Typically I make it a point to check up on statistics of submissions to my blogs. The information relating to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 are so fluid in change and unpredictability at this point, I am choosing not to check up on typically reliable Justin Smith.

I had a thought come to me as I read Justin’s simultaneous criticism of President Trump’s Big Government solutions and disdain for Dem/MSM hypocrisy for blaming Trump when past Dem pandemic/epidemic solutions fell far short.

What was that thought?

The jury will be out for some time on the right or wrong of my thought but here it is: President Donald Trump is not a Conservative. ALSO neither is Trump a Leftie/Liberal. Undoubtedly due to the nature of Trump’s billion dollar business, he has some globalist tendencies, but I don’t think he is a Globalist.

My emerging sense is Donald Trump is an American in the mold American history would have described as a statesman more than a patriot. As a statesman he makes choices he feels are good for America. That is where the jury is out. Typical Conservatives will always hate solutions that involves the government and the government-spending indulgence. A typical Leftist desires government solutions to transform society into a perceived society of what humanity should look like (even if that means intruding on individual Liberty). In the Conservative/Leftist conflict, Trump gravitates toward Conservatism but that hardly makes him dedicated to Conservative ideals.

In my opinion that puts Trump in the position of distrust from both dedicated Conservatives and Left-Wing (actually Marxist) ideologues. President Trump is going to step on everyone’s toes for what he believes is good for America. For my part, I am more pleased than displeased with Trump accomplishments. Yet look for more displeasure from Conservatives if Trump’s government solutions fail more than succeed. Unfortunately the American Left is soooo infected with Trump Derangement Syndrome, only utter Trump failure will make the Left pleased … EVEN IF THAT FAILURE IS A RUINED AMERICA.

Exploiting COVID-19 Fears - Don't Allow America to Be Exploited By Fear

Deep in the throes of the Great American Panic of 2020, someone please dip me deep in Shinola and call me a greased pig, if I should ever fall into the miserable weepy, hysteria that is not only coming from the media, but now from the President's office, and too many corners of the general public. It's almost as if President Trump feels compelled to address the COVID-19 like a Democrat, as he capitulated, after stating the virus wasn't that bad, and this only adds to the panic, a panic that has been facilitated and manufactured by the media and President Trump's political enemies, who would love nothing better than to see the U.S. economy crash and end Trump's presidency, while also opening one more door for limiting individual liberty in America.

In a normal flu season, an average of 36,000 Americans die of the flu, but according to the CDC, ninety percent of those are over the age of sixty-five, and out of 35.5 million cases for the flu season of 2018 to 2019, there were 34,000 deaths. One should recall that between 2009 and 2010, some 17,000 Americans died from Swine Flu, and America wasn't throwing a trillion dollars at it, in the manner President Trump now proposes doing with COVID-19, very similar to any other Democrat, as he wants to temporarily suspend the payroll tax without cutting any spending.

If President Trump wants to throw government money after a problem, he should focus on getting pharmaceutical manufacturing centers up and running here in America, so we are not dependent on China for life-saving medicines. For that matter, there are numerous critical components currently manufactured in China that we need, but they are no longer manufactured here (an article for another day).

Trump's proposed tax break would essentially disburse a trillion dollars in stimulus, in order to stop an economic crisis in the making, if it lasts through the end of the year. It would push the already high federal budget deficit to unprecedented levels, close to $2 trillion, and it would not really help anyone, nor would it address the actual underlying problems with the economy or any health issues. Essentially, it will fail to be of any positive benefit to the American people, and only succeed in placing more burden on the U.S. taxpayers on down the road.

More than anything else, Trump's proposal appears to be a not so veiled attempt to buy Wall Street's good graces and the election along with it, by providing more stimulus money to the stimulus that has been ongoing since October, as his administration would basically pick more winners and losers in the face of an economy that was falling short prior to this COVID-19 outbreak. He knows if his "great economy" falls, so too might his presidency, which suggests he sells his other so-called "accomplishments" short, too.

I'm no big supporter of President Trump, simply over issues tied to our national sovereignty and the Bill of Rights, but still, I don't want to see him fail and place the country outright in the hands of socialists, communists and Islamofascists. I simply wish he would trust that true conservative ideas would do even better than some of his current flawed policy positions and his lurch more leftwards.

