ACT for America is using its grassroots clout to promote passage of the Oklahoma Anti-Terrorism Act. In the 2014 session of Oklahoma’s State Congress this is HB 2851. The legislative Act would enable citizens to seek civil liability compensation for acts of terrorism. Here is a summary of the intentions of HB 2851:

HB 2851 makes property used in or derived from violations of the Oklahoma Antiterrorism Act subject to forfeiture. The measure allows a person injured as a result of a criminal offense under the Oklahoma Antiterrorism Act or law enforcement agency or other governmental agency that participated in an investigation under the Oklahoma Antiterrorism Act to file a claim for costs or damages against such seized property. The purpose of the Oklahoma Antiterrorism Act is to enable recourse for Oklahomans when the Federal government fails to act for the general welfare. This failure of Federal action can be observed for the victims of the Ft. Hood Massacre by Muslim psycho Major Nidal Hasan who killed indiscriminately while yelling allahu akbar. The Obama Administration labeled Hasan’s Ft. Hood Massacre as work place violence.

The ACT for America ‘Action Alert’ says the inspirations for Oklahoma’s HB 2851 is the Islamic terrorist attack at an Army Recruiting Center in Little Rock, AR. Converted to Islam Carlos Bledsoe (Muslim adopted name - Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad) gunned PFC Andy Long at the recruiting center for the glory of Allah. The Federal government refused to treat this Islamic attack on an U.S. Army soldier as an enemy attack and forced any form of justice to be played out by the State judiciary in Arkansas. A documentary involving the fathers of PFC Long and Muslim attacker Carlos Bledsoe was made entitled, “Losing Our Sons”. Charles Jacobs writing for Breitbart.com shows the idiocy of not labeling this an Islamic terrorist attack:

The film tells the story of how Carlos, a young African American college student raised in a middle class Baptist church-going home in Memphis, converted to Islam while studying in Nashville and was sent by local Islamic extremists to Yemen. There, he was trained by Al Qaeda operatives and returned home a year later to perform his personal jihad. After trying to kill two Jewish rabbis in Memphis and Nashville, Carlos shot and killed Andy Long outside a U.S. Army recruitment center in Little Rock. Carlos, who took the name Abdulhakim Muhammad was caught, convicted, and sentenced to life in prison. He told the Associated Press the murder was “Islamically justified.”

Though Carlos was trained by Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, crossed state lines to carry out multiple crimes, and confessed to killing Andy as part of his personal jihad, the Justice Department refused to bring any Federal charges against him. The murder was prosecuted in Arkansas state court as a simple drive-by shooting. The Defense Department has refused to give Andy Long a Purple Heart, which would signal that he died by the hands of an enemy combatant in a hostile act on a uniformed military man. The victims of the Fort Hood shooting are likewise denied recognition with a Purple Heart.

“Losing Our Sons” traces the stories of Andy and Carlos’s fathers, Daris Long and Melvin Bledsoe, as they try to tell the American people the truth of what happened to their sons.  Audiences fume at scenes of Obama Administration officials denying in their testimony to Congress that Islamic extremism is at war with the United States. Carlos Bledsoe was converted by a Radical Islamic Mosque in Tennessee. Bledsoe was trained by al Qaeda via Anwar al-Awlaki in Yemen. Yemen deported Bledsoe for an expired visa. Al Qaeda told him to go home and do something for Allah. Hello! That was essentially a jihad assignment to kill non-Muslims in the USA. That made Carlos Bledsoe a foreign enemy terrorist combatant. A host of radical Muslims have preached their jihad messages in Tennessee Mosques.

BUT since the Little Rock Army Recruiting Center shooting was treated as a drive-by shooting civil damages as a recourse was limited to non-existent. Enter the Oklahoma Antiterrorist Act – HB 2851. The House passed this bill 92 to 0. The bill is proceeding to the Oklahoma Senate. If the Senate joins the House and sends the Oklahoma Antiterrorist Act to Governor Mary Fallin for a signature, then Oklahoma joins three other States that have lost faith in the Federal government in the Constitutional obligation to provide for the general welfare: Kansas, Arkansas and Louisiana.

Representative Dan Fisher and Senator Ralph Shortey have introduced an important bill in the Oklahoma state legislature and ACT! for America is getting behind it.  Further, we are asking for your help in moving it across the legislative finish line and into law.

