If you read my blog it is no secret I am a huge President Trump supporter and regard the leadership of the Democratic Party to be witting and maybe in some cases (though can’t think of any) unwitting transform-America Marxists. BUT I am not a registered Republican.

Why?

After President Reagan, GOP Presidents and nominees for President have been largely a disappointment to the Originalism of America’s Founding principles (that Dems so often LIE to defend). After McCain and Romney in varying degrees proved to be Republicans in Name Only (aka not loyal to Conservative Americans) losing to an obvious Marxist liar in Barack Hussein Obama (Old SlantRight blog posts on BHO Marxism: HERE, HERE, HERE & HERE) – more race-baiter than friend of Black-Americans, I became a registered Independent. My only regret with that move is in my State that means I cannot participate in Primary elections.

As you will recall or discover below, one of President Trump’s campaign issues for 2016 was an anti-NAFTA and anti-TPP stand as a bad deal. So, I’m a bit astounded to-date he is supportive of the equally egregious USMCA globalist/sovereignty robbing deal being pushed seemingly by equal manners in the GOP, the Dems and unsurprisingly by the MSM. President Trump Has Been Duped

President Donald J. Trump, "the Great Negotiator", is touting the worse "trade agreement" in U.S. history, after he and Democrats reached an agreement on the ** United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement [aka USMCA] on December 10th 2019, and if this globalist mess is the best he can do, something is dreadfully wrong within his administration. This agreement is the antithesis of America First and merges the worse parts of NAFTA and the Trans-Pacific Partnership [aka TPP] that was rejected in 2017, and President Trump has either inadvertently taken his eye off the process, as the globalist wolves entered the hen-house, or he is a willing and complicit actor in a process that destroys U.S. sovereignty. 

In a morning tweet, on December 10th, President Trump hailed the prospect of completing one more campaign promise: "America's great USMCA Trade Bill is looking good."

Robert Lighthizer, the chief trade official leading negotiations for the U.S., stated: "We have created a deal that will benefit American workers, farmers, and ranchers for years to come. This will be the model for American trade deals going forward."

This egregious piece of legislation is set to go to a vote on Thursday December 19th in the House of Representatives, unless something cancels the vote, according to one staffer in Representative Mark Green's office, and it more than likely will pass, since, as of this writing, even some Republicans-In-Name-Only, such as Congressman Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN) -- Tennessee 3rd District, are currently set to vote in favor of its passage. As an aside, I made sure to tell Rep. Fleischmann's staffer that I would in fact travel to his area and work against him, if he votes for this deeply flawed, anti-American piece of ill-conceived crap.

Americans have continuously been told that this renegotiated deal is all about trade and improving life for all North Americans and Mexicans, but it is more than clear that it is really about control. This "deal" is about the total control of all things and all people that fall under its jurisdiction.

A page by page comparison of the 2325 page USMCA and the TPP reveals an extensive overlap. Nearly all the exact same problems inherent in the TPP also are found in the USMCA, in the manifest erosion of national sovereignty, the unrestricted movement of foreign nationals and the de facto facilitation of illegal immigration, collective bargaining for workers and measures to combat climate change.

According to ** this study -- How much of the Transpacific Partnership is in the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement? (June 26th 2019) -- conducted by researchers from the University at Ottawa, fifty-seven percent of the text of the USMCA is copied from the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a treaty repeatedly described as a "horrible deal" by President Trump. Twenty-nine out of thirty chapters have equivalents in the USMCA and seventy-two percent of the matched USMCA chapters are found in both agreements. Many of the chapter titles are identical and so too are the various articles and clauses they each contain. And upon deep analysis, the textual similarity between the USMCA and the TPP reveal that have a great deal in common; they are of the same generation of treaties, and they do not mark a fundamental rupture in U.S. practices, despite President Trump's rhetoric.

Within days of the release of the first text of the USMCA, Richard Haass, a globalist proponent of the New World Order and president of the Council on Foreign Relations, praised the USMCA due to its alignment with the TPP. According to Haass, "USMCA is NAFTA plus TPP plus a few tweaks".

Take an in depth look at the agreement, and one will discover Chapter 30 establishes a new governing bureaucracy under a Free Trade Commission of unelected and unaccountable men and women overseeing various lower regional committees. Just as initially set forth in the TPP Commission, the Free Trade Commission can make changes to the USMCA without the consent of Congress, and this fact, in and of itself, completely undermines Article I Section 8 of the Constitution and Congressional authority and power to regulate trade with foreign nations.