COVID-19 now has a death rate that is trending around approximately one percent of all infected, with the latest CDC confirmed death count in America at 36, as of this writing (8:15 P.M. 3-12-2020), and approximately 1215 known cases, according to Lara Logan at Fox News. But good news from South Korea exhibits only ten percent of cases ever require any hospitalization, with less than one percent of their 7300 cases dying from the virus.

By no means do I suggest that there aren't also plenty of good, rational reasons to be concerned. As of this writing, 134,488 people have contracted COVID-19 worldwide and 4,970 of them have died. And of course, we haven't yet reached the peak of this virus in America yet, which means we have a bit of a ways to go, before we see the light at the end of the tunnel; but, rest assured, the light is there and not too far into the near future, if only people will remain calm and keep with as normal a daily routine as possible.

Even here in Murfreesboro, TN, unbelievably, I see people seemingly alarmed, although there are not any cases here, at the moment. Just the other day, I saw a pretty large gal wearing her COVID mask, while she rolled down the candy aisle stocking up on Hershey Bars, Milky Ways and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. But the signs are everywhere, big and small, as one sees many Uber drivers now wearing the same surgical masks.

More people die of cancer in America each year than will die from COVID-19, and according to the journal Science News [March 6th], only one in 500 under the age of 40 might die from this new coronavirus. So why all the panic over this virus? 

Nobody wants to die before their time, but statistically speaking, a person is more likely to be killed in a car crash or murdered in America, than die from contracting COVID-19. People need to stop acting as though the world is coming to an end and that just because the World Health Organization is calling it a "pandemic" it must be death sentence to anyone coming in contact with it.

This panic is now moving President Trump to seek a Big Government solution for a problem that will only grow government, because he and his advisors fear the reaction that would result, if he simply urged calm, good hygiene practices and carrying on one's everyday normal life. Fear has kept Trump from simply urging business as usual in the nation, while urging people to take a minimum of caution, seek testing if one thinks one has been exposed and seek treatment if one contracts it.  And instead, he has flung the door wide open to more draconian measures and an eventual complete shutdown of the nation, without any real good reason.

Now, we are also seeing the Republican Party taking advantage of this crisis to make themselves appear as the people's saviors, as numerous Republicans – (Republicans In Name Only – RINOs) -- and the Trump administration too have seemingly found a new found love for government run healthcare with the onset of this "crisis". On March 2nd, 2020, Robert Kadlec, HHS Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, suggested that part of the efforts aimed at COVID-19 should treat virus patients like disaster victims who will be eligible for federal funds. 

No amount of government money thrown at this "crisis" non-crisis can make people engage in more commerce and spend more money, if the same government benefactor is stoking fears over this COVID-19 virus. Only an assured message expressing the need for calm and carrying on with our daily routines as usual may stop the continued slide of our economy and regain some semblance of normalcy, in our society, as we all remain watchful and yet not so fearful that we can't work or feel as if we must hide behind closed doors, in self-imposed quarantines.

In response to Kadlec's proposal on March 10th, Representative Ted Yoho (R-Florida) stated: "You can look at it as socialized medicine. But in the face of an outbreak, a pandemic, what's your options?"

Such an ignorant statement coming from an elected official is part of the problem. Men such as Yoho stoke the sort of fear that adds to the panic and makes matters worse, as people have begun hoarding face masks, food and even toilet paper. Similarly, in many America towns, St Patrick Day parades are being cancelled, along with school closures and basketball game cancellations, all of which add to the fear and in reality give only a little more protection against the virus than simply following good hygiene will provide. And all of this is a disproportionate and self-destructive response to what can only be described as a fairly low level threat.

However, Democrats and Republicans alike, the petty tyrants lurking among both parties, learned a great lesson in 2008, from Rahm Emanuel, who stated: "You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things that you think you could not do before." 

Despite the high confidence that the majority of people will never get the virus and the known truth that the largest percentage, the vast majority, of people contracting COVID-19 will survive, too many people and governments across the globe are reacting in extreme fashion. 