The bill is HB2851--legislation that strengthens Oklahoma’s anti-terrorism laws and provides for enhanced civil liability for acts of terrorism in Oklahoma.  The legislation would hold those who commit acts of terrorism in Oklahoma civilly liable for those acts, and allow the victims of that terrorism to sue for monetary damages.

The bill was inspired by the Jihadist terrorist attack that occurred in Little Rock, Arkansas on June 1st 2009 in which US Army Private Andy Long was killed outside a Recruiting Station. That incident was the subject of the movie "Losing Our Sons."

The federal government declined to call that incident an act of terrorism and failed to prosecute it as such.

This state level legislation is needed because homegrown Jihadists don't turn to Jihad on their own. They are recruited and indoctrinated. Those who recruit and indoctrinate for Jihad need to be made civilly liable both for the benefit of survivors and so that discovery can take place to uncover Jihad networks when the federal government fails to do its job.

This same common-sense legislation has already passed into law in Kansas, Arkansas and Louisiana.

In fact, HB2851 passed the Oklahoma House of Representatives 92-0 and was reported favorably out of the Senate Judiciary Committee earlier this month. Now it heads to the Senate for a floor vote.

We think this is an important proposal that is worthy of our support and we ask that you use your powerful voice -- as an Oklahoma resident and voter – to register your support as well.  This action will enhance the chance of this bill ultimately being passed into law.

Did Maj. Hasan use the illegal armor piercing type of bullets, or the regular kind that can be bought at a store? The significance of this is that if he did have illegal armor piercing rounds, where did he get them from? Are people in the Army involved in supplying him with armor piercing rounds; either by negligent procedures or as accomplices, since military units have access to this type of ammo? If he had the regular type of ammo that can be purchased over the counter, then why not let our troops buy some ammo and guns to put it in and carry them on base, as they can carry them when they are not on the base?

It is difficult to retrieve the information from my Google efforts to answer Mr. Wells’ question. Evidently the specifics about Nidal Hasan’s ammunition haven’t been readily made public. Media research seems to come down on the side that the military grade of ammunition was unavailable to Hasan.

The gun control crowd insinuates it is possible because Mexican drug lords utilize the same FN Herstal 5.7 with armor piercing ammo against American law enforcement.

The gun rights crowd insists it would have been too difficult for Hasan to purchase the armor piercing ammunition and point to a report that Hasan indeed came back to the “Guns Galore” store later to buy the legal civilian version of the FN 5.7 ammunition.

Wells’ last question about allowing military personnel to carry armor piercing weapons like civilians with weapons permits is an interesting one. The answer is simple though. Gun control nuts represented most by the Democratic Party have made military bases gun free zones.

Imagine that: a fully operation military facility with weapons available yet since no one can carry weapons on base a lone Islamic terrorist can murder unarmed military personnel in large numbers. Thank you President Clinton.

Both Sunnis and Shi'ites believe in the use of sacred violence. The right to coerce the infidels and subdue them was given by Allah to Mohammed as owner of the earth.

Theologically, mocking Mohammed's method of controlling the infidels is blasphemy, for the violent method of Mohammed comes directly from Allah. Allah's method trumps human logic, even the Western ideal of free speech that is based on mere human philosophy and mere human reasoning, rather than Allah's Divine Command. In mere human philosophy, Mohammed's fitna-prevention method is built on a fallacy of logic called the Appeal to Force in place of logical argument. But this fallacious argument is the main argument of the Koran. Muslims know that the Koranic argument for violence against the infidels takes up 2/3 of the Koran and they further know that the Koranic argument cannot be wrong, for it comes directly from Allah and Allah is not a liar.

Mohammed's method for eliminating fitna is jihad and all Muslims should freely use Mohammed's method, since Mohammed is their role model. This is what Muslims did in the Danish cartoon riots. It is also what motivated Dr. Nidal Hasan at Fort Hood on November 5, 2009.

Normally, Muslims will not kill infidels for merely thinking non-Islamic thoughts. After all, who knows what another person is thinking, even one's own spouse? Sacred violence is authorized when open disagreement with Mohammed is expressed in the public domain, as with a cartoon or an anti-Islamic book. It need not be the guilty person who is punished, so we can never be sure of the physical safety of any infidels, since throughout history, jihads have often included mass slaughters and genocides of men, women and children.

