sent out an email on November 2 about the near zero coverage by the Leftist
Mainstream Media (MSM) about the Clintons, Obama & Comrades and the Dem
Party being the actual collusion story in a thankfully vain attempt to manipulate
the November 2016 election. Well, I should say vain as pertaining Donald Trump,
but successful pertaining to Bernie Sanders’ campaign for the Democratic Party
Presidential nomination. Crooked Hillary made sure the fix was in for her
nomination victory.
The MRC email has a link to a page that has a brief (roughly
2 ½ minute) video of Brent Bozell explaining the MSM corrupt failure, followed
by some details, a place to sign a petition and ending with a typical ask for a
donation.
The donation is a worthy cause. I am uncertain if the
petition exists to measure public interest in castigating the MSM or if the MRC
is going to send petition results to the MSM or if the petition is simply a
fundraising effort. In the case of MRC, all possibilities are worthy to
support. But in my opinion, only send your money if it is a part of your
budget.

MRC analysts examined national media coverage of the
Clinton/Russia/Uranium debacle and found that this outrageous scandal — one
potentially bigger than Watergate — has been almost entirely ignored by the
major news networks. Since the story broke on October 17, the media have met
this news with radio silence.
MRC's analysis found:
“From October 17 through
November 2 the Big Three (ABC, CBS, NBC) networks have devoted a piddly 4
minutes and 38 seconds to the new findings. CBS delivered a pathetic 2 minutes,
34 seconds, followed by ABC at a scant 2 minutes, 4 seconds. Astoundingly, NBC
News has failed to devote a single second to any of the most recent charges.”
This scandal has all the intrigue of a spy thriller and all
the high profile corruption of a celebrity gossip magazine. And yet the leftist
“news” media have made the decision to keep their mouths shut. The media are
refusing to report the news in order to sweep another scandal under the rug
for Clinton and her corrupt cronies.
This is not just ridiculous. This is unacceptable. This
sort of cover up simply cannot be tolerated.
It has recently been revealed that the FBI discovered — as
early as 2009 — evidence of bribery and corruption surrounding the
controversial 2010 nuclear deal between the Obama administration and Russia.
The FBI had evidence to show that Russia had compromised an
American uranium trucking company with bribery and kickbacks, in direct
violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
The FBI also found that the Clinton Foundation
received millions of dollars in donations from the Russians during
this time. This is even more unethical due to the fact that Hillary Clinton was
Secretary of State and instrumental in approving the 2010 nuclear deal with
Russia, which granted Russia control over a large amount of American uranium.
Details are still coming out about this shocking scandal but
it is already apparent that this is a serious matter.

I departed from the Republican Party after supporting a GOP
candidate for President in 2012 I did not in the first place. THEN he; i.e.
Mitt Romney, lost! Romney ran a weenie campaign refusing to point out Obama’s
horrendous record and allowing Obama to get away with lying without confronting
the situation. So I left the GOP.
Even though I stopped being a card-carrying Republican, I
ended up voting for GOP candidates in my State. A Democrat was, is and always
will be an unviable choice! This is the case especially after Obama has turned
the Democratic Party into the Communist-Dem Party.
Then came Donald Trump. I like most people was amused but
felt this is a guy that could never win, lacked Conservative credentials and I
was uncertain of any dedication he had to the Christian faith. I was Cruzing
with Ted until the math eliminated his campaign.
So, was I going to be stuck voting for The Donald? A guy I
did not want as a candidate for POTUS? So I began to listen to Donald Trump.
Unlike Romney, Trump was willing to Muslim terrorists
Radical Islamic terrorists and call Hillary Clinton a crook. The more the
Leftist Mainstream Media (MSM) harangued Trump, more I began to like him and
his populist “Make America Great Again.”
But I was still dissatisfied with the Republican Party.
Boehner as the Speaker was ineffective after the GOP took the House in 2014.
