“I went undercover in
Minneapolis, Michigan on Primary Election Day with Anthony Rubin, founder of
@realmuckraker and Cam Higby, members of the Justice League and OMG undercover
journalists to put Minnesota’s voter “vouching” system to the test.
Under Minnesota’s Statutes § 201.061, a registered voter can sign an affidavit
affirming that they know another individual resides in the same precinct,
allowing that person to register at the polls without presenting standard proof
of residence. One registered voter can vouch for up to eight people.
We wanted to find out what this actually looks like inside a polling place and
how far election workers would let us take it.
Disguised in traditional Muslim attire, we entered polling locations across
Minneapolis and presented an intentionally extreme scenario to expose the sheer
lunacy of Minnesota’s ‘vouching’ system. I told workers that the people
accompanying me were unregistered and repeatedly pressed them about
identification, how many people I could bring in, and what would be required
for them to register.
Again and again, workers explained the vouching process to us.
At one location, after I made clear that the people with me were not
registered, a worker told me I could vouch for as many as eight people. I told
them I would leave, get additional people and return. The worker explained that
because I was already registered, I could serve as the voucher.
At another location, a poll worker explained that if everyone was in the same
precinct and I was already registered there, I could vouch for their residency.
When I pressed her about identification, she put it plainly: “You’re the ID.”
At White Park Recreation Center, a worker explained that a voucher must
personally know the individuals and know that they live within the precinct.
The worker also explained that the voucher signs a legal oath affirming their
residency, while the individuals being vouched for sign an oath affirming their
own identity and eligibility to vote.
I asked whether their eligibility was actually verified. “After the fact,
yeah,” the worker responded.
We wanted to put the process to an extreme real-world test and document what
election workers would tell us when confronted with the scenario firsthand. The
purpose wasn't simply to ask what Minnesota law says on paper.
Not every worker reacted the same way. Some became suspicious of our team and
challenged what we were doing.
But across the locations captured in our investigation, we documented workers
explaining how Minnesota’s vouching process could be used to establish
residency for people registering at the polls without standard identification.

A few days ago [ACTUALLY 2020-ELECTED] President
Donald Trump was convicted of crimes no one seems to be able clearly define.
The crimes are so ethereal that Dem-Marxists who faced similar accusations
either received a slap on the wrist or ludicrously insignificant fines as they
went on to campaign in their elections.
I first read about the Lawfare/Political conviction on a WarRoom: Official Telegram Channel
post. To be honest, I rarely comment on Telegram. However I was so incensed (after
reading Leftist commentators reluctantly sharing the Bragg’s case was weak)
that I typed this comment a few days ago: “That pisses me off!!!”
The anger I feel now is reminiscent of I felt as watched the
November 2020 Election process into the wee hours of the night. Until Fox News
decided to acquiesce to the Coup, they actually showed Swing State sites STOP
Vote counts, kicking GOP watchers out of buildings, video tapings of mysterious
suitcases being opened before cameras was shut off and so on. THEN the
announcement Dementia Joe won with 81-million votes (when only handfuls of
supporters showed up to Dementia Joe’s campaign rallies).
Since 2020, AND NOW 2024, I feel I live in a nation where
the Constitution is shredded, the Rule of Law is Soviet-style and the heritage
established by America’s Founders has placed Americans wanting to live under
Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness back into a historical context
similar to what was faced under British-Ruling Tyranny.
And my anger with this tyrannical situation is what is going
to make a lengthy post as a share posts and thoughts that stoke my feelings.

The Appeal to Heaven, also known as the Pine Tree Flag, is a
historical banner that has long represented the fight for freedom. Recently
this iconic flag has come under attack by those who seek to suppress the values
it embodies.
The Appeal to Heaven Flag dates back to the early days of
the American Revolution, when the colonies were seeking to break free from
British rule. The flag features a green pine tree with the phrase “An Appeal to
Heaven” emblazoned on a white banner beneath it. This design was inspired by
the words of John Locke, a prominent philosopher and political theorist whose
ideas greatly influenced the founding principles of the United States.
In his work, “Two Treatises of Government,” Locke wrote that
when a government fails to protect the natural rights of its citizens, those
citizens have the right to “appeal to heaven” for justice. The pine tree, a

powerless. However, the Appeal to Heaven Flag serves as a powerful symbol of

Megyn Kelly Advocates
for Legal Action Against Democrats
Megyn Kelly, the former Fox News host, recently ignited a
fiery discourse on her SiriusXM show that has garnered much attention. Her
impassioned monologue centered around the verdict in former President Donald
Trump’s Manhattan hush money trial, a topic that she approached with undeniable
fervor.