Mohammed approved of such indiscriminate killing of unbelievers on occasion, if it was convenient for him. During a night-time sneak attack on a town, Mohammed was asked about his customary method of sparing women and children (so that they could be sources of revenue as slaves). According to the Hadith by Abu Muslim 19:4322 , Mohammed responded, "They are of them." In other words, the women and children are accomplices in the fitna of the defending males. And besides, it was inconvenient to attack and carry lanterns to check everything that moves in the dark.

Here Mohammed authorized wholesale slaughter of an entire community. The justification for this was the political charge of fitna. So no infidel is ever innocent of fitna, a capital crime.

Such logic was used by Major Nidal Hasan when he committed a wholesale slaughter [http://www.faithfreedom.org/islam/islamic-mind-major-nidal-hasan] of 13 unarmed American soldiers: …the American army opposes Mohammed's method…it is guilty of fitna…and the 13 slaughtered soldiers 'are of them.' This made Dr. Hasan a hero to the former mullah of his mosque, because he executed the enemies of Mohammed using deceit and surprise, just like Mohammed did. Mohammed frequently executed unarmed prisoners of war. Dr. Hasan is a rational, pious Muslim. His ideas agree with the official scholarly concensus of normative Islam.

Mohammed's brilliant method of ruthless assassination silences fitna by paralyzing the brain with fear. Mohammed's method may not be judged by any external standard, because his method is itself the standard. Forget the obvious ethical flexibility or opportunism. Mohammed's method takes a position above human logic, ethical analysis and philosophical discourse. To analyze Mohammed's ethical inconsistencies is fitna.

Today, Islamic governments are seeking new ways to control fitna beyond their borders. Kafir fitna is temptation or luring that tempts Muslims to question or lose their faith. Kafirs commit fitna every time they disagree with Sharia law in the public domain, when they mock Mohammed's violent method in cartoons or use reason or logic on the Internet to show Mohammed is wrong.

Such politically incorrect utterance keeps the Islamic state from insuring all information supports the unity and power of that State and its jihadist army.

Information control is normative Islam and is fully acceptable to all pious Muslims, since it prevents fitna, the ultimate crime. Modern Muslims agree that fitna should be removed from human society through censorship of discourse that disagrees with Islam, even in the Human Rights Council of the United Nations. By removing the right to disagree with Islam at the UN, Muslim governments hope to implement global information control.

Politically, this will allow Islamic governments to totally ignore all human rights complaints by claiming Muslims have a unique human right: the right of not hearing any criticism.

When governments of the Islamic Conference say they wish to remove utterances that criticizes Islam, they actually mean 'fitna'…public disagreement with Mohammed.

Islamic governments know fitna control is needed before discriminatory Sharia law can be fully implemented and jihad can go ahead. They seek to shut down the freedom of UN diplomats to discuss any human rights aspect of Islam. They cast a veil over Islamic discrimination against women and minorities in view of the radical claim that Muslims have a superior, unique human right which infidels do not possess.

The Islamic right to censor fitna trumps gender equality, freedom of expression, freedom to change one's religion and other freedoms. In law, this specious argument is called 'special pleading'. It is pure dualism and supremacism. In essence, this makes Shariah law superior to the UDHR and enshrines Islamic discrimination in the name of human rights.
Inter-Islamic fitna, i.e. dissension or discord between Muslims, is the second class of fitna. Theological disagreements between Shi'ite Muslims and Sunnite Muslims are also called fitna. Both sides believe the other worthy of death for disagreeing with Mohammed. Unfortunately, both sides do not see that their own opinion of Mohammed's method may also be in error. Only the other fellow is in error and he is obviously a heretic. 'And Allah knows best.'

Consequently, there is no Sunnite mosque permitted in Teheran and no Shi'ite mosque permitted in Saudi Arabia's holy cities. Fitna/discord between Muslims themselves and between Muslims and infidels is primarily a political question about who possesses the political upper hand. This right of supremacy cannot be discussed, since it comes from Allah and is defended by sacred violence. What you believe about Mohammed determines your human rights status in an Islamic state.

