Andrew Whitehead of Anti-CAIR is one of my heroes because he has successfully withstood the legal jihad of CAIR. Because of this it is a good idea to read his opinion once in awhile. Here is the most recent email from Whitehead.

Since the founding of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the majority of non-Muslim citizens of the United States have been constantly accused of “Islamophobia” (a word created as a propaganda tool used by CAIR), “racism” (even though there is no such race as “Muslim”), and “intolerance” (a word used by many groups to describe those who disagree with them without using words of substance or evidence to back up their accusations).

Our country cowers in submission, much like England, France, The Netherlands, and Germany, in that we cannot even have a rational discussion on political/radical Islam in the United States without having to gain "permission" from CAIR and other alphabet-soup so-called “Muslim Civil Rights Groups”.  Even our military services are forced to accept questionable Muslim chaplains vetted by the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), yet another front group for radical Islam.

The current state of the “Mainstream Media” in the United States is partly to blame.  Consider that the New York Times (NYT) is still believed by many Americans (and other newspapers) as the “paper of record”.  NYT articles and columnists are followed throughout the United States.  While the NYT may get it right on occasion, the simple fact is that it appears willfully wrong on the Islamist threat to our country.

This ability to overlook the obvious is not limited to the NYT. It infects any number of American papers whose reporters and editorial staff simply aren’t up to the challenge of honest reporting regarding the fascist ideology of CAIR members and their ilk.  And really, who can blame them?  Events all over the world have demonstrated that murder and mayhem may await any paper, reporter, or social commentator who dare to take an objective look at the threat of radical Islamic ideology. (It's much "safer" to pick on Christians and Jews who are known for actually praying for those who insult their faith, not terror murdering them or their children.)

So where should we turn if the mainstream press won’t report the truth?  Due to a poor educational system and a deliberate policy of “speak no evil” when it comes to the darker side of Islamic beliefs by our local, state, and national governments, it seems that we the people are over a barrel when it comes to seeking answers from those whose responsibility it is to provide them.  If the government won’t speak the truth regarding radical Islam, how can we count on it to protect us from the terror of radical Islam?

Even more disturbing forces are at play.  For example; Congressman Peter King recently attended a rally in support of the New York City Police Department (NYPD).  The rally came about in response to a NYT article outing on-going investigations of various Islamic groups in the New York - New Jersey area.  Apparently, Governor Christie of New Jersey was upset that the NYPD hadn’t kissed the ring of the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) unit in Newark, New Jersey before pursuing its investigation. While Governor Christie can complain over what is, essentially, hurt feelings, the underlying question that should be asked is: “Why didn’t the NYPD approach the JTTF?”  Could it be that the NYPD knows something about the JTTF that made the JTTF an unreliable partner?  Perhaps the JTTF administrators would have refused to back the investigation and label it as being “un-American”?  Was there a security issue? We'll never know because the mainstream media won’t investigate.

CAIR and CAIR’s fellow travelers are constantly brow beating us on how oppressed "Muslims" are in the United States.  We can take CAIR at their word. The highly esteemed (and deported) CAIR Community Relations Director Bassem Khafagi (currently running for president of Egypt), said of the United States: “I loved the place I lived in, but I never loved the US, the infidel country”.  We can suppose he didn’t love the USA because he was deported following his conviction on two charges of bank fraud and one count of visa fraud.  In his running for president of Egypt, he has promised to “complete the implementation of Islamic law in Egypt. I do not hide this truth in any way, because it is in keeping with the inclination of the Egyptian people."  One has to wonder, did Khafagi bother to ask the Copts or Jews (are there any Jews left in Egypt?) how they feel about living under Sharia Law with it's well-known respect for human rights and religious liberty?  Will Friday services at the Mosque be followed by amputation of various body parts at the local mall parking lot for Sharia Law-breakers, as is very common in that paragon of Islamic jurisprudence, Saudi Arabia?  So much for CAIR’s stated position of respect for all religions.

Our forefathers bequeathed us a country founded in respect for the law and tolerance of religious beliefs.  Our enemies should not interpret our tolerance as weakness.  Our governing bodies and press should discontinue their policies of appeasement of political/radical Islam that serves no practical purpose beyond conditioning our people to accept the unacceptable.  Now is the time to take a stand and say “no more”.

There is no law that demands the mainstream media quote CAIR and no government policy that requires CAIR be consulted on anything Islamic.

CAIR, founded by terrorists, is a media parasite.

Starve CAIR of exposure and it will dry up and blow away like dog dung on a hot sidewalk. 

This is as it should be.

