A Divided or Unified America

This is one of the most thought provoking submissions from Justin Smith on the state of our U.S. Government platformed by the U.S. Constitution.

I am uncertain if it was Justin’s intention but this essay provides good reasoning to reform America’s Constitution. There is as much a divide between naysayers and pro-Constitution reformers for a new Constitutional Convention for American Governance.

The naysayers are concerned about the intrusion of abusive power (both Conservative and Leftists) in government. Constitutional Reformers believe that parameters can be imposed on Constitutional delegates in the framing of a new Constitution. Frankly, in this day and age there are elements of truth that are probably valid concerns from both the naysayers and reformers.

My biggest concern based on America’s last two election cycles, is that Americans are so divided on political ideology (Conservative vs. Leftist) the atmosphere for give and take deliberation in a convention may be impossible.

If you look at American history, Americans were not exactly unified in certainty in leaving the British Monarchy for complete independence. Many Americans considered themselves British citizens living in colonial America. While many other Americans were so upset with British governance exploiting colonial life relegating colonialists conquered subjects with no self-determination in practical local governing robbed of British privilege.

The former were loyal to the Crown but still displeased with socio-political governing. The latter were so displeased with British governing that the feeling of self-governing would provide a better socio-political life based on representation. Then there were a group of colonials that were ambivalent and just sought existence.

Of course the outcome favored the self-government by representation group of colonials; however, there was enough displeasure with British governance among Crown-favored Americans that remained after the Revolutionary War that a consensus could be deliberated upon in the formation of a national government of united former colonies.

On a personal level, I have doubts such a consensus via deliberation is possible in America’s current political divide. The political atmosphere today resembles the America of the Civil War than the Americans during the War of Independence.

I suspect America’s current divide may devolve into a war that would determine the political future of make-up of the United States. Lacking a Lincoln-like individual, that make-up may or may not be a Fractured States of America.

My prayer for America is for a Lincoln-like individual for a unified future. If not, I fear America’s future will fated to foreign domination by a more globalist-minded governance.

Americans, by and large, have not kept themselves informed, and adhered to the limits the Constitution imposes upon our government, which has resulted in more than half the problems we face today as a country. And, because the voters themselves do not know, or care, what the Constitution says, they elect candidates who have no intention, or desire, to support and defend it -- believing in "the end justifies the means".  It is a vicious cycle that repeats itself every election cycle and won’t stop until the people take the time to learn what the drafters of the Constitution intended when they wrote it.

So, as Lysander Spooner so aptly said, “But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain – that it has either authorizes such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case it is unfit to exist.” I could almost stop right there, saying that is how I feel about our system of government, and the document that established it…but I won’t.

Even though the Constitution outlined a fundamentally sound system of government, in theory, the problem is that it was the creation of a group of men who held differing views on what government should look like and what powers it should hold.

Ben Franklin explained it best when he said:

"For when you assemble a number of men to have the advantage of their joint wisdom, you inevitably assemble with those men, all their prejudices, their passions, their errors of opinion, their local interests, and their selfish views. From such an assembly can a perfect production be expected? It therefore astonishes me, Sir, to find this system approaching so near to perfection as it does; and I think it will astonish our enemies, who are waiting with confidence to hear that our councils are confounded like those of the Builders of Babel; and that our States are on the point of separation, only to meet hereafter for the purpose of cutting one another’s throats. Thus I consent, Sir, to this Constitution because I expect no better, and because I am not sure, that it is not the best. The opinions I have had of its errors, I sacrifice to the public good. I have never whispered a syllable of them abroad. Within these walls they were born, and here they shall die. If every one of us in returning to our Constituents were to report the objections he has had to it, and endeavor to gain partizans in support of them, we might prevent its being generally received ..." (Source: Franklin’s Final Address to the Constitutional Convention.

There were many concerns expressed by these patriots who opposed the Constitution, but the underlying theme that can be found in most of their writings is that the Constitution created a consolidation of the States into a Union under a strong centralized government.

In a more perfect union, a more perfect Republic, our sovereign and independent states would reassert the 9th and 10th Amendments more forcefully, since they have been abrogated out of existence by federal laws and judicial activism; the states should unite themselves together by a perpetual confederacy, without ceasing to be, each individually, a perfect state. They will together constitute a federal republic: their joint deliberations will not impair the sovereignty of each member, though they may, in certain respects, put some restraint on the exercise of it, in virtue of voluntary engagements. A person does not cease to be free and independent, when he is obliged to fulfill engagements which he has voluntarily contracted.

