Brennan & Comey:

They NEED Criminal Accountability but Confidence is Lacking

John R. Houk, Blog Editor

Since there is the appearance the Trump Administration’s DOJ and FBI is NOT going to hold the rich-n-powerful pedophile/sex criminal Elitists accountable connected to Epstein, I’m not going to hold breath over reports the FBI is criminally investigating John Brennan and James Comey.

I have no doubt Brennan and Comey committed acts of treason trying to frame President Trump in the Russia Collusion Hoax in what amounts to an attempted coup. My suspicion any criminal investigation will take the same Epstein turn with some kind of: “Oh my gosh, we just couldn’t find anything to prosecute these traitors.”

AND THIS IS THE REASON!

If it became apparent Brennan and Comey were to be convicted of High Crimes, they would squeal like a stuffed pig implicating other fellow traitors (cough – Obama, Clinton, et al). After Epstein, that ain’t gonna happen. Unless of course, the evidence because so damning that Brennan and Comey meet mysterious deaths (a la Epstein or Clinton Body Count).

AND YET WE THE PEOPLE Can Pray Justice prevails

4 so that we ourselves boast of you among the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and [a]tribulations that you endure, 5 which is manifest[b] evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you also suffer; 6 since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with [c]tribulation those who trouble you, 7 and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, --2 Thessalonians 1: 4-7 NKJV (Blog Editor Bold Text Emphasis)

In case miraculous accountability occurs, and Brennan and Comey face accountability for their treasonous crimes here are a couple of Patriot Post articles that mention Brennan more than Comey.

Brennan and the Clinton Russian-Collusion Cabal

“I was not involved in analyzing the dossier at all… And the CIA was not involved at all with the dossier. You can direct that to the FBI and to others.”

The Patriot Post

“We should be unfaithful to ourselves if we should ever lose sight of the danger to our liberties if anything partial or extraneous should infect the purity of our free, fair, virtuous, and independent elections.” —John Adams (1797)

All the news cycle bandwidth over the last 24 hours has been absorbed by Attorney General Pam Bondi’s revelation that the “Epstein Files” were a nothing burger. Bondi announced, Nothing to see here; move along. Donald Trump said it was “old news.”

The skepticism that followed is understandable given that Bondi’s February “big reveal” of those files turned into a clown show charade because the DOJ’s 200-page Epstein document dump included nothing new. It was one of the two biggest unforced errors by Trump’s top administrative disruptors, the other being SecDef Pete Hegseth’s unfortunate Signal chat snafu.

Who knows, maybe one of Joe Biden’s autopen puppeteers ordered Epstein’s blackmail dossier destroyed because there were too many Demos in his secret videos. For sure, after almost six months, Bondi still seems not ready for prime time, but hey, she is much better than Trump’s previous AG nominee, Matt Gaetz, who seemed like he would have fit right in on Epstein’s fantasy island.

However, there was some other news yesterday pertaining to another dossier that hardly got a mention — though it pertains to the most egregious deep-state assault on a sitting president in the history of our nation.

As you may recall, last week CIA Director John Ratcliffe released the declassified report on a comprehensive review he ordered of the agency’s analysis on Russia collusion in the 2016 election.

According to Ratcliffe: “[President Trump] has trusted me with helping to end weaponization of US intelligence. [This] report underscores that the 2016 IC Assessment was conducted through an atypical and corrupt process under the politically charged environments of former Dir. Brennan and former FBI Dir. Comey. All the world can now see the truth: Brennan, Clapper and Comey manipulated intelligence and silenced career professionals — all to get Trump. Thank you to the career CIA officers who conducted this review and exposed the facts.”

Page 5 of the CIA report regarding the Steele dossier, which was used to justify the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants and the investigation into Trump, notes: “Despite these objections, Brennan showed a preference for narrative consistency over analytical soundness. When confronted with specific flaws in the Dossier by the two mission center leaders — one with extensive operational experience and the other with a strong analytic background — he appeared more swayed by the Dossier’s general conformity with existing theories than by legitimate tradecraft concerns. Brennan ultimately formalized his position in writing, stating that ‘my bottom line is that I believe that the information warrants inclusion in the report.’”

That means then-CIA Director John Brennan discarded the advice of career CIA officers who insisted he should not include the dossier in the formal ICA because it was unfounded — and likely tied to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign against Trump. That directly contradicts Brennan’s closed-door testimony to Congress that he did not advocate for the inclusion of the spurious Steele dossier.

And that opens the perjury door — the first step to prosecuting Brennan. In Brennan’s testimony, he declared: “I was not involved in analyzing the dossier at all… And the CIA was not involved at all with the dossier. You can direct that to the FBI and to others.”

Oh, I suspect FBI Director Kash Patel will now be doing just that… As one former CIA case officer noted, “My former boss — CIA Director John Brennan — should rot in prison.” And right next to James Comey.

For background on just how deep this conspiracy went, in a 2020 column, “Indict Clinton’s FISA Collusion Conspiracy Collaborators,” I wrote about the key conspirators in what was, in effect, a deep-state coup d'état to take Trump down.

Crooked Hillary -Russia Collusion- House of Cards (TPP Photo)

I noted that the colluders in this coup attempt were under the direction of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and included a brazen cabal of operatives at the highest levels of the most powerful government agencies. These operatives included former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI Director James Comey, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, former FBI Chief of Counterespionage Peter Strzok, FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, and former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. All of whom colluded with then-House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) in his repeated efforts to impeach President Trump.

Their fingerprints were all over the coup crime scene, starting with the FISA setup of LTG Michael Flynn (USA Ret.), Obama’s former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (2012-2014). Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell declassified and released the list of Obama operatives who “unmasked” Flynn, including Comey, Brennan, Obama’s then-Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, and, of course, Joe Biden, who previously declared, “I know nothing about those moves to investigate Michael Flynn.” At the time, the Department of Justice filed a motion to dismiss its case against Flynn.