The United States already has enough problems with an illegal alien invasion of between 22 to 40 million illegals without compounding it by relinquishing any sovereignty and decision making in this regard to an unelected Commission of the USMCA, which very well could be the consequence, if this treaty is ratified by the Senate, after the House passes it. Illegal immigration is certain to be further facilitated by Article 23.8 (Chapter 23) on Migrant Workers and a requirement to "ensure that migrant workers are protected under its (each respective nation's) labor laws, whether they are nationals or non-nationals" (read "illegal aliens" and "foreign nationals"). This would serve to circumvent any determinations by our Congress and federal judiciary regarding the arrival of caravans of illegal aliens from Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua and El Salvador, as well as a final determination on DACA. And making it plain in language identical to language in the TPP, Article 15.5 of the USMCA states: "No party shall adopt or maintain ... a measure that ... imposes a limitation on ... the total number of natural persons that may be employed in a particular financial service sector or that a financial institution or cross-border service supplier may employ ... in the form of numerical quotas or the requirement of an economic needs test." This opens the door for any number of people to be brought across the border for any reason deemed necessary by one or more Parties involved, flooding America with radical Central American socialists.

Staying true to other globalist anti-American schemes, the USMCA also forces signatories to submit to international concerns, such as the International Labor Organization, the World Trade Organization and United Nations mandates like the Law of the Sea, that the United States refused to ratify in 1982, along with "sustainable development" -- mentioned no less than nine times in the chapter on the environment -- and International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives directives and edicts, that many of the U.S. states have fought to eradicate over the past decade, after experiencing years of their oppressive nature. Although the original NAFTA agreement did not contain any directive on the environment in 1994, the USMCA contains a thirty pages in Chapter 24 dedicated to the environment, that mentions "sustainable development" nine times. Page two of this chapter states: "The Parties recognize that a healthy environment is an integral element of sustainable development and recognize the contribution that trade makes to sustainable development." Other similar points address "sustainable fisheries" and the "sustainable use of biodiversity", both of which are aligned with and straight from the United Nation's Agenda 2030; and, it also contains the North American Agreement on Environmental Cooperation among the Governments of the United States, Canada and the United Mexican States, that has a subsidiary called the Commission for Environmental Cooperation, quite like a supra-EPA for all of North America.

The purpose of the USMCA's environment chapter, according to Article 24.2, is as follows [page 2 of PDF]: " ... to promote mutually supportive trade and environmental policies and practices; promote high levels of environmental protection and effective enforcement of environmental laws; and enhance the capacities of the Parties to address trade-related environmental issues, including through cooperation, in furtherance of sustainable development."

So, the USMCA is essentially calling for the regulation and control over all the waters, lands and organisms across three countries, in much the same way President Obama sought to exert complete control over America through the Water Rules for the United States EPA regulation. The USMCA would strip the United States of control in these areas, through its control over three countries and multi-layers of government overseen and directed by regional government entities. This would effectively put all American lives -- where they live, how they live and what jobs they may perform in any given region -- in the hands of unelected bureaucrats, with little to no real oversight whatsoever.

As far back as the 1980s, President Ronald Reagan was intelligent enough and prescient to recognize the Law of the Sea Treaty as a thinly veiled attempt to force a lurch towards world government and the New World Order later described in glowing terms by President George H.W. Bush, a globalist "Republican", and so Reagan refused to sign it, after Jeanne Kirkpatrick, U.S. Ambassador to the UN from 1981 to 1985, testified before the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee, in fierce opposition to its ratification. And although Pres. Bush Jr urged its ratification in 2007 and it was once again supported in 2012 by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as of 2019, the U.S. Senate has still refused to ratify the UN convention.

However, in the USMCA's Chapter 24, [Scroll to] Article 24.18, "Sustainable Fisheries Management", the United States, Canada and Mexico are required to adhere to the Law of the Sea Treaty in regards to managing their fishing industries. In other words, the United States will essentially surrender its sovereignty over all its waterways and miles of coastal oceans to the jurisdiction of UN international law, which would be a national security nightmare on too many levels possible to entertain here, all in the name of protecting fish and marine life.

