Tony Newbill has found two stories that are not really similar except perhaps in one thought; viz. the focus is in government overreach as in utilizing too much police authority as per the rights of American citizens.

The first examines that LaVoy Finicum’s murder was motivated more by government greed via the deception of ecological concern. Evidently the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) usurped public land in Oregon under the auspices of protecting a bird that MIGHT go on the endangered species, BUT when the bird did not make the list the BLM began collaborating with a mining company that wants to mine for uranium to turn it into yellow cake. The thing is the process of extracting the yellow cake is a probably environmental disaster toward ranchers and farmers in that Oregon area.

The second case involved the Dearborn Police chasing a woman that fled a mall in which she aimed her car at mall security. As the chase ensued the Dearborn Police managed to place the lady’s car into an enough of a standstill for massive bullet to be shot at the fleeing 31-year-old lady (Janet Wilson) who died from the bullets. Two things of note to me is that the Dearborn Police have a habit propping up the Dearborn Muslim majority’s acts of stifling the First Amendment rights of Christians AND the 31-year-old lady was an African-American. Sadly, within a 40-day period the 31-year-old Black lady was the second African-American that died (Kevin Matthews) at the hands of the Dearborn Police through the same use of unreasonable force.

A Tale of Cattle, Sage Grouse, and Uranium in Oregon

 Once there was a cowboy who let his herd of cattle roam free on thousands of acres of wilderness. He knew that they would live in harmony with the other critters, and that the land would benefit. He made sure that there was plenty of water and plenty of room so that the land would flourish. You see, if given enough room, critters are good for the land. They eat the overgrown forage and leave behind fertilizer that helps new forage to grow, which nourishes every other critter. Each critter has enough room to get out of the other one’s way, and everyone is happy. 

 That is, until the government in its infinite “scientific” wisdom, decides that cattle are bad for the land. 

 But is that the real reason that cattle ranching, as it has been done for over a hundred years, is now scheduled to become obsolete? A thing of the past – something to be disdained and thrown to the curb? 

 Picture a pristine wilderness devoid of the ravages of civilization and industrial development. Birds flying overhead and deer roaming free. Paradise as far as the eye can see. And in the middle of this haven designated as “public lands” set apart to be protected by the benevolence of the Federal Government’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM), is an open pit uranium mine. 

 Say what??? You have got to be kidding me! Nope. This is what the BLM has on the back burner for the Malheur Wilderness area. 

 And the cowboys? Well, the last ones who attempted to get in the way of this takeover of land for the “public good” are now sentenced to 5 years in prison and branded as terrorists for protecting their land and cattle and forced to “grant the BLM first right of refusal if the Hammonds ever sold their ranch.” 

 The Dark Side of Environmental Conservation 

 Environmental conservation is a good thing. But is that what is really being done by the BLM when it takes over land? Maybe what the BLM is actually doing is grabbing land in the name of environmental conservation and placing it under the sole control of the government and out of the hands of we the people in order to do with it as the government pleases. 

 The lands that the government collects are called “public lands.” The BLM is charged with managing “public lands,” and routinely leases and sells mineral rights on the very same lands that it is supposed to manage and protect. 

 BLM’s Planning Manual 1601 explains the use of public lands: 

 Land use plans ensure that the public lands are managed in accordance with the intent of Congress as stated in FLPMA (43 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.), i.e., under the principles of multiple use and sustained yield. As required by FLPMA, the public lands must be managed in a manner that protects the quality of scientific, scenic, historical, ecological, environmental, air and atmospheric, water resource, and archaeological values; that, where appropriate, will preserve and protect certain public lands in their natural condition; that will provide food and habitat for fish and wildlife and domestic animals; and that will provide for outdoor recreation and human occupancy and use by encouraging collaboration and public participation throughout the planning process. In addition, the public lands must be managed in a manner that recognizes the Nation’s need for domestic sources of minerals, food, timber, and fiber from the public lands.

 According to the BLM Planning Manual, the agency is charged with maintaining the ecological environment of its public lands. That is, of course, unless it decides that mining for uranium supersedes any such directive. 

