All the Dem Senators voted against him and two RINOs (Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Susan Collins of Maine) with one surprising RINO voting for Patel (Mitch McConnell). The vote was 51 for and 49 against.

 

It’s early and I’m sure a lot of analysis will be forth coming. I ran into a WND post shows the obvious Dem-Marxist/RINO animus toward Kash Patel entitled, “In with Kash Patel – out with the Deep State” by Bob Unruh.

 

Patel is obviously qualified for the job. So you gotta ask yourself, “Why such were venomous hate and aspersions cast by Dems and RINOs against Patel?”

 

Could it be the man for the job will go beyond the DOGE to uncover Dem (Executive, Legislative & Judicial) criminal corruption that Dems and RINOs would rather not see the light of day? Could treason be involved? Hmm..?

 

I pray the new sheriff in town cleans up the Federal OK Corral!

In with Kash Patel – out with the Deep State

It seemed to take only seconds. And it probably was no more than minutes. But when the Senate on Thursday approved Kash Patel, President Donald Trump's nominee to head the FBI, one recurring message appeared on social media:

 

"Deep State is COOKED!"

 

Or another way, "Deep State's days are over."

 

Democrats long have expressed vigorous opposition to Patel's nomination to the point it bordered on what appeared to be fear.

 

After all, Patel already is on record criticizing the bureau. And he was a key investigator that uncovered the false claims of the Democrats' "Russiagate" scandal that involved the FBI during Trump's first term.

 

Ranking Member Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., claimed Patel's confirmation would be "inviting a political disaster," and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., issued a kind of threat, telling his GOP colleagues, "Mark my words, this Patel guy will come back to haunt you."

 

Durbin had claimed he had been told that Patel already was directing a "purge of career civil servants" at the FBI.

 

Patel's spokeswoman pointed out that was sourced by the media with "anonymous" informers and "second-hand gossip."

 

Durbin also had argued, unsuccessfully, that Patel didn't' have "the temperament" for the position.

 

But Patel also declined to explicitly promise he would not investigate possible criminal activity among former officials who have been critical of Trump.

 

This after Democrats spent much of Trump's first term, and the four years he was out of office, creating a long list of lawfare cases against Trump, which now have fallen by the wayside.

 

Some of them obviously were pushed by politics, such as the armed FBI raid on Trump's home in a dispute over presidential records over which his team already was negotiating. Coincidentally, Joe Biden also was found to have government records in his possession, but prosecutors gave him a pass.

 

Patel did confirm he's dedicated to restoring the public's trust in an agency that harbored anti-Trump activists who claimed they had an insurance policy to prevent Trump from becoming president in 2017.

 

Patel, a lawyer, worked briefly served in the Justice Department during the Obama administration, then worked in the U.S. House. He was senior counsel to former Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., in the House Intelligence Committee in 2017 and 2018.

 

He is credited with work debunking the FBI's Russia investigation and writing a memo that explained missteps at the bureau.

 

He later held positions in Trump's first administration.

Beware the RINO

If you are a Conservative (NOT Establishment) or a Patriot (as in an affinity for Founding Fathers’ Liberty Principles – NOT racist bigotry & especially NOT White Supremacist violence [because ALL LIVES MATTER]); then you are fully aware the acronym RINO is an epithet.

 

Just for the sake of clarity, the acronym stands for Republican In Name Only. In the mind of true Conservatives and Patriots, a RINO then is a Republican who backs Dem-Marxist politics not necessarily because the RINO is committed to Dem-Marxism but rather because the RINO is committed to the power structure Dem-Marxists function in operation.

 

So, there are potentially at least two kinds of RINOs (probably more kinds depending on a level of deceit):

 

a) The pseudo-Conservative that speaks Conservative Principles but is more dedicated to power and/or wealth than Principle – the infamous Establishment Conservative or Establishment Republican.

 

b) The complete treasonous RINO who is completely devoted to Dem-Marxist principles of Critical Race Theory (CRT) cultural transformation and wears a Republican-mask to appease a voting constituency.

How To Handle the Pharisees of Our Time

What to do with the RINOs who sell us out to a militant and diabolical Left to promote themselves or save their own hides?  Is there any real hope or purpose for patching things up with such people?