Moreover, the concept of fitna makes pluralism practically impossible, since only one political party can be in perfect agreement with Mohammed. Having an opposition party in an Islamic country would be the evil of fitna...another opinion would obviously disagree with Mohammed and be condemned. Fitna paints Islamic countries into a philosophical corner where dictatorship is the only government system possible.

The ultimate use of fitna is a military one. Fitna is any utterance that demoralizes or confuses Muslim troops so they become weak as a military force, unconvinced of their political mission of world dominance and hesitant to commit jihad. Fitna undercuts the Islamic chain of command. Fitna destroys the cohesiveness and certainty of jihadists…that unquestioning certainty that makes them ready to kill the critics of Mohammed.

Faint-hearted, non-fanatical Muslims will not defend Mohammed's method or expand their Allah-given supremacy over the infidels. If Muslims are in doubt about the rightness of Mohammed's method, they will peter out, while the infidels win the earth for Satan. This must not be. Fitna must be stopped and reversed, since it impedes the Islamic state without borders. Fitna thus becomes a political charge of treason against the Allah-established Ummah (nation) of Islam. Fitna deserves the death penalty because Allah said it is worse than murder (Koran 2:191). It is every Muslim's duty to use sacred violence to stamp out fitna and create the utopian Islamic world where disagreement can no longer exist.

"And fight them (all infidels) until there is no more fitnah (disagreeing with Allah/Mohammed) and the religion (all-pervasive lifestyle and system of Sharia law) will all be for Allah alone (in the whole world). But if they cease (to disagree with Allah/Mohammed) then certainly, Allah is All-Seer of what they do." (Koran 8.39)

"(Allah) sent His messenger with the guidance and the Religion of Truth, that He may cause it to prevail over all religion, however much the kafirs may be averse." (Koran 9.33)

Brigitte Gabriel Blasts Political Correctness

Brigitte Gabriel slams political correctness. Political correctness has become so ridiculous that it is like a disease blinding the Left and MSM from correctly labeling the reality of Islamism. A jihadist hiding in plain sight

Mark Stein hits the hammer squarely on the nail head in his slam of multiculturalism and diversity. Stein correctly fingers the two politically correct evils for allowing an obvious Muslim terrorist like Major Nidal Hasan to kill fourteen Americans on Ft. Hood army base in Texas. The signs were there but ignored even though terrorist watch government agencies actually flagged Hasan. Why was Hasan’s radical Islam not pursued to the point of removing him from being an army psychiatrist? BECAUSE it might offend the poor victim Muslims in America!

Oh by the way: in case you wonder the reason for my stating the death toll was fourteen instead of thirteen as reported by most MSM outlets. The reason is one of the murdered Americans was pregnant. As Stein correctly pointed out her murder was the death of two individuals not one.

http://www.JewishWorldReview.com | Shortly after 9/11, there was a lot of talk about how no one would ever hijack an American airliner ever again — not because of new security arrangements but because an alert citizenry was on the case: We were hip to their jive. The point appeared to be proved three months later on a U.S.-bound Air France flight. The "Shoebomber" attempted to light his footwear, and the flight attendants and passengers pounced. As the more boorish commentators could not resist pointing out, even the French guys walloped him.

But the years go by, and the mood shifts. You didn't have to be "alert" to spot Maj. Nidal Hasan. He'd spent most of the past half-decade walking around with a big neon sign on his head saying "JIHADIST. STAND WELL BACK." But we (that's to say, almost all of us; and certainly almost anyone who matters in national security and the broader political culture) are now reflexively conditioned to ignore the flashing neon sign. Like those apocryphal Victorian ladies discreetly draping the lasciviously curved legs of their pianos, if a glimpse of hard unpleasant reality peeps through we simply veil it in another layer of fluffy illusions.

Two joint terrorism task forces became aware almost a year ago that Maj. Hasan was in regular e-mail contact with Anwar al-Awlaqi, the American-born but now Yemeni-based cleric who served as imam to three of the 9/11 hijackers and supports all-out holy war against the United States. But the expert analysts in the Pentagon determined that this lively correspondence was consistent with Maj. Hasan's "research interests," so there was no need to worry. That's America: Technologically superior, money no object (not one but two "joint terrorism task forces" stumbled across him). Yet no action was taken.