Then 2016 came. Trump won POTUS and the GOP was the majority
Party in both Houses of Congress. There was the appearance that Conservatives
finally had an authentic voice and reversing the curse of Obama’s Change
would be imminent.
I WAS WRONG!
After 8 years of saying what happen if the Republicans controlled
government with a Conservative reawakening, little happened except
Congressional resistance to Trump’s MAGA agenda.
AGAIN, the GOP had let me and many fellow Conservatives
down. President Trump was and is actually making things happen as far as
Executive action will take him. But nothing concrete to the promised MAGA will
be forthcoming as long as Republicans in the Senate and Republicans in the
House resist President Trump. These GOP resisters might as well join the
Communist-Dem Party. EVERY political inaction by the Republicans is a vote for
the status quo of the Communist-Dem Party to Socialize and disrupt Christian
faith and morals in America. In essence – the continuation of the Obama’s
Fundamental Transformation of America.
My fellow Americans. Do you want to live in a nation whence
political correctness and multiculturalism define how you – an American – must live
according to what the government tells you how to believe and worship and
speak?
Since the Republican legislators cannot get it together
enough to resist and change the Dem fundamental transformation, it might be
time to abandon the GOP and look for Trump activism in a political party
willing to act as a monolith for Conservative principles.
All this talk about Trump this, and Trump that, masks a far
bigger political controversy. The Republican Party leadership in Washington,
D.C., has fundamentally betrayed its constituents and they are about to learn
that they’ve been double-crossed — for years.
Every Republican candidate’s stock speech sounds the same,
the thunderous roar about a government out of control, federal spending out of
control (insert charts and graphs and why, if you stack hundred dollar bills,
they will reach the edge of the universe), federal taxes out of control (insert
comparisons to socialist countries), the federal bureaucracy out of control
(insert metaphors about chains, yokes, and the like), the family shattered with
federal funding of abortion a crime against humanity (watch for it — there! The
heart-wrenching sob), and our military is emasculated.
Two more items were added to the menu, courtesy of Obama.
Obamacare Will Be Repealed! and Illegal Immigration Will Not Stand!
In 2009, the Democrats controlled everything, partly due to
the Republicans’ cowardice on Capitol Hill, and in part because of some of the
most inept candidates and campaigns America has seen in years. The Obama folks
could have played it safe but went for socialist gold, using the power of the
legislative and the executive branches (and later the judiciary, thank you
Justice Roberts) to advance their agenda.
That included federal spending on a level unmatched in human
history resulting ultimately in a $19 trillion in debt we simply cannot pay,
and with so many tens of trillions of dollars in unfunded liabilities that
“infinity” is not far behind. One seventh of the economy was confiscated by the
federal government with the passage of Obamacare. Our national borders were
declared open and discussions over our national sovereignty closed. And to top
it off, the Democrats all but declared themselves above the law.
The GOP harrumphed that this would not stand, by God! If
only… if only America
would vote them into the majority.
In 2009, the Tea Party was born. The Grand Old Party was
rejuvenated. Happy days were here again.
Just one year later, the Republicans captured the House, and
with that, the power of the purse. They now had the authority to stop the
insane spending on so many obnoxious and wholly unnecessary ventures. They
could end Obamacare simply by not funding it.
Instead, under the “leadership” of John Boehner, it did
absolutely nothing. Why, if only we had the Senate! Then we could take on the
President!
So in 2014, after spending hundreds of millions of campaign
dollars running hundreds of thousands of television and radio ads pledging to
end illegal immigration while repealing Obamacare “root and branch” (author:
Mitch McConnell), they were given control of the Senate.
And within a month McConnell re-authorized both, along with
every single other thing Harry Reid and Obama wanted for yet another year.
But that’s because we can’t do what we promised until we
have the Presidency! The excuse was as predictable as summer heat in the
Sahara.
In 2016, they were given that too.
They were given everything.