Adam Schiff, with the help of his Leftmedia propagandists, spent every waking hour of Trump’s first two years in office advancing the fake collusion delusion, which was determined by Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller to be totally fabricated. As it turns out, the collusion lie was funded by then-Trump presidential opponent Hillary Clinton.

On 4 January 2017, two weeks before Trump’s inauguration, FBI investigators were going to close the Flynn case because there was no case. Within minutes of receiving that memo, Peter Strzok emailed the case agent: “Hey, if you haven’t closed [the Flynn case] don’t do so yet.” The agent replied: “What’s up?” Strzok answered, “7th floor involved.” The FBI’s top officials (Comey and McCabe) were located on the 7th floor of FBI headquarters. That was the Flynn setup, and it enabled the entire collusion delusion to cascade.

At the time, Trump scorched the deep-state operatives who entrapped Flynn in order to launch their fabricated investigation: “The Obama administration Justice Department was a disgrace and they got caught. They got caught. Very dishonest people. It’s treason. … What they’ve done is a disgrace and I hope a big price is going to be paid. A big price should be paid. There’s never been anything like this in the history of our country. … What the Obama administration did is unprecedented. It’s never happened. … They’re scum and I say it a lot, they’re scum; they’re human scum. This should never have happened in this country. … [Flynn] was a great warrior and he still is a great warrior. … What happened to him should never happen again.”

The fact is, Comey and Brennan should be indicted as co-conspirators based on clear evidence of their collusion, starting with the fake FISA warrants used to justify the Trump wiretaps in order to take down a U.S. president.

Evidence against Brennan has been referred to FBI Director Patel for consideration of prosecution.

But after the Russian-collusion conspiracy had been totally exposed as a fabrication and debunked, nobody went to jail. Even the FBI’s Clinesmith, who was convicted for altering information to launch the FISA investigation, received probation rather than jail time.

No surprise given that Brennan and Comey are the nation’s two most skilled black-bag bureaucrats in the art of using cutouts to short-circuit any direct prosecutable links to them.

Responding to the investigation, Trump said: “I think they’re very dishonest people. I think they’re crooked as hell. … I believe they are truly bad people and dishonest people.”

Brennan, who politicized the intelligence community and the national security process to target Trump, laughable declared: “I think this is unfortunately, a very sad and tragic example of the continued politicization of the intelligence community, of the national security process, and quite frankly, I’m really shocked that individuals are willing to sacrifice their reputations, their credibility, their decency to continue to do Donald Trump’s bidding on something that clearly is just politically based.”

Interesting choice of words, “continued politicization.”

We will see where this investigation goes, though it will likely end up in the same file containing Epstein’s blackmail dossier.

That being said, after Hillary Clinton’s house of cards collapsed in 2023, leaving her dependent on Brennan and Comey to cover her trail, I am certain that teams of lawyers for both Barack Obama and Clinton will be loading up a lot of billable hours in the weeks ahead on the outside chance that perjury charges against Brennan result in the collapse of the Brennan/Comey house of cards.

Finally, how ironic that after Brennan fabricated the Russian disinformation lie against Trump just ahead of the 2016 election to help Clinton, he then fabricated another “Russian disinformation” lie regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop just ahead of the 2020 election to help the “Big Guy.”

CIA Contradicts Obama Officials’ Sworn Denials About Russiagate Report

The CIA’s “lessons-learned” report contradicts Obama administration officials’ claims — most of which were made under oath — that they did not use the since-debunked dossier.

The Patriot Post

Explosive new evidence suggests that some of the highest-ranking officials in the Obama-era CIA and FBI perjured themselves regarding their claims that Russian President Vladimir Putin helped Donald Trump secure his victory in 2016.

A newly released CIA review challenges their sworn denials to Congress that the Steele dossier – a discredited set of allegations about Trump funded by Hillary Clinton’s campaign – was used as the basis for the years-long Russiagate probe that hamstrung President Trump’s first term.

The eight-page review conducted by career CIA analysts found the dossier did, in fact, worm its way into the text of the highly classified report known as an Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) to buttress the thinly sourced, yet inflammatory allegation that “Putin and the Russian Government aspired to help President-elect Trump’s election chances.”

“Ultimately, agency heads decided to include a two-page summary of the dossier as an annex to the ICA, with a disclaimer that the material was not used ‘to reach the analytic conclusions,’” the CIA review said on page five. “However, by placing a reference to the annex material in the main body of the ICA as the fourth supporting bullet for the judgment that Putin ‘aspired’ to help Trump win, the ICA implicitly elevated [the dossier’s] unsubstantiated claims to the status of credible supporting evidence, compromising the analytical integrity of the judgment.”

The CIA’s “lessons-learned” report contradicts Obama administration officials’ claims – most of which were made under oath – that they did not use the since-debunked dossier.

Former CIA Director John Brennan, for one, insisted in his sworn May 2017 testimony before Congress that the Steele dossier was not “in any way” used as a basis for the so-called ICA completed in late December 2016. Later, during a May 2023 House Judiciary Committee interview, Brennan claimed: “The CIA was very much opposed to having any reference or inclusion of the Steele dossier in the Intelligence Community Assessment.”

Likewise, then-National Intelligence Director James Clapper said in an official January 2017 statement that “we did not rely upon [the dossier] in any way for our conclusions.” Several months later, he assured Congress the dossier was “not a formal part of the Intelligence Community Assessment.”

More recently, Clapper also swore, “We didn’t use [the dossier] in our Intelligence Community Assessment” and “We didn’t use it for the Intelligence Community Assessment, we didn’t draw on it.” [Emphasis added.] In the same May 2023 House Judiciary interview, which was conducted in closed session but during which he was advised of federal perjury laws, he expounded that “the team that put together the Intelligence Community Assessment was not to draw on it as a source for the Intelligence Community Assessment. So you won’t find a footnote using the dossier as a source.”