On the other hand, who needs surveillance operations and intelligence budgets? Maj. Hasan was entirely upfront about who he was. He put it on his business card: "SOA." As in "Soldier of Allah" — which seems a tad ungrateful to the American taxpayers who ponied up half a million bucks or thereabouts in elite medical school education to train him to be a Soldier of Uncle Sam. In a series of meetings during 2008, officials from both Walter Reed and the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences considered the question of whether then-Capt. Hasan was psychotic. But, according to at least one bigwig at Walter Reed, members of the policy committee wondered "how would it look if we kick out one of the few Muslim residents." So he got promoted to major and shipped to Fort Hood, Texas.

And 13 men and women and an unborn baby are dead.

Well, like they say, it's easy to be wise after the event. I'm not so sure. These days, it's easier to be even more stupid after the event. "Apparently, he tried to contact al-Qaida," mused MSNBC's Chris Matthews. "That's not a crime to call up al-Qaida, is it? Is it? I mean, where do you stop the guy?" Interesting question: Where do you draw the line?

The truth is, we're not prepared to draw a line even after he's gone ahead and committed mass murder. "What happened at Fort Hood was a tragedy," said Gen. Casey, the Army's chief of staff, "but I believe it would be an even greater tragedy if our diversity becomes a casualty here." A "greater tragedy" than 14 dead and dozens of wounded? Translating from the original brain-addled multicult-speak, the Army chief of staff is saying that the same fatuous prostration before marshmallow illusions that led to the "tragedy" must remain in place. If it leads to occasional mass murder, well, hopefully it can be held to what cynical British civil servants used to call, during the Northern Irish "Troubles", "an acceptable level of violence." Fourteen dead is evidently acceptable. A hundred and forty? Fourteen hundred? I guess we'll find out.

"Diversity" is one of those words designed to absolve you of the need to think. Likewise, a belief in "multiculturalism" doesn't require you to know anything at all about other cultures, just to feel generally warm and fluffy about them. Heading out from my hotel room the other day, I caught a glimpse of that 7-Eleven video showing Major Hasan wearing "Muslim" garb to buy a coffee on the morning of his murderous rampage. And it wasn't until I was in the taxi cab that something odd struck me: He is an American of Arab descent. But he was wearing Pakistani dress — that's to say, a "Punjabi suit," as they call it in Britain, or the "shalwar kameez," to give it its South Asian name. For all the hundreds of talking heads droning on about "diversity" across the TV networks, it was only Tarek Fatah, writing in The Ottawa Citizen, who pointed out that no Arab males wear this get-up — with one exception: Those Arab men who got the jihad fever and went to Afghanistan to sign on with the Taliban and al-Qaida. In other words, Maj. Hasan's outfit symbolized the embrace of an explicit political identity entirely unconnected with his ethnic heritage.

Mr. Fatah would seem to be a genuine "multiculturalist": That's to say, he's attuned to often very subtle "diversities" between cultures. Whereas the professional multiculturalist sees the 7-Eleven video and coos, "Aw, look. He's wearing … well, something exotic and colorful, let's not get hung up on details. Celebrate diversity, right? Can we get him in the front row for the group shot? We may be eligible for a grant."

The brain-addled "diversity" of Gen. Casey will get some of us killed, and keep all of us cowed. In the days since the killings, the news reports have seemed increasingly like a satirical novel that the author's not quite deft enough to pull off, with bizarre new Catch-22s multiplying like the windmills of your mind: If you're openly in favor of pouring boiling oil down the throats of infidels, then the Pentagon will put down your e-mails to foreign jihadists as mere confirmation of your long-established "research interests." If you're psychotic, the Army will make you a psychiatrist for fear of provoking you. If you gun down a bunch of people, within an hour the FBI will state clearly that we can all relax, there's no terrorism angle, because, in our over-credentialized society, it doesn't count unless you're found to be carrying Permit #57982BQ3a from the relevant State Board of Jihadist Licensing.

Ezra Levant, my comrade in a long battle to restore freedom of speech to Canada, likes to say that the Danish cartoons crisis may one day be seen as a more critical event than 9/11. Not, obviously, in the comparative death tolls but in what each revealed about the state of Western civilization. After 9/11, we fought back, hit hard, rolled up the Afghan camps; after the cartoons, we weaseled and equivocated and appeased and signaled that we were willing to trade core Western values for a quiet life. Watching the decadence and denial on display this past week, I think in years to come Fort Hood will be seen in a similar light. What happened is not a "tragedy" but a national scandal, already fading from view.