 Uranium on BLM-Administered Lands in OR/WA 

 In September 2011, a representative from Oregon Energy, L.L.C. (formally Uranium One), met with local citizens, and county and state officials, to discuss the possibility of opening a uranium oxide (“yellowcake”) mine in southern Malheur County in southeastern Oregon. Oregon Energy is interested in developing a 17-Claim parcel of land known as the Aurora Project through an open pit mining method. Besides the mine, there would be a mill for processing. The claim area occupies about 450 acres and is also referred to as the “New U” uranium claims.

 This is conservation? Here is the open pit uranium mining proposal:  Uranium mine plan 

 Oregon Energy’s proposal calls for extracting ore from a mile-long, 600-foot wide, 250-foot deep open pit 10 miles west of McDermitt and 3 miles north of the Oregon-Nevada border. The mine, adjoining the former Bretz Mercury Mine, a contaminated open-pit site from the 1960s, would cost $200 million to develop and uranium extraction could continue for up to 20 years, said Oregon Energy President Lachlan Reynolds. 

 Plans call for the ore to be crushed and mixed with an acid solution in enclosed vats to leach out the uranium, he said. The acid would bond with the uranium and when dry become a sand-like powder called uranium oxide concentrate, or yellowcake. Yellowcake would bring $52 per pound and could fuel nuclear reactors or be processed into weapons. 

 Tuttle, spokesman for the Portland-based Center for Environmental Equity, foresees environmental problems.

Problem: The government wants the land.

Reaction: Demonize cattle ranchers and blame the cattle for a decline in the sage grouse in order to free the land for alternate government use by pitting environmentalists against cattle grazing and the ranchers to gain the required reaction of placing the land under further restrictions in order to be protected from environmental harm.

Solution: The government gets the land.

The government wants the land for “conservation” efforts. In order to achieve this, the ranchers with their cattle and any private property interests need to go so that there is no interference. This way the land can be “protected” by the BLM and used for any purpose that the government wants it for, including uranium development.

The question then becomes – who will get the land – the sage grouse or uranium miners. In either case, the ranchers are out and the cattle can be consigned to your friendly neighborhood CAFO (concentrated animal feeding operation).

The rancher takes the blame, and the government does as it pleases. If the grouse is listed as an endangered species, the land is taken for conservation. If it isn’t, the land is taken for corporate energy and uranium mining. A win/win for big government. It’s called hedging your bets. Either way, the little guy loses and the government wins, and the rancher is left holding the bag. He either gets booted out by the sage grouse, or booted out by uranium interests, and there goes another source of local food and independence, leaving us ever more dependent on the corporate food chain.

Since a decision was made to not list the sage grouse as an endangered species in 2015, guess which interests won? You’ve got it – mining. Now the only problem left is to work out how to make the energy industry operations appear “beneficial” to the environment so as not to concern the sage grouse supporters, and to declare more public land as “cattle free,” again, for the benefit of the environment. Not a problem that a good Public Relations campaign can’t handle. Cha-Ching!

 Yesterday's fatal shooting of a 31-year-old Detroit woman by Dearborn police has been ruled a homicide by the Wayne County Medical Examiner's office. 

Janet Wilson was shot Wednesday afternoon by a Dearborn officer after driving erratically and allegedly trying to run over an officer on Hubbard Drive near the Southfield Freeway. Witnesses had reported Wilson acting strangely at nearby Fairlane Town Center and mall security was notified. 

Michigan State Police Lt. Mike Shaw said the 31-year-old woman's vehicle got stuck in traffic as she left the mall, and she tried to flee as officers approached. 

Shaw says a Dearborn officer fired when the woman almost ran over an officer. Wilson died of multiple gunshot wounds and the officer was treated for non-life threatening injuries. 

Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad said both of the officer-involved shooting incidents are being independently criminally investigated by outside agencies, and that the department is committed to transparency and disclosure by fully cooperating with the investigations. 

"Upon conclusion of the criminal investigations we will be conducting internal reviews on both of these incidents," Haddad said. "While we are very proud of our long history of Civil Rights advocacy as well as our history of appropriate use of force, we will closely examine all of our policies and procedures to ensure that we are employing the latest training and following national best practices in all of our responsibilities to the community. 

Once we are allowed and it is appropriate to do so, we fully intend to make public disclosures regarding these incidents."

