Glick: Obama's war of ideas

If anyone has the guts in Congress to investigate Barack Hussein Obama concerning the numerous scandals that will divulge illegal activities, there are other reasons to get rid of Obama for just bad management that is not unconstitutional. Perhaps it is time to Amend the Constitution to place a No-Confidence vote into the House of Representatives with repercussions that limit the Office of President’s Executive Power until the House is satisfied there is enough confidence in the Office to perform his/her job.

Caroline Glick writes about Obama’s incompetence. Perhaps Obama is so incompetent that we can finally catch him breaking the law á la Chicago-style.

Obama's war of ideas

US foreign policy is failing worldwide.

The Russian and Chinese embrace of indicted traitor Edward Snowden is just the latest demonstration of the contempt in which the US is held by an ever increasing number of adversarial states around the world.

Iran has also gotten a piece of the action.

As part of the regime's bread and circuses approach to its subjects, supreme dictator Ali Khamenei had pretend reformer Hassan Rohani win the presidential election in a landslide two weeks ago. Rohani has a long record of advancing Iran's nuclear program, both as a national security chief and as a senior nuclear negotiator. He also has a record of deep involvement in acts of mass terror, including the 1994 bombing of the AMIA Jewish center in Buenos Aires that killed 85 people and wounded hundreds.

Yet rather than distance itself from Rohani the phony, the Obama administration has celebrated Iranian democracy and embraced him as a reformer. Obama's spokesmen say they look forward to renewing nuclear talks with Rohani, and so made clear - yet again - that the US has no intention of preventing Iran from becoming a nuclear power.

Rohani responded to the administration's embrace by stating outright he will not suspend Iran's nuclear enrichment activities. In other words, so great is Iran's contempt for President Barack Obama and his administration, that it didn't even pay lip service to the notion of cutting a deal.

And that makes sense. Obama only has one card he is willing to play with Iran: appeasement. And so that is the card he plays. His allies are already talking about containing a nuclear Iran. But that's not an option.

A government's ability to employ a strategy of nuclear containment is entirely dependent on the credibility of its nuclear threats. Obama is slashing the US nuclear arsenal, and Snowden reportedly just gave the Russians and the Chinese the US's revised nuclear war plans. Obama has no credibility in nuclear games of chicken. He has no chance of containing Khamenei and his apocalyptic jihad state.

Iran, its Russian ally and its Lebanese Hezbollah proxy now have the upper hand in the Syrian civil war. In large part due to Obama's foreign policy, the war is spilling into Lebanon and threatening Jordan and Iraq - not to mention Israel. In response to this state of affairs, Obama has decided to begin arming the al-Qaida-dominated Syrian opposition forces. Now it's true, Obama is planning to transfer US arms to the Supreme Military Council of the Free Syrian Army that is recognized by the US. But that is no reason not to worry.

The Free Syrian Army is dominated by the Muslim Brotherhood. It condemned the US's decision to designate the Syrian al-Qaida affiliate, Jabhat al-Nusra, a foreign terrorist organization. FSA fighters and commanders regularly collaborate with (and sometimes fight) Al-Nusra. At a minimum, there is no reason to believe that these US arms will not be used in conjunction with al-Qaida forces in Syria.

In truth, there is little reason from a US perspective to view a Syria dominated by any of the warring parties - including the FSA - as amenable to US interests or values. There is no ideological distinction between the goals of the Muslim Brotherhood and those of al-Qaida, or Hamas or a dozen other jihadist armed groups that were formed by Muslim Brotherhood members. Like Iran and its proxies, they all want to see Western civilization - led by the US - destroyed. And yes, they all want to destroy Israel, and Europe.

But for the Obama administration, this ideological affinity is not relevant.

The only distinction they care about is whether a group just indoctrinates people to become jihadists, or whether they are actively engaged - at this minute - in plotting or carrying out terrorist attacks against the US. And even then, there are exceptions.