All of this opens a path towards a North American Union, as the USMCA seeks to merge the economies of these three countries into one. Think of it as similar to the authoritarian European Union on steroids, dashing madly along and trampling on each and every inalienable right and each item in our U.S. Bill of Rights along the way.

Is it any wonder that the anti-American Travelers, the Communists and the New World Order globalists are so ecstatic over the creation of this USMCA "New Deal", the old made new?

According to the Huffington Post, "At least half of the men and women standing behind Trump during his Rose Garden ceremony praising the new deal were the same career service staff who negotiated nearly identical provisions in TPP, which Trump had railed against." Trevor Kincaid, one of the group and the lead negotiator for TPP, observed, "It's really the same with a new name."

Doesn't most of America remember just how bad TPP was proven to be? Don't all of You recall how hard freedom loving Americans fought to defeat TPP?

All America must flood the White House and Congress with calls and letters demanding this treaty be completely eradicated and thrown in the trash where it belongs. Remind Trump how he felt about the TPP when he rejected it by executive order in 2017, and explain to him how disastrous the USMCA will be in practice. If he and representatives and senators look at this honestly with America's best interests at heart, they will all take immediate action to terminate this ill-founded evil machination, designed by men who would destroy America.

Lincoln Bloomfield, a longtime State Department bureaucrat and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, wrote a report in 1962, that was financed by the State Department. His report proposed that "ever-larger units evolve through customs unions, confederation, regionalism, etc., until ultimately the larger units coalesce under a global umbrella. America is now witnessing the culmination of those globalists' efforts coming to fruition through the completion of one segment of the "global umbrella" -- a globalist objective -- by way of the USMCA.

Those who created the USMCA have no respect for U.S. sovereignty and the Constitution, no true love for America and no honor, and more than likely, President Trump has been duped by them, since no evidence exists that shows the President has ever supported globalism. More than that, President Trump failed to understand that the management of the entire United States is guided by approximately five pages and a single paged Bill of Rights, rather than over 2000 pages, or that a real free trade agreement keeping with American principles of Liberty would be noted for its absence of rules on trade; and, while it may be hard to move the President to disavow and kill this miserable treaty, he will do it and he must, if he truly decries world government and does not wish to be known as the progenitor of "the worst agreement ever negotiated", akin to the one-worlders and the likes of the Rockefellers and Soros; and in the process, let us place our government back in the hands of “We the People" in 2020, as we hold people and organizations accountable for moving in such a reprehensible, ignoble manner to end our Republic and destroy our Constitution in pursuit of Marxist-Leninism and a global government, actions that most freedom and liberty loving Americans use to call treason.

In case you were unaware, the online publication BuzzFeed is a lying Left-Wing Internet rag hugely responsible for spreading Leftist propaganda, disinformation, misinformation and even tipping toward downright lies. In essence BuzzFeed is the Prince of notorious Fake News. Of most infamy is the publication of the discredited Steele Dossier used as a Dem pretext to exact a silent coup against President Trump via the mechanizations of a Left-dominated Federal bureaucracy in the DOJ and various Intelligence Agencies.

Sometimes I am able to plan a topic more than 48 hours ahead of my deadline. This started as one of those weeks. But as with the best-laid plans, sometimes it’s necessary to alter them. (I’ll say a bit more on that original topic at the end of this column.)

The Patriot Post has become the target of a thinly veiled effort to undermine the reach of our conservative voice. That effort was launched by one of the biggest entertainment/news tabloids on the Web, BuzzFeed, with a review claiming that we’re “the biggest mystery in conservative media” and raising questions about the team “behind one of the oldest conservative” online news organizations.

BuzzFeed’s media editor, its resident expert on “fake news” (I know, the irony is rich), has used that platform for his inquiry. When a Leftmedia outlet with a budget hundreds of times the size of our small grassroots organization targets us — a “David versus Goliath” contest, if you will — it creates a quandary.

We have a longstanding Patriot Post policy: “Don’t swap spit with a jackass.” But when the accuser has a huge platform, as one of our editors noted, “to leave misinformation uncontested is tantamount to suggesting that it’s true.” And while it’s likely that none of you, our readers, are even aware of the BuzzFeed accusations, rebut we must.

Sometimes criticism is intended to be constructive.