One of the primary concerns of the anti-Federalists was: Did the Constitution do away with the status quo and create a consolidation of the States into a single, indivisible Union; or Republic, or did the States still retain all powers which were not expressly given; allowing the government to intrude into and interfere with the lives and liberties of the people.

On June 5, 1788 in a speech opposing ratification of the Constitution, Patrick Henry expressed those exact sentiments as follows:

“I rose yesterday to ask a question which arose in my own mind. When I asked that question, I thought the meaning of my interrogation was obvious: The fate of this question and of America may depend on this: Have they said, we, the States? Have they made a proposal of a compact between states? If they had, this would be a confederation: It is otherwise most clearly a consolidated government. The question turns, Sir, on that poor little thing-the expression, We, the people, instead of the States, of America.“

It should be obvious, that the people had already established republics by their having created their own State Legislatures, so they actually had no need to create another Republic for the purpose of governing them all. The purpose for which the delegates were sent to Philadelphia was to arrive at suggestions for amendments, in order to make the existing Confederation Government adequate for the needs of the country; not to toss the existing form of government in the trash heap and replace it with one of their creation.

If the powers given to this new form of government were to be exercised primarily upon the States, then why did the drafters of the Constitution demand that it be ratified by the voice of the people; as it was the States whose authority would be further restricted, or usurped, by the creation of this new form of government. However, if this new system of government was, in fact, a consolidation and a diminishing of the sovereignty of the States, then it would make sense that the people must give their consent to it.

Yet, in Federalist 45 James Madison attempted to ensure the people that the States would retain their authority over the lives and liberties of the people by saying:

“The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected.

The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State."

Most Americans believe the Bill of Rights protects certain rights against governmental interference. That is only partially true, since the Bill of Rights are amendments to the Constitution which created our federal government; not the constitutions which framed the various State governments. Therefore, technically they only apply to the federal government. However, an argument can also be made that, since the Constitution itself is the Supreme Law of the land, any amendment to it could be implied to apply to the States as well.

Keeping things simple, let’s just say that the Bill of Rights only applies to the federal government. How is it then that the government can dictate what kind of guns private citizens may own; how is it that the Supreme Court -- which is PART of the federal government -- decides whether a State may display the Ten Commandments, or that children be prohibited from praying in school; how is it that the federal government can violate the 4th Amendment by spying upon the private conversations of every man, woman and child in this country, just to keep us safe from terrorism?

There exists a whole list of things the federal government has done which are not among the powers listed in Article 1, Section 8 as those powers given to Congress; which in case you have forgotten, is the lawmaking body of our government; not the President as so many seem to think.

This has all been done because of the concept of implied powers; something introduced while George Washington was President. That occurred because the Constitution itself did not provide specific enough limitations upon the powers it was granting government; leaving loopholes by which government has expanded its power well beyond those originally intended.

So, if that is true, then the Constitution itself failed the people as it did not provide sufficient means for the people to resist the encroaching powers of government and to ward off tyranny and oppression.

Not one individual can provide me with the Article and Clause that grants any of us the authority to arrest and charge any of our elected officials, for the crime of violating the Constitution, because such a clause simply does not exist. And, it is this oversight that has resulted in the Constitution's failure, by not providing the means to oppose a government that no longer adheres to any kind of limits upon their power and authority.

I only care whether the party that is in control adheres to the Constitutional limitations imposed upon them and seeks to protect and defend my rights…that and nothing more, and both parties have failed miserably in this duty. If government does not do this, then I revoke my consent to being governed by it.

Why do Americans still support a government that no longer resembles or represents the ideas and beliefs which led our Founders to seek their independence from a tyrant? Why do they so meekly submit to tyranny and oppression today? Is there not a drop of patriotic blood left in their bodies?

One certainly must wonder what has kept Americans from marching on D.C, with rifles in hand and sixteen feet lengths of rope, so criminals like Hillary Clinton, Obama and Susan Rice and many others could be hung from the highest tree, or the balcony of the Capitol Building; especially in light of the current double standard of "law" applied in America.