And now, America is seeing the National Guard being activated on March 7th in New York to respond to the outbreak, even though Governor Cuomo presents it as an innocuous and benevolent act for delivering aid, medicine and food as well as cleansing and disinfecting areas affected. He has essentially set up a quarantined area with a radius of one mile from the synagogue at its epicenter, as three schools were also closed down in New Rochelle, and the National Guard was tasked with constructing "Containment centers". But, people's movements haven't been restricted, yet. 

It's one thing for our government to take extraordinary measures, in the face of violent situations, as our nation has witnessed in Boston after the Islamist terror bombing, when law enforcement carried out a military style search for the terrorists; in Baltimore when riots resulted in a military lock down of the city, as 1500 National Guardsmen patrolled the streets and residents were placed under a ten o'clock curfew. And it's quite another thing for the government to take a heavy hand in a matter quite easily handled between any individual and their doctor and a hospital staff, since very nearly any person in America, of average intelligence has sense enough to seek help and treatment from a doctor, if they fall ill; and with this current crisis, one can be most certain that everyone is on alert and staying vigilant from concern for themselves and their families. 

The government's overreaction to this crisis should worry everyone, since many intrusive laws are already on the books, just waiting to be invoked by overzealous public health officials; these laws grant nearly unlimited power to quarantine people thought to carry an infectious disease and then bill those people for their own confinement, as was done to those returning from Wuhan, China, even though the quarantines were often excessive and inconsistent with known facts and the epidemiological evidence. This crisis seems to be breeding more government authority, rather than sensible restraint and effective measures. 

Americans surely should work to flatten the infection rate curve in the country through good hygiene practices and a little well placed caution when in public gatherings, since we don't want to add to any work overload at local hospitals, but in the meantime, we don't want to allow the people, who have the effrontery to rule us, any room to cultivate any fears and exploit them to align with their adventures and ends. We must not allow government promises to save us from COVID-19, no matter the level or severity of the threat, to end in unseemly and unnecessary interventions and a government that has grown even larger and more powerful, fat and happy, at the expense of our individual liberty and our freedom suppressed, haggard and threadbare.

The Sad Truth

This informative article provides a good reason to contribute directly to your candidate of choice rather than a Political Action Committee (PAC). For that matter I stopped donating money to the National Republican Party because of the influence of Establishment RINOs who consistently vote with Dems. In 2020 I’ll be giving my money directly to a Conservative candidate, especially if a RINO needs defeated in a Primary. Indeed, RINOs are the reason I’m a registered Independent rather than a Republican.

The Sad Truth: Political Hucksters Harm the Conservative Movement

All of Conservative America would not be surprised to hear that money given to the Democratic Party, a largely immoral and criminal party, and its political action committees (PACs) is misspent and goes into the pockets of the organizers more so than it gets to any candidate, but they expect much more from the Republican Party which claims to represent the "Moral Majority". The sad truth is that conservatives are being defrauded and scammed by PAC operators and fundraisers on or near every election cycle and during every major unfolding political crisis. And a lot of self-proclaimed watchdogs sound one false alarm after another rather than expose the efforts of former allies of President Trump to line their own pockets, diverting funds away from endeavors that would actually facilitate President Trump's agenda, a major problem that is also experienced in many other Republican campaigns. 

Each new election and each new political cause finds Americans inundated by repetitive pleas for money that can and often do quickly change focus to the scandal of the day, whether it is pertaining to illegal immigration, Obamacare, Hillary Clinton escaping justice or Benghazi and Islamic terrorism. Old PACs associated with dormant issues or newly neutralized politicians are shifted to newly perceived money making issues.  

These groups run all sorts of polls and studies, and they know where the profit is to be found among conservative base voters who are searching for outsider candidates, and their scams eventually take their toll. Conservatives think they are giving to a greater cause than themselves, but when results are short due to the lion's share of the money being siphoned off by so-called "consultants", everybody soon gets burned out and quits donating money, even to the legitimate causes. 

Just prior to the 2018 elections, the Tea Party Majority Fund raised $1.67 million and donated $35,000 to candidates. During this same period, Conservative Majority Fund raised $1 million and donated $7500, while Conservative Strike Force raised $258,376 and donated nothing to any candidate. 