While testifying in a December 2017 deposition, moreover, former deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe asserted that although a written summary of the dossier was appended to the classified version of the ICA, it was never referred to “in the main body” of the intel report.

“I participated in conversations [with Brennan and Clapper] in the consideration of how to handle the Steele reporting with respect to the ICA. And ultimately it ended up being included in ‘attachment A,’ rather than in the main body of the report,” he told the House Intelligence Committee, according to a transcript of the closed-door interview. “It’s handled and referred to in an appendix,” he added, “and not in the main body.”

McCabe’s boss, former FBI Director James B. Comey, swore the same thing during a September 2020 Senate Judiciary Committee hearing: “It was significant enough and consistent enough with other intelligence that it ought to be included, but it wasn’t sufficiently corroborated to be in the body of the Intelligence Community Assessment.”

The CIA review shows that the unverified and now-debunked dossier was used as support for the intelligence analysis, not just as a sidebar as Obama officials have maintained. And they relied on it to back the most inflammatory finding in the intelligence report.

The new report also raises fresh questions about the candor of the Obama administration’s top intel operatives and whether they politicized intelligence to paint incoming GOP President Donald Trump as compromised by the Kremlin.

In an X post last week, deputy CIA Director Michael Ellis said newly declassified CIA emails “show how Brennan personally intervened to insert the Steele dossier’s lies into intelligence analysis” over the objections of his top Russia analysts at Langley.

According to a Dec. 29, 2016, email, Brennan ignored his deputy director for analysis, who warned him that including the dossier in any form risked “the credibility of the entire paper.” When two leaders of the CIA’s so-called Russia House also confronted him about incorporating the political propaganda, noting several flaws in the dossier, Brennan overruled them, insisting: “My bottom line is that I believe that the information warrants inclusion in the report.”

Inclusion of the dossier raised obvious red flags because its sourcing was suspect, and many of its claims seemed fanciful from the start. The Clinton campaign had tried and largely failed to convince news outlets to broadcast its wild allegations before the November election. It did not leap into the public sphere until Comey – after meeting with President Obama, Vice President Biden, and others in the Oval Office on Jan. 5, 2017 – briefed President-elect Trump on the document. This high-level meeting, which Clapper allegedly leaked to the media, was then used by CNN, BuzzFeed, and other news outlets to publicize its claims.

The newly surfaced documents are at odds with Brennan’s sworn 2023 statements before the House Judiciary Committee in which he claimed he was “very much opposed to having any reference or inclusion of the Steele dossier.”

The emails also conflict with his testimony that he was not involved with the dossier during the drafting of the assessment, even though he took the lead, according to the new CIA review.

“I was not involved in analyzing the dossier at all,” Brennan told the panel, according to a transcript of the closed-door interview. “The first time I actually saw it, it was after the election. And the CIA was not involved at all with the dossier.”

Asked during his earlier 2017 testimony if the CIA relied on the dossier, Brennan flatly replied, “No.”

“It wasn’t part of the corpus of intelligence, uh, information that we had,” he added, while fidgeting with his glasses. “It was not in any way used as a basis for the intelligence community assessment that was done, uh, it was not.”

Some U.S. intelligence veterans suspect Obama’s CIA director misled Congress because he knew the dossier wouldn’t withstand any serious scrutiny. “Brennan’s claims are impossible to believe,” said Fred Fleitz, who worked as a CIA analyst for almost 20 years and helped draft intelligence assessments at CIA headquarters.

Attempts to reach Brennan for comment were unsuccessful, and his attorney did not respond to queries. Attempts to reach McCabe, Comey, and Clapper through their lawyers were also unsuccessful.

But Brennan recently defended the ICA as a “very comprehensive, thoughtful analysis,” while suggesting that CIA chief John Ratcliffe, a Trump appointee who ordered the review, may have a political agenda of his own. He said he didn’t think Ratcliffe was an “independent, objective leader of the intelligence community.”

Fleitz asserted that it was Brennan who had the agenda. He said that “there is no question in my mind” that Brennan and other agency heads had reached a “predetermined political conclusion” about a Putin-Trump conspiracy and needed the dossier to help support their “weak” conclusion.

“The ICA is for the most part simply a reflection of the dossier’s central findings,” Fleitz said.

Indeed, the ICA’s attached summary states: “Some of the [dossier] reporting is consistent with the judgments in the assessment,” noting, for example, its claim that “Putin ordered the influence effort with the aim of defeating Clinton, whom Putin ‘feared and hated.’” The annexed summary also claimed Trump’s top advisers secretly met with Kremlin officials “to bolster his chances of beating Secretary Clinton,” including leaking her campaign emails.

The annex, which wasn’t declassified until 2020, did not disclose that the Clinton campaign paid for the dossier. Nor did it identify the author as FBI informant Christopher Steele, a former British government operative with a checkered record of reliability.

Subsequent investigations by Special Counsel Robert Mueller and Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz found his dossier allegations baseless. And it is now understood from the report issued by Special Counsel John Durham, which explored the roots of Russiagate, that Steele’s paid researcher, Igor Danchenko, had no real Kremlin sources; and simply invented the false rumors about Trump’s illicit ties to Russia. RealClearInvestigations previously reported that the FBI was aware of Danchenko’s key role in January 2017.

The CIA’s after-action report is the first peek into what was contained inside the “highest classified version” of the ICA – “Russia’s Influence Campaign Targeting the 2016 US Presidential Election,” dated Dec. 30, 2016. It differed from the unclassified January 2017 version that was released to the public. The public version did not contain the dossier material, blinding the American electorate to the political influence the Clinton campaign had in shaping the important U.S. intelligence product. (There was also a third version, classified at a lower level, which was used to brief top Republican and Democratic members of Congress. It’s not clear if that version also censored the dossier references.)