All I see is a nation of sheep who meekly obey the commands of their masters. What has become of the land of the free and the home of the brave? LaVoy Finicum was brave and he was gunned down in cold blood; with the media and the people calling him an extremist.

I seek to restore America to Her Founding Principles and more of an Originalist approach towards the implementation of the U.S. Constitution, which has been bastardized far and away from anything ever intended by the Founding Fathers. If Patrick Henry, Samuel Adams and Thomas Jefferson were alive today they would either have fled the country, or they would be serving time, in Guantanamo Bay as domestic terrorists, because the people of this country no longer care about limited government or individual liberty; all they care about is comfort and security, whether it's the Democrats or Republicans providing it.

And it makes me sick to death to watch.

The Totalitarian Left

After reading conservative commentator Ben Shapiro's disturbing account of the near riot that broke out on a liberal California college campus in response to his scheduled, cancelled, then re-scheduled speech, my concern about the state of modern liberalism has reached critical-mass. That the modern liberal activist so readily embraces the suppression of free speech, threatening behavior and, in some cases, explicitly violent behavior is beyond troubling.

The country can't continue like this. A conservative movement that embraces free speech, however misguided in some cases, cannot co-exist with a liberal movement that works to actively silence opposing voices using the most vile of tactics—compare the cordial reception Bernie Sanders received at Liberty University, a largely conservative, Christian college, with the near-violent reception Ben Shapiro received at the liberal California campus.

I have seen this phenomenon again and again, even at the local level as both an activist and a candidate. …

… Aren’t we supposed to vigorously engage in an exchange of ideas in the hope of finding out what is effective and, just as important, what ideas do not work? If this is the case, then what is the activist left so afraid of? If their ideas are so effective at bringing about a better tomorrow, and their ideas are properly positioned on the moral high-ground, then why are they so afraid of conservatives airing their ideas?

But what liberals do want is power. Power is the mother’s milk of the all-powerful liberal, cradle-to-grave, nanny state the activist-left craves. So, although they realize they are on the wrong side of nearly every important issue, they believe that the acquisition of power is moral, and the means to acquire that power is simply a casualty of this ideological war. When you accept the fact that the activist-left craves power, and the ability to reorganize the United States using that power—and that this is their ONLY goal—then their speech suppression, violence, and totalitarian tendencies finally make sense.

Violence is not the answer here. Matching thuggery with greater thuggery is a path to national suicide. We must fight back with confrontation. We MUST confront this type of behavior by never allowing them to silence us. The voices to demanding you keep your conservative views quiet should act as a call to shout louder. Fight back. For the Left, Totalitarianism Is a Feature, Not a Bug

I like to think of myself as a pioneer in warning about the rise of the New Totalitarianism in America, which is really not much different than the old totalitarianism. The most important difference is that the new breed is better at hypnotizing itself into thinking they’re good-hearted, compassionate souls who just want the best for everyone… except, of course, the dissenters they grind beneath their jackboots.

I can say with absolute certainty that most of the people responsible for the brutal oppression of the Sweet Cakes by Melissa bakers would insist they are compassionate people whose hearts are brimming with tolerance and love.

Push them harder, and they’ll claim their seething hatred for the Christian bakers – their totalitarian urge to use the power of the State to personally destroy these innocent people – isn’t a black mark against their “compassion” and “tolerance,” because those bakers aren’t really people at all, at least not in the same sense that loving gay couples who demand cakes for their weddings are.

That’s what I mean about the New Totalitarians being the same as the old. We’ve heard all of their ideas, rhetorical tricks, and ugly inner urges before. You’ve got to break some eggs to make an omelette. The ends justify the means. Everything inside the State, nothing outside the State. Everything Obama-era “liberals” are exhaling today was in the atmosphere of Europe a century ago. How can our young people be so poorly-educated that they don’t find the spectacle of howling mobs demanding vigilante revenge against “enemies of the people” to be both familiar, and terrifying?

One of my goals as a writer in the Age of Obama has been to rescue the proper meaning of terms like totalitarian, authoritarian, and fascist. They’re not synonymous, although the ideas are related. They are all aspects of collectivism, the true and eternal enemy of liberty.