Here is a scathing denunciation of the U. S. government’s handling of who is America’s enemy. It is closely followed by a total agreement with Senator Joe Lieberman’s outspoken call to investigate the Ft. Hood Massacre. There is also a call for an investigation of the deceptive Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) which is using Islamist money to sue P. David Gaubatz and son Chris to return documents obtained via a private undercover investigative effort that led to an expose book entitled, “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Seeking to Islamize America.”

The facts are emerging. The warning signs were there. Story after story is breaking new information. Even some in the “establishment media,” such as ABC News, have produced news segments revealing the evidence that Nidal Hasan was a radical Islamist.

The FBI had seen warning signs. So had the CIA and the Joint Terrorism Task Force. Numerous fellow officers had witnessed Hasan make statements, even during presentations he gave, that should have set off alarm bells.

Some of the latest news to come out is that Hasan had been in communication with an al Qaeda imam — and authorities knew it and dismissed Hasan’s contacts with the conclusion that he was doing “research” for a thesis!

The tapestry of jihad being pieced together has prompted Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Joe Lieberman to call for hearings to investigate who knew what, when, and why action was not taken.

How is it possible that so many warning signs and red flags were ignored, rationalized, or dismissed?

There are at least two reasons.

The first is that too many in leadership in our country, whether in government, the military, or counterterrorism, do not want to connect the dots between the jihadist ideology, so clearly permeating the holy books of Islam, and the act of jihad.

ACT! has been exposing this failure ever since its founding. Dr. Walid Phares, during his presentation at the American Congress for Truth webcast conference “Radical Islam’s Threat to America” (held this past Saturday), stated astonishingly that eight years after 9/11 there is still widespread denial in our government about who the enemy is and why the enemy acts as he does.

This may help explain why, on the day of the Ft. Hood massacre, the FBI released a statement declaring “this was not a terrorist act.” How could they “rush to judgment” with such a faulty claim so quickly?

Answer: “Jihad Denial Syndrome.”

The second reason is linked to the first, which we discussed in our email alert yesterday — a culture of political correctness.

College campuses, Hollywood and television, and much of the “establishment media” are principal drivers of this culture of political correctness. In this worldview, there is a denial of fact and evidence that literally boggles the mind.

Our jihadist enemies throughout the world don’t hide the jihadist ideology — they celebrate it. It’s there for all the world to see — if it wants to. Too many of our leaders don’t want to.

Another enforcer of this political correctness is organizations like CAIR, the Council on American-Islamic Relations. For years CAIR has bullied, browbeat, intimidated and smeared anyone who dares to speak the truth about radical Islam. (See our petition calling for a government investigation of CAIR.)

Last Thursday night, CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad denounced the violence — and then emphasized that this had nothing to do with Islam.

So did other representatives of other Islamist organizations.

In other words, they didn’t denounce the Islamist, jihadist ideology that led to the violence. Indeed, they in effect denied such an ideology existed. Awad was crystal clear when he stated, falsely, that no religion or ideology could justify such an atrocity.

And in doing so these Islamist enforcers of political correctness fired a warning shot across the bow of the media, the military and the government. They were making it clear that politically correct “Jihad Denial Syndrome” must be adhered to.

Eleven days ago ACT! for America launched a national petition calling for a government investigation of CAIR, due to the mounting revelations of CAIR misdeeds and ties to terrorist organizations.

This petition is even more important now, in the aftermath of Ft. Hood. Why? Because America can no longer afford to be held hostage to a politically correct “Jihad Denial Syndrome” by a terrorist-tainted organization like CAIR.

This is why we continue to urge you, if you haven’t already done so, to sign our petition calling for a government investigation of CAIR.

Senator Lieberman is doing the right thing by convening hearings to investigate the Ft. Hood terrorist act.

We can’t change the culture of political correctness overnight, or the “Jihad Denial Syndrome” that political correctness has helped spawn.

But we are not powerless. There are actions we can take.

One talk show host said this morning that political correctness can be annoying, even silly, but at Ft. Hood it was deadly.