The ICA was a rush job prepared at the behest of President Obama following Trump’s upset victory over Clinton. On Dec. 6, 2016, the new CIA review reports, Obama ordered “then-Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper to conduct a comprehensive review of all available intelligence and provide the IC’s best assessment of Russian activities related to the election.” While such complex assessments, which draw on the findings of multiple intel agencies, usually take several months to prepare, Obama requested the finished product before he left office.

It’s unclear whether Congress plans to refer some of the more recent false statements regarding the ICA and dossier to the Justice Department for criminal investigation. There is a five-year statute of limitations on lying to Congress. Asked if the House Judiciary Committee is investigating Clapper and Brennan for possible perjury during their 2023 testimony, spokesman Russell Dye told RCI: “Everything is on the table and we are actively looking into it.”

A declassified Senate Intelligence Committee report indicated there may have been a conspiracy to mislead Congress regarding the role the dossier played in supporting the ICA’s most critical conclusion about Putin. The 2020 report noted that every Obama administration witness who appeared before the panel to answer questions during its years-long Russiagate investigation testified the same way: “All individuals the committee interviewed stated that the Steele material did not in any way inform the analysis in the ICA – including key judgments.”

Obama administration officials also apparently misled the public.

In a March 2017 interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press” host Chuck Todd, Clapper asserted the dossier “was not included as a part of our report.” He also maintained, “We did not include any evidence [from the dossier] in our report that had any reflection of collusion between members of the Trump campaign and the Russians.”

Brennan also categorically denied using the dossier during a 2018 NBC “Meet the Press” interview: “It did not play any role whatsoever in the Intelligence Community Assessment that was done that was presented to then-President Obama.”

Brennan repeated the claim in his 2020 memoir: “The dossier did not inform any of the analysis or the judgments in the assessment itself.” In his own 2018 memoir, Clapper asserted, “We had not included it as part of our IC assessment.”

The CIA review makes it clear that a number of CIA and other analysts objected to Brennan including the dossier, arguing it was political rumor and not sound intelligence. Some CIA analytic managers even jumped off the project because of concerns over the dossier’s veracity.

Reviewing their past testimony,  RCI found that Comey, McCabe, Brennan, and Clapper all either didn’t recall or outright denied knowing that the Clinton campaign was behind the dossier at the time they were involved in drafting the ICA.

But their ignorance strains credulity, because they all knew of a Clinton campaign “plan” to vilify Trump by tying him to Putin. In July 2016, Brennan briefed Obama on CIA intelligence which had found that Clinton was planning to tie Trump to Russia in order to deflect attention from her illegal use of a private server while serving as secretary of state. In addition,  the Democratic political origins of the dossier were known to FBI leadership as early as October 2016 – more than two months before the ICA was crafted.

Much of the Washington media also knew the problematic provenance of the dossier as early as September 2016, yet never disclosed that critical fact when they reported stories about Trump possibly colluding with the Kremlin during the election. Even after the media published the dossier in full in January 2017, they sat on the highly relevant news of the Clinton campaign’s role in it for another 10 months.

TRUMP: 'STAY TUNED' FOR REVELATIONS ON 'WITCH HUNT'

I just read an Art Moore/WND article with the central theme being President Trump is about to use his authority to declassify documents utilized by the DOJ/FBI to entice a FISC Judge (or Judges) to issue a FISA warrant (i.e. a secret warrant) to spy, err I mean, investigate the Donald Trump campaign for working with the Russians to rig the 2016 election cycle.

I suspect, along with many Conservatives, declassified documents will expose real criminal conspiracy of Democrats loyal to Obama and Crooked Hillary to rig an election victory or fabricate Trump crimes to impeach President Trump.

That sounds like Dem treason that should lead a direct line to Obama and Hillary Clinton. When the documents are declassified we will discover how powerful the Deep State is by whether or not indictments follow.

TRUMP: 'STAY TUNED' FOR REVELATIONS ON 'WITCH HUNT'
Follows Giuliani's warning Mueller probe about to 'blow up'

August 9, 2018
[Support an independent Press by sending cash to WND]

Following personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani’s warning that the special counsel investigation of alleged Russia-Trump campaign collusion is about to “blow up,” President Trump tweeted Thursday to “Stay tuned.”

“This is an illegally brought Rigged Witch Hunt run by people who are totally corrupt and/or conflicted,” the president wrote on Twitter.

“It was started and paid for by Crooked Hillary and the Democrats. Phony Dossier, FISA disgrace and so many lying and dishonest people already fired. 17 Angry Dems? Stay tuned!”

The Gateway Pundit blog cited investigative reporter Paul Sperry’s tweet pointing out that Trump is about to declassify the renewal application the Justice Department and the FBI submitted to a FISA court – signed by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein – to obtain a warrant to spy on Trump campaign volunteer Carter Page.

Trump also is declassifying the communications of twice-demoted Justice Department official Bruce Ohr with the author of the Democrat-funded, anti-Trump dossier of still unverified Russian propaganda that became the primary evidence submitted to the FISA court to spy on Page.

Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., who has been investigating Justice Department handling of the Hillary Clinton and Russia probes as chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said in a Fox News interview Monday that Ohr “is going to become more and more important in this investigation and I think people should pay close attention to it.”

Sperry said in a tweet to look for Trump this month to declassify 20 redacted pages of the June 2017 FISA renewal and possibly 63 pages of emails and notes between Ohr and dossier author Christopher Steele. In addition, the official summaries of 12 FBI interviews with Ohr regarding Steele are expected to be declassified.

Giuliani asserted in an interview Wednesday night with the Fox News Channel’s Sean Hannity that Mueller’s effort to go after President Trump will backfire.

“The reality is, the real story is not that this case isn’t going to fizzle,” he said. “It’s going to blow up on them. The real question is, what we talked about before, there’s a lot more to what they did that nobody knows about yet.”

Giuliani indicated the evidence is pointing to a conspiracy by the Democrats to defeat Trump.