It’s become difficult to discuss any of this without immediately being accused of a “Godwin’s Law” violation. …

Ogallala Aquifer Initiative Adds Focus Areas in Nebraska and Oklahoma

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack today announced USDA will invest about $8 million in the Ogallala Aquifer Initiative in Fiscal Year 2016 to help farmers and ranchers conserve billions of gallons of water annually while strengthening agricultural operations. The eight-state Ogallala Aquifer has suffered in recent years from increased periods of drought and declining water resources.

These are the kinds of Threats that is bring the rise of Communism and a Totalitarianism ideology to fruition!!! But we should at Least entertain in debate the New technologies out there in the links here and let the People consider what they want to do before we elect a Lie and a deceiving bunch of Ideologies that will swing the pendulum way far like Georgia Guide Stones [Radio Liberty explanation] far away from any glimpse of what Liberty ever looked like.

We gotta do this new way of supply to be able to stop the tyrannical ideologues who are suppressing this technology because they want Full Control over an economic Food and Fiber supply system [Wikipedia explanation] that under the current system is scheduled to run shortages in the next 30 years. And they don’t think we the people can make the right decisions, but we need to challenge them because Peace is only achieved with Freedom as the conduit between life and culture.

Report: All of The "KKK Members" In Hillary Clinton's New Trump Attack Ad Are PAID ACTORS

Hillary Clinton would like people to think that if you are reading this you are considered “alt-right,” and thus associate with the Ku Klux Klan and other racially divisive groups. She made this point very clear in a speech in Reno, Nevada this week. You, and the other 50 million Americans who refuse to support her candidacy, if you show any signs of supporting Donald Trump’s policies, are nothing short of a white supremacist.

The Clinton campaign is really ratcheting up the portrayal of Donald Trump as a racist, white supremacist who sympathizes with and is endorsed by the KKK. READ THE REST

But if you know Hillary Clinton, then you know that every single word coming out of her mouth is designed to obfuscate facts and demonize anyone who might stand in her way of being elected to the highest office of the land.

According to Joe Wayne at The AntiCoIntelPro Show this is very much the case in her latest attack ad (above), which reportedly uses no actual Klan members, but rather, paid actors masquerading as Trump supporting racists.

And while Clinton hammers Trump because he didn’t immediately disavow the support of KKK Grand Wizard David Duke, perhaps the most telling aspect of this story is that it is actually Hillary Clinton who hob-knobs with racists, as evidenced by her comments about the late Senator Robert Byrd:

“Today our country has lost a true American original, my friend and mentor Robert C. Byrd… Senator Byrd was a man of surpassing eloquence and nobility… Robert C. Byrd led by the power of his example, and he made all of us who had the honor of serving as his colleagues better public servants and better citizens.”

As it turns out, Byrd is a confirmed member of the Ku Klux Man:

When Byrd was 24-years-old, he joined the Klan because he was worried that during World War II, he might have to fight alongside “race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.” Bryd [sic] wrote those words in 1944 to Sen. Theodore Bilbo, a staunch segregationist

Of course you’ll never see this report carried by ABCNBCCBSCNN, but that doesn’t make it any less true.

Pakistan’s spy organization known as Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) is doing something that at the very least, Counterjihad writers had guessed at since the USA invaded Afghanistan for providing safe haven for al Qaeda’s Usama bin Laden. Namely, that the ISI has been providing material support to Islamic terrorist organizations that are still attacking American troops in Afghanistan. For that matter the same Islamic terrorist organizations that have been slaughtering Christians living in Pakistan.

Even worse, the American CIA and other NATO nations that have been involved in fighting in Afghanistan has had full knowledge of ISI activities against the Afghan government and NATO troops led by America. THINK ABOUT IT! That means the ISI has been operating with impunity against the USA without consequences. After all we went after the Taliban and al Qaeda in Afghanistan because of the Islamic terrorist attack on American soil on September 11, 2001.

I don’t know how far back the USA has had full knowledge of ISI activities, but shame on President Bush if his Administration was privy to anti-American ISI activities while Pakistan was pretending to be the USA’s partner against Muslim war criminals. It does not surprise me about the Obama Administration cooperating with the ISI and so by extension with Islamic terrorists shooting at American troops. Obama has done all he can to screw up any formal victory against Islamic terrorism with wishy-washy policy decisions from day one of his time in Office. AND that includes reducing America’s military capabilities to its lowest levels since before WWII!