Last week, for example, I wrote about the rise of a new genre of digital-media arbiters of truth, in which I mentioned a new media accountability effort, NewsGuard, and explained how it worked. I further noted that whenever humans render opinions about the world around them, they inevitably bring a bias to that perspective.

However, undergoing NewsGuard’s process of evaluation was helpful to our team. It employs a battalion of professional journalists, which we have never claimed to be, and their questions and suggestions helped us improve what we do.

On the other hand, sometimes criticism is intended to be destructive. With BuzzFeed, and the leftist academic social-media “expert” who pointed them at us with a clear agenda, their intent was something other than constructive.

The inquiries about The Patriot Post started with BuzzFeed’s “fake news expert,” Toronto-based Media Editor Craig Silverman. He seems like a decent person whose left-of-center bias is mostly the byproduct of being caught in a Leftmedia echo chamber.

The timing of Silverman’s appointment to his current position is ironic, as it came just before BuzzFeed’s Leftmedia hacks published the infamous fake “Russian Dossier,” a completely fabricated opposition-research document funded by the Democrat Party and Hillary Clinton’s campaign. That provided the fodder that mainstream-media outlets like CNN and MSNBC needed to promote as the basis for the Democrat/MSM propaganda machine’s bogus two-year Trump/Russia collusion investigation, a ruse to obstruct Trump’s MAGA agenda.

Suffice it to say that the fake dossier has since been completely debunked, but not before BuzzFeed issued yet another bombshell fabrication, prompting special prosecutor Robert Mueller to take the unusual step of calling out the BuzzFeed report as fake news. Buzzfeed will never shed the ethical malpractice for this partisan “fake news” charades. (See “Beyond BuzzFeed: The 10 Worst, Most Embarrassing U.S. Media Failures on the Trump-Russia Story.”)

For his part, Silverman now distances himself from the term “fake news,” because Donald Trump has successfully hung that moniker where it belongs: around the necks of the Leftmedia. And while it’s entirely possible that Silverman really wants to eradicate the purveyors of misinformation, he’s leading that charge from one of the most prolific propagators of misinformation on the Web.

As you may know, BuzzFeed is having serious problems.

Founded in 2006 by Left Coast native Jonah Peretti, the company had over $300 million in revenues in 2018. Notably, $84 million of that was from Facebook, Google, Amazon, and Netflix, and yet, according to The New York Times, “the company still loses money.” Amid a decline in traffic, BuzzFeed is laying off hundreds of its news staff because, as Silverman told me, the profit is on the entertainment side.

As for BuzzFeed’s collaboration with Facebook, it is notable that the latter was just issued a $5 BILLION fine for breaches of privacy, which is why nobody should trust such platforms with any personal information.

When he inquired about The Patriot Post’s unusual model of accepting no advertising, Silverman said, “Refusing ads is a notable policy given that email lists are huge moneymakers … and The Patriot Post’s has been built up over more than 20 years.”

As for our principled reasoning for refusing advertising, I referred him to our About page, which explains, “Our website pages and emails are certified ‘Ad Free.’ Because we do not depend on a single penny of ad revenue, we focus solely on providing you content that is actually newsworthy — worthy of your time — rather than constantly churning the ubiquitous topics which now dominate the Leftmedia’s relentless 24/7 recycled spin.” Additionally, “We are not sustained by any political, special interest, or parent organization, and we do not accept advertising to ensure our advocacy and editorial content is not restrained by commercial influence — as is the case with all mass media outlets. Our website and email editions are free of advertising clutter.”

Silverman actually lamented that BuzzFeed’s model is built on churning news to bait “viral” clicks and ad views to generate revenue. I appreciated his candor. (I would note that, unlike BuzzFeed, our unconventional model has kept us operating in the black since our first year on the Web — a decade before the advent of BuzzFeed and its brand of entertainment media.)

Regarding Silverman’s inquiry, one of his followers asked a good question: “What was the point … to inform us a conservative news platform uses pseudonyms and doesn’t accept ad revenue? Okay … thanks for the info?”

GRYGIEL AND WARREN CELEBRATING ‘GAY’ MARRIAGE

To help answer that question, I asked Silverman who first brought The Patriot Post to his attention and why. He responded, “Professor Jennifer Grygiel” of Syracuse University, a leftist colleague who “tracks partisan media” and “teaches a course about BuzzFeed. … I previously spoke to her class.” He said he promised to give her a byline if he published a story about The Patriot Post.