In America when a person calls another a Judas, that person is considered a once trusted person who has betrayed that trust. The term comes from the Apostle Judas Iscariot that betrayed Jesus the Son of God to the greedy for power running the Jewish Sanhedrin. Fighting with Words against Judas Iscariots of Today

ISLAMABAD: A few days back, I saw a tent outside the National Press Club, Islamabad. There a Christian couple with children has converted to Islam and was looking for financial help. The newly converted Muslim family has posted a written request that asked help from the President of Pakistan, Prime Minister of Pakistan, Chief Justice of Pakistan and Malik Riaz (a real estate tycoon [Express Tribune]). This is not the first time that such an incident happened, earlier many families have displaced the same banners and many of my colleagues are a witness to it.

Though the data is not available, but I guess around 95% Pakistani Christians are living under or below the poverty line and situations much worse in remote areas as Christians are living in bounded slavery. Long ago before Indo-Pak partition, when missionaries came here and preached Christianity, a majority from poor class converted to Christianity. Certainly it happened due to the love and economic support by the missionaries. Missionaries established educational institutions and health care centers in this region.

When Pakistan came into being in 1947, history is witness to it that there were some Christians sitting on the top most positions in different sectors. But as soon as the real ideology was grabbed by Liaqat Ali Khan [Wikipedia] after the death [Dawn and Hamari Web] of the founder of the nation - Mohammad Ali Jinnah - Pakistan became the Islamic Republic [Friday Times] of Pakistan in 1956 [Calgary Centre for Global Community]. On 12 March, 1949, the second constituent assembly of Pakistan passed the objective resolution [Speech of Liaquat Ali Khan on the Objectives Resolution March 9 1949 – Scribd.] which was proposed by the first Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan, proclaiming that the future constitution of Pakistan would not be modeled entirely on a European pattern, but on the ideology and democratic faith of Islam. The promulgation of the constitution in 1956 led to Pakistan declaring itself an Islamic Republic (official name) with the adoption of parliamentary democratic system of government. The resignation letter [Wikipedia and Marvisirmed.com] of Jogendra Nath Mandal [The News on Sunday] in October 1950 clearly showed the hypocrisy of the Muslim leadership. 

Missionaries established educational institutions to educate children from the lower class and hospitals for public care but after the mass exodus of missionaries from Pakistan, the sitting Christian leadership didn’t follow the same rules. Later when Zulifqar Ali Bhutto became the prime minister of Pakistan, he nationalized Christian institutions thus this chapter was closed. Since then neither clergy nor political leadership ever planned for the economic development of the Christians. Instead clergy remain busy in selling church properties and political leadership remains disloyal with the community [Christian Times and Religion-Online.org]. In the first week of November 2015, in the village of Punjab province, Chack number 228, (around 50 km away from the Faisalabad) an eight year old Christian girl was beaten [Breitbart] and locked in her school washroom by her head teacher for daring to use toilet meant for Muslim girls only.

In the recent few weeks dozens of Christian girls were kidnapped/raped and forced to conversion [Pakistan Christian Post, CrossMap.com and News.va]. The head teacher in a village 30 kilometer away from the Punjab capital was brutally beaten up due to his faith by his subordinate. Still Pakistani leadership says that there is no discrimination and minorities are enjoying full rights in Pakistan. This is all due to the poor performance of the Christian leadership; and Pakistani Christians are still facing many problems. But the [Christian] clergy is busy in making money.

Secondly since the government of Pakistan has adopted joint electoral system for minorities of the country the local community is divided into different groups - a divide and rule policy being adopted. The PML-N present ruling party, in Punjab has not been able to provide protection to Christians, instead the rulers’ attitude towards Christian is discriminatory. Since the twin churches bomb blast in Youhanabad [HERE and HERE], many Christians are still in the prisons [Pakistan2days]. Dozens of the families are suffering due to the arrests of their family heads. [The is the case even] Though the government has not been able to prove its allegations against them and therefore inmates and their families are suffering. In this incident, one Christian parliamentarian has reportedly betrayed the community and had shown his loyalty with his party. The same has been happening for the last decade.

Christians of Pakistan need better leadership and unity at the local level. There are people with potential to do something but they don’t have resources. But there are people, with no vision but resources, they are wasting them and have set their priorities. Education, economic uplift programs need to adopted. And to discourage the hypocrites and self-centered personals.