Don’t be Surprised by Ft Hood Massacre

Thursday Islam turned a man who says he is a Muslim first and an American second into a person who intended to be a homicidal-suicide killer. He did not succeed with suicide in the Islamic cowardly style however. After killing 13 Americans and sending over 20 to the hospital with bullets in their bodies a lady cop ended the Muslim’s reign of homicidal evil. Make no mistake about it; Major Nidal Malik Hasan very much intended to kill kafir American soldiers in the name of Mohammed’s Allah.

Believe it or not I don’t have a problem with the concept of Muslim first and American second. I feel the same way about Christianity.

As a Christian first I am told to honor the King (national authority) and all those in authority in order to live a peaceable life. Add to this the Christian concept of the Golden Rule: Do to others as you have them do to you. Or perhaps even love your neighbor. Or again do not render evil for evil. Do Christians now and in the past adhere to these demands of faith?

No, they do not or have not. Muslims, Jews, Secular Humanists and atheists are quick to point out the travesties of history perpetrated in the name of Christianity and/or Jesus Christ. Western Christians spent years of military movements toward the Holy Land after being fed up with Islamic brutal conquest, raids and humiliation of Christians in the grasp of Muslim control. Those military movements have become known in history as the Crusades. Crusaders unfortunately took a Just War cause and exacted violence and massacres of fellow Christians, Jews and Muslims along the way. This breaking of at least the “do not render evil for evil” Christian principle should not have exacted evil for Muslim hatred, slavery, sex-slavery, Christian humiliation of those choosing to live the life of paying the jizya tax for so-called Muslim protection to allow the practice the Christian faith.

There are a host of other atrocities executed in the name of Christianity. The next in the sphere of atrocity after the Crusades is the Inquisition in which Protestants, Jews, Muslims were tortured to death or convert to Christianity (Roman Catholic style). The Inquisition went after people suspected of practicing the dark arts such as witchcraft (which was more the case of hysteria of Roman Church greed). The Protestants are not off the hook either. Under the inspiration of otherwise great Christians (e.g. Martin Luther) Jews suffered horrendously. I am sure I have made my point even though there are more instances of acts of violence or massacre that can be dug up to accuse Christianity as being equally guilty of violence as Islam.

Yet is Islam or are Muslims a victim or possibly just simply having a comparable history similar to Christian abuses contrary to Scripture? As I said earlier acts of violence and atrocity exacted in the name of Christianity was absolutely contrary to the principles of Christianity.

Islam on the other hand exacted atrocities, violence, genocide and often the choice between converting to Islam, the humiliation of dhimmitude or death as traditional course of action as prescribed by Muslim founder Mohammed and the traditions of the Hadith and Sira (or is it Sunnah? I haven’t gotten two down yet.).

There is no Golden Rule in Islam especially toward a non-Muslim enemy or person (aka kafir).

Here are some Quranic Suras that demonstrate that Islam is NOT a religion of peace. The Suras are taken from an article written by Muslim Dr. Sami Alrabaa:

O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people. (Sura 5, verse 51)

And the Jews say: Uzair is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah DESTROY them; how they are turned away! (Sura 9, verse 30)

And the Jews will not be pleased with you, nor the Christians until you follow their religion. Say: Surely Allah's guidance, that is the (true) guidance. And if you follow their desires after the knowledge that has come to you, you shall have no guardian from Allah, nor any helper. (Sura 2, verse 120)

And KILL them (the unbelievers) wherever you find them, and drive them out from whence they drove you out, and persecution is severer than slaughter, and do not fight with them at the Sacred Mosque until they fight with you in it, but if they do fight you, then slay them; such is the recompense of the unbelievers. (Sura 2, verse 191)

They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them (the unbelievers) friends until they flee (their homes) in Allah's way; but if they turn back, then seize them and KILL them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper. (Sura 4, verse 89)

At this point a Muslim or Muslim Apologists think they have a great point to claim the Bible has the same enjoinders to kill non-Jews to make room for the Chosen People to receive the Land prepared by God. (Of course a Muslim would not say “Chosen People” or “God”). Let me point out that the order of God to kill everything in the Promised Land was based on the inhabitants being at the point of no-return in their moral arena. This people disowned the Creator in favor for false gods, committed sex sins (homosexuality and temple prostitution in their various polytheistic beliefs), infanticide of babies either unwanted or in human sacrifice and you get the idea.