For instance, the Taliban are actively waging war against the US in Afghanistan. But since the Obama administration has no will to defeat the Taliban, it is begging them to negotiate with US officials.

Obama's default position in the Muslim world is to support the Muslim Brotherhood. Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood is the wellspring of the Sunni jihadist movement. And Obama is the Brotherhood's greatest ally. He facilitated the Brotherhood's rise to power in Egypt, at the expense of the US's most important Arab ally, Hosni Mubarak.

He even supported them at the expense of American citizens employed in Egypt by US government-supported NGOs. Forty-three Americans were arrested for promoting democracy, and all the administration would do was facilitate their escape from Egypt. Robert Becker, the one US aid worker who refused to flee, was abandoned by the State Department. He just escaped from Egypt after being sentenced to two years in prison.

The Obama administration supports the Morsi government even as it persecutes Christians. It supports the Muslim Brotherhood even though the government has demonstrated economic and administrative incompetence, driving Egypt into failed state status. Egypt is down to its last few cans of fuel. It is facing the specter of mass starvation. And law and order have already broken down entirely. It has lost the support of large swathes of the public. But still Obama maintains faith.

Then there are the Palestinians.

John Kerry is knocking on our door again this week in an obsessive effort to restart the mordant phony peace process. For its part, as The Jerusalem Post's Khaled Abu Toameh reported this week, the supposedly moderate Fatah-ruled Palestinian Authority has adopted a policy of denying Jews entrance to PA-ruled areas. Jewish reporters - Israeli and non-Israeli - are barred from covering the PA or speaking with Fatah and PA officials.

Jewish diplomats are barred from speaking to PA officials or joining the entourage of diplomats who speak with them. Jewish businessmen are barred from doing business in the PA.

As for the radical Hamas terror group that rules Gaza, this week Hamas again reiterated its loyalty to its covenant which calls for the obliteration of Israel and the annihilation of world Jewry.

But Kerry is coming back because he's convinced that the reason there's no peace process is that Israelis are too rich, and too happy, and too stingy, and too suspicious, and too lacking in empathy for the Palestinians who continue to teach their children to murder our children.

You might think that this pile-on of fiascos would lead Obama and his advisers to reconsider their behavior.

But you'd be wrong. If Obama were asked his opinion of his foreign policy he would respond with absolute conviction that his foreign policy is a total success - everywhere. And by his own metrics, he'd be right.

Obama is a man of ideas. And he has surrounded himself with men and women who share his ideas. For Obama and his advisers, what matters are not the facts, but the theoretical assumptions - the ideas - that determine their policies. If they like an idea, if they find it ideologically attractive, then they base their policies on it. Consequences and observable reality are no match for their ideas. To serve their ideas, reality can be deliberately distorted. Facts can be ignored, or denied.

Obama has two ideas that inform his Middle East policy. First, the Muslim Brotherhood is good. And so his policy is to support the Muslim Brotherhood, everywhere. That's his idea, and as long as the US continues to support the Brotherhood, its foreign policy is successful. For Obama it doesn't matter whether the policy is harmful to US national security. It doesn't matter if the Brotherhood slaughters Christians and Shi'ites and persecutes women and girls. It doesn't matter if the Brotherhood's governing incompetence transforms Egypt - and Tunisia, and Libya and etc., into hell on earth. As far as Obama is concerned, as long as he is true to his idea, his foreign policy is a success.

Obama's second idea is that the root cause of all the problems in the region is the absence of a Palestinian state on land Israel controls. And as a consequence, Israel is to blame for everything bad that happens because it is refusing to give in to all of the Palestinians' demands.

Stemming from this view, the administration can accept a nuclear Iran. After all, if Israel is to blame for everything, then Iran isn't a threat to America.

This is why Fatah terrorism, incitement and anti-Semitism are ignored.

This is why Hamas's Deputy Foreign Minister Ghazi Hamad reported that he met with senior US officials two weeks ago.