 

My recent column on Jenna Ellis’ self-interested settlement of her legal ethics case touched on this issue, and it struck a nerve among MAGA backers.  My article exposed how Ellis had ended the leftist State Bar threats to her law license by recanting her claims—made on behalf of her client, the Trump presidential campaign—of election fraud in the 2020 elections.  Townhall.com wrote a follow-up story about my article, quoting the responses of Trump election attorneys Sidney Powell and John Eastman.

 

Along with other Trump counsel such as Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and quite unlike Ellis, Powell and Eastman have refused to buckle.  By holding firm against corrupt leftist attempts to disbar them, they have been able to avoid disavowing the president’s claims of electoral chicanery in the last presidential election.  In contrast, Ellis chose simply to put the unpleasant matter behind her at the expense of Trump and MAGA, then offered phony excuses of the type we’ve heard for years from RINO politicians.

 

The strong reaction provoked by Jenna Ellis’ betrayal was a reminder that after decades of RINO sabotage, the Right no longer tolerates such duplicity.  “RINO,” of course, stands for “Republicans in Name Only,” and it’s become the stock nickname for those who sell out conservative principles for the money, power and prestige doled out by the increasingly dominant Left.  In prior articles I’ve explained how the Left amassed this influence:  namely, by taking over the nation’s universities, which produce the graduates who become, in time, the wealthiest and most powerful among us.

 

Examples of RINO Treachery

 

For no less than half a century, RINO turncoats have seen the Left tightening their malevolent grip on the nation but have done nothing robust to stop them, lest they be required to fight and risk something significant.  I came to know this category of greedy coward first as a student at Harvard Law School.  There, right-leaning students would privately thank me for articulating our shared beliefs in class, then quietly shuffle on down the road of life to store up treasure without confronting the mushrooming darkness they witnessed taking shape.

 

In politics, I crossed light sabers with the Darth Vader of all RINOs, U.S. Senator John McCain.  McCain detested and sought to destroy any figure in his home state who tried to secure the border.  I lost those light-saber duels—not surprisingly given the disparity in power and influence—and, as a result, Arizonans lost an effective champion of border security.  McCain then literally worked with the Obama administration to promote, through U.S. Senate confirmation, people who successfully attacked me and my career—and publicly chuckled about it all. 

 

Trump has had to deal with the entire thundering herd of RINOs, led by failed Republican presidential nominees John McCain and Mitt Romney.

 

The McCains turned RINO political swindling into a high art form.  They and their coterie masqueraded as Republicans right up to Trump’s reelection campaign in 2020, when they finally dropped their masks and officially endorsed the Democrat, Joe Biden.  By cashing out at the top of the RINO market, they reaped a tidy windfall.  Biden awarded McCain’s leftist widow, Cindy McCain, along with McCain’s former RINO colleague, U.S. Senator Jeff Flake of Arizona, ambassadorships in the Biden administration, where they now so serve.  Meghan McCain continued her ride with the Fake News Media on “The View,” until, that is, even they couldn’t stand her.

 

Trump, of course, has had to deal with the entire thundering herd of RINOs, with McCain and, later, U.S. Senator Mitt Romney leading the charge.  Notably, these two towering traitors to their party were no less than the GOP nominees for president right before Trump.  This fact explains their obvious jealousy of the man elected our forty-fifth president.  Just as important, it underscores how thoroughly deluded GOP voters were for so many years that such utter scoundrels could become the Republican nominees for president.  This decades-long pattern and practice of hoodwinking the GOP’s own members was so powerful that only one Donald J. Trump proved able to finally break it all into smithereens.

 

The above is merely a light sampling of recent RINO hijinks.  Eventually a full muster roll of RINO villains over the years should be written up so that a proper accounting can be rendered.  Present purposes require only the above examples of RINO flimflam to place into context the central matter before us:  How do we deal with the sleazy RINO quislings among us?  For they are not going away, and they manifestly hope to regain control of the Republican Party in 2024.

Republican Pharisees

 

Do we treat these con artists generously, seeking their political cooperation—or do we mete out some sort of execration, cutting them off evermore?

 

The issue is similar to, yet distinct from, how the early Christian church responded to believers who—in response to persecution—rejected martyrdom and recanted their faith to save their lives.  The scenario with RINOs is obviously different in that an early Christian’s failure of courage did not entail a sale of influence to the enemies of the church à la Judas Iscariot.  RINOs, in contrast, are outright collaborators.  They prosper by trading on their credentials as Republicans to provide a bipartisan gloss to the left-leaning ruling class.  They are not individuals who give in reluctantly to avoid torture, but cynical leaders such as Petain and the Vichy contingent, who selfishly validate a wicked regime.