“This is a before and after moment for America,” Kelly
stated emphatically, underscoring the significance of the situation. She drew a
clear distinction by asserting that to amend what she referred to as Trump’s
“crucifixion” in the American justice system, Democrats need to be held
accountable and face legal consequences. “Democrats will rue the day they
decided to use lawfare to stop a presidential candidate,” she cautioned. Her
argument was not promoting violence but advocating for a reciprocal legal strategy.
In her view, influential figures such as Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and Hillary
Clinton could potentially be implicated, possibly extending statutes of
limitations to probe past offenses akin to E. Jean Carroll’s case under New
York state law.
To strengthen her argument, Kelly referenced an article by
John Yoo, a White House attorney during the Bush administration. Yoo suggested
that giving Democrats “a taste of their own medicine” is the only way they’ll
learn their lesson. “They tasted blood today,” Kelly commented metaphorically
equating Democrats to wolves hungry for more power. In her opinion, it’s time
for political reprisal as never before have such high stakes been at risk for
the Republic.

Intriguingly, Kelly is not the only one expressing newfound
support for Trump. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, despite his previously
strained relationship with Trump, has committed substantial financial backing
to his campaign with a goal to raise at least $10 million. Following the trial
verdict’s backlash, MAGA supporters inundated Trump’s campaign with over $34
million in donations within just 24 hours, causing a temporary crash of the
website. High-profile conservative donors are also stepping up with six-figure
contributions.
Kelly believes that Democrats are failing to comprehend
Trump’s increasing popularity among blue-collar voters and Americans of color.
She highlighted how figures like George Stephanopoulos struggle to understand
Republican perspectives on what constitutes criminality. Kelly ridiculed
Stephanopoulos for his evident confusion when New Hampshire’s Republican
Governor Chris Sununu voiced his support for Trump. According to Kelly, almost
half of the country perceives actions by Democrats such as challenging elections
or burning police stations as less severe than the allegations against Trump.
Renowned for her straightforward style, Kelly doesn’t shy
away from making bold claims that resonate with a significant segment of
voters. These assertions mirror deep-rooted frustrations and a readiness for
drastic political retribution among many Americans. Whether her calls for
action will take shape remains uncertain; however, one thing is clear: Megyn
Kelly continues to stir controversy and command attention in America’s ongoing
political narrative.
We live in a strange time. The law in many states, cities,
and jurisdictions in this country, especially in Democrat strongholds, has been
laid low. In Chicago, a judge acquits an attacker who stole a police car, ran
over a Chicago cop, and crashed into four vehicles. In California, shoplifting
is now de facto legal.
The Democrats have turned our country into a corrupt
shithole
Shoplifting merchandise with a value under $950 is now a
misdemeanor in California, which means the police will not bother to
investigate and will most likely let the thief go. It has resulted in brazen
acts of smash and grab and flash mobs walking in stores, sometimes with
shopping carts, filling them up, and walking out. Fact-checkers will disagree,
because it is their job to forward the Left's narrative. As a result, hundreds
of businesses have closed, leaving neighborhoods either without stores or stores
with locked toothpaste.
George Floyd's refusal to face arrest allows leftist mobs to get away with
burning down major parts of a city. The most expensive insurance in U.S.
history. However, the perpetrators of this misapplication of protest rights
found solace in the Democrat Party, which paid for many of their bail bonds. It
makes one ask, Who are these thugs working for? This is the country we now live
in.
The Democrats have turned our country into a corrupt
shithole because they have shown themselves to be unwilling to pass the mantle
of power to any other political party. They feel obligated to use any legal or
illegal means to bring down and destroy their opposition—weaponize the law, if
you will.
In the Banana Republic of Mexico, 36 murders of candidates have taken place
thus far during their current election cycle. Just days ago, a right-leaning
mayoral candidate named Alfredo Cabrera was shot multiple times during a rally.
He is dead. Cabrera, like so many others, failed to receive approval from the
criminal cartels.
The Democrat Party is the criminal cartel in this country.
Since the Trump trial and its deliberations have dominated
conversations for the past few weeks and days, I thought it would be helpful to
explain the legal issues and the trial's conduct.
President Trump was charged with 34 counts of falsifying
business records under New York Business Law 175.10. It states:
“A person is guilty of
falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of
falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to
defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the
commission thereof.”
The New York Election Law 17-152 violation was another
charge against President Trump:
“Conspiracy to promote or
prevent an election. Any two or more persons who conspire to promote or prevent
the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means and whose
conspiracy is acted upon by one or more of the parties thereto shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor.”