In a column, MEMRI South Asia Studies Project director Tufail Ahmad discusses the role of the Pakistani military's Inter-Services Intelligence Directorate (ISI) in creating and shielding jihadist terror groups. The column – titled in Hindi "ISI – A Terror Organization" – was published by Dainik Jagran, the largest Hindi-language newspaper in India, on April 27, 2016.

The following is the original English text, from which it was translated into Hindi:

"There is enough publicly available evidence to recognize this fact: the Pakistani military's Inter-Services Intelligence Directorate, known as ISI, is a terrorist organization. While the peoples of India and Afghanistan are aware of the ISI's role in creating, nurturing, shielding and using terror groups, people in the U.S. and Europe are not fully aware of this aspect of ISI. Let's look at the following points.

"One, on April 14, it emerged from a declassified U.S. cable that the ISI had funded the 2009 suicide bombing on the CIA base in Khost, eastern Afghanistan. The 2010 cable noted: 'some funding for Haqqani attacks are still provided by the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence Directorate, including $200,000 for the December 30, 2009, attack on the CIA facility [in Khost].' This was the deadliest attack on CIA in history. Haqqani Network is a key unit of the Afghan Taliban which are funded and aided by the ISI. On September 22, 2011, Admiral Mike Mullen, the chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, told the U.S. Senate: 'Haqqani is veritable arm of Pakistan's ISI.'

"When the cable was declassified, Washington-based journalist Chidanand Rajghatta wrote: 'the sequence of cables detailing the ISI's role in organizing the attack suggests that the U.S. administration lied to the American public about Pakistan being a frontline ally in the War on Terror.'

"Two, in 2007 U.S. military interrogators in Guantanamo Bay classified the ISI as a terrorist group in secret papers. On April 25, 2011, the WikiLeaks revealed those secret papers as per which the U.S. officials had designated the ISI as one of the 32 'militant forces or organizations' with which Al-Qaeda and the Taliban have 'an established working, supportive, or beneficiary relationship for the achievement of common goals.' The ISI was ranked alongside Hamas, Jaish-e-Muhammad and Hezbollah, among others. WikiLeaks also reported that there were plans to explode a nuclear bomb in Europe if Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden was caught.

"Three, Adnan Rasheed, a leading Taliban commander, is a former employee of Pakistan Air Force (PAF). In an interview with jihadi magazine Azan in 2013, Rasheed revealed that an institution called Idarat-ul-Pakistan was established within the PAF to coordinate jihadi activities across the three branches of the Pakistani military: navy, army and air force. Rasheed also noted that he was sent for training at a camp of Jaish-e-Muhammad led by Maulana Masood Azhar. At the training camp, Adnan Rasheed realized that Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) was 'working under the ISI.' He told his boss in the Idarat-ul-Pakistan: 'There is no difference between us and Jaish-e-Muhammad. We are soldiers in uniform and they are soldiers without uniform.' Adnan Rasheed's interview clearly established that Jaish-e-Muhammad is a branch of ISI.

"Four, in mid-2014 a video interview emerged of Shamsh Kashmiri, who was removed from his post as the deputy emir of Jaish-e-Muhammad. Kashmiri had developed differences with the JeM chief Maulana Masood Azar after he refused to order jihad against the Pakistani military following the 2007 army operation in Red Mosque of Islamabad. In the interview, Kashmiri noted: 'We used to think that Jaish-e-Muhammad, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Harkatul Mujahideen, Hizbul Mujahideen, Al-Barq Mujahideen... are purely sincere organizations for jihad... but the Red Mosque operation proved' that 'Our jihad is being done under obedience to ISI.' Even today, Jaish-e-Muhammad is allowed freedom to spread jihadi teachings and publish Haftroza Al-Qalam, a weekly newspaper.