This is why Kerry is coming back to pressure the rich, stingy, paranoid, selfish Jews into making massive concessions to the irrelevant Palestinians.

Obama's satisfaction with his foreign policy is demonstrated by the fact that he keeps appointing like-minded ideologues to key positions.

This week it was reported that Kerry is set to appoint Robert Malley to serve as deputy assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern affairs. Malley has built his career out of advancing the ideas Obama embraces.

In 2001, Malley authored an article in The New York Times where he blamed Israel for the failure of the Camp David peace summit in July 2000. At that summit, Israel offered the Palestinians nearly everything they demanded. Not only did Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat refuse the offer. He refused to make a counteroffer.

Instead he went home and ordered his deputies to prepare to initiate the terror war against Israel which he started two months later.

As Lee Smith wrote in a profile of Malley in Tablet in 2010, Malley's article, and subsequent ones, "created a viable interpretative framework for continuing to blame both sides for the collapse of the peace process even after the outbreak of the second intifada. If both sides were at fault, then it would be possible to resume negotiations once things calmed down. If, on the other hand, the sticking point was actually about existential issues - the refusal to accept a Jewish state - and the inability, or unwillingness, of the Palestinians to give up the right of Arab refugees to return to their pre- 1948 places of residence, then Washington would have been compelled to abandon the peace process after Clinton left office."

In other words, Malley shared the idea that Israel was to blame for the pathologies of the Arabs. Stemming from this view, Malley has been meeting with Hamas terrorists for years. He belittled the threat posed by a nuclear Iran and accused Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu of exaggerating the Iranian nuclear threat to divert attention away from the Palestinians. He has also met with Hezbollah, and has been an outspoken supporter of Syrian President Bashar Assad.

AFTER THE September 11 attacks, the US pledged to wage a war of ideas in the Muslim world. And in Obama's foreign policy, we have such a war of ideas.

The only problem is that all of his ideas are wrong.

Mr. Smith Goes To Washington

The evening before Flag Day, a group of patriotic Americans met in Mt Juliet, TN to embark on a trip to Washington, DC, where we would all protest the numerous abuses of power by this administration, as we also would call for Obama's resignation or impeachment. Freedom of speech and of the press are fundamental rights guaranteed by the First Amendment and the due process clause of the 14th Amendment, and the right of peaceable assembly is equally fundamental in this regard. So, after a slight delay due to Murphy's Law and an inoperative air conditioner on one of the two buses, instead of rolling out at 9:00pm Thursday, we departed at 12:00am on an eventful journey towards exercising our rights and the fundamental principles of liberty and justice.

Carl Boyd, JR of 99.7fm/Nothing But The Truth Radio and a black conservative, was the local organizer and our contact. Boyd and Brooklyn, New York activist Diane Atkins worked together three weeks in advance to get the word out about this event and to get the required permit to protest in front of the nation’s Capital.

Across Interstate 40 and up Highway 81, we rolled through Virginia and some of the most breathtaking scenery one may see in America. The trip seemed to be going well, as we traveled throughout the night in order to arrive before our appointed protest time of 12:00pm Friday, June 14th. Then, as Murphy reared his ugly head again, one of our buses overheated, and we were seemingly brought to a standstill by unseen forces, approximately one hour outside of DC. It was as if we were not intended to deliver our message to Congress and the White House.

Three people volunteered to stay behind with the downed bus, while the rest piled on the remaining bus. The volunteers would fortunately end up arriving to the rally about 45 minutes behind us, since the problem with the bus was found to be simply a loose radiator cap.

Rolling into DC, everyone on the bus was shocked to see not a single U.S. Flag flying anywhere, except on the government buildings and around the Washington Monument; the flags fly around the Monument year round, but on one day a year, Flag Day, one would think that people could show their appreciation and love for America, if they actually love this nation, by flying their own U.S. Flag.