There’s “a lot more to the obstruction of justice, to the collusion, to the fake dossier,” Giuliani said.

Hannity commented, “I know some of it.”

The only collusion in the case, the former New York City mayor said, is the intelligence community using the Steele dossier to obtain “several fraudulent FISA wires.”

“Can it get any worse?” Giuliani asked. “I mean, what do we need to know that this is a totally illegitimate investigation based on a report, a dossier that was paid for by Hillary Clinton and the Democrats – probably the biggest illegality so far, the biggest collusion so far. Completely made up.”

Giuliani said he believes “that when this plays out over the next year or two, it’s not going to be about President Trump.”

Citing his sources, Hannity said the truth, when it’s finally revealed, will “shock the heart, the soul, and the mind of any fair-minded American.”

CAIR Legal Jihad Going to Trial

Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America is a 2009 book by U.S. State Department-trained Arabic linguist and former U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations special agent Paul David Gaubatz, and investigative journalist and Hoover Institute fellow Paul Sperry.

It proves the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) to be a subversive organization allied with international terrorists.

The book is based on a six-month undercover investigation of the Washington-based CAIR by Chris Gaubatz — son of co-author Paul David Gaubatz — who posed as a convert to Islam. The book uses documents Chris Gaubatz obtained as a CAIR intern to prove the book's assertions that CAIR is a front for the Muslim Brotherhood, and that CAIR supports international jihad against the U.S.

The book prompted endorsements from a number of writers and requests by members of the United States Congress for investigations into CAIR's terrorist links and undue influence.

One of the best books I have EVER read is “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America”. The book is the result of the private undercover work of Chris Gaubatz who transmitted info Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) did not want to be made public. The CAIR-info demonstrates the Muslim-American organization is an agent of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB). The MB is a transnational Islamic organization designated a terrorist group by numerous nations (including the MB home nation Egypt), but for some beyond reason decision not by the USA.

Paul Sperry and Chris’ father David Gaubatz authored the book “Muslim Mafia” from the clandestinely acquired info. The book was published in 2009. CAIR has done everything within its legal power to either discredit, squelch the book’s existence and/or destroy the Gaubatz family since 2009.

Legal Jihad/Lawfare is the tactic Islam uses to intimidate critics and individuals actively exposing Islamic designs for the West. You can Google the term for yourself, but this 113-page pdf from the Center for Security Policy bring to light some insight on this Muslim litigation tactic:

Lawfare – the use of litigation and other judicial instruments to achieve policy outcomes – has long been employed by the U.S. progressive movement. In recent years, it has become a favored weapon of the Left’s allies in the Muslim Brotherhood and other parts of the global jihad movement in America.

Organizations in this country that front for the Brotherhood and its Palestinian franchise, Hamas, such as the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), have wielded lawfare both strategically and tactically. Their focus typically involves efforts to create and promote victimization narratives for Islam. They seek to silence their critics and put the American public and policy-makers on the defensive in the face of the global and domestic threat from a jihad or holy war, driven by the dictates of the Islamic supremacist doctrine known as shariah.

In advancing this agenda, the Muslim Brotherhood uses our own laws and courts for such purposes as intimidating and otherwise suppressing any who dare challenge Islamic supremacism. A steady stream of lawsuits filed by Muslims in this country works to achieve such outcomes and to normalize shariah by: insinuating it incrementally into our legal system; advancing the claim that Islamic law ought to be treated as superior to our basic freedoms; and gaining acceptance for anti-constitutional Islamic tenets related to equality, women’s rights, free speech and more. (OFFENSIVE AND DEFENSIVE LAWFARE: FIGHTING CIVILIZATION JIHAD IN AMERICA’S COURTS; Civilization Jihad Reader Series volume 7; CENTER  FOR  SECURITY  POLICY; 10/16/5)

CAIR has lost numerous legal challenges to the Gaubatz family. Yet they keep the lawfare going. It is obvious CAIR has been doing a great job in draining the Gaubatzs of their money to break them. Think about this: Lawfare is also costing CAIR legal fees. What is their source to keep this flowing? I can’t believe that CAIR’s exaggerated and ever decreasing member rolls are donating the kind of money needed to keep their Lawfare objectives active.

Here we are in 2017 and CAIR has chosen to take the Gaubatzs all the way to a civil trial. Frankly when that Gaubatz defense team nails CAIR with hiding discovery or catches the organization in a lie, I suspect CAIR will settle. There is no way I can believe CAIR can win such a lawsuit unless the Judge is bought or is an extremely complicit Multiculturalist to the point the rule of law is ignored to benefit CAIR. Much like President Trump is experiencing with lawless activist Judges so far.

Below is a WND article that touches on some old news and includes some relevant updates on CAIR’s civil suit against the Gaubatz family. But first here are a few blog posts I have made since the 2009 Legal Jihad began:

Top First Amendment lawyers defend breathtaking infiltration of terror front

April 3, 2017

A former federal investigator enlists his son to infiltrate a Muslim front in the nation’s capital that had routinely collaborated with the White House and federal law-enforcement agencies as a “civil rights” group.

The daring undercover operation results in the capture of 12,000 pages of incriminating internal documents along with audio and video recordings, attracting the interest of the FBI and congressional investigators.

The evidence is compiled in one volume that draws the praise of a member of Congress who declares: “Now we have proof – from the secret documents that this investigative team has uncovered, coupled with the ones recently declassified by the FBI – that [radical Islamic] agents living among us have a plan in place, and they are successfully carrying out that subversive plan.”

But the Muslim front group, funded by wealthy Saudi donors and other foreign sources, files a lawsuit against the investigators, charging its “reputation” was damaged. Lacking any grounds to rebut the overwhelming evidence that it actually is a Muslim Brotherhood front, the group amends it complaint then prolongs the case through frivolous motions until finally, after eight years, a trial is set to be scheduled.