So this inquiry did not originate at BuzzFeed. It started when a hard-left LGBT activist, an assistant professor of communications from upstate New York, who promotes herself as a social-media expert, fed Silverman the story. He says it was because of our social-media growth. But there are thousands of social media pages that are growing, so why is Grygiel so interested in The Patriot Post, and how many others has Silverman written about?

A few weeks ago, there was a complaint lodged against our Facebook page about a meme, which correctly asserted that there are only two genders. This resulted in a takedown and penalty from Facebook. Suspiciously, following that complaint, Grygiel contacted Silverman.

Grygiel, who prefers the pronoun pseudonym “they,” identifies her areas of expertise as social media, memes, media regulation, police media, social justice, LGBTQ youth advocacy, race, and gender, but her specific expertise appears to be how to get social-media outlets to restrict content that doesn’t comport with her political and social views.

In short, Grygiel and her ilk are forming the new front against the First Amendment.

When I asked Silverman if he was aware of her political views, he responded. “I don’t know Grygiel’s political views.” Given their collaborative history, that reply seemed somewhat less than candid.

To be fair, though, I also asked him what his impression of The Patriot Post was, and he responded, “I looked at recent issues of the digest and found them to be filled with interesting information and commentary. … So when it comes to your core product my personal opinion [is that] it seems to be of pretty high quality.”

He and Grygiel clearly did, however, find other Patriot Post viral memes offensive: “One meme mocking vegans,” they (by which I actually mean the two of them) reported, “generated more than 2.9 million shares, reactions, and comments, and another chiding Parkland, Florida, shooting survivor David Hogg attracted more than 2.1 million engagements.”

Anti-Vegan - Anti-Hogg TPP Humor

My response? The vegan meme was intended as humor, but most Leftists are humorless. And let me state emphatically, the assertion that Hogg is a “shooting survivor” does a disservice to actual survivors, like my friend and Patriot Post writer Roger Helle, who, as a Marine in Vietnam, survived being blown up, shot on two different occasions, and bayoneted — three Purple Hearts. He, not Hogg, is a real “survivor.”

When I asked about the motive for and objective of his collaboration with Grygiel, Silverman insisted “straightforwardly there is no intent to reduce your publication’s reach or undermine you.” Their next move will establish if that is true.

Another major point of contention in Silverman’s inquiry was our writers’ and editors’ use of pseudonyms, the “Publius” model from The Federalist Papers. This is another unconventional practice, like not taking advertising, which he simply could not grasp.

I explained that, since our inception, as noted on our About page, “As was the case with The Federalist (Papers) in 1787, the premier resource for understanding the Liberty and Rule of Law enshrined in our Republic’s Constitution, and from which we derive much of our constitutionally constructionist editorial inspiration, The Patriot Post is published under the pseudonym ‘Publius,’ and many of our editors and advisors are listed likewise.”

I noted that as we’ve grown over the years, I began offering new grassroots contributors the opportunity to choose a pseudonym or use their legal name. Some have chosen the latter.

Based on his fascination with pseudonyms, I asked Silverman if he’d written about how his publication’s CEO had set up fake websites under the names of real people in order to slander them, including one that attacked Second Amendment advocate John Lott (which Peretti admitted in a legal settlement, including his apology).

Silverman responded, “I’m not familiar with the examples … you cited and couldn’t comment on them without more research.”

(OK, let me make The Patriot Post research easy for the leftist inquisitors: We are actually a Russian front operated by Markovich Alexanderovich. We set up shop two decades before Trump announced his 2016 candidacy, so we could ensure he would defeat Hillary Clinton.)

Another point regarding our decision not to promote personalities… President Ronald Reagan, on his Oval Office desk, kept a small engraved plaque with the words, “There is no limit to what a man can do … if he does not mind who gets the credit.” That simple axiom defined how Reagan conducted his presidency: It was about the ideas, not about him.

That same plaque sits in front of my office computer today — where it reminds me, it’s about Liberty, not about us. That’s the “Publius” model, the Reagan principle, and our practice. But again, the MSM self-promoters can’t begin to fathom that principle.

Silverman also asked if I would put him in touch with some of the conservative leaders who provided favorable comments about The Patriot Post in years past. I contacted them, and predictably, nobody expressed an interest in talking with anyone associated with BuzzFeed.