In January of this year, they formally controlled both
houses of Congress and the executive branch. Every single thing they’d ever
promised was now possible.
They now had the power to enact every single spending cut
they’d ever solemnly pledged. All those wasteful programs designed to fill the
liberal sandbox — PBS, NPR, Planned Parenthood, NEH and the rest of the
alphabet soup; all the hundreds of billions of dollars in corporate welfare to
multi-billion-dollar corporations; all of the hundreds of billions of dollars directed
toward leftist social engineering — poof! All of it could come to an end with a
stroke of a pen.
They now had the power to restore fiscal tax sanity too.
Remember the flat tax? The fair tax? Slashing the highest corporate taxes in
the world? Giving you a tax break? All of it could be done with a snap of the
fingers.
Repeal Obamacare? Check. End illegal immigration? Check.
Build the wall? Check.
Crush the Deep State? Done, by God, done!
There was not a damn thing the Democrats could do to stop
them from draining the swamp.
Except the Republican leadership didn’t mean it. With the
exception of the Freedom Caucus in the House, and literally a handful in the
Senate, the rank-and-file didn’t either. Not one word of it.
The opportunity arose for the vote to repeal Obamacare, and
after huffing and puffing, and huffing and puffing some more, the dust settled
and socialized health care remains the law of the land, perhaps permanently.
The opportunity arose for tax reform, to enact the cuts
America desperately needs. It was never a matter of if, it was a matter of how
much. It is now mid-August and nothing, absolutely nothing has been
accomplished — even attempted!
And now we face the final test: the debt ceiling. Will we or
won’t we stop the spending madness? Will the Republicans enact the cuts they’ve
promised, or will they now be the ones to kick the can, piling evermore
trillions of dollars of debt on their own grandchildren?
By every indication that’s precisely what they plan to do.
The signal has come from President Trump, from Speaker Ryan, and from Majority
Leader McConnell. The debt ceiling will be raised and no fiscal sanity will be
restored.
There is no difference between Republicans and Democrats.
Put them together. They are the swamp.
Just as Republicans have the power to enact the agenda
they’ve pledged in toto, so too do they now own the federal government, in
toto. It’s no longer Obamacare. It’s GOPcare. It’s no longer crazy liberal
Democratic spending. It’s crazy liberal Republican spending. It’s no longer
socialist Democratic Party taxation, it’s socialist Republican Party taxation.
All the legislation authorizing all these programs, all the graft, all the
waste, all the obscenity, all the immorality, and where Planned Parenthood is
concerned, all the killing — all of it is now formally authored by the
Republican Party.
Come the Congressional elections next year, and the
presidential election in 2020, the Grand Old Party will once again bellow its
hallowed promises. But this time it won’t work. This time there will be no
straw men to blame. This time their voters will know those hallowed promises
are not even hollow promises. They are lies.
These voters are tasting betrayal. They will not vote to
swallow more vomit.
We are watching the GOP systematically committing suicide.
With only 5 days to go before the big election, we are finding out that the U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens repeatedly asked for additional security as he and his team felt unsafe in a country that was going through a civil war and in an area where Al Qaeda knowingly operated. We know that their requests were denied.
As the New York Post points out, sources on the ground in Libya say they pleaded for support during the attack on the Benghazi consulate that led to the deaths of four Americans. They were allegedly told twice to "stand down." Worse, there are suggestions that significant military resources were available to counterattack, but requests for help were denied.
If true, the White House's concerted effort to blame the attack on a video crumbles, as do several other fraudulent claims. Yet, last Friday, the president boasted, "The minute I found out what was happening" in Benghazi, he ordered that everything possible be done to protect our personnel. That's either untrue, or he's being disobeyed on grave matters.
Shockingly, the media doesn't see this as news worthy and has determined that this is not relevant information for someone that wants to continue to be our Commander in Chief!