Relying on GPS to find our way, we were constantly redirected by angry DC policemen, motioning and waving furiously, at connecting loops and cutbacks that dominate the DC area roadways; and, after circling DC for an hour, I finally took matters in hand and jumped out at an intersection to asked a shocked police officer for directions, as the bus circled the block. "Take a right on Constitution, a left on 3rd Ave and a left on Maryland Ave" and we were right there in front of the Capitol, although we were 30 minutes late for the rally.

I could see the relief spread across Ms. Diane Atkin's face as the Tennessee group walked into the designated protest area, which was directly in front of the Capitol Building, in all its splendor, with the beautiful water fountain in front and the American Flag flying above the black and white Missing-In-Action Flag that remembers those honorable soldiers who have sacrificed so much. And our day of protest had begun as we asserted the rights that all Americans have a solemn duty to protect and fight for in order to retain the same.

Unfortunately, only about forty protesters were present. Some of the shortfall in attendance may be attributed to the fact that the 14th was a workday, DC is so hard to enter or leave, and accommodations are always scarce, but I was still disappointed in a seemingly overall lack of concern from the average American regarding the abuse of power and illegal activity engaged in by Obama. But, on the other hand, I do understand that sometimes prior commitments prevent attendance, as occurred in my case once, when Mrs. Milly Evans, Murfreesboro, TN, asked me to speak to the Rutherford County School Board over their insertion of Islamic doctrine into the public education system; as much as I wanted to be there, I was forced to decline. This time, I just had to take time away from work...my life's work and history demanded it!

One speaker after another took the stage. Ms. Atkins enumerated the multiple unConstitutional acts perpetrated by Obama, and Carl got the crowd energized by adding to the list and then shouting a staccato, "Impeach Obama...Impeach Obama...Impeach Obama!" A wonderful young lady from Maryland and a black conservative, 18 year old Natalie delivered a pointed statement, that despite her youth she understands that "Obama is destroying our nation." And, normally never at a loss for words, I delivered a somewhat rambling statement of which the most pertinent part centered on my love for "Our Beloved America" and the fact that Obama is committing great wrongs against Her. But just imagine, there we were... average citizens speaking out against a corrupt and out-of-control administration.

Although few in numbers, we made quite an impact as hundreds of tourists near the Capitol and on the lawn stopped to listen and take pictures. Some seemed interested in our message. The thing that caught my eye the most was the crowd of people that stepped out on the second floor terrace of the Capitol to watch the protest proceed, along with two staffers/Secret Service Agents who were monitoring us and taking pictures. Speaker John Boehner did not speak with us, as we had hoped and were initially promised, but by the end of the day, he certainly had to be aware of our message.

Two days after the fact, Diane Atkins said, "For a first rally, I think we did really good. We did what we could and we showed up...It's not like John Boehner is going to come out all of a sudden and say, 'Oh yes, now we're going to start the impeachment process'...It's a start to bringing awareness."

Many of us recognize that the very security of the Republic, the very foundations of Constitutional government, is at risk from an administration that seeks an end to the U.S. Constitution. And, until there is an elected conservative majority within the U.S. Senate (2014?) who may actually seek Obama's impeachment, our imperative is ever increasingly the need to preserve inviolate the entire Bill of Rights and maintain the opportunity for free political discussion without interference from the IRS, the NSA, other government agencies, or the White House. We must arise to meet the threat, and we must not fear speaking to authority or varying from the majority's opinion, especially when they are so obviously in error; our Constitution says we must take this risk, because the openness of our system historically is the basis of the independence of most Americans and our nation's strength!

The ‘Sex Jihad’

Here is another expose Islam moment. Sunni Muslim Clerics have issued a Fatwa that gives Islamic religious backing for Muslim women to be the objects of sexual gratification the rebel Jihadis of Syria. Incredibly even though Islam is sexually puritanical in its punishment for adultery, prostitution and for Muslim ladies that are raped (the rape victim faces execution and the rapist does not), women are given the promise of Paradise for giving up their bodies for sexual pleasure voluntarily to Syrian rebel Jihadis.

