Rifqa Bary and Lawfare

The Leftist agenda to revamp American history’s close affinity to Christianity as the foundation of the rule of law and morality is transforming America’s cultural society. What could be the reason? Could it be the concept of progressive evolution reflecting Socialist (not necessarily Marxist) multicultural egalitarianism is eroding America’s Christian culture?

We are now living in a time in which homosexual deviants can have sex orgies in public in events like New York’s Black Party [WARNING! Offensive pictures] (homosexuals speaking about explicit acts at a Black Party).

We are now living in a time when a person converts away from an intolerant religion like Islam/Mohammedanism could be looked upon as crime. In the case of Rifqa Bary: the young lady came to America from Sri Lanka as a Muslim family. When Bary hit her pre-teen years she heard the Good News of Jesus Christ and gave her life to Jesus as her Lord and Savior.

In the Quran and Hadith of Islam, apostatizing from Islam is a divinely instituted capital crime worthy of death. Bary’s parents attend a Mosque in Ohio that is supportive of salafist Islam. In other words the type of Islam so-called moderate Islam described as radical Islam. Radical is the open practice of a purist Islam that follows the dictates of the Quran, Hadith and Sira. The combination of those three Islamic treatises is whole sale intolerance which includes enforcement of honor killing to an apostatized Muslim. When Rifqa Bary converted to Christianity her life became endangered in spite of taqiyya lies told to non-Muslim enforcers of the American rule of law.

If any other American minor was concerned for her life from the beliefs of her family and told a school teacher, Social Services would jump in immediately. In Bary’s case the State governments of Florida and Ohio appeared to do all it could to return Bary to the life threatening situation of living among her Muslim family.

The reason given was Ohio investigates could not discern the threat of life to Rifqa Bary from her parents. One has to think, “As if Bary’s parents, siblings or Mosque would not purposely cover-up any image other than that which provides material needs, nurturing and safety for children. It is not as if the Bary family is socially and economically dysfunctional when the family is in unity in practicing Islam. Rifqa’s conversion to Christianity has thrown a monkey wrench into the harmony Islamic familial honor. Islam demands a return to harmony. That is not good news for Rifqa if forced to return to her Muslim family.

Forcing Rifqa to return is using the law of land to embrace dhimmitude which is surrendering to Islamic Supremacism and an erosion of American foundations.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) or whatever they call themselves is engaging in solidifying dhimmitude to Islamic Supremacy by using Legal Jihad/Lawfare to go after the Christians who gave aid to Rifqa Bary in her quest to be delivered from honor killing. The Lawfare Muslims have convinced Ohio authorities to investigate Youth Pastor Brian Williams for helping Rifqa Bary in saving her life.

In essence the State of Ohio is not examining the Islamic tenets on apostasy as well as interfering in the free exercise of religion. In Rifqa’s case if the State forces her back to her Salafist minded Islamic family, they will either force her to re-convert back to Islam or find a way to honor kill Rifqa Bary. This is both interfering in the free exercise of religion and placing a minor in harm’s way.

The irony is Rifqa Bary is seventeen. She will soon be eighteen which means she will longer be considered a minor. If the Lawfare perpetuates to her eighteenth birthday, what direction will Ohio or the US government go in protecting Rifqa’s rights to freedom of religion?