There are also some so-called leaders among Pakistani Christians that mislead the world and present a cool and calm situation in Pakistan for Pakistani Christians. Most recently one religious leader and so-called political leader has attended and presented a report and denied any oppression or persecution of religious minorities by the government and local people [Pakistan Christian Post]. This type of people are betrayers and have sold out our nation, they do not want anyone to expose them. These are the Judas Iscariots of today and we need to stand against them. But I believe that youngsters of [our] nation have realized [that many Christian leaders are corrupt] and will reject them and will stand with truth and right.  

The European Union has taken in millions refugees from Syria, Egypt and other countries of the Middle East. Now extremists among those refugees are reportedly involved in creating disturbance in the EU [Express and WSJ] and UK. The EU and UNHCR are very open about [Muslim] refugees from the Middle East. Yet these EU countries always discourage Pakistani Christians. And [these EU leaders are] taking measures against Christian asylum seekers from Pakistan. As a Pakistani Christian, I urge Pakistani Christians to stand together and join hands together against the crooked and self-centered so-called [Christian] leadership.

I first encountered Soleilmavis Liu via the now defunct community known as Yahoo 360. In all honesty I have not kept in full contact with her. Every once in a while I get I discover a Peace Pink update (her Ning community) and a GofundMe.com update.

Soleilmavis began Peace Pink as an educational/expose website that was (and probably largely still is) enlightening people of Mind Control because she was a victim. Soleilmavis wrote a book chronicling her victimization of remote mind control entitled, “Twelve Years in the Grave - Mind Control with Electromagnetic Spectrums, the Invisible Modern Concentration Camp”. The link provided to her book is to buy an eBook version priced at $5.99. Here is the summary from that link:

Being taken into the USA Embassy in Hong Kong, and her brain was remotely controlled by electromagnetic mind control tech, Soleilmavis' story sounded weird, but it was true.

Suffering horrible pain and many other strange symptoms, Soleilmavis Liu, one of many private citizens, discovered that she and many other people were test-subject victims for the study of electromagnetic spectrums mind control weapons and global surveillance equipment. This book tells the true story that during her horrible period in the grave, her soul was waylaid, but God answered her cries, and gave her love and support. In the case of Soleilmavis’ mind control chronicle it has all the appearances of a good science fiction epic. Nonetheless I believe her. I checked out some of her experiences with other examples just to corroborate. It turns out she is or was not the only victim. Although Soleilmavis somewhat cautiously points toward American Intelligence agencies without specifically naming one, the fact is many nations with resources explored remote mind control tactics and technologies for their own national purposes and interests. I am guessing the global Intelligence situation was a ‘keep up with the Jones’ scenario.

Book “Twelve Years in the Grave - Mind Control with Electromagnetic Spectrums, the Invisible Modern Concentration Camp”, authored by Soleilmavis Liu, provides the sound facts and evidence about the secret abuse and torture with remote voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies.

Whistleblower Reveals Military Mind Control Project At Major University

What if the government could change people's moral beliefs or stop political dissent through remote control of people's brains?

Sounds like science fiction, right? Well, a leaked document reveals that the US government, through DARPA research, is very close to accomplishing this.

Activist Post was recently contacted by an anonymous whistleblower who worked on a secret ongoing mind-control project for DARPA. The aim of the program is to remotely disrupt political dissent and extremism by employing "Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation" (TMS) in tandem with sophisticated propaganda based on this technology. TMS stimulates the temporal lobe of the brain with electromagnetic fields.

The program, conducted by The Center for Strategic Communication, is based at Arizona State University. The DARPA funding for this project can be confirmed on the ASU website here. The head of the project, Steve Corman, has worked extensively in the area of strategic communication as it applies to terrorism and "extremism" - or what could be called "the war of ideas."

This DARPA research brings about many ethical questions and dilemmas. Mainly, this research aims to literally induce or disrupt the operation of narratives within the brain. In other words, this research aims to stop individuals from thinking certain thoughts and make others believe things they normally would not believe. This research has tremendous interrogation possibilities and could potentially be used to more successfully spread propaganda or stop political upheaval to an unsuspecting public.

