The Homosexual Classrooms Act is an Assault on the Constitution and Christianity

Homosexual Activists are using the clout of MSM and Hollywood/TV propaganda to brainwash homosexuality is normal and acceptable in American culture. The Homosexual Activist lobby appears to be in the driver’s seat gaining huge support for a bill entitled Student Non-Discrimination Act. Eugene Delgaudio of Public Advocate correctly says the bill should be labeled the Homosexual Classrooms Act.

The propagandized design for the Bill is to protect deviant homosexuals from discrimination in public schools. The nuts and bolts reality is the Bill forced feeds public school students to accept the homosexual lifestyle as normal rather than the Biblical description as an abomination. Because of Judicial precedents utilizing a Left Wing secularist interpretation of the First Amendment’s Establishment Clause, Homosexual Activists are making sure public school students do not hear that Christian Biblical faith speaks of homosexuality as deviant sin against God.

Regardless of what atheists, Secular Humanists and Separation of Church-State morons will tell you, the United States of America has a Christian Foundation in its colonial beginnings and the foundation thoughts of the Founding Father’s including those Founders involved in writing the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.

President James Madison was the primary framer and defender of making the Constitution the law of the land. Madison was huge on equal rights for all religions and all Christian denominations (or sects). Many a Secular Humanist will thus point out that Madison was big on separation of Church and State. In 1812, President Madison signed a federal bill which economically aided the Bible Society of Philadelphia in its goal of the mass distribution of the Bible.

Anti-Christian and Separation Church-State apologists love to point out a significant number of the America’s Founding Fathers were Deists. Even if it is true that most of the Founding Fathers were Deists, their Deism was quite different than the Deism practiced in Europe. The Founding Fathers expected the Constitution to be interpreted with the Original Intent in which it was written. The only change to occur in the Constitution was via the Amendment process or another Constitutional Convention to write a new document to replace the last document.

This Living Constitution malarkey is an invention of the Left to validate a Socialistic-Secular Humanistic culture despising our Christian foundation to allow such deviancy as homosexuality to be valid and to have special protection from Christians that subscribe to Biblical Morality.

Jennings' ultimate goal is for all curriculum in "kindergarten, and first grade, and second grade – every grade" be infused with a pro-homosexual slant.

Traditional values will be squashed and demonized as old fashioned or out of date, or even as bigotry.

  1. Separation of church and state is a bedrock principle of our Constitution much like the principles of separation of powers and checks and balances. In the Constitution, the founders did not simply say in so many words that there should be separation of powers and checks and balances; rather, they actually separated the powers of government among three branches and established checks and balances. Similarly, they did not merely say there should be separation of church and state; rather, they actually separated them by (1) establishing a secular government on the power of "We the people" (not a deity), (2) saying nothing to connect that government to god(s) or religion, (3) saying nothing to give that government power over matters of god(s) or religion, and (4), indeed, saying nothing substantive about god(s) or religion at all except in a provision precluding any religious test for public office. Given the norms of the day, the founders' avoidance of any expression in the Constitution suggesting that the government is somehow based on any religious belief was quite a remarkable and plainly intentional choice. They later buttressed this separation of government and religion with the First Amendment, which constrains the government from undertaking to establish religion or prohibit individuals from freely exercising their religions. The basic principle, thus, rests on much more than just the First Amendment.

    That the phrase "separation of church and state" does not appear in the text of the Constitution assumes much importance, it seems, to some who may have once labored under the misimpression it was there and, upon learning they were mistaken, reckon they’ve discovered a smoking gun solving a Constitutional mystery. To those familiar with the Constitution, the absence of the metaphor commonly used to name one of its principles is no more consequential than the absence of other phrases (e.g., Bill of Rights, separation of powers, checks and balances, fair trial, religious liberty) used to describe other undoubted Constitutional principles.

    David Barton of Wallbuilders, by the way, should be taken with a grain of salt. As revealed by the meticulous analysis of Chris Rodda and many others, zealotry more than fact shapes his work, which is riddled with shoddy scholarship and downright dishonesty.   2. As an atheist, I'm not sure why you think the Bible should have any control over my life. It's just a book that was written by men. Do you give any moral weight to other religious texts, such as the Koran? If not, why not? This is also a book that was written by men and claims divine authorship.

    If you lived in a Muslim country, would you submit to Sharia law if that's what the authors of the country's laws intended? I wouldn't. I hope your own religion isn't clouding your mind on the issue and making objectivity impossible.

  4. Nate let me clear something up for you. You are an atheist. That is why you cannot comprehend that the Word of God written for humanity by humans under the Inspiration of the Holy Spirit should have any “control” over your life.

    The religious texts of the Quran do more than establish a moral standard for a person to live. The Quran, Hadith and Sira establish a theopolitical code of conduct to conquer unbelievers of Islam, transform their society brutally to make the choice to convert to Islam a no-brainer. In a Muslim conquered culture one chooses to retain their faith under a life of humiliation (dhimmitude), to convert to Islam or die. This code of conduct is actually codified in Islamic holy writings.

    Contrasting Islam with Christianity: Did people do horrible acts of violence, persecution and forced conversion in the spread of Christianity in the name of the Christian Church or Jesus Christ? Duh, of course people who called themselves Christians did this. The pertinent question is: Was violence committed by Christians done according to the Holy Bible or contrary to the principles of the Word of God? Unlike in Islam, the answer is NO.

    Death and mayhem is codified in Islam. Peace, sharing the Good News of Christ the Redeemer and living a God-kind-of life of non-violence and love your enemy as much as your neighbor is codified in the Christian Holy Bible.

    Is my religion clouding my mind? Absolutely! Sharing the Good News of Christ’s Great Commission offer people to choose spiritual life or spiritual death not only cloud’s my mind, it engulfs my mind.