While it might sound like a Hollywood script, it’s the true story of a WND Books co-author and his son who have been sued by the Washington, D.C.-based Council on American-Islamic Relations in a case that has moved to a trial likely to begin this fall in the nation’s capital.

No defense

CAIR filed suit in 2009 against former Air Force special agent David Gaubatz and his son, Chris Gaubatz, after their findings were published in “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America.”

Serving as an intern, Chris Gaubatz gathered some 12,000 pages of documents that were headed for a shredder at CAIR’s national office in Washington, just three blocks from the U.S. Capitol building. The information published in “Muslim Mafia,” co-authored by David Gaubatz and investigative journalist Paul Sperry, demonstrated CAIR’s connection to the Muslim Brotherhood, the group that spawned al-Qaida and Hamas and stated in writing its intent to put America under Islamic law and the authority of the Quran.

In the lawsuit, however, CAIR has never defended itself against the book’s claims.

The release of the book was kicked off with a Capitol Hill press conference in which several members of the Congressional Anti-Terrorism Caucus cited the research in the book as a national security concern.

It was then-Republican Rep. Sue Myrick of North Carolina who hailed the book as proof of a “subversive plan” by the Muslim Brotherhood to, in the words of a Brotherhood document submitted in a terror-funding trial in which CAIR was named an unindicted co-conspirator, “destroy Western Civilization from within.”

CAIR’s motions in the “Muslim Mafia” case showed its aim was to squelch any further distribution of the documents and instill fear of the book among any potentially curious reporters.

Meanwhile, as attorneys representing the Gaubatzes were preparing to honor a court order to return documents obtained during operation, FBI agents served a warrant on a Washington, D.C., law office for the same documents, suggesting the agency wanted to see the papers and examine the recordings as part of its interest in CAIR and its Hamas terrorist links.

To defend its author, WND Books hired, among others, famed First Amendment defense attorney Martin Garbus, known for the Pentagon Papers case, and Daniel Horowitz, known for his high-profile clients and legal commentary on CNN, MSNBC and Fox News.

The legal team soon demonstrated that CAIR did not even legally exist as the Washington, D.C., corporation it claimed to be, operating a corporate “shell game,” forcing CAIR to refile its lawsuit.

The FBI already had cut off ties to CAIR in January 2009 after the group was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case in Texas, the largest terrorism-finance case in U.S. history.

FBI wiretap evidence from the Holy Land case showed CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad was at an October 1993 meeting of Hamas leaders and activists in Philadelphia. CAIR, according to the evidence, was born out of a need to give a “media twinkle” to the Muslim leaders’ agenda of supporting violent jihad abroad while slowly institutionalizing Islamic law in the U.S.

A federal judge later determined that the Justice Department provided “ample evidence” to designate CAIR as an unindicted terrorist co-conspirator, affirming the Muslim group had been involved in “a conspiracy to support Hamas.”

In addition, CAIR leaders have made statements affirming the aim of establishing Islamic rule in the United States.

The Islamic organization long had accused WND and others of “smearing” the Muslim group by citing a newspaper account of CAIR founder Omar Ahmad telling Muslims in Northern California in 1998 that they were in America not to assimilate but to help assert Islam’s rule over the country. But WND caught CAIR falsely claiming that it had contacted the paper and had “sought a retraction,” insisting Ahmad never made the statement. Three years later, the issue arose again, and WND found CAIR still had not contacted the paper.

CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper also has expressed a desire to replace the U.S. system of government with an Islamic state.

“I wouldn’t want to create the impression that I wouldn’t like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future,” Hooper said in a 1993 interview with the Minneapolis Star Tribune. “But I’m not going to do anything violent to promote that. I’m going to do it through education.”

Media hijack

Horowitz told WND on Wednesday that despite being named by the United States as a co-conspirator to Hamas and being designated a terrorist group by the United Arab Emirates, CAIR “continues to hijack the media, acting like they are a Muslim civil rights group.”

“They filed this case in a jurisdiction very favorable to their group, and if they win, they will use the case to prove to the world that they are a legitimate group that represents American Muslims,” he said. “If we win, they will be unmasked in a very public way.”

Horowitz explained that the case has gone on so long because CAIR has hid under different corporate names “to obscure a lot of their wrongdoing.”

“We had to petition the court to tie them down to their real identity,” he said.

Also, Horowitz noted that the court shot down CAIR’s claim that its reputation was damaged by an undercover investigation that alleged it was a front for the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas.

Horowitz has insisted that “exposing CAIR as a criminal organization does not give them the right to sue for being exposed in that manner.”

“The case is a vendetta by CAIR against people who exposed their Muslim Brotherhood connection,” he told WND in 2015. “They seem have unlimited foreign money, but we have an unlimited will to resist.”

Horowitz said Wednesday that CAIR’s tactics to prolong the case have included not cooperating with court orders to meet and confer.

“They have filed vicious personal attacks, once accusing me of being Islamophobic because I was ‘David Horowitz,'” he said, referring to the widely cited conservative writer and activist who founded the think tank the David Horowitz Freedom Center.

Horowitz said that at the trial, he expects to see complete exposure of CAIR’s founding by the Muslim Brotherhood.

Evidence, he said, will trace CAIR’s support for radical jihadists and its donations from foreign entities.

The trial also will spotlight CAIR’s post-9/11 solicitations of funds for 9/11 victims that actually went to Hamas-based groups, and its subversion of the FBI and law enforcement, employing, he said, “the Muslim civil rights persona the way a wolf wears sheep’s clothing.”

Horowitz cautioned that while CAIR doesn’t have a case, the Saudi-funded group “can chill the First Amendment by making it so expensive to speak against them that no one can challenge them.”

He warned that WND must continue to be vigilant: “In the end, CAIR can just keep getting more and more money from overseas and burn out opposition with lawsuits.”

Legal fees paid by WND, besides those paid for by insurance, total hundreds of thousands of dollars before the trial.