"Shamsh Kashmiri also revealed that when General Pervez Musharraf banned jihadi groups under international pressure, the then ISI chief Lt.-Gen. Pervez Kayani 'instantly decided to double' the monthly salaries to the jihadi groups. As per Kashmiri, JeM was getting 45 lakh [4.5 millioOn] rupees, Lashkar-e-Taiba was given 90 [9 million] lakhs and Hizbul Mujahideen was getting one crore [10 million] rupees. These amounts were raised by Kayani. Kashmiri also noted: "The money that the ISI gives is called operation money... So far as I remember 90 lakhs [9 million] monthly was fixed for Jaish-e-Muhammad." He added: "There is the training center of Jaish-e-Muhammad in Balakot. About 20 to 25 soldiers (of Pakistan Army) are there for their security' and 'It is the duty of one person from every organization to meet ISI people in [the towns of] Muzaffarabad, Kotli and Mansehra on a daily basis.'

"Five, Jaish-e-Muhammad, the ISI and Al-Qaeda have deep relationships between them. Adam Yahiye Gadahn, known as Al-Qaeda's American spokesman, was killed in Waziristan in January 2015. In a detailed interview published posthumously by Resurgence magazine of Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS), Adam Gadahn noted that when he moved from California to Pakistan, he first stayed at the Kuwait Hostel of the International Islamic University, Islamabad. 'Two Pakistani brothers (came) to pick me up from the hostel. They told me they were from the group headed by Maulana Masood Azhar, who was still in an Indian prison.' His statement reveals that Jaish-e-Muhammad is a feeder organization for Al-Qaeda.

"Six, although Al-Qaeda has been led by Arab terrorists, it is fundamentally a Pakistani organization from day one. It was established on the watch of the ISI in Peshawar in 1988 – at a time the ISI had emerged victorious in Afghanistan. It is from Pakistan that Al-Qaeda spread to the Middle East. Al-Qaeda is practically a branch of the ISI, which views itself as the ideological guardian of the Islamic state of Pakistan: both Al-Qaeda and the ISI share the same ideological objective – establishment of the Islamic Caliphate, with the only difference being that ISI wants Pakistan to be the head of such an international caliphate. It was the ISI that protected Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad, as it protected Taliban leader Mullah Omar and continues to protect Maulana Masood Azhar and current Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri.

"Currently, the ISI is using the Taliban to launch deadly attacks in Afghanistan in full knowledge of the world powers. On April 19, the Taliban carried out a suicide bombing near the headquarters of an elite Afghan military unit in Kabul, killing 64 people and wounding 300 others. Aided by CIA and Saudi money, the ISI was in full control of jihadi groups in Afghanistan in the 1980s. It remains in full control of jihadi groups in Afghanistan in 2016."

A Plea for Efficient Facebook Alternative

I have begun searching for viable alternatives to Facebook. The social giant Facebook has been blocking my Counterjihad expose Islam posts. The lamest reason is that I post is that I post too often. If that is the Facebook logic, then why do they allow people to join so many groups that share the same interests?

The only answer is CENSORSHIP.

Now let’s be realistic though. Facebook is a multibillion privately only corporation. They have the property right to limit what their owner/owners or Board finds objectionable to their ideology.

That being said, I think Facebook should be honest about the ideology they specifically reject. Why do they hide behind subterfuge in blocking or banning their members? It is my opinion that some other enterprising person, persons or more would realize there is a market to tap into which would lead toward someone developing a serious competitive social platform for Conservatives and Counterjihad writers, bloggers and individuals can post their concerns and exposés that Facebook has an ideological problem with.

In the last two days I have been prevented twice by Facebook from continuing Counterjihad blog posts. Each time the only response has been when the block penalty ends. Assuming the resumption times were in the Pacific Time Zone I was blocked yesterday until 6:14 PM. And today until 11:50 AM. In the Central Time zone I live in this means 8:14 PM and today at 1:50 PM.

I going to post this blog entry to see how many I can do to my groups until Facebook blocks me again.

 If I'm being blocked for ideological reasons, I'd sure like no know the reason. I am very critical of the Left and of the Quranic beliefs of Islam; however I use zero profanity and I never call for violent action against the Left or Muslims. Which is quite unlike both the Left and Muslims who don't appreciate Conservative-American views exposing what those ideologies believe. If there nothing wrong with their ideology, I am more than willing to dialogue with the one who disagrees with me UNLESS that Leftist or Muslim Apologist dialogues back with profanity or physical threats. 