Put Vets First raised approximately $4 million, in 2018, and only gave $9000 to candidates. 

In 2014, out of $43 million raised by thirty-three separate political action committees, supposedly affiliated with the Tea Party, only $3 million was spent on ads and candidates facing tough campaigns often highlighted in the appeals. The rest went to operating expenses, including $6 million to companies owned or managed by the operators of the PACs, according to a study by Politico.  

Also in 2014, the Black Republican PAC raised $700,000, and it only spent one percent of those contributions on candidates and ads supporting them, according to government filings. 

It's also worth noting that the 2015 National Draft Ben Carson for President PAC raised thirteen million dollars, none of which went to Mr. Carson. Armstrong Williams, business manager for Carson, said: "People giving money think it's going to Dr. Carson and it's not ... Our hands are tied. We don't want people exploited." 

In 2016, Roger Stone's Committee to Restore America's Greatness raised $587,000 and only spent $16,000 for Donald Trump's presidential campaign.

Great America PAC raised nearly $29 million from small donations, in 2016, and donated $30,125 to candidates running for federal office. In 2018, donations totaled $8.3 million with almost $32,000 going to candidates. 

Some PACs also make large payments to vendors they own or are run by people who work for them, as an unscrupulous means to hide how much the PAC consultants are making, which is exactly what the Senate Conservatives Fund and American Crossroads were caught doing one year. Such payments don't have to be reported to the Federal Election Commission, so nobody really knows where the money goes, and all of this should set off red flags for donors, as it represents a huge conflict of interest and facilitates fine and decent Americans being separated from their hard earned dollars through the perpetration of a fraud.  

Even worse, most of these PACs prosper off of outright, blatant lies they tell conservatives. Milwaukee's Sheriff David Clarke didn't want to run for the Senate in Wisconsin, and Laura Ingraham, Fox News host, wasn’t interested in running for the Senate in Virginia. The PACs play the hero for conservative values and freedom against the many real threats of today, and some they invent, when they're actually nothing more than coastal political operatives keeping most of the money for themselves. 

All of this has severely hurt the Conservative Movement in America, by possibly being a large factor in the GOP's loss of control of the U.S. House of Representatives. This loss has severely damaged President Trump's policy agenda and has him wasting too much valuable time on defense. 

Imagine how different results might have been in 2018, if only $10 million of the roughly $177 million raised by PACs had been spent on real campaigns in the twenty House districts that Republicans lost by five percentage points or less. The extra $500,000 per campaign might just have made the difference in Mia Love's district in Utah, where she would have won, if she had only received 625 more votes. 

In Maine's 2nd District, Bruce Poliquin needed about 3500 more votes. Karen Handel, running in Georgia's 6th, needed 8000 more votes; and, in California's 21st District, David Valadao lost by a mere 900 votes. [Ibid.]

Day after day, year after year, little old ladies are called and emailed with dire news and warnings that America's future is at stake if a certain amount of money isn't raised in a specific time frame -- that the nation is doomed -- and so, these little old ladies donate money that many of them really can't afford, because they love America and believe they're making the world better. Unfortunately all they are doing is making these telemarketers wealthier. And in the meantime, conservative candidates are losing elections, biting the dust, convinced that if they had just had another few hundred thousand dollars, they might have been victorious. 

Any Trump supporter or conservative should be livid. 

Going into the 2020 election season, Conservatives must do their dead level best to make contributions directly to the candidate's campaign office, or better yet the candidate himself. Stop handing your hard earned money over to the political hucksters seeking to cash in on the angst of conservative voters and end this terrible blight on the Conservative Movement, ridding it of those self-interested confidence men acting at cross purposes to America's best interests.

Every single day someone of prominence on the left—a politician, a cable news host, an entertainment figure—accuses someone on the right of being a racist.

Here are typical examples:

MSNBC host Chris Matthews said this: “The age of Jim Crow managed to find a new habitat in the… 21st-century Republican Party."

Comedian Seth Meyers told his late-night audience that Republicans traffic “in open racism.”