The 34 counts, or records, consist of 11 checks written to
Michael Cohen, along with comparable vouchers and invoices. The prosecution
alleges that the payments marked as legal expenses, were reimbursements for
payments made by Cohen to Stormy Daniels to aid in the election of Donald
Trump. What was Clinton's payment to Paula Jones listed as? Remember, Paula
Jones accused Clinton of rape!
Elections are supposed to be won by issues, not the
weaponization of the law
The prosecution must demonstrate President Trump's intention
to defraud or conceal the alleged conspiracy by creating business records.
That all somewhat sounds clear, but the jury, and a myriad of legal observers
said it was confusing or made confusing from the start. The charges were never
made clear to the jury. This was a case that has quite possibly destroyed the
election system of our country. Elections are supposed to be won by issues, not
the weaponization of the law. To even the casual observer, this case was 100%
political. These charges were never brought before a court by anyone in
American history. No one wanted to take this case to court except those who
were elected with the promise of 'getting Trump.' Witnesses were called who had
nothing to do with the case. The Democrats are now using the case as campaign
fodder. How is all this not political? The strategy in court was to gather as
many witnesses as possible to testify that Trump is a bum. 'Maybe we'll find
something to hang him with.'
Is this how we conduct presidential elections?
The jury seemed confused much of the time. The case never should have been
heard in New York City, a Democrat stronghold where elections routinely go
80–90% Democrat. A change of venue was denied.
This was a kangaroo court by its very definition
Some witnesses, like Michael Cohen, Trump's former attorney,
demand special attention. Here is a man who cannot tell the truth, a convicted
perjurer who lost his license to practice law, hired Lanny Davis, a long-time
Democrat operative, as his attorney, and was sentenced to three years in prison
for tax evasion, making false statements to a federally insured bank, and
campaign finance violations. He spent most of his sentence in home confinement
and vowed that he would never go to prison again. That leads to the conclusion
that he will say anything the feds or Democrats want him to say.
The judge, Juan Merchan, is a Colombian-born American who regularly donates to
Democrats and progressive causes. He has a daughter, who is president of
Authentic Campaigns, a Chicago-based progressive political consulting firm
whose top clients raised $93 million for Democrats during the Trump case.
Recusal of the judge was denied.
This was a kangaroo court by its very definition. Does a bookkeeping violation
warrant 34 felony counts? This judge never even allowed Trump witnesses to
explain their answers. No one seems to know what the jury convicted Trump of.
The judge (paraphrased) instructed the jury to find something to convict.
What in American history can we compare this with? Turning our country into a
banana republic? At the same time, the Democrats have been attacking the
Supreme Court, trying to get Alito to recuse himself because his wife likes to
fly flags from America's past, like the Appeal to Heaven, a flag hung by other
cities routinely throughout our history.
This case was not about the law. It was about stopping
Trump
What this all comes to is the realization that we are in
danger of a split or divorce. Where are our common values, the E Pluribus Unum?
The Democrat Party wants to jail Donald Trump because he's about to win an
election? The Left in our country does not respect our Constitution, our system
of government, or our elections. They don't like the electoral college. They
would rather have mob rule, and the word 'mob' is perfect to describe
Democrats. Even James Carville believes left-wing Democrats are "annoying
and silly."
The Democrat Party has shown that, in spite of their claim to protect
democracy, the rule of law, and the integrity of our institutions, they have
systematically dismantled this country. This case was not about the law. It was
about stopping Trump. They've weaponized the law to destroy all opposition they
deem dangerous to their hold on power. This cannot continue.
If we do not get a handle on this split and come to some kind of consensus, I
fear violence and civil war. The Democrat Party has been taken over by leftist
fanatics, with almost the entire media encouraging and feeding them. If there
are any centrists still in the party, they need to come together and take their
party back. A banana republic in the United States will not stand!
We need to put the sleeping giant back to sleep.

I miss precedented times. Since the pandemic started in
2020, the news has warned us about the unprecedented times we live in seemingly
every day. There have been enough historic news events in these past few years
to fill entire libraries. The very saying “unprecedented times” has become
almost meaningless, considering how often both sides of the political aisle
have used it to describe newsworthy events.
Nevertheless, we truly are living in unprecedented times.
The conviction of former United States President Donald Trump exemplifies this.
On May 30, 2024, Donald Trump was found guilty on 34 charges
of falsifying business records. Trump was already the first former president
ever to face a criminal trial. Now, he has become the first former president
ever to become a convicted felon.