“WND has carried the burden of these costs not because it is a party named in the lawsuit,” explained Joseph Farah, founder, editor and chief executive officer of WND.

“Instead, we have done so because no one else stepped forward to do so – to defend the Gaubatzes personally, to take the fight to the Muslim Brotherhood front group CAIR, to defend any attacks CAIR might direct toward the integrity of our book, “Muslim Mafia,” and, more generally, to stand up for the First Amendment.”

Free-speech defender

Garbus, who has appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court along with trial and appellate courts in more than 100 cases, told WND in 2010 he sees the “Muslim Mafia” case as a “continuation of a struggle being carried out throughout the world” to guard freedom of speech.

“I think a book has a right to be out there, and any attempt to stop the book, I think, would be violating the First Amendment,” he said.

Garbus has been in the thick of numerous groundbreaking and highly controversial First Amendment cases over the past five decades, from Daniel Ellsberg’s battle over the Pentagon Papers during the Vietnam War and Lenny Bruce’s famous obscenity charges to radio host Don Imus’ lawsuit against CBS after he was fired for his remarks about the Rutgers women’s basketball team.

Other clients have included activist Cesar Chavez, actor Robert Redford, actor Al Pacino, director Spike Lee, writer Samuel Beckett and Czech playwright Vaclav Havel. Later, when Havel became president of the Czech Republic, Garbus was invited to help write the nation’s constitution.

One of his many seminal cases was Ashton v. Kentucky, in which the Supreme Court ruled in 1966 that libel could no longer be criminally prosecuted.

Garbus believes Americans have an interest in exposure of the CAIR documents, because they are relevant to federal law enforcement officials’ concerns about the group’s ties to terrorist operatives that threaten the nation’s security.

Garbus has said the Gaubatz lawsuit has similarities to his defense of legal author and CNN commentator Jeffrey Toobin, who allegedly violated a confidentiality agreement with Iran-Contra investigator Lawrence E. Walsh in the early 1990s when he published a book about his experience as a member of the prosecution team. Garbus won the case on First Amendment grounds.

‘This book will shake you’

The highlights of “Muslim Mafia” include:

o   New evidence that CAIR was launched to support the Hamas terrorist group and has transferred tens of thousands of dollars to a group convicted as Hamas’ top fundraising arm in the U.S. – money that ended up aiding terrorist attacks on Israelis and Americans;

o   Internal documents showing CAIR, despite claims of cooperating with law enforcement, actively works behind the scenes to mislead and deceive the FBI on behalf of terrorism suspects – and has even cultivated Muslim moles inside law enforcement who have tipped off FBI terror targets;

o   CAIR is more closely tied to al-Qaida than previously reported;

o   CAIR claims to represent all Muslim Americans; however, it has victimized some 100 indigent Muslims in a massive fraud and threatened them when they tried to go to the media; and internally, personnel complaints reveal CAIR discriminates against Shiite Muslims and Muslim women within its own headquarters;

o   CAIR and its sister fronts are funded by foreign Muslim Brotherhood sources;

o   CAIR leaders share the Muslim Brotherhood’s ultimate goal to replace the U.S. Constitution with Shariah law:

o   The Muslim Brotherhood investment in corporate America will be used to pressure U.S. companies into compliance with Islamic principles.

The book has been praised by retired Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin, former U.S. deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence, who has played a role in almost every recent major American military operation, serving in Grenada, Somalia and Iraq.

“There’s a recent book that came out called ‘Muslim Mafia,’” he told a conference in 2010.

“Have any of you read this? Have any of you ever seen it? I encourage you to get this book – ‘Muslim Mafia.’ … This book will scare you. This book will open your eyes. This book will shake you. What this book says is frightening,”

Rogues gallery of terror-tied CAIR leaders

As former FBI agent Mike Rolf acknowledges in “Muslim Mafia,” “CAIR has had a number of people in positions of power within the organization that have been directly connected to terrorism and have either been prosecuted or thrown out of the country.” According to another FBI veteran familiar with cases involving CAIR officials, “Their offices have been a turnstile for terrorists and their supporters.”

The list includes:

o   Ghassan Elashi: One of CAIR’s founding directors, he was convicted in 2004 of illegally shipping high-tech goods to terror state Syria and is serving 80 months in prison. He was also convicted of providing material support to Hamas in the Holy Land Foundation terror-financing trial. He was chairman of the charity, which provided seed capital to CAIR. Elashi is related to Hamas leader Mousa Abu Marzook.

o   Muthanna al-Hanooti: The CAIR director’s home was raided in 2006 by FBI agents in connection with an active terrorism investigation. Agents also searched the offices of his advocacy group, Focus on Advocacy and Advancement of International Relations, which al-Hanooti operates out of Dearborn, Michigan, and Washington, D.C. Al-Hanooti, who emigrated to the U.S. from Iraq, formerly helped run a suspected Hamas terror front called LIFE for Relief and Development. Its Michigan offices also were raided in September 2006. In 2004, LIFE’s Baghdad office was raided by U.S. troops, who seized files and computers. Al-Hanooti is related to Sheik Mohammed al-Hanooti, an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

“Al-Hanooti collected over $6 million for support of Hamas,” according to a 2001 FBI report, and was present with CAIR and Holy Land officials at a secret Hamas fundraising summit held in 1993 at a Philadelphia hotel. Prosecutors added his name to the list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land case.

Although Al-Hanooti denies supporting Hamas, he has praised Palestinian suicide bombers as “martyrs” who are “alive in the eyes of Allah.”

o   Abdurahman Alamoudi: Another CAIR director, he is serving 23 years in federal prison for plotting terrorism. Alamoudi, who was caught on tape complaining that bin Laden hadn’t killed enough Americans in the U.S. embassy bombings in Africa, was one of al-Qaida’s top fundraisers in America, according to the U.S. Treasury Department.

o   Siraj Wahhaj: A member of CAIR’s board of advisers, Wahhaj was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. The radical Brooklyn imam was close to convicted terrorist Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman and defended him during his trial.