CAIR: “We Are First Defenders Offenders Of The Constitution”

It seems like forever since I have posted anything from Andrew Whitehead who was the first American able to throw a monkey wrench in Lawfare (Legal Jihad) methods of a Muslim-American group utilizing civil law to bury a critic and intimidate Free Speech. Whitehead was attacked legally by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) for fingering that organization to ties with Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. After 9/11 that was a truth CAIR has been interested in obfuscating this fact. Whitehead won via a confidential settlement in which Whitehead did not have to retract one thing he was being sued for.

On December 23, Ibrahim Hooper, Communications Director for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) was interviewed on Press TV.  Press TV is an English language TV station controlled by the Iranian government through Republic of Iran Broadcasting. Hooper complained about law enforcement authorities training programs and went on to say: "I’m talking about twenty-five percent to 1/3 of Americans having an active hostility toward Islam and Muslims."
    

What are the facts regarding “anti-Muslim bias” in America?  From the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Uniform Crime Reports (UCR) (2009) the following “hate crime” percentages are reported:

The numbers of “victims” of anti-Muslim “hate crimes” is fairly unchanged from 2007 – 2009.  The largest group is, unsurprisingly, Jewish.  Although Jews are victims of “hate crimes” far more often than Muslims, we do not see any mainstream Jewish groups giving interviews for TV stations controlled by governments that are state sponsors of terrorism. Nor do we see Jewish groups railing against Law Enforcement or the American people for harboring an anti-Jewish sentiment or bias.
    

Is CAIR defending our Constitution when so many “Anti-Muslim hate crimes” CAIR pushes are revealed to be committed by Muslims or fabricated in an attempt to either cover up criminal activity or to falsely demonstrate that Islam and Muslims are under "attack" in the United States?
    

In the interview, Hooper's claim that “We are first defenders of the Constitution” is a pathetic joke and Hooper knows it. Consider CAIR-San Fransico's Director Zahra Billoo proudly claiming to be a "Muslim Anarchist" on her Twitter page and it can be fairly put to rest that any CAIR official has even a modicum of respect for the U.S. Constitution.
 

CAIR is either at the throat of law enforcement officials or kissing their feet, depending on the mood du jour at CAIR headquarters. This is a confusion ploy and it can work very well. The threat of being branded an "Islamophobe" can make some people turn away from the facts. FOX's Bill O’Reilly even considered CAIR-Chicago supremacist Ahmed Rehab a “stand up guy” and long ago gave up any idea of investigating CAIR or CAIR’s connections to Islamist terrorists.
     

CAIR often defensively whines over the violent actions of common street thugs and Islamic militants who have plotted, committed, or openly declared violent jihad against us. Hooper has the nerve to make the outrageous claim that 1/3 of Americans have an "active hostility" toward Muslims yet CAIR is demonstratively apathetic that 10-15% of One Billion Muslims actively support militant Jihadists.
    

In New York City, CAIR pushed authorities to levy “hate crime” charges against two men involved in a 3AM brawl with “Imam” Rod Peterson.  This “Imam” or “religious leader” has a record of arrests for burglary, robbery, and illegal gun possession. Why is it that Muslim “religious leaders” CAIR shills for seem to have rap sheets or a history of taking part in odious crimes?  One man involved in the brawl was completely cleared of any wrongdoing and the other had charges reduced to misdemeanors. Once again, CAIR failed to add another statistic in its miserable campaign to claim that Americans hate Muslims.  Despite CAIR’s tireless efforts to create discord, in 2009 CAIR could only squeak out 11 “hate crimes” against Muslims in New York City.  The Jews?  Once again, they lead the pack in the Big Apple with over 250.  Perhaps it's safer to be a Muslim in New York than a Jew?
    

The only thing that keeps civil people from pointing at CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper in public and exposing his obvious character flaws and outright lying nature is the fact that he calls himself a Muslim.  If Hooper weren’t claiming to be Muslim, he’d have been labeled just another has-been kook representing a supremacist fringe group that has pretensions of greatness based on religious bigotry. 
    

Knowledge is power. CAIR works hard to hide the facts of radical Islam from ordinary Americans.  If the majority of Americans ever wake up to the truth of CAIR, we can be sure that the call for CAIR’s removal from our shores would ring so loud that every local, state, and national law enforcement agency would be forced to act.
    

The large majority of Muslims in America and around the world know that fascist, political Islam is not compatible with our Constitution and it never will be. This is what attracts many to our shores. They know that fanatical religious police cannot bother them here, that accusations of blasphemy will not result in stoning, or that their body parts cannot be cut off for theft, real or imagined. They are Free.
    