President Trump’s sentencing will take place on July 11. He
could face a simple fine or probation, but Judge Merchan could also sentence
him to up to 4 years in prison. This could lead to Trump, currently the leading
candidate in the presidential race, campaigning from a cell. This would be yet
another first for the former president, as well as for the nation.
The prosecution accused Trump of poor record-keeping,
improperly recording hush-money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels. While the
defense argued that these payments were unrelated to Trump’s campaign and
political ambitions, the prosecution argued that they should have been
classified as campaign-finance expenses.
It is important to remember that business-records charges
are not felony offenses. To elevate the charges to felonies, the prosecution
relied on an expansive legal theory, alleging that Trump falsified business
records to conceal the underlying crime of defrauding the American public.
Throughout the trial, the defense cast doubt on Michael
Cohen, the prosecution’s star witness. Cohen, a disbarred former attorney, did
implicate Trump in his testimony. He also, however, admitted to stealing money
from the Trump Organization, painting his testimony and honesty in a dubious
light.
Many feel that Trump never had a fair chance in this trial,
regardless of how the arguments played out. After all, how could he? Alvin
Bragg, the district attorney who brought this case, is an outspoken Democrat
with a long history of opposing the Trump family. Judge Merchan formerly
donated to the Biden campaign in 2020, and his daughter has worked with
Democrat campaigns and political action committees. Above all else, Trump stood
before a jury in one of the most deep blue areas of the country. The odds were
not in his favor.
New York law allows Judges much leeway in application of
legal process. At one point he instructed the jury they were able to convict
while not finding him guilty. The jury was not required to be unanimous on each
of the 36 counts. We will never know what the actual vote of each count
actually was.
So what happens now?
Trump’s sentencing could be delayed, but it’s unlikely that
Merchan will allow that. In preparation for the sentencing, probation officers
will complete an advisory presentencing report, and Trump will gather letters
attesting to his character. As all parties prepare for the first-ever
sentencing of a former president and leading presidential candidate, we look
forward to more unprecedented times in July.
How We Can Pray
Many are saying that May 30 was a dark day in American
history, describing the conviction as a hopeless crossing of the Rubicon, a
crushing victory of the forces of darkness over the people of God. But there is
always hope in Christ. This darkness cannot and will not suffocate the light.
In fact, Isaiah 60 gives great hope that when darkness is heavy and thick, the
glory of the Lord rises on us. That is where my focus and my hope is.
Trump will almost certainly appeal and fight his verdict,
which is a lawfare-fueled attempt to keep him out of the White House, and we’ll

corruption investigation, Israeli professor Dr. Gal Luft, has laid out his
bribery allegations against the president’s family in an extraordinary video
filmed in an undisclosed location while he’s on the run.
In the 14-minute recording,
obtained exclusively by The Post, the fugitive former Israeli army officer
claims he was arrested in Cyprus to stop him from testifying to the House
Oversight Committee that the Biden family received payments from individuals
with alleged ties to Chinese military intelligence and that they had an FBI
mole who shared classified information with their benefactors from the
China-controlled energy company CEFC.
The self-proclaimed fall guy says
he provided the incriminating evidence to six officials from the FBI and the
Department of Justice in a secret meeting in Brussels in March 2019 — but

Damian Williams, the United
States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Matthew G. Olsen, the
Assistant Attorney General for National Security, and Christie M. Curtis, the
Acting Assistant Director in Charge of the New York Field Office of the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), announced today the unsealing of an
eight-count Indictment charging GAL LUFT with offenses related to willfully
failing to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (“FARA”), arms trafficking,
Iranian sanctions violations, and making false statements to federal agents.
LUFT, a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen, was arrested on February 17, 2023, in the
Republic of Cyprus based on the charges in the Indictment. LUFT subsequently
fled after being released on bail while extradition proceedings were pending
and remains a fugitive.
U.S. Attorney Damian Williams
said: “As alleged, Gal Luft, a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen and co-head of a
Maryland think tank, engaged in multiple, serious criminal schemes. He
subverted foreign agent registration laws in the United States to seek to
promote Chinese policies by acting through a former high-ranking U.S.
Government official; he acted as a broker in deals for dangerous weapons and
Iranian oil; and he told multiple lies about his crimes to law enforcement. As
the charges unsealed today reflect, our Office will continue to work vigorously
with our law enforcement partners to detect and hold accountable those who
surreptitiously attempt to perpetrate malign foreign influence campaigns here
in the United States.”
FBI Acting Assistant Director in
Charge Christie M. Curtis said: “As alleged, the defendant engaged in multiple
schemes to evade sanctions and laws intended to protect our national security.
The FBI is determined to defend our nation by enforcing laws designed to
promote transparency of foreign influence within the United States.”