 

All great nations and faiths officially call out and revile such scum, if only to teach the young what not to become when they grow up.  American children learn of the betrayal of Benedict Arnold; British kids are taught the Gunpowder Plot and commemorate it with the Guy Fawkes Holiday (and wear the still-popular mask).  Villains in religious history such as Goliath and Pontius Pilate remain famous for such legitimate pedagogical reasons.  Christ, of course, paid special attention to the Pharisees, who collaborated meretriciously with the Romans to keep the local population in line.  He even articulated curses for them:  "But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!  For you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in." (Matthew 23:13).

 

Such exhortations are known as “imprecations,” and they are found throughout the Bible.  There is a set of some 20 Psalms known as the “imprecatory psalms,” in which God is asked to bring down judgment on the wicked.  An example is Psalm 69:26-28:

 

For they persecute those you wound
and talk about the pain of those you hurt.
Charge them with crime upon crime;
do not let them share in your salvation.
May they be blotted out of the book of life
and not be listed with the righteous.

 

In 2 Timothy 4:14 God is asked to deal with Alexander the coppersmith, who Paul says “did me much evil: the Lord will repay him according to his deeds.”

 

Is An Alliance Even Possible?

 

Whether or not outright imprecations are endorsed, we face a basic question of political strategy:  Should we seek a working relationship with RINOs?  Of course, that’s only possible if a legitimate alliance can be brokered.  We have learned since the emergence of Trump that such a thing is impossible.  We can aspire to such unity only if we stick our collective head in the sand and ignore their raging, dishonest, unbalanced reaction to Trump and the MAGA movement over the last eight years of American politics. Their fury has a simple and nonnegotiable sticking point: How dare Trump and company expose and disrupt all our profitable self-dealing!

 

No doubt it would be helpful for our MAGA candidates to be able to win the votes of RINOs.  But the divisions Trump has revealed and solidified explode any doubts about such possibilities.  RINOs are self-interested knaves who, in the end, always choose their wallets and reputations over principles.  That means supporting the other team.

 

Let us leave to the realm of personal conscience whether to ask God to rain down judgment on such double-crossers (there’s certainly plenty of Biblical support for seeking such intervention).  All of us have seen our nation gravely disintegrate, and our children and grandchildren greatly disadvantaged, from their decades of double-dealing.  At a minimum, we must have our eyes wide open going forward and find a way to win elections without RINOs.  RINOs continue to work with the Left to oppose MAGA candidates by any means necessary, and to cancel good and decent Americans who oppose these joint operations.  If, in answer to prayer or by autonomous event, some fire and brimstone should fall upon them from the sky to break up their devilry, I know few men and women of goodwill who will be troubled.

....Like everyone who is a conservative thinking person, there is more going [on] here than you and I realize. Think about this, our whole world came crashing down a month ago, right after the failed impeachment of our President. The Democrats have been on this hate, get rid of Trump at all cost since before he was even elected. I have completely changed my opinion of the Democrats, I had to take a hard look back in our history and as long as we voted for a Deep State politician everything was OK. 

But, when we as a country started to realize something was drastically wrong and there was really no difference between Democrats and Republicans and that's when things really changed. The last three Presidents (Clinton, Bush, and Obama) were all Globalists (NWO) also not to forget Bush Sr. who really brought the term NEW WORLD ORDER to Americans attention. Like I said once I looked back it really hit me that the Communist party has always been doing very-very bad things to keep their power. They will do whatever it takes to remain in power. So, the coronavirus as we all know started in China. Here's the thing, China is a Communist country, they don't like Trump because they want to call the shots and Trump said, no more. We have been taken advantage of for years. Look at how long we have been losing our manufacturing, were did it go, China. Who supported that? All the Bushes, all the Clinton's, the Obama's, and all their Administrations, all Democrats. Do you see where this is all leading? Democrats have sold their souls to China. Biden and Feinstein are just two of a huge number.

Obama is probably the most corrupt out of all Presidents. He's also been around Communists his whole life. From his mother, to his mentor Frank Marshall Davis and his handler John Brennan. Are you getting it? Obama made a big mistake when he was running, he basically said, he was going to fundamentally change America, well, he really did and we let him do it. Blacks were taken in because here they finally had the first black President. Obama knew they would do that, but where Obamacare made a big mistake is he didn't do anything for the black community. All he did do was divide Americans  when we were moving forward in stopping the racial divide. That all stopped with Obama. He has done so much damage and continues to do huge damage. He spied on Trump and OK'd everything to do with FISA GATE, RUSSIA GATE. There are supposedly a thousand sealed indictments and Obama's name has to be on at least one.