Yet, In 2000, a Democratic operative orchestrated an "October surprise" attack on George W. Bush, revealing that 24 years earlier, he'd been arrested for drunken driving. The media went into a feeding frenzy and it dominated the headlines.
It is amazing the lengths that the liberal media will go to shamelessly protect their candidate. One thing is very clear, we must take it upon ourselves to cover the story that the media is ignoring and make sure that every voter in critical swing-states sees our 'Fire Obama' ad that makes the case of what a bad job President Obama has done as our Commander in Chief. The Romney/Ryan campaign needs your immediate support to bring these issues to light for voters since the mainstream media has largely ignored them.
As more details emerge as to what actually transpired when terrorists attacked our consulate in Benghazi and murdered U.S. Ambassador Stevens, it is becoming increasingly clear that President Obama is not fit to be Commander-in-Chief. For the sixth night in a row, ABC World News, CBS Evening News, and NBC Nightly News refused to give one single second of coverage to a Fox News report that the Obama Administration denied help to those attacked and killed by terrorists at the US consulate in Benghazi on September 11.
According to a Media Research Center analysis, ABC, CBS, and NBC have failed to cover this devastating story - not to confirm it, not to knock it down, and never mind do their own investigation. The story broke last Friday, long before Hurricane Sandy swamped the news cycle.
The story broke Tuesday night on CBS Evening News. Since then, according to a Media Research Center analysis, ABC has almost completely refused to report the email evidence, giving it a scant 25 seconds on Good Morning America and 20 seconds on World News yesterday.
Further, neither The Washington Post nor The New York Times has committed a single inch of their newspapers to a news story about this report.
According to Fox News, "sources claim officers at the nearby CIA annex in Benghazi were twice told to stand down when they requested to help those at the consulate.
They later ignored those orders. Fox News was also told that a subsequent request for back-up when the annex came under attack was denied as well.”
In response, I just released the following public statement.
"Every other broadcast news network has produced at least one major story on the release of emails related to the attack in Benghazi that killed our ambassador and three other brave Americans. While not enough, in some cases, it's something. From ABC News, it's nothing.
"The liberal ‘news' media's refusal to cover this story exposes how corrupt they have become.
Four Americans died in Libya in a coordinated terrorist attack on the anniversary of 9/11.
The Obama Administration has been caught in a maze of falsehoods. This reeks of a cover-up. This scandal could and would derail the Obama re-election efforts. ABC, CBS, NBC, The Washington Post, and The New York Times are so vested in the re-election of Barack Obama that they are deliberately spiking this huge story. It's sickening.
How big is this story? Bigger than Watergate. No one was killed in that burglary, and no one covered up the truth about the deaths of four brave Americans.
"Now there are rumblings that one or more of these so-called news networks have emails from the National Security Advisor's office telling a counter-terrorism unit to stand down. If that's true, they must tell the American people what they know, and how long they've known it. And if it isn't true, then the networks need to say so. Their silence is deafening.
"The Obama administration's cover-up of their deceitful response to the Benghazi terrorist attack is without a doubt the biggest political news story of 2012. The American people have a right to know what really happened before they cast their ballots on Election Day.
"If ABC, CBS, NBC, The Washington Post, and The New York Times refuse to ask the tough questions, then they no longer serve any purpose. And if they're sitting on evidence to help Obama win re-election, they're as guilty in this cover-up as is the administration.”
Fox News reporter Catherine Herridge has obtained a classified cable sent by Ambassador Christopher Stevens directly to “the office” of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on August 16th, just a few weeks prior to the attack in Benghazi. In this interview with Greta Van Susteren, Herridge pulls no punches and says flatly that “the State Department has culpability” in the attack and that the cable serves as “the smoking gun warning” because of its specificity, which included naming Al-Qaeda and Ansar Al-Sharia (the group that claimed responsibility) specifically.