According to the allegations
contained in the Indictment, other filings, public information, and statements
made during court proceedings:[1]
For years, LUFT, a dual
U.S.-Israeli citizen who serves as the co-director of a Maryland-based think
tank, engaged, along with others, in multiple international criminal schemes.
First, LUFT conspired with
others in an effort to act within the United States to advance the interests of
the People’s Republic of China (“China”) as agents of China-based principals,
without registering as foreign agents as required under U.S. law. As part of
this scheme, while serving as the co-director of a Maryland-based non-profit
think tank, LUFT agreed to covertly recruit and pay, on behalf of principals
based in China, a former high-ranking U.S. Government official
(“Individual-1”), including in 2016 while the former official was an adviser to
the then-President-elect, to publicly support certain policies with respect to
China without LUFT or Individual-1 filing a registration statement as an agent
of a foreign principal with the Attorney General of the United States, in
violation of FARA. Among other things, in the weeks before the 2016 U.S.
presidential election, LUFT and a co-conspirator (“CC-1”), who is a Chinese
national and worked for a Chinese nongovernmental organization affiliated with
a Chinese energy company, created a written “dialogue” between CC-1 and
Individual-1, in which LUFT wrote Individual-1’s responses and included
information that was favorable to China. The dialogue was then published in a
Chinese newspaper online and sent to, among others, individuals in the United
States, including a journalist and professors at multiple U.S. universities.
When LUFT was writing the dialogue, CC-1 told LUFT that “[i]n these articles,
we do not want to spill all the beans yet, just enough to let ‘people’ know he
[i.e., Individual-1] is in the corridor of power to be. Just broad stroke
policy consideration that leaves plenty of room for interpretation and
imagination to be filled in later.” After the purported “conversations” were
published, LUFT told CC-1 that certain information, favorable to China, had
been “tucked between the lines.” Shortly after the 2016 election, LUFT and CC-1
also discussed possible roles Individual-1 might have in the incoming U.S.
administration and discussed Individual-1 taking a “silent trip” to China. LUFT
responded that “[w]e are debating about his role in the new admin. There are
all kinds of considerations . . .We should talk ftf [i.e., face-to-face] as
there can be a supremely unique opportunity for china.”
Second, LUFT conspired with
others and attempted to broker illicit arms transactions with, among others,
certain Chinese individuals and entities. In his role as a broker or middleman,
LUFT worked to find both buyers and sellers of certain weapons and other
materials, without a license to do so as required under U.S. law, in violation
of the Arms Export Control Act. Among other things, LUFT worked to broker a
deal for Chinese companies to sell certain weapons to Libya, including
anti-tank launchers, grenade launchers, and mortar rounds (which LUFT and his
associates referred to in coded language as “toys”). LUFT also worked to broker
deals for certain weapons to be sold to the United Arab Emirates, including
aerial bombs and rockets. LUFT further worked to broker deals for certain
weapons to be sold by a Chinese company to Kenya, including unmanned aerial
vehicles (“UAVs”) – and specifically “strike” UAVs, which LUFT acknowledged
“[t]he US doesn’t want to sell[, . . .] hence the opportunity.” LUFT also
discussed brokering a deal for weapons to Qatar and told CC-1 that Israel was “not
a good fit” as the middleman for the deal because it had the “[s]ame problem
the [] Q [i.e., Qataris] have w uncle [i.e., the United States]. Need a third
party. . . . I will activate.” In his role as a broker for illicit arms deals,
LUFT worked on a commission basis and traveled to meetings and received and
passed on documentation needed to secure the deals. During a voluntary
interview with U.S. law enforcement in which he was asked questions about his
involvement in arms trafficking, LUFT made multiple false statements, including
that he had not sought to engage in or profit from arms deals.
Third, LUFT conspired with
others and attempted to broker deals for Iranian oil – which he directed an
associate to refer to as “Brazilian” oil in an effort to conceal the activity
and evade sanctions – in violation of U.S. sanctions against Iran and the
International Emergency Economic Powers Act. In his role as a broker or
middleman, LUFT solicited buyers and passed on pricing and other information.
One offer letter for Iranian oil that LUFT received noted that the “origin” of
the oil was “Iranian / It can be presented as UAE origin without Iranian
papers.” He also assisted in setting up meetings between Iranian
representatives and a Chinese energy company for the purpose of discussing oil
deals. During a voluntary interview with U.S. law enforcement in which he was
asked about his role brokering deals in Iranian oil, LUFT made multiple false
statements, including that he had tried to prevent oil deals with Iran and had
not been present during meetings with the Chinese energy company and Iranians.