The ‘Sex Jihad’

News emerged a few weeks ago in Arabic media that yet another fatwa had called on practicing Muslim women to travel to Syria and offer their sexual services to the jihadis fighting to overthrow the secularist Assad government and install Islamic law. Reports attribute the fatwa to Saudi sheikh Muhammad al-’Arifi, who, along with other Muslim clerics earlier permitted jihadis to rape Syrian women.

Muslim women prostituting themselves in this case is being considered a legitimate jihad because such women are making sacrifices—their chastity, their dignity—in order to help apparently sexually-frustrated jihadis better focus on the war to empower Islam in Syria.

And it is prostitution—for they are promised payment, albeit in the afterlife. The Koran declares that “Allah has purchased of the believers their persons [their bodies] and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain (Yusuf Ali trans. 9:111).

On the basis of this fatwa, several young Tunisian Muslim girls traveled to Syria to be “sex-jihadis.” Video interviews of distraught parents bemoaning their daughters’ fates are on the Internet, including one of a father and mother holding a picture of their daughter: “She’s only 16—she’s only 16! They brainwashed her!” pleads the father.

Most recently, the Egyptian-based news service Masrawy published a video interview with “Aisha,” one of the Tunisian Muslim girls who went sex-jihading in Syria, only to regret her actions. While in Tunisia, Aisha said she met a Muslim woman who began talking to her about the importance of piety, including wearing the hijab; she then went on to talk about traveling to Syria to help the jihadis “fight and kill infidels” and make Allah’s word supreme, adding that “women who die would do so in the way of Allah and become martyrs and enter paradise.” (According to mainstream Islamic teaching, dying in jihad is the only guaranteed way to avoid hell.)

Aisha eventually came to the conclusion that she was being exploited in the name of religion and left.

While news that Muslim girls in hijabs are prostituting themselves in the name of Islam may surprise some, Islamic clerics regularly issue fatwas permitting forbidden things—so long as they help the jihad. For instance, not only did the original “underwear bomber” Abdullah Hassan al-Asiri hide explosives in his rectum to assassinate Saudi Prince Muhammad bin Nayef—they met in 2009 after the 22-year-old Asiri “feigned repentance for his jihadi views“—but, according to Shi’ite talk-show host Abdullah Al-Khallaf, he had fellow jihadis sodomize him to “widen” his anus to fit more explosives.

Al-Khallaf read the fatwa that purportedly justified such actions during a 2012 Fadak TV episode.

After praising Allah and declaring that sodomy is forbidden in Islam, the fatwa asserted:

However, jihad comes first, for it is the pinnacle of Islam, and if the pinnacle of Islam can only be achieved through sodomy, then there is no wrong in it. For the overarching rule of [Islamic] jurisprudence asserts that “necessity makes permissible the prohibited.” And if obligatory matters can only be achieved by performing the prohibited, then it becomes obligatory to perform the prohibited, and there is no greater duty than jihad intention, Allah. After he sodomizes you, you must ask Allah for forgiveness and praise him all the more. And know that Allah will reward the jihadis on the Day of Resurrection, according to their intentions—and your willing, is for the victory of Islam, and we ask that Allah accept it of you.

While all these sex-fatwas may seem bizarre, they highlight two important (though little known in the West) points. First, that jihad is the “pinnacle” of Islam—for it makes Islam supreme; and second, the idea that “necessity makes permissible the prohibited.” Because making Islam supreme through jihad is the greatest priority, anything and everything that is otherwise banned becomes permissible. All that comes to matter is one’s intention, or niyya (see Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi’s discussion along these lines).

As for the intersection between sex and violence (jihad), it was once explored by the Arabic satellite program Daring Question, which aired various clips of young jihadis giddily singing about their forthcoming deaths and subsequent sexual escapades in heaven. After documenting various anecdotes indicative of jihadi obsession with sex, Egyptian human rights activist Magdi Khalil concluded that “absolutely everything [jihad, suicide operations, etc.] revolves around sex in paradise,” adding, “if you look at the whole of Islamic history, you come up with two words: sex and violence.”

