Attorney General Eric Holder’s Fast and Furious scandal.

§  Obama’s lying because Benghazigate (Part 1 & Part 2) resulted in the death of four Americans especially that of Ambassador Chris Stevens who possessed the international protocol of diplomatic immunity.

§  I’m sure my fellow Conservatives can add to this list.

A MAJORITY OF AMERICAN VOTERS IGNORED THESE STAINS VALIDATING FOUR MORE YEARS OF OBAMA TRANSFORMATION OF AMERICAN CULTURE AWAY FROM WHAT HAS MADE AMERICA GOOD!

I may change my mind after I cool off from this American blindness; however at this moment I feel on a personal level I need to make changes in political allegiances because those that actually run the Republican Party are more interested in a status quo Conservatism rather than actual Fiscal Conservatism and Social Conservatism and American Exceptionalism in Foreign Policy.

I have two to four years to find that direction. I do believe I will launch the investigative process to find that godly route.

The Lord Jesus reigns today and forever and human polity will one day be one with Christ.