Tennessee state representative London Lamar, a black woman, announced that the entire state of Tennessee is “racist. Period.” This was just after she was elected… in Tennessee! And almost every criticism of President Barack Obama was labelled racist.

The left calling the right racist isn’t new. It’s been going on for decades.

Republican Presidents Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, George Herbert Walker Bush, his son, George W. Bush were all accused of being racists. And, of course, from the left’s perspective, “racist” is essentially Donald Trump’s middle name.

To call someone a racist is a very serious charge. A racist is a person who believes that one race is inherently superior or inferior to another. It’s not intelligence, character or values that determine an individual’s worth; it’s his or her skin color.

To say that racism is foolish and stupid—not to mention evil—is to understate the case. But according to most Democrats, Republicans are that stupid and that evil. So, let’s examine some conservative policies to see if they are, indeed, racist. If they are, then the left has a valid complaint. And if they’re not, then the left is lying.

The longstanding conservative opposition to Affirmative Action is a good place to start. It was Democratic president John F. Kennedy who, in 1961, first used the term “affirmative action.” But Affirmative Action in the way we think of it now wasn’t implemented until 1970, during the administration of a Republican president, Richard Nixon.

The theory was that, because of historical discrimination, blacks were at a competitive disadvantage to other races and ethnicities. To erase that disadvantage, standards that most blacks presumably couldn’t meet had to be lowered.

One could make the case that this policy had some utility when it was first put in place. But that was a long time ago. The conservative position is that blacks have repeatedly proven they can compete with anyone without the benefits of lower standards. There are countless examples of black success in every field, at every level. The policy is no longer necessary.

But the conservative argument goes further. Study after study shows that, in the case of college admissions, affirmative action hurts more blacks than it helps. By lowering admissions standards for blacks (and some other minority students), colleges set many of these students up for failure. They get placed in schools for which they are not prepared. And high black dropout rates confirm this view.

Our God-Given Rights Are Universal

What God giveth, no man can eradicate. – Epistle of John the Houk (A little humor to state a simple truth)

I’m a the-Bible-is-the-voice-of-God kind of guy. I realize an atheist or a non-Judeo-Christian person discounts the Bible, but I’m definitely not one of those guys. Christians that look to God Almighty as the Author of Natural Law or Natural Rights believe God Almighty breathed what is Right and a knowing of what is Wrong into the human spirit. Hence these  God thoughts recorded in God’s Word carry an authority that no human legislature or human dictate can override in the sight of God -  Genesis 1: 1, 26-27; 2: 7; Romans 1: 19-20; 2: 14-15; Hebrews 10: 16 NKJV:

[Genesis] 1 ¹In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Our God-Given Rights Are Universal

It's an astounding matter to find so many so-called, self-described "conservatives" on social media sites like MeWe and Facebook who do not understand, that the very same rights enumerated and codified in Our Constitution's Bill of Rights are God-Given Rights afforded all men and women.

If any nation has not codified those God-Given Rights and makes a habit of suppressing them, as so many do these days -- including supposedly Free World countries like the United Kingdom, along with much of the Third World -- this doesn't mean those rights seek to exist.

God-Given Rights are Truisms and have been witnessed in Nature's Law, since the beginning, and they preexist any legal system and structure and any government. They are UNIVERSAL to all mankind.

Our Founders acknowledged and understood this fact. Our Declaration of Independence clearly states:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed"

And Our Founders had to fight to secure those RIGHTS.

The absence of a legal system that protects these rights in any nation doesn't mean that all of a sudden these rights no longer exists. It simply means that nation's people have somehow failed to secure those rights for their own population.

Everyone has the absolute right to freedom of religion, free speech, freedom of assembly, to keep and bear arms and self-defense, to be secure in one's home and privacy, habeas corpus, a speedy trial and to face one's accuser in criminal matters, among other things.

Our God-Given Rights are Universal to All mankind.

And when I see so many on MeWe denying this fact and misrepresenting this statement as seeking One World governance, it exhibits precisely why our nation is suffering such unrest and tumultuous times. This "Conservative" IGNORANCE is just as corrosive and destructive to the republic and Liberty as the intentional and purposeful efforts of the Democratic Party Communists.