“Muslim Mafia,” citing co-author’s Sperry’s previous book “Infiltration” as well as terror expert Steven Emerson’s research, reports that Wahhaj, a black convert to Islam, is converting gang members to Islam and holding “jihad camps” for them. With a combination of Islam and Uzis, he has said, the street thugs will be a powerful force for Islam the day America “will crumble.”

Wahhaj was a key speaker at CAIR’s 15th annual fund-raising banquet in Arlington, Virginia, in 2009.

o   Randall “Ismail” Royer: The former CAIR communications specialist and civil-rights coordinator is serving 20 years in prison in connection with the Virginia Jihad Network, which he led while employed by CAIR at its Washington headquarters. The group trained to kill U.S. soldiers overseas, cased the FBI headquarters and cheered the space shuttle Columbia tragedy. Al-Qaida operative Ahmed Abu Ali, convicted of plotting to assassinate President George W. Bush, was among those who trained with Royer’s Northern Virginia cell.

o   Bassam Khafagi: Another CAIR official, Khafagi was arrested in 2003 while serving as CAIR’s director of community affairs. He pleaded guilty to charges of bank and visa fraud stemming from a federal counter-terror probe of his leadership role in the Islamic Assembly of North America, which has supported al-Qaida and advocated suicide attacks on America. He was sentenced to 10 months in prison and deported to his native Egypt.

o   Laura Jaghlit: A civil-rights coordinator for CAIR, her Washington-area home was raided by federal agents after 9/11 as part of an investigation into terrorist financing, money laundering and tax fraud. Her husband Mohammed Jaghlit, a key leader in the Saudi-backed SAAR network, is a target of the still-active probe. Jaghlit sent two letters accompanying donations – one for $10,000, the other for $5,000 – from the SAAR Foundation to Sami al-Arian, now a convicted terrorist. In each letter, according to a federal affidavit, “Jaghlit instructed al-Arian not to disclose the contribution publicly or to the media. “Investigators suspect the funds were intended for Palestinian terrorists via a U.S. front called WISE, which at the time employed an official who personally delivered a satellite phone battery to Osama bin Laden. The same official also worked for Jaghlit’s group. In addition, Jaghlit donated a total of $37,200 to the Holy Land Foundation, which prosecutors say is a Hamas front. Jaghlit subsequently was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the case.

o   Nihad Awad: Wiretap evidence from the Holy Land case puts CAIR’s executive director at the Philadelphia meeting of Hamas leaders and activists in 1993 that was secretly recorded by the FBI. Participants hatched a plot to disguise payments to Hamas terrorists as charitable giving. During the meeting, according to FBI transcripts, Awad was recorded discussing the propaganda effort. He mentions Ghassan Dahduli, whom he worked with at the time at the Islamic Association for Palestine, another Hamas front. Both were IAP officers. Dahduli’s name also was listed in the address book of bin Laden’s personal secretary, Wadi al-Hage, who is serving a life sentence in prison for his role in the U.S. embassy bombings. Dahduli, an ethnic-Palestinian like Awad, was deported to Jordan after 9/11 for refusing to cooperate in the terror investigation. (An April 28, 2009, letter from FBI assistant director Richard C. Powers to Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz. – which singles out CAIR chief Awad for suspicion – explains how the group’s many Hamas connections caused the FBI to sever ties with CAIR.) Awad’s and Dahduli’s phone numbers are listed in a Muslim Brotherhood document seized by federal investigators revealing “important phone numbers” for the “Palestine Section” of the Brotherhood in America. The court exhibit showed Hamas fugitive Mousa Abu Marzook listed on the same page with Awad.

o   Omar Ahmad: U.S. prosecutors also named CAIR’s founder and chairman emeritus as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land case. Ahmad, too, was placed at the Philadelphia meeting, FBI special agent Lara Burns testified at the trial. Prosecutors also designated him as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood’s “Palestine Committee” in America. Ahmad, like his CAIR partner Awad, is ethnic-Palestinian. (Though both Ahmad and Awad were senior leaders of IAP, the Hamas front, neither of their biographical sketches posted on CAIR’s website mentions their IAP past.)

o   Nabil Sadoun: A CAIR board member, Sadoun has served on the board of the United Association for Studies and Research, which investigators believe to be a key Hamas front in America. In fact, Sadoun co-founded UASR with Hamas leader Marzook. The Justice Department added UASR to the list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land case. In 2010, Sadoun was ordered deported to his native Jordan. An immigration judge referenced Sadoun’s relationship with Hamas and the Holy Land Foundation during a deportation hearing.

o   Mohamed Nimer: CAIR’s research director also served as a board director for UASR, the strategic arm for Hamas in the U.S. CAIR neglects to mention Nimer’s and Sadoun’s roles in UASR in their bios.

o   Rafeeq Jaber: A founding director of CAIR, Jaber was the long-time president of the Islamic Association for Palestine. In 2002, a federal judge found that “the Islamic Association for Palestine has acted in support of Hamas.” In his capacity as IAP chief, Jaber praised Hezbollah attacks on Israel. He also served on the board of a radical mosque in the Chicago area.

o   Rabith Hadid: The CAIR fundraiser was a founder of the Global Relief Foundation, which after 9/11 was blacklisted by the Treasury Department for financing al-Qaida and other terror groups. Its assets were frozen in December 2001. Hadid was arrested on terror-related charges and deported to Lebanon in 2003.

o   Hamza Yusuf: The FBI investigated the CAIR board member after 9/11, because just two days before the attacks, he made an ominous prediction to a Muslim audience. “This country is facing a terrible fate, and the reason for that is because this country stands condemned,” Yusuf warned. “It stands condemned like Europe stood condemned because of what it did. And lest people forget, Europe suffered two world wars after conquering the Muslim lands.”