However, the most widely known of those who offered praise for The Patriot, responded, “They are relentless and use Gestapo tactics.” But these speech-suppression methods are more akin to Stalinist tactics, which are also the inspiration for the “antifa movement” — the self-styled anti-fascists who are actually fascists.

The effort of leftists to silence Christians and conservatives, especially grassroots Patriots who promote Liberty, is relentless.

But as another notable stalwart advised me to tell our team, “We’re all in this together. Onward!” And onward we go.

There was a surfeit of other “misinformation” and “contextual omissions and errors” in the BuzzFeed inquiry.

Update: Regarding the Silverman/Grygiel article, as one might expect from tabloid media, they doxed the location of our humble storefront, despite the fact (or because) they knew that created risks to our staff and their families. (They have since removed that information from the article.) They doxed the names of my family members even though they knew there were no financial or material connections with The Patriot Post. (While we know who the Silverman and Grygiel families are, mentioning them would be far beneath our ethical standards.) They implied that we had misused two short quotes about The Patriot Post obtained 15 years ago, but they did not contact the individuals who were quoted. And they implied that our use of pseudonyms is nefarious, despite the fact I have always been easily identifiable through public media interviews, which ironically, is how Silverman knew who to contact. Likewise, the ownership of our company, Publius Press, Inc., has always been a matter of public record. Again, the “Publius principle” has never been about not revealing individuals, but about not promoting individuals.

In stark contrast to Silverman, Grygiel, and their stripe, the evening their inquiries began to post across the Web, I was with friends and colleagues raising support for Honoring the Sacrifice, headed by my young friend Andrew Smith. Among other wounded veterans helping with this effort were former AF Master Sgt. Israel Del Toro, and Medal of Honor recipient and former Marine Dakota Meyer.

A Former 'Transgendered' Man Tells the Truth

I’m a Conservative Christian with the bad habit of enjoying crime/mystery and medical dramas on TV. (Please, a little mercy on the “you’re polluting your brain with sinful entertainment.” I did say it was a bad habit.)

I have noticed a sad trend that TV entertainment is reaching beyond the scenario of mystery solving or medical solving to propagandizing acceptance of counterculture social lifestyles as normal. No if-and-or-buts, counterculture social lifestyles are more often (conjecturing like probably 99%) are contrary to the Word of God from the Creator of all that exists. Where is Agatha Christie and Marcus Welby when you need them?

Which brings me to a bit of a book review, but more of a criticism of the manufactured idiocy of transgenderism. The book is Trans Life Survivors. The author is FORMER transgender Walt Heyer. 

The review is by Robin Smith writing at The Patriot Post. A quote from the Smith post that should get your attention that Mainstream Entertainment and Media will not share with you:

Just before Christmas, CNBC promoted via social media an “LBGTQ youth advocate” by featuring a video of a boy in a sequined outfit, a choker, loop earrings, lipstick, and eye makeup posing Liza Minnelli-like in a child’s play pit filled with multi-colored balls. The caption: “This 11-year-old drag kid is using his voice to encourage LGBTQ youth to be themselves.”

The exploitation of this child first occurred over the summer, when his parents were heralded as “progressive” and the timeline of Desmond Napoles’s gender dysphoria was noted to have begun before he was old enough to have such issues. This truly despicable treatment of a child’s broken identify is just one example of the Leftmedia’s deliberate role as a partner in the degradation of humanity in the culture war. In fact, it’s child abuse.

While media “journalists” scoff at the idea they’re propagating a narrative that gender-bending is just great, why is there so little coverage of the broken individuals who face regret for making “transitions” to their assumed gender?

Walt Heyer, who underwent gender-reassignment surgery from male to female and lived that way for a decade before having more surgery to become male again, has written his sixth book on the issue, Trans Life Survivors. In it, Heyer chronicles the stories of just 30 of the hundreds of individuals who’ve contacted him about having joined the “transmania,” each wanting to escape some conflict, loss, trauma, or personal void only to deeply regret their flawed method of dealing with these personal battles. Heyer’s books are among the few resources that speak plainly about the struggles with child abuse, mental illness, and an unsuccessful attempt to take life’s hardships and traumas and hope to wash them away by gender fluidity instead of getting needed help.