Indeed, Islam’s prophet Muhammad maintained that death during jihad not only blots out all sins—including sexual ones—but it actually gratifies them:

The martyr is special to Allah. He is forgiven [of all sins] from the first drop of blood [that he sheds]. He sees his throne in paradise, where he will be adorned in ornaments of faith. He will wed the ‘Aynhour [a.k.a. "voluptuous women"] and will not know the torments of the grave, and safeguards against the greater terror [hell]. … And he will copulate with 72 ‘Aynhour (see The Al Qaeda Reader, p. 143).

This goes to one of the many seeming contradictions in Islam: Muslim women must chastely be covered head-to-toe—yet, in the service of jihad, they are allowed to prostitute themselves. Lying is forbidden—but permissible to empower Islam. Intentionally killing women and children is forbidden—but permissible during the jihad. Suicide is forbidden—but permissible during the jihad—when it is called “martyrdom.”

One may therefore expect anything from would-be jihadis, regardless of how un-Islamic the means may otherwise seem.

Even so, this uncompromising mentality, which is prevalent throughout the Islamic world, especially along the frontlines of the jihad, is the same mentality that many Western leaders and politicians think can be appeased with just a bit more respect, well-wishing, and concessions from the West.

Such are the great, and disastrous, disconnects of our time.

SCOTUS Continues to Push America into Ungodliness

Thanks to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) America slides deeper and further away from God’s Word on homosexuality. That essentially is a part of the “Change” promised by the Deceiver-in-Chief Obama to extricate the influence of Christian Morality from influencing American culture.

I haven’t read the majority and the dissent in which SCOTUS struck down the portions of Defense of Marriage ACT (DOMA) pertaining to States that have legalized same-sex marriage. THEN SCOTUS ruled that the private organization (ProtectMarriage.com) defending California’s Proposition 8 which made same-sex marriage illegal in California DID NOT HAVE STANDING to defend State legislation.

In the case of California in which the Leftist Democrats love the abomination of homosexuality against the will of California voters and the State government refused to protect the will of California voters it means the 9^th Appellate Court decision vacating Prop. 8 is vacated but that the original Court in California that vacated Prop. 8 is upheld. The experts I heard on Fox News seemed to think that ends litigation pertaining to Prop. 8 since ONLY the California State government has standing to defend the Proposition 8’s legality in the Appellate and SCOTUS level of the Federal Courts.

No matter how you look at it, the Supreme Court has ruled that the Word of God pertaining to homosexuality is UNCONSTITUTIONAL! God have mercy on the Americans that stand on the Word of God but are now coerced by the American rule of law to accept homosexuality as normal and legal. Biblical believing Christians are now in the potential situation of criminal and civil actions being enforced against them if they refuse to service anything to do with same-sex marriage.

The five Justices that struck down portions of DOMA extricated their opinion from the Fifth Amendment that came into existence as part of the Bill of Rights (first ten Amendments) to give specificity to the Rights of American citizens. What do you think that the Founding Fathers would have thought of using the Fifth Amendment to validate homosexual rights despite God’s Word declaring same-acts as IMMORAL?

Fifth Amendment

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

I am not seeing the dispensation of civil rights to immoral homosexuals.

God’s Word on Homosexuality

⁴ Now before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom, both old and young, all the people from every quarter, surrounded the house. ⁵ And they called to Lot and said to him, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us that we may know them carnally.”

²² You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination. ²³ Nor shall you mate with any animal, to defile yourself with it. Nor shall any woman stand before an animal to mate with it. It is perversion.