Where am I going with all this? I've really tried very hard to see this emergency as a very bad situation that just happened completely independently and unfortunately right now when things in America were going so good. We have never had this many jobs, and wealth! Well, the last blow to all is this coronavirus. I believe it was loosed on purpose. China really didn't like the idea of manufacturing going back to US and no control over all the money making of our trade imbalance and Trump was fixing (for We The People).

The Commie Democrats are in partnership with China to bring the economy down and shut America completely down. Why? To get Trump out of the Presidency, bring his numbers down below 30%, they want him out. Please, think about this they have thrown everything at Trump and he's weathered all the assaults. No other President could do this. This pandemic is real all right, and it is dangerous and it is killing people. But where and why it started, brings me to only one conclusion.  All this is bigger than any of us can comprehend. Democrats want their power back and to rule our lives, and have the NWO… Trump put a stop to their scheme and they don't like it! Every Deep State person (Democrats and some Republicans) need to be arrested and indicted.

My other question  is where is Durham and Huber and Barr? We have been very patient, but the indictments must come now! Either we have laws or we are truly done. This is America’s only chance to regain our independence and freedom and bring back what Trump has been fighting for - The America that our forefathers set forth in our Declaration of Independence and our Constitution. We cannot lose what we have fought and died for since 1776. I'm tired of Congress holding Americans hostages. You work for us and those that don't are out, and I mean out now. All Democrats (including  Pelosi, Schumer, Waters, Omar, Talib, Cortez, Romney). If there is one thing I've learned from Trump is America first "period"!

Now comes the most disappointing part of what I've been saying. The MSM, all must be indicted on treason. That's  CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, PNR. They all have tried to bring Trump down, which means bring us down! They are un-American! This must stop!

The Democratic Party has abused its power for decades, but never like it has today, as it has engaged in sedition and treason against a presidential candidate and the American people, since 2015, that continued into President Trump's Administration. Their anti-American seditious mechanisms are still underway, through this current CIA Gossip Leaker imbroglio, while the real criminals and perpetrators of the numerous assaults on President Trump, such as Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, James Clapper and John Brennan and so many others are still walking free across the land, and all freedom loving Americans should vow to never again give these anti-American communists a seat in the Oval Office, as most of us recoil in revulsion and anger over their treason, tyrannical methods, secret star chambers, closed-door "investigations" and unidentified accusers.  

Anonymous sources are not permissible in America under the U.S. codified "due process of the law", but Representative Adam Schiff must have missed that class in law school, if he even ever really attended. His weeks of buffoonery can only be seen as a futile attempt by him and his cronies to find a fall guy willing to pretend that he is the "whistleblower". And let's not forget that this is the same idiot who promised for two years that he had absolute proof positive of collusion between President Trump and Russia, with none of it ever coming to light in the Mueller report.  

President Trump has failed from day one to completely acquiesce and defer to the supposed superior intellect and the authority of the national security establishment and D.C. political "elites"-- the Deep State -- in the same manner as Hillary Clinton and other Democrat hopefuls, which placed him in their scope sites from before day one. All sectors from the Pentagon, CIA, NSA and the FBI had already thrown in with Hillary Clinton, and this has been the motivation behind the national security establishment's attacks against Donald Trump, even before he was elected and more so after he was elected.  

Please recall that in his 1961 Farewell Address, President Eisenhower discussed the threats to liberty and democratic processes of the American people that one finds in the intimate, integrated relationships between many members of Congress, the CIA, Pentagon and NSA. Although he referenced the threats coming from the "military-industrial complex", he had originally intended to use the term "military-industrial-congressional complex", but changed his mind at the last minute. This entire episode has been a sham from the start, and the so-called "whistleblower" was only named such through legalistic legerdemain to conceal the origin of this affair, as a CIA ass-covering operation, with asses aplenty on display during the recent Democratic press releases and "Shifty" Schiff's shameful lies, during his statement on the floor of the House, that completely changed and misrepresented what was actually said during President Trump's telephone call with Ukraine's president. One must marvel at Schiff's idiocy. And now, Schiff and Pelosi are also circumventing "due process" through their refusal to take a vote on impeachment, which would change the entire balance of the proceedings.