Here is another point about the Old Testament Jews: the order to kill everything was not perpetual. Indeed it became obvious the Jews would not complete their God-ordained mission and time ran out on the task. It became the beginning of the constant error of forsaking God’s Law in favor of the same acts of the people they were to eliminate. Thus when the Jews of the Northern Kingdom of Israel followed by the Southern Kingdom of Judah were to the point of no-return, God removed them from the control of the Promised Land. Hence history has the Assyrian diaspora and the Babylonian diaspora (aka Babylonian Captivity). Upon a return to piety in foreign lands the Hand of God began repatriating Jews back to their Promised Land.

On the other hand Muslim holy writings have a perpetual command to kill the infidel (kafir) until they become Muslim. This command indeed stretches to the Quranic “People of the Book” (i.e. Jews and Christians). It is vague when the full throttle of the inclusion of convert or die for the “People of the Book” takes place; however it is a certainty that radical Islam acts as if this day is the age of extermination.

Another favorite rejoinder by Muslims and Muslim Apologists is this Quranic Sura:

“There is no compulsion in religion” (Quran Sura 2 verse 256).

In light of the Quranic verses above this is quite a deceptive ploy utilized by Muslim Apologists. The verse appears to promote the paradigm of tolerance but further reading of the Quran, Hadith or Sira would demonstrate there no compulsion in the sense of choice for the People of the Book. The non-Muslim is not viewed as being compelled when given the choice of convert, become a second class humiliated dhimmi or die. There is no compulsion when “choice” is involved is there?

There is also a difference between Christianity and Islam in points of view. Via Christianity the West has developed a unitary sense of logic. For example if something is valid then its opposite is invalid. If something is true then the opposite is false. If what goes up must come down then one does not jump off a tall building without some kind mechanical device that overrides the simple law of gravity.

Islamic logic is NOT the same. Islam is all about duality. This duality means two opposites can be the same under various man-molded ethics. This duality comes strait from the Quran.

For instance the “There is no compulsion in religion” Sura is an attributed to Mohammed during his Mecca and pre-flight to Medina days. Mohammed attempted the Christian path of persuasion to gain converts until he got the boot from the Arab polytheists (a few Christians and Jews) from Mecca. Mo developed a more martial concept of winning forcing converts in Medina where the Jewish Arabs would not hear that Mohammed was one of the long line of Prophets as well as being the last and final prophet which heard from God Almighty. Yet the Jews and polytheists of Medina did not desire early on to harm Mo as long as he stuck to his Mecca message.

Mo gained more adherents in Medina who he began to train militarily. As Mo became stronger the Jewish Arabs became a bit more resistant to the Muslim message. This all led to the slaughter of Medina Jews and the eventual conquest of Mecca. The die had been cast on how to spread Islam to the world. Hence Muslim violence and conquest is the continuation rather than the contrary of Muslim holy writings.

It is obvious that Christian atrocity is contrary to Christian principles and Muslim atrocities are ordained by Muslim principles. Thus we have one Nidal Malik Hasan going on an Islamic inspired killing spree.

Ft Hood – Islam – Nidal Hasan

What happened at Fort Hood yesterday is a demonstration of the influence of Mohammed’s Islam on an individual. Regardless of what the Politically Correct Mainstream Media (MSM), the typical Leftist or the majority of so-called non-violent Muslims will you; Mohammed’s religion was created on the back of theo-political conquest as well as harshly securing the conquest by humiliating or killing the conquered.

The peace found in Islam is by those who submit to the theo-political dogma of Islam as inspired by Mohammed (its author), the Quran (the so-called words of Allah as delivered by Mo), the Hadith, Sunnah and various other Islamic commentary writings.

The so-called peace is submerged by the violence called for when Islam is offended either from within (Muslims) or outside (kafir).

As more and more info becomes available about Muslim U.S. Army psychiatrist Major Nidal Hasan, we will become aware that Islam played a huge part in his decision to go on a bloodthirsty psycho-spree.

A blog on the New York Times has been keeping track with updates at Fort Hood and Nidal Hasan. I am going repost the updates in reverse order up to the time of this writing. I have know idea when the updates will discontinue however I am certain a few more will arrive at the blog so go there to get caught up or possibly a location not quite as politically correct as the New York Times.
