Shamim Masih Reading to Christian-Pakistani Students

I have a friend and Brother in the Lord that does work among poverty stricken Christians in Islamic dominated Pakistan. The nation of Pakistan was originally founded as a secular state. However, over the decades dictators have made Pakistan an Islamic state with Sharia Law as the standard for the rule of law. That means any citizen of Pakistan that is not a Sunni Muslim is treated shabbily and too often with a threat to mortality.

Shamim faithfully sends articles with a Christian perspective on the treatment of Christians in Pakistan. The picture is not a pretty one. Here is a link to read many of Shamim’s articles on SlantRight 2.0.

Since Shamim is a Christian living in Pakistan he is also subject to discrimination other Christians experience in providing for his family. I pray Shamim forgives me for I am about to post a personal email that is a plea for financial assistance. I doubt that Shamim desired this plea to be posted in a public forum, BUT YOU NEED to read the same thing I did to understand the necessity of considering placing Shamim Masih on your regular donation list to enable his Ministry and Civil Rights work continues while his family has provision as well:

I am sorry, but it is urgent..... very first thing,,,,, Is there any money donated for me in the said request....... if not.... can you manage some money for me.... I am totally disappointed and dishearten.... I am totally penny less and nothing left to eat even....my kids have been struck from their respective school .... what else... should i say........ in this situation if you can manage to send me some money for the time being.....

I sent some money via my PayPal account using the PayPal email delivery system. Shamim’s email: shamimpakistan@gmail.com. I believe I recall that Shamim does not have a lot of confidence in PayPal for a delivery system to reach Pakistan.