Take note, beginning at about the 1:50 mark. Greta asks Herridge for some specificity about who received the letter. Though Herridge doesn’t give names, she provides detailed information about where it went after revealing that Christopher Stevens is the one who signed it:
“(the cable was) copied to her (Hillary) and then it routes out, in this case, probably typically to diplomatic security, their near east Asia desk and others but it is specifically addressed to her office.”
Ok, so it was “route(d)” out of Hillary’s office to an appropriate under secretary / bureau head tasked with heeding the very specific pleas of our ambassador. Yet, no one has been disciplined for not heeding what amounts to a distress signal, an S.O.S., a cry for help.
Why?
When someone discusses “Hillary Clinton’s office” does that include her Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin? Did Abedin see any of these cables at any time? Based on her background, that is an extremely relevant question that needs to be answered.
We are not alleging that Abedin saw the cable or had anything to do with it not being acted on. However, her potential access to and influence with Secretary Clinton in such situations, coupled with her familial connections / conflicts of interest when it comes to the Muslim Brotherhood, demonstrate perfectly why she should have been disqualified from holding the position she now holds.
Here is an extremely important point to consider. Huma Abedin’s parents were put in charge of the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs (IMMA) by a representative of the founder of the IMMA – Abdullah Omar Naseef. Naseef also has a history of being an al-Qaeda financier. Huma herself served on the IMMA Board WITH NASEEF from at least 1996 – 2003 and continued to serve on IMMA’s Board until 2008 / 2009, when she assumed her current role.
Based on these unassailable facts, should someone with Abedin’s background be working in Hillary’s “office”, especially when the reach of that office extends to danger spots for Americans in Muslim lands?
Again, we are in no way saying that Abedin had any knowledge of this cable whatsoever but we are saying that the circumstances leading up to the attack on the consulate, as well as who Stevens viewed as a threat (Al-Qaeda and Ansar Al-Sharia), illustrates perfectly why someone with Abedin’s background should not be put in the position. Such a person’s associations matter, not because of guilt or innocence but because of potential conflicts of interest in matters of allegiance.
Here is a compelling interview between Fox News Channel’s Bill Hemmer and Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC), member of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. This interview was approximately twelve hours prior to Herridge’s interview with Greta but note how angry Gowdy is. While he is clearly pointing directly to the White House, he is also wanting answers from the State Department:
More than negligence and incompetence, the murders of four Americans at Benghazi on 9/11 were the direct result of dereliction of duty by President Obama, Secretary of State Clinton and Secretary of Defense Panetta, and this case will immortalize forever in the annals of infamy the feckless, ineffectual, weak and cowardly example of "leadership" that Americans yoked themselves with in 2008; twice after the initial "critic"/ Critical Incident Flash, the White House received requests for military assistance during the attack, and twice they denied those requests. A full explanation is owed America concerning these decisions, especially in light of the fact that the Obama administration viewed the attack through a drone camera in real time.
The intricacy of the Ansar terrorist attack proves that this entire tragic episode was a pre-planned attack. They had positioned blocking and kill or capture teams between the CIA Annex and the U.S. Consulate. They had even thought ahead and positioned an ambush to surprise any U.S. "quick response" teams that might arrive, and they had strategically positioned mortars within range of the Annex. Something this intricate is not built from a "spontaneous protest".
Twenty minutes into the attack on the U.S. Consulate at 4:05pm Washington time - 10:05pm Benghazi time, the State Department's regional office reported that the Consulate was under attack and that Ambassador Stevens was supposedly safe with the 17th of February militia providing security support, but we now know they deserted once the battle escalated; "Update 1" at 4:54 Washington time reported the firing had stopped and a "response team" was at the site attempting to locate missing personnel.