One of the most shocking is the story of “Blair,” who holds the Guinness World Record for sex-changes surgeries — 167 — to feed his need to feel more like a woman, despite his XY chromosomal biology, his anatomy, and hormones at birth all being male. His story proves that the industry of deception holding these sad individuals captive to a cultural lie is financially lucrative. It’s also sustained by intellectual “progressives” who are bending the norms of gender roles as part of breaking the patriarchal oppression of male dominance inflicted upon society. Or some such garbage.

Don’t think that transmania and gender dysphoria are rooted in more than confusion? Why is the attempted suicide rate for “transgendered” individuals greater than 40% when it’s 0.6% among the adult population at large, according to the Centers for Disease Control? Heyer has written extensively that so much of the “science” that supports sex reassignment is faulty at best and likely fraudulent in some areas. Citing the fact that “up to 90% of gender changers in studies cannot be located for follow-up,” Heyer confirms that the research is both qualitatively and quantitatively deficient and without credibility.

The “poster child” of the gender confused is Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner. Despite his wealth and success, his fame is no longer thanks to his world records, his Olympic gold medal as the decathlon champion, and “World’s Greatest Athlete” with his image on Wheaties boxes, Sports Illustrated covers, and TV fame. No, his celebrity status now is almost entirely because this father of six children and husband to three wives began his transition to female in 2015. Yet “Caitlyn” Jenner remains a man. All the surgeries, all the hormone injections, and all the pretense, the therapy, and the notoriety cannot change his chromosomal fingerprint.

In most adults, there are 20,000-23,000 genes. In each of these genes, there are 23 pairs of chromosomes, one set of chromosome[s] from the mother and one from the father. Twenty-two of these pairs are non-sex or autosomal chromosomes. The 23rd pair of chromosomes determines sex — a female is XX and a male is XY. When the genetic coding occurs, the mother contributes the X and the father contributes the Y if the child conceived is to be male. If the child is to be female, both the mother and father contribute an X chromosome. That can’t be changed with cosmetic surgery.

So the science says there is no such thing as a “transgender,” a sex-change surgery, or any such configuration. Instead, there’s a cultural battle that has created scarred individuals and casualties who are usually seeking authentic help and answers to problems that create this crisis of identity. Heyer’s book offers real truth, and, we hope, aids others in finding a better path forward.

Ted Cruz originally favored TPP, but he has seen the light of his corrupt GOP Leadership RINOs pushing backroom deals. NOW Senator Cruz opposes this threat to our sovereignty, Constitution and immigration laws.

Apparently journalist political wags predict TPP to pass an up or down vote on the Senate floor today-Wednesday. As I am writing this it is about 4:53 PM I have discovered TPP has passed the Senate; thus thanks to the GOP Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker John Boehner TPP advances to President Barack Hussein Obama’s desk for signature:

The Senate on Wednesday cleared legislation that will strengthen President Barack Obama's power to negotiate a Pacific trade deal, ending a weekslong struggle to lift the measure out of the political quicksand that repeatedly came close to trapping it in both chambers. 

 The legislation, passed 60-38, will give Mr. Obama "fast track" authority that allows him to submit trade deals to Congress for an up-or-down vote without amendments. Negotiators have said that process is crucial to completing the 12-nation trade deal with countries around the Pacific Ocean, known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership. 

 Already approved by the House, the bill now heads to the White House for Mr. Obama's signature. Its passage delivers a rare legislative victory for the second-term president whose agenda has largely stalled in a Congress now fully controlled by Republicans. 

 Wednesday's vote capped a fitful campaign that joined the White House, top GOP leaders and centrist Democrats to push through Congress legislation that both ends of the political spectrum opposed. Liberals viewed expanded trade as detrimental to U.S. jobs, while conservative members didn't want to expand Mr. Obama's authority. Senator Cruz indicated he changed his mind from supporting fast tracking TPP/TPA finally becoming cognizant of Senator Majority Leader Mitch McConnell lies in secretive backroom deals. Especially pertaining to immigration. This would mean he was one of 38 nays in the up and down vote taken today on TPA out 60 treasonous yeas.