²⁴ ‘Do not defile yourselves with any of these things; for by all these the nations are defiled, which I am casting out before you. ²⁵ For the land is defiled; therefore I visit the punishment of its iniquity upon it, and the land vomits out its inhabitants. (Bold Emphasis Mine – I added verse 23 so there is an understanding of the level of “perversion” God views homosexuality – Lev. 18: 22-25 NKJV)

¹³ If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them. (Bold Emphasis Mine – Lev. 20: 13 NKJV)

Homosexual Activists and Apologists are big to point out that Lev. 20:13 calls the penalty of Law for homosexuality is death. How wrong is this in modern society, right? I don’t know how Jews have updated this Scripture from the Torah - which is the Pentateuch of the Old Testament to us Christians – But the update in Christianity is the Blood of Christ from His death, burial and Resurrection delivers any Believer in Christ’s Redemptive ACT from the penalty of the Law in this life. In the resurrection of all the dead there will be a time that dead people face the Last Judgment. It is in the Last Judgment where the hearts of men (all people for you politically correct dudes) are expressly known in which people choose unrepentant sin of faith in Christ. The unrepentant will judged with a penalty according to their sin and sent to the appropriate chamber of Hell which I believe is ultimately the Lake of Fire – always burning in pain but never ceasing from an existence of eternal punishment. The unrepentant homosexual still faces the penalty of death in the Law; however not in this life but in the next life.

¹ Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have^[a] peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, ² through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

⁶ For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

⁸ But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. ⁹ Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. ¹⁰ For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. ¹¹ And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.

¹² Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned— ¹³ (For until the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law. ¹⁴ Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come. ¹⁵ But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded too many. ¹⁶ And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned. For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift which came from many offenses resulted in justification. ¹⁷ For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)

²⁰ Moreover the law entered that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more, ²¹ so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Bold Emphasis Mine – Romans 5: 1-2, 6, 8-17, 20-21 NKJV)

¹ What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? ² Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? ³ Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? ⁴ Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

¹² Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. ¹³ And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. ¹⁴ For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

¹⁵ What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! ¹⁶ Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? ¹⁷ But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. ¹⁸ And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. ¹⁹ I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness.

²⁰ For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. ²¹ What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. ²² But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. ²³ For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Bold Emphasis Mine – Romans 6: 1-4, 12-23 NKJV)

The Gift of Grace through the Blood of Jesus Christ wipes away the past slate of sin. At Salvation a person’s inner spirit is renewed and transformed into a new spirit man in the image of Christ rather than in the image of Fallen Adam. What about those who have tasted the Grace of God yet in time rejected Salvation by relying on the unredeemed carnal nature? It happens to the best of us and to those full of themselves, you KNOW the carnal nature if allowed to will dominate a Christian leading to the possibility of having their name whited out of the Book of Life in the Last Judgment. And yet what if you come to your senses and realize your choices have separated you from God that could lead to the Second Death which is eternal separation from the Presence of God occurring after the Last Judgment. All sinners – non-Christians and Carnal Christians – have a moment in their life to change their heart as God knows all. There is no lie that hides the truth from God.

This parable is for those who have renounced Christ for what was deceptively thought a better life in sin:

¹¹ Then He said: “A certain man had two sons. ¹² And the younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the portion of goods that falls to me.’ So he divided to them his livelihood. ¹³ And not many days after, the younger son gathered all together, journeyed to a far country, and there wasted his possessions with prodigal living. ¹⁴ But when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began to be in want. ¹⁵ Then he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. ¹⁶ And he would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swine ate, and no one gave him anything.

¹⁷ “But when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! ¹⁸ I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, ¹⁹ and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.”’

²⁰ “And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. ²¹ And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.’

²² “But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring^[a] out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet. ²³ And bring the fatted calf here and kill it, and let us eat and be merry; ²⁴ for this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ And they began to be merry.

²⁵ “Now his older son was in the field. And as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing. ²⁶ So he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant. ²⁷ And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and because he has received him safe and sound, your father has killed the fatted calf.’