To equate recognizing God-Given Rights belong to all men and women with a globalist agenda, especially when speaking of illegal immigration is a non sequitur and lacks a proper understanding that a nation's sovereignty is derived through its own sovereign individuals, each of which has been endowed by God with these inalienable rights.

If one commits the crime of jumping the U.S. Border illegally, that individual doesn't lose rights that have long been recognized by most of the Free World. That's just a plain fact and agreed upon since the very Founding of this nation.

To state or suggest otherwise is revisionist history.

It is this marked Ignorance that makes me almost want to leave all these social media sites and everyone on them to their own devices. Sink or Swim ... because I know the Truth and I'm going to make it just fine ... with or without them. But the nation is certainly suffering due to the poor level of education and real knowledge on both sides of the political aisle.

America is in deep trouble, even with the improvements seen under President Trump, but half the American people do not have a clue, or they are complacent and apathetic, just as long as they are getting their bread and circuses.

Conservatives Release Open Letter to the News Media: Avoid Imploding Southern Poverty Law Center

WASHINGTON, April 3, 2019 /Christian Newswire/ -- Family Research Council (FRC) today joined a coalition of 67 conservative leaders and organizations in releasing an open letter to news organizations, calling on the media to stop using data from the discredited Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) which has been exposed from within as having a culture of long-standing, long-ignored racial discrimination and sexual harassment. The unraveling scandal has so far claimed the organization's founder, its president, and a top attorney.

The letter reads in part:

"In September 2017, a group similar to the one signing below wrote a public letter to warn the news media about the untrustworthy and corrupt nature of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). We suggested then that you refrain from using the SPLC as a source. Some news organizations and individuals became more circumspect about the SPLC, but, unfortunately, some did not. That said, 2017 and 2018 produced several publications marking the beginning of a much-needed reassessment of the SPLC's self-appointed standing as America's arbiter of 'hate.'

"The SPLC's ability to deflect and parry seems to have ended with its March 13 firing of Morris Dees, its co-founder and leader for almost five decades. Dees' termination was accompanied by a terse, opaque pronouncement...Dees' firing was not the only shoe to drop. Within ten days both the president, Richard Cohen, and the legal director, Rhonda Brownstein, had left the SPLC.

"In response to this inner upheaval, Morris Dees was fired unceremoniously. Next, the management hired Michelle Obama's former chief of staff, attorney Tina Tchen, to investigate its workplace culture. This choice raises serious concerns about the neutrality of the investigation. And the choice appears particularly problematic given Tchen recently making headlines for interfering with the Chicago Police Department's Jussie Smollett investigation.

"If SPLC is interested in restoring its lost credibility with the public and remaining SPLC staff, an SPLC-initiated investigation should include...a responsible investigator to examine the various news reports over the years that have pointed to deep flaws in the SPLC and publicly lay out who within the Center knew what and when about these work conditions.

"It (SPLC) attacks anyone who disagrees with its far-left agenda, smearing them with lies and grossly mischaracterizing their work. All the while SPLC has also been imploding from within, with allegations of sex and race discrimination - which have hounded them for years - finally boiling over with the firing of Dees and the resignation of Cohen.

"SPLC has lost all credibility. We call on all media, corporations, social media companies, and financial institutions to immediately stop relying on their discredited and partisan 'hate' and 'extremist' lists."

There may have been a time when I would have questioned a law enabling carrying a gun without permits or training (I’m still not sure on the training). But the way the American Left openly attacks Conservatives physically with a bit of egging on by the Lame-Stream Press, I can see the wisdom of possessing firearms for protection. ALSO, I am more and more convinced there is an emerging American Civil War between the visions of American Patriots supporting the Original Intent of our Founding Documents AND American Leftists dedicated to the Marist-Socialist transformation of American culture.

I wasn’t born or raised in Oklahoma but I am proud to have lived here for over 20 years.

(AFP) Residents in Oklahoma will be allowed to openly carry firearms without a permit or training, thanks to a new law signed by the state’s governor.

Supporters of the law, which takes effect in November, say it upholds the constitutional right to bear arms and is similar to laws in 15 other states.

The measure sailed through the state’s Republican-controlled legislature this week and was the first bill signed by the newly-elected Republican Governor Kevin Stitt.