The "response team" consisted of Tyrone Woods and Glenn Dogherty who disobeyed their superior's orders to "stand down" when they heard the first shots at 9:40pm. They made approximately a one mile run from the CIA Annex to the Consulate, and upon arriving the firing lull rapidly turned into a fierce firefight to evacuate approximately 35 employees to the CIA Annex and simply survive. They eventually did arrive at the Annex with the body of Sean Smith, killed early in the attack, but Ambassador Stevens had been separated from them; these men were in Libya under CIA contract to track down surface to air missiles used by the islamofascist groups, and they were under no obligation to assist, defend or protect Ambassador Stevens, and yet, they ran headlong into danger!
An hour after the attack, Obama, Panetta and VP Biden met in the Oval Office, and soon after military assets were being moved: Eight from Special Operations were sent from Tripoli, a Fleet Anti-terrorism Security Team (FAST) of Marines from Rota, Spain was sent to guard the Tripoli U.S. Embassy, F-16s and Apache helicopters never left Aviano Airbase in Italy, and two U.S. Navy destroyers already in the Mediterranean were positioned off the Libyan coast but left dormant.
Pathetic is the only way to describe the administration's assertion that they needed the Libyan government's permission to enter Libya's airspace. What government?... the militias were still running everything... And the U.S. doesn't ask "mother, may I" before crossing a border to save their own. What bravery our fighting men showed during WWII, Korea and Vietnam when the code was "leave no man behind," and now what cowardice is apparent within this despicable Obama administration!
Lt Col Tony Schaffer (Retired Army) explains that the U.S. planned the invasion of Grenada in 1983 in six hours, and he added, "We could have had a strike team on the ground in Benghazi in thirty minutes or less to protect, assist and extract our personnel under attack ... the video (from Benghazi) is damning, and it needs to get out for the public to see."
Former CIA Officer Gary Burston asserted, "President Obama is a master of trying to deflect and change the subject... personnel in Benghazi must have been screaming for help. There were options for the administration to help and intervene. They could have sent an AC 130 Talon with computerized machine guns. All it would have taken is one pass. It would have beaten the attackers back. Then they could have sent in a Quick Reaction Force." Several Tier 1 teams were within an hour of the attack site, and they would have made an enormous difference in the fighting that spanned eight hours.
Incredible heroism was displayed by Woods and Dogherty as they fought to save the Consulate staff members during a second wave of attacks. Between the initial firefight at the Consulate and the assault on the Annex, they fought for over six hours, and, along with others, they were able to withstand against over 200 Ansar al-Shariah/ Islamic Maghreb terrorists, while also taking heavy fire from RPGs, mortars and a 23mm anti-aircraft weapon!
At 4:00am... six hours and twenty minutes after the initial attack... former Navy SEALs Glenn A. Dogherty and Tyrone S. Woods were killed at the CIA Annex by a mortar round. Their machine gun was covered in blood, and gives testimony that they fought on after being wounded.
Senators John McCain and Lindsey Graham stated, "It is disappointing to hear that our national command authorities failed to reinforce the Consulate with timely air assets, and that a consulate located in one of the most dangerous regions in the world was so unsecured."
Just think how different the outcome would have been had the Consulate been protected by just one platoon of Marines, all sniper trained. Obama had actionable intelligence explicitly showing a high probability of an imminent attack, but a year ago he failed to devote resources to secure the facility. He had no plan for such a situation as this, when our people were depending on a rapid response. And... Obama's failures and dereliction of duty as Commander-in-Chief caused four good, decent American Patriots to lose their lives!
Through the lens of the enigma of war the truth has manifested itself through the ugliness, stupidity and cowardice of Obama, Clinton, Panetta and others in the administration who had real time images of Americans facing slaughter: and, with numerous military assets nearby, they decided to sit safely in the White House Situation Room and leave these fine Americans in the lurch, while revealing their strength of conviction and principles, Glenn A. Dogherty and Tyrone S. Woods' distinguished and brilliant actions illustrated the best of military tradition and the American spirit, as they defended U.S. interests, placed America ahead of self and died with honor so others would live! We will not let their courage be hidden or their sacrifice diminished... We will not forget!