It is too late to pressure your Senator about the outcome which gives Obama near dictatorial powers in trade agreements that will further “fundamental transformation” of America agenda, it appears that the 2016 election cycle will be America’s last chance to rid the USA of self-deluded Democrats and RINO/Establishment Republicans. If you have a Republican as your Representative or Senator who claims a Conservative pedigree yet voted a “yea” for TPP/TPA and associated acronyms deleterious to an Original Intent Constitutional government, that Republican is either lying or self-deceived. Get rid of that Republican in the Primaries and of course the Democrat in the General Election.

A successful Democrat and GOP Establishment election in 2016 could represent the last nails in the coffin containing the Constitutions intended Liberty and Freedom.

TED CRUZ: OBAMATRADE ENMESHED IN CORRUPT, BACKROOM DEALINGS

In an exclusive at Breitbart, Ted Cruz writes today of the corrupt back room dealings and changes to TPA since he initially voted for the bill in the Senate.

In his article, Cruz states that in general, he “believes that free trade is good for America, but regarding TPA, Congress has become enmeshed in corrupt Washington back room deal-making.  He also writes that he has “serious concerns that it would open up the potential for sweeping changes in our laws that trade agreements typically do not include.”

Cruz goes further to write:

“Since the Senate first voted on TPA, there have been two material changes.” 

 “First, WikiLeaks subsequently revealed new troubling information regarding the Trade in Services Agreement, or TiSA, one of the trade deals being negotiated by Obama.” 

 “Despite the administration’s public assurances that it was not negotiating on immigration, several chapters of the TiSA draft posted online explicitly contained potential changes in federal immigration law. TPA would cover TiSA, and therefore these changes would presumably be subject to be fast-track.”

Cruz says that when TPA last came up for a vote in the Senate, both he and Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) introduced amendments that would have barred fast-track treatment for any trade agreement that attempted to impact immigration law, but two other Republican senators objected, and thus they were both denied votes on their amendments.  He goes on:

“At the time that Sessions and I introduced our amendments, many said our fears were unfounded. But now we have far more reason to be concerned.” 

 “Second, TPA’s progress through the House and Senate appears to have been made possible by secret deals between Republican Leadership and the Democrats.”

Cruz explains that TPA was blocked by a group of senators led by Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-WA) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), “both of whom were conditioning their support on the unrelated objective of reauthorizing the Export-Import Bank.”  Said Cruz:

“The Ex-Im Bank is a classic example of corporate welfare. It is crony capitalism at its worst, with U.S. taxpayers guaranteeing billions of dollars in loans for sketchy buyers in foreign nations. Ex-Im is scheduled to wind down on June 30. But powerful lobbyists in Washington want to keep the money flowing.”

Cruz suspected that Republican Leadership had promised supporters of Ex-Im a vote to reauthorize the bank before it winds down.  When he asked Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) what precise deal had been cut to pass TPA, McConnell stated me “that there was no deal whatsoever.”

Taking McConnell at his word that there was no deal on Ex-Im, Cruz voted yes on TPA.

When the vote went to the House, Democrats opposed TPA en masse. Boehner then cut a deal with Democrats and “punished conservatives, wrongly stripping of one of his subcommittee chairmanship, and reportedly threatening to strip other conservatives of their chairmanships as well”.

Why does Republican Leadership always give in to the Democrats? Why does Leadership always disregard the promises made to the conservative grassroots?

Cruz finishes his article, writing:

Enough is enough. I cannot vote for TPA unless McConnell and Boehner both commit publicly to allow the Ex-Im Bank to expire—and stay expired. And, Congress must also pass the Cruz-Sessions amendments to TPA to ensure that no trade agreement can try to back-door changes to our immigration laws. Otherwise, I will have no choice but vote no. 

 There’s too much corporate welfare, too much cronyism and corrupt dealmaking, by the Washington cartel. For too long, career politicians in both parties have supported government of the lobbyist, by the lobbyist, and for the lobbyist – at the expense of the taxpayers. It’s a time for truth. And a time to honor our commitments to the voters.

Conservatives rightly do not trust President Obama.  With a deal this big, kept out of the public eye, and supported by Obama and traitorous Republican leadership in both chambers, we smell a rat.  Thankfully Cruz has seen the light.

UPDATE:  Despite Cruz’ change of mind regarding Obamatrade, a 60-37 motion on Tuesday in the Senate to end debate on TPA sets up a vote for final passage on Wednesday. If the Senate approves fast-track or trade promotion authority (TPA), it would then be sent to Obama’s desk to become law.