“As I traveled all over the state, all 77 counties, I heard from Oklahomans all over that they wanted us to protect their right to bear arms,” Stitt said during the signing ceremony Wednesday.

The law says that anyone 21 or older — or 18 if a current or former member of the military —  who is legally allowed to purchase a shotgun, rifle or pistol can carry it openly in public without a valid handgun license.

Convicted felons, undocumented immigrants [Blog Editor: Should read, Illegal Aliens] and minors will remain prohibited.

The law included protections for private property owners to ban firearms, as well as colleges, schools and public areas such as zoos and sports arenas.

Weapons also would remain banned from government buildings.

The Michael Bloomberg-bankrolled gun control group Moms Demand Action condemned the new law, saying states with similar laws have seen “a substantial increase in firearm violence.”

“I’m embarrassed for our state. I’m embarrassed that our elected leaders put politics before the safety of our families by passing permitless carry,” the group’s Oklahoma leader Christine Jackson said in a statement.

The Oklahoma law was passed on the same day lawmakers in the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives passed the first major national gun safety measure in a quarter century, which would expand background checks to virtually all firearms sales. But it is doomed to failure in the Senate.

Earlier this month, Americans marked the one-year anniversary of the Valentine’s Day shooting at a Florida high school where 14 students and three staff were killed.

The mass shooting galvanized gun control proponents.

According to the Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence, legislators in 26 states and the nation’s capital Washington passed 67 new gun control laws in 2018.

In seven states, background checks for gun buyers were added or existing laws strengthened. Four states raised the minimum age to purchase firearms.

You can't make this stuff up.

Never, even in my fertile imagination, would I have guessed that we would find a smoking-gun 49-page memo revealing how George Soros operatives, including David Brock, were there at the genesis, the planning stages, with their hands on the ignition key, of the most concerted, well-funded, diabolical attack on free speech in the history of America.

But there it is.

Millions saw it on the DrudgeReport – including, no doubt, President Trump, Vice President Pence and Republican congressional leaders. But most Americans still know nothing of its existence – because it was not reported among the Big Media. They don't want you to know about it. They would be embarrassed if America found out how they have been used and manipulated – from their focus on "Russian collusion" to other wild conspiracy theories targeting their No. 1 villain, President Trump.

It was nothing short of a plan to turn Google, Facebook and other social media into hyper-partisan Democratic Party activists, promoters, cheerleaders, and off-the-books donors in an effort to turn the country into a one-party state.

And they're getting away with it, even though the beans have been spilled publicly. That's partly because, as I have pointed out before, Google-Facebook control the media. They use the media. They manipulate the media. They choose winners and losers among the media. That's real power that we have never seen before in American life.

The timing of this insidious plot is key. When did it begin? Right after Trump was inaugurated. That's when the attacks on the independent, alternative media — WND, Breitbart, et al. — began. We've been feeling the squeeze ever since — through politically skewed algorithms and speech codes.

The Google-Facebook-YouTube-Twitter-Amazon-Apple cabal is trying to ensure that we never have a free and fair election again in America. The "Russia-collusion" hoax is meant to take your eye off the real collusion by un-American, anti-free speech radical political activists.

Do you get it now?

Do you understand what I have been warning about furiously since January of this year?

These people are crazed, shameless and hell-bent on fundamentally transforming America from a free and open society to one that is dominated by mega-corporations who want to control everything – mostly you and how you think and behave.

·        Recognize the battle the Trump administration finds itself in. This plot was designed to stop him. It's as close to a coup attempt as anything devised by the Deep State rear guard. So, they devised a scheme to attack those in the independent, alternative media that helped get him elected by countering their lies. They determined to do that by killing the messengers – and they are very close to accomplishing that objective.

·        Pray that the president, the vice president and Republican congressional leaders challenge the "Speech Code Cartel" while they still can or else America will find itself in a cultural and political endgame, on the verge of tyranny.

·        Support those being hurt most right now, those fighting for survival, in the independent, alternative media with your prayers and financial support. Their traffic and revenues have been stolen from them by the powerful leftist social media cabal and their speech-code cops in the Southern Poverty Law Center.