Abstract - In July 1995 the CIA declassified, and approved for release, documents revealing its sponsorship in the 1970s of a program at Stanford Research Institute in Menlo Park, CA, to determine whether such phenomena as remote viewing "might have any utility for intelligence collection" [1]. Thus began disclosure to the public of a two-decade-plus involvement of the intelligence community in the investigation of so-called parapsychological or psi phenomena. Presented here by the program's Founder and first Director (1972 - 1985) is the early history of the program, including discussion of some of the first, now declassified, results that drove early interest.

Telepathy … and the Technology of Mind Control

This page documents actual government experiments primarily from USA but mentions foreign precursor governments as well. The projects are documented as real however the descriptions – in my opinion – is logical conjecture based on incomplete de-classified documents and trusting on the reliability of anonymous and revealed witnesses.

A "profane" or materialistic view of telepathy became commonplace after World War II. Just as new mathematical models and theories of physics had been brought to bear on development of the atomic bomb, so too new tools were brought to bear on the human mind.

Just as Cold War scientists raced to design rocket engines and missile technologies that would give their country superiority on the nuclear battlefield, so too did scientists rush to develop ever more complex and thorough models of the human brain. They literally began to see the brain as a mental battlefield.

Implicit within this Cold War race to acquire brain "technology" was the crude assumption that the human mind could be mechanically "modeled" or understood as an artificial construct. The brain began to be viewed as a complex "thinking machine" or computer that could be analyzed, broken into component parts, and back-engineered.

Within this context, telepathy began to be seen as an exotic form of mental radio transmission, only one of many communication functions performed by the mental machine.

Communication per se was nothing new. But technicians became fascinated by the potential to communicate silently and covertly, at a distance. Likewise, telepathy seemed to offer a powerful means to distract and confuse the enemy, to program assassins, or to forcibly extract secret information from an enemy's mind.

SYNTHETIC TELEPATHY AND THE EARLY MIND WARS

Introduction

I first became aware of Allan H. Frey's work at Willow Grove in 1972, just after completing "The Holographic Concept of Reality."  I was working with Dr. Carl Scheicher (MRU) at the time, and was asked about the significance of this work.  Realizing its possible use in mind control, my first reaction was to go on "red alert."

   

Full significance was not yet understood at this time.  Basically, Frey had discovered another sensory motor input in the higher blue-band frequencies of 0.3-3.0 GHz. - at very low amplitudes of power.  It was "as if" we had another type of "vision," but did not know how to "see" what was being received.  It constituted the next generation of subliminal communications.

What got this paper classified "top secret" for almost 20 years was that it was critical for the use of Allan Frey's study, and its possible application to mind control.  I never was able to draw what was so important in that initial paper until I began researching this paper, more than 24 years later.  I will discuss those aspects further into this document.

   

In 1961, Allan Frey, a freelance biophysicist and engineering psychologist, reported that humans could hear microwaves.  Most United States scientists dismissed this discovery as the result of outside noise.

   

James C. Linn offered a more technical description of the experiment.

"Frey found that human subjects exposed to 1310 MHz and 2982 MHz microwaves at average power densities of 0.4 to 2 mW/cm2 perceived auditory sensations described as buzzing or knocking sounds. The sensation occurred instantaneously at average incident power densities well below that necessary for known biological damage and appeared to originate from within or near the back of the head."

The other two books are “The Queen of the South in Matthew 12:42” and “The Struggles of an Ordinary Man - The Turbulent History of China Through a Farmer’s Eyes from 1930 to 2000”.

The book “The Queen of the South in Matthew 12:42” is Christian in nature and proposes a theory racial migration by the descendants of Shem (Noah’s son). The theory is completely new to me so I have to do a bit of contemplation before I can concur with her theory.

According to Soleilmavis Liu the future of Queen of the South is not a reference to the Queen of Sheba that may or may not have hooked up with Solomon, rather she will be a gal from South China of the Dong-Yi people whom she traces through a migration of some descendants of Shem.