CAIR and Hooper have breathlessly pushed the lie of "Islamophobia" and continuously fail to prove it actually exists. Where CAIR finds "Islamophobia", the reality is often nothing more than Americans showing concern for radical Islamist groups involving themselves in endeavors that are designed to weaken our Constitution or promote the ideals of Islamist supremacy. Hooper can thank himself, his organization, and his fellow travelers for any “misunderstandings” Americans have regarding Islam.

The Light is Shining on American-Muslim Organizations

In 2004 the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) filed a lawsuit against Andrew Whitehead the founder of Anti-CAIR. The lawsuit was for $1.35 million for defamation via knowingly publishing false statements incriminating CAIR of criminal activity.

What did Whitehead say about CAIR that irked the ire of the Islamist organization on American soil? Whitehead posted these statements:

• “Let there be no doubt that CAIR is a terrorist supporting front organization that is partially funded by terrorists, and that CAIR wishes nothing more than the implementation of Sharia law in America.”

• CAIR is an “organization founded by Hamas supporters which seeks to overthrow Constitutional government in the United States and replace it with an Islamist theocracy using our own Constitution as protection.”

• “ACAIR reminds our readers that CAIR was started by Hamas members and is supported by terrorist supporting individuals, groups and countries.”

• “Why oppose CAIR? CAIR has proven links to, and was founded by, Islamic terrorists. CAIR is not in the United States to promote the civil rights of Muslims. CAIR is here to make radical Islam the dominant religion in the United States and convert our country into an Islamic theocracy along the lines of Iran. In addition, CAIR has managed, through the adroit manipulation of the popular media, to present itself as the ‘moderate' face of Islam in the United States. CAIR succeeded to the point that the majority of its members are not aware that CAIR actively supports terrorists and terrorist supporting groups and nations. In addition, CAIR receives direct funding from Islamic terrorists supporting countries.”

• “CAIR is a fundamentalist organization dedicated to the overthrow of the United States Constitution and the installation of an Islamic theocracy in America.”

This was a classic legal maneuver that the ACLU uses to intimidate people or organizations (government or NGO) to comply with an agenda. I don’t know if CAIR learned the tactic from the ACLU but I do know CAIR uses legal intimidation. In Whitehead’s case the intimidation was meant to destitute him and shut him up.

Whitehead is one of the first voices to expose CAIR associations with terrorists and subversive Muslim Fifth Columnists whose designs are to eradicate Western Democracy which of course includes America. Whitehead often used to send out a warning to those who read his email alerts to be careful where you read Anti-CAIR information. The warning was to forestall the CAIR potential for legally harassing an employee’s company that could potentially result in a dismissal.

I write about Whitehead’s encounter with CAIR because I just became aware that World Net Daily (WND) is publishing a book written by Paul David Gaubatz and Paul Sperry entitled, “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld that’s Conspiring to Islamize America.”

The Gaubatz-Sperry book recounts how American-Islamic organizations are operating with the similarity of the organized Mafia. This kind of exposé more than likely has more detailed information than Whitehead’s courage at Anti-CAIR to write about the wrongs of CAIR.

Like the mob, it has its own internal bylaws, security, and military infrastructure. A network of front groups, cut-outs, and shell companies shield its criminal activities from the authorities.

"These guys talk about jihad and murdering Jews like the mob talked about killing-totally casual, like they were ordering pizza," said one FBI official in Washington quoted in the book.

Some of the key smoking-gun revelations detailed in the book include:

• New evidence that CAIR was launched to support the Hamas terrorist group, and has transferred tens of thousands of dollars to a group recently convicted as Hamas' top fundraising arm in the U.S. - money that ended up aiding terrorist attacks on Israelis and Americans;

• Internal documents showing CAIR, despite claims of cooperating with law enforcement, actively works behind the scenes to mislead and deceive the FBI on behalf of terrorism suspects - and has even cultivated Muslim moles inside law enforcement who have tipped off FBI terror targets;

• CAIR is more closely tied to al-Qaida than previously reported;

• CAIR claims to represent all Muslim Americans, however, it has victimized some 100 indigent Muslims in a massive fraud and threatened them when they tried to go to the media; and internally, personnel complaints reveal CAIR discriminates against Shiite Muslims and Muslim women within its own headquarters;

• CAIR and its sister fronts are funded by foreign Muslim Brotherhood sources;

• CAIR leaders share the Muslim Brotherhood's ultimate goal to replace the U.S. Constitution with Shariah law;

• The Muslim Brotherhood investment in corporate America will be used to pressure U.S. companies into compliance with Islamic principles.