The CIA Gossip Leaker isn't even a "Whistleblower", since he didn't blow the whistle on the CIA and some dark-side practice, like drug experimentation on unsuspecting Americans, secret assets within the mainstream media or secret assassinations of Americans. Instead, this leaker simply revealed second hand gossip about a phone call he never heard, in a weak and thinly veiled attempt to once again smear President Trump and give the Democrats something to keep the impeachment frenzy alive, into the presidential election season.  

Does Schiff actually believe he can conceal this whistleblower's identity in a Senate impeachment trial, should it come?  

This is the sort of thing one expects to see in Spanish inquisitions and old style Soviet show trials. From our earliest days and across history, Americans have extremely firm, longstanding objections to kangaroo courts and star chambers, that dispose of common law safeguards of due process.  

On September 29th, President Trump shared a message tweeted by Pastor Robert Jeffress:

"[The Democrats are] increasingly aware of the fact that they won't win against him [Pres. Trump] in 2020, and Impeachment is the only tool they have to get rid of Donald J. Trump -- And the Democrats don't care if they burn down and destroy this nation in the process. I have never seen the Evangelical Christians more angry over any issue than this attempt to illegitimately remove this President from office ... They know the only Impeachable offense that President Trump has committed was beating Hillary Clinton in 2016. That's the unpardonable sin for which the Democrats will never forgive him. If the Democrats are successful in removing the President from office (which they will never be), it will cause a Civil War like fracture in this nation from which our Country will never heal."  

Most of America already realizes that the Democratic Party and its communist members are no friends to the principle of political liberty, or any liberty for that matter. Their shibboleths of diversity and inclusion are simply strategies aimed at eradicating free speech and dictating everybody's "acceptable thoughts". They are much more interested in control and coercion, than they are in seeking real "social justice" for anyone; and, much worse, they seek to use government as the instrument for enforcing their will, something all Americans must reject, if on principle alone.  [Blog Editor: At this point I think you might be interested in this Justin post: “Breakfast and Death in a Brave New World”]

Looking beyond this ongoing orchestrated coup, America finds a reality challenged Democratic Communist Party consumed by serial hysterias, like "climate change", uninterested in truth, steeped in social despotism and absolutely 100 percent willing to do anything to gain and hold power. Each freedom loving American should be highly concerned with what Democrats will do should they ever regain power.  

When the truth finally reveals itself, America will find that the Democratic Party was behind the 2016 election interference and the RussiaGate Hoax. That is the main reason they are still directing one false accusation after another at President Trump, in hopes of deflecting focus from their treason and, just maybe, causing enough doubt to force a Republican loss in 2020.  

Heading into these dangerous days of autumn, the institutional damage done by the Democrats is deep, and something has got to give, as the current impeachment frenzy collides with the other dynamic forces in play and the secretive activities, to date, of Attorney General William Barr and his deputy, John Durham. When that happens, quite a few Deep State agents, i.e. Comey, Clapper and Brennan and many others, should be seeing the inside of a prison cell, after the dust from the ensuing political mayhem settles, if these two men have done their jobs properly.  

Some so-called "Republican" advisors are telling Trump not to allow any indictments to come forward against former president Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, because it would be a "nation-destroying precedent", even though the Democrats are currently facilitating and moving towards Trump's own impeachment. These Democrats are already pushing America towards its destruction, with or without any indictments, and even if it is the last decent act of any moral people left in America, Obama and Hillary, the organizers of the sedition and treason against President Trump and America, who approved and encouraged the plot, from the Steele Dossier to the false FISA Warrants, must be indicted, prosecuted and imprisoned, if not executed.  

Hopefully, the dark network known as the Intelligence Community will be burned by the heat of a thousand suns of truth that reveal any and all nefarious dealings in the recent subversive activities taken under the Obama administration, that facilitated a coup against a sitting U.S. president. The hammer is about to drop on America's traitors, one way or another, and before all is said and done, America may full well see the current administrative civil war turn into a hot, bullets blazing civil war.  

History abhors vacuums just as nature does, and America is currently facing a vacuum of authority never before experienced, with UkraineGate set to become a Fort Sumter moment, the consequence of a society in which anything goes and nothing matters. As tempers flare, everyone better check their principles and who they believe in days ahead, since this ain't no foolin' around, and once again the integrity of the Union is at stake.