 I would like to know if Facebook has a problem with exposing what Conservatives believe to be are heinous beliefs. In which I will leave the Facebook groups and find another forum which is more agreeable to free speech conducive to the American Way. ++++

Dear God in Heaven let me know which group is complaining so I can leave it. I understand if there is a privacy issue with an individual, but surely you can let me know the group that is annoyed with me. I belong to groups that should be very accommodating with my thoughts. Ergo I was a little taken aback that there are complaints from group members. Also if Facebook is having a problem with me posting to all the groups I belong then why am I allowed to be a member of multiple groups? I'm just saying, the standard is a bit arbitrary, don't you think?

And so I went on a search for a social platform I could live with that has some of the same applications as Facebook. To date I have not been successful. What I have ran into are some articles complaining or exposing Facebook. One such online web news service is one I have never heard of so I am a bit uncertain of their ideology. Nonetheless it does well to expose Facebook and that at least works for me now.

Mad World News exposes Facebook censorship against Counterjihadists. Go Mad World! I pray some capable person or Free Speech advocate can build and offer a social platform designed specifically for Free Speech with a Conservative and Counterjihad perspective in mind.

If You Post This Anti-Islam Meme, You Might Kiss Your Facebook Profile Goodbye

With Facebook infringing upon our First Amendment rights more and more every day, it seems the social media giant has most recently hit a new low. As a Facebook page with almost 1 million fans has come to find out, if you post a certain Islam themed meme on Facebook, you could end up kissing your profile goodbye.

There’s an irrefutable line where the right to free speech stops and illegality ensues, but Facebook is redefining so-called acceptable speech. Proving just that, the owners of Mad World News were a bit surprised when logging into their account recently, only to receive a ban notice for the meme below, which “violated” the social media giant’s “community standards.”

Now, for most of us here, the picture might result in us clicking the like button before we continue scrolling through our feed, but for at least one person, they were offended by it. Apparently, they were so ticked off that they didn’t just keep scrolling or hide the post, they took the time to report the meme to Facebook.

In turn, it resulted in a 7-day ban for one of the Mad World News page administrators.

The post depicts the back of a man’s truck with a tailgate that reads, “Muslims go home and take Obama with you!!” Now, granted, the text implies that Muslims leave the country, but all it says is “go home.” Go home – that’s all it says. Furthermore, it’s a picture of a truck, not really a “meme” at all. However, Facebook has taken it upon themselves to censor a page simply because they didn’t like what it had to say.

We are under attack as Americans by people who seek to alter the face of our nation in a way that would make our Founding Fathers roll in their graves. The sad part is, they don’t even understand the implications of what they’re putting into place. Maybe they won’t realize it today or tomorrow, but one day, after the precedent in which they set forth snowballs into something else, then they’ll see – but by then it’ll be too late.

Now, for those unaware, Facebook will usually give you a short ban (1-3 days) for a first offense, and then a longer one (7-30 days) before they completely remove your page for good. There are some reasonable things that would constitute such action, such as posts conveying violent threats or pictures of someone naked, but Facebook is now aligning themselves politically.

As it turns out, despite the vast majority of Americans who are rightfully worried about Islam and the effect it is currently having on the world right now, Facebook is on the other side of things. Acting as human meat shields for the religion that is causing so much death and destruction, let alone their consistently abysmal treatment of women, the social media platform is seeking to shut down any naysayers who speak out against Muslims.

Over 57,000 subscribers, a 4.7 million post reach, and a platform for assisting those persecuted by Islamic tyranny — gone.

Sadly, this isn’t the first time that such an instance has occurred. Mad World News’ own, Dom the Conservative, has had her page shut down for good. With the page seeking to expose the truth about Islam with factual information, Facebook, being the irrational apologists that they are, naturally didn’t like what she had to say, so they shut her up.

Forget about the fact that she had tens of thousands of followers and that Americans have the right to free speech, Facebook is now censoring those rights in order to advance a political stance, hoping to push it on there many users.

This isn’t a debate – We the People have the right to say what we want (so long as if falls within the confines of the law) without persecution. As I said before, we are under attack, and if anything, this sick and increasingly frequent occurrence proves just that.

Our nation is headed for dark times. The only question is, will we sit idly by and watch as it happens or will we speak out together and do something to ensure the effort is squashed as it should be? Enough is enough, it’s time to get back to the roots this country was founded on.