A PDF posted by Nature and Science by Soleilmavis entitled “The Ends of the Earth” in 2011 sounds like a precursor to her book about the Queen of the South. Here is the abstract of that PDF:

Abstract: Old and New Testament Bible Stories told us The Creation Story; and God used Jews stories to teach us that we should obey God Jesus, walked the earth in the form of a man, he lived only near Jerusalem. But God did not only live in Jerusalem. God was everywhere! The Bible mentioned "the Ends of the Earth" many times. The Queen of the South came from the Ends of the Earth (Matthew12:42). When The Queen of the South would rise at the Judgment, more stories of “the Ends of the Earth” would be given. This article briefly introduced where “the Ends of the Earth” were; who lived in “the Ends of the Earth”; The Brief histories and legends of “The Ends of the Earth”. Indexing references were listed at the end of the paper in alphabetical order.

The Brief History and Brief legends

Since Peleg, the world was divided (Genesis 10-25).and the Lord confused the language of the whole world. From there the Lord scattered them over the face of the whole earth (Genesis 11-8).

The descendants of Shem spread out over all the Continent of Asia to North and East. The journeys for them to “the East Corner” and “The North Corner” were not very long.

Jesus Christ was the descendant of Jacob (Israel) and Shem. In Old Testament Bible Stories, God used Jews stories to teach us that when the Jews obeyed God, they did well. When they disobeyed, the consequences were bad. In New Testament Bible Stories God told us stories of Jesus and his 12 disciples (12 apostles) who lived near Jerusalem.

The Queen of the South was also the descendant of Shem.

I found a section on the Google Books version of “The Queen of the South in Matthew 12:42” which is a bit controversial for me:

The Queen of the South is offspring of the Dong-Yi People and Dong-Yi Culture. She is also the son of the Woman and Son in Revelation 12, or Liu Bang’s mother and her son, who were offspring of the Dong-Yi People.

The Queen of the South is also and offspring of the Queen of Sheba(1) in 1 Kings 10: 1-13, who was an offspring of Sheba(1) and the Dong-Yi People.

There is even more and probably better context of Soleilmavis’ theory on the Queen of the South, but there is not a copy and paste option with Google Books. I had to transcribe those two short paragraphs.

In all honesty this is very divergent from what I studied in Bible School. I have not had the opportunity to read the entire book yet thus those two above paragraphs could be out of context to the whole of Soleilmavis’ End Times book. So I am withhold specific criticism of her thoughts at this time.

The esteemed preacher Charles Spurgeon identifies the Queen of the South as being from Abyssinia or Arabia Felix. Today Abyssinia correlates to Ethiopia in East Africa and Arabia Felix to Yemen. Christians tend to lean to the belief the Queen of Sheba came from Ethiopia while the Muslims lean to Yemen. In either case there is a bit of a discrepancy with a Chinese Queen of Sheba propounded by Soleilmavis. But as I said I need to read the full context; ergo for the sake of curiosity it would be tempting to purchase “The Queen of the South Matthew 12:42”.

Soleilmavis’ third promoted book is “The Struggles of an Ordinary Man - The Turbulent History of China Through a Farmer’s Eyes from 1930 to 2000”. Keeping in mind her thoughts on the migration of some of the descendants of Shem, she explores cultural memes of China. Soleilmavis is not harsh toward the Mao-Marxist cultural changes to China but in a courteous manor she reasons the Marxist influences have affected the moral stature of Chinese culture in the present to the negative. Soleilmavis’ even tone is understandable since she was born and raised in the People’s Republic of China and her lecture at a Shanghai university of course would be scrutinized by the Chinese government. All of which is certainly brave because Soleilmavis Liu is a devout professing Christian in a nation that does not look too favorable on the Christian faith.

Soleilmavis’ third book “The Struggles of an Ordinary Man - The Turbulent History of China Through a Farmer’s Eyes from 1930 to 2000” examines the socio-cultural aspect of the everyday Chinese citizen. She calls this segment of China the “Ordinary Man,” I sense in American terms that would be the common man.

An intro of a paper/lecture Soleilmavis gave in Shanghai China gives you an idea of the theme of this book:

As you can guess the data I find the most interest in are Soleilmavis’ experiences with government agency mind control experiments on unfortunate involuntary victims. This is something one does not hear much about because it is too often relegated to the dark rooms of Conspiracy Theory. Once something is branded Conspiracy Theory those who consider themselves rational human beings become skeptical of the theory’s validity. Nevertheless Soleilmavis is not a lone dog in this victimization and there is some documentation as I have related earlier in this post.