²⁸ “But he was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and pleaded with him. ²⁹ So he answered and said to his father, ‘Lo, these many years I have been serving you; I never transgressed your commandment at any time; and yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might make merry with my friends. ³⁰ But as soon as this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with harlots, you killed the fatted calf for him.’

³¹ “And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours.  (Bold Emphasis Mine – Luke 15: 11-31 NKJV)

This parable can applied to all sinning Christians. Nonetheless the topic is homosexuality is an abomination before God. A homosexual that has left Christianity or deceptively still views them self as a Christian you need to be aware that repentance will lead you into the arms of our Loving Father God through the Grace provided by the Blood of Jesus. HOWEVER, any Christian that unrepentantly rejects Salvation in Christ and dies in their sin – such as homosexuality – probably will have their name stricken from the Book of Life in the Last Judgment. Now I say “probably” because I am not God and I have no right to act as an eternal Judge. That responsibility was delivered to the Jesus Christ the Son of God and coequal in Oneness as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

⁴ For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, ⁵ and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, ⁶ if they fall away,^[b] to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.

⁷ For the earth which drinks in the rain that often comes upon it, and bears herbs useful for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from God; ⁸ but if it bears thorns and briers, it is rejected and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned. (Bold Emphasis Mine – Hebrews 6: 4-8 NKJV)

Okay, this is not Islam in which two contradictory verses are both true. I should point out that I am not a theologian even though I have graduated from a two year Bible School program. So what I am about to write be sure to check it out with your Pastor.

The Prodigal Son indicates there is repentance to one who has abandoned his faith. Hebrews 6: 4-8 seems to indicate the opposite in that once you have tasted the privileges of Salvation and go on to live a sinners life rejecting Christ’s Salvation, then there is no repentance that can return one back to the family of God.

As a Christian I believe the Word of God is the inerrant Truth. Rather than pull an “aha!” and proclaim the Bible is fake because it is a book of contradicting theology, I choose to reason a compatibility in which Scriptures are the Truth if there is a seeming contradiction.

I believe that scarlet thread that connects the Prodigal Son and the Hebrews verses concerning there is only one repentance is this: The Prodigal Son never disdained his father but came to his senses that a sinful lifestyle will lead to death. The Hebrews repentance once only Scriptures is applicable to those that have chosen the rabbit hole of no return. Thus any repentance – or life turning change – is a lie and is impossible. To such a person the act of repentance is not a heart change but rather a deceptive live to benefit some agenda and thus is a person throwing the Redemptive Blood of Christ in the old sticking pigsty. And that is my unauthoritative reconciliation enabling one Truth.

Allow me to reiterate that SCOTUS’s decision to force the Federal government to recognize States that have made same-sex marriage recognized by a minority of States is an abomination before God. In many cases those States that have legalized same-sex marriage has done with State Courts and NOT by legislation or a People’s Initiative that many States give to their voters. Indeed that brings me to SCOTUS and Proposition 8. Proposition 8 defined marriage as between one male and one female nullifying same-sex marriage. SCOTUS decided that the private individuals that have appealed a District Court decisions that made Prop. 8 unconstitutional within the California State Constitution did not have standing. The Dem Leftists of California’s State Congress and their Dem Leftist Governor refused to defend the will of the California voters in any courtroom.

So here is SCOTUS making same-sex marriage rights a State decision that the Federal government must honor and then slapping Christian Morality private citizens in the face for defending the California voters because the State government refused to back the voters.

SCOTUS defends States’ Rights and then rejects States’ Rights simultaneously. This is all a bunch of malarkey to force Americans to further accept that which God calls an abomination; viz. same-sex relationships!

God’s Word including Homosexuality

¹⁸ For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, ¹⁹ because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. ²⁰ For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, ²¹ because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. ²² Professing to be wise, they became fools, ²³ and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.

²⁴ Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, ²⁵ who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

²⁶ For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. ²⁷ Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.

²⁸ And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; ²⁹ being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality,^[c] wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, ³⁰ backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, ³¹ undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving,^[d] unmerciful; ³² who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.
