22 Signs That Barack Obama Is Transforming America Into A Larger Version Of North Korea

If there is one country in the world that you would not want to live in, it would be North Korea.  Unfortunately, the United States of America is becoming more like North Korea with each passing day.  North Korea is a totalitarian police state hellhole where the state rules supreme, the “leader” is lavishly worshipped, no dissent is tolerated, and the government micromanages everything.  America is supposed to be the opposite of that, but now Barack Obama is implementing his version of “change” and he has promised to engage in the “remaking” of this nation and to transform it “brick by brick”.  A tremendous “cult of personality” has been built up around Obama, and under his leadership the U.S. government has become larger and more repressive than ever before.  But do we really want to “change” America so that it more closely resembles totalitarian regimes such as North Korea, communist China, the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany?  After all, all of those regimes have a nightmarish history of brutality and death.  Even today, there are starving North Koreans that are eating their own children.  Is that really where we want to end up as a nation?

The truth is that we desperately need to take America in the opposite direction of where Barack Obama is trying to take us.  We need a much smaller federal government, a much greater emphasis on freedom and liberty, a return to true free market capitalism, and politicians that are willing to take a low profile and that are actually there to serve the American people.

But what we need and what we are getting are two very different things.

The following are 22 signs that Barack Obama is transforming America into a larger version of North Korea…

#1 Obama has appointed numerous socialists and communists to important positions in his administration.  The following are just a few examples that were highlighted in a recent article by John Perazzo…

§  Obama named Van Jones, a longtime revolutionary communist who famously declared that “we [are] gonna change the whole [economic] system,” as his “green jobs czar” in 2009;

§  he appointed Carol Browner, a former “commissioner” of the Socialist International, as his “environment czar”;

§  he appointed John Holdren, who not only views capitalism as a system that is inherently destructive of the environment, but strongly favors the redistribution of wealth, both within the U.S. and across international borders, as his “science czar”;

§  he named Hilda Solis, a former officer of the Congressional Progressive Caucus (the socialist wing of the House of Representatives), as his labor secretary;

§  and he chose Anita Dunn, a woman who has cited Mao Zedong as one of her “favorite political philosophers,” to serve as White House communications director.

#2 As Paul Roderick Gregory demonstrated in an outstanding article for Forbes, Barack Obama’s economic agenda matches the November 2011 Declaration of Principles of the Party of European Socialists almost point for point.

#3 If a totalitarian regime is going to be successful, it needs a massive government bureaucracy to run things.  Today, the number of employees of the federal government is roughly equivalent to the entire population of the United States in 1776.

#4 In North Korea, dissent is brutally repressed.  In the United States, we have continued to move rapidly in that direction under Barack Obama.  In a recent article entitled “Obama’s War On Whistleblowers”, author Stephen Lendman wrote the following…

He said one thing. He did another. As president, he usurped diktat powers. He wages war on truth. He targets whistleblowers. He prioritizes surveillance powers.

They include warrantless wiretapping, accessing personal records, monitoring financial transactions, and tracking emails, Internet and cell phone use. It’s done lawlessly to gather secret evidence for prosecutions.

In his book “Necessary Secrets,” Gabriel Schoenfeld said he “presided over the most draconian crackdown on leaks in our history – even more so than Nixon.”

Rhetorically he supports civil liberties and transparency. “Such acts of courage and patriotism….should be encouraged rather than stifled,” he said.

At the same time, he betrayed the public trust. He targets free expression and dissent. He pursues police state prosecutions and intimidation.

He claims Justice Department immunity from illegal spying suits. He exceeds the worst of all previous administrations.

His national security state targets activists, political dissidents, anti-war protestors, Muslims, Latino immigrants, lawyers who defend them, whistleblowers, and investigative journalists.

Law Professor Jack Balkin expressed alarm, saying:

“We are witnessing the bipartisan normalization and legitimation of a national surveillance state.” Obama exceeded the worst of George Bush.

#5 Under Obama, the United States has been developing “Big Brother” surveillance technologies that dictators of the past never even dreamed were possible.  For example, a very highly sophisticated surveillance grid known as “Trapwire” is being installed in major cities and at “high value targets” all over the country.  Sadly, the mainstream media has not covered this at all, and most Americans still do not even realize that it exists.

#6 Under Obama, unmanned aerial vehicles are not just used for war anymore.  Police departments are now starting to deploy surveillance drones in the skies over their cities all over the nation.  In fact, this is something that the federal government is greatly encouraging.

#7 It was the Obama administration that came up with the “See Something, Say Something” campaign.  Now the federal government has even created an iPhone app that is designed to encourage all of us to take photos of “suspicious activity” and report our neighbors to the authorities.

#8 It was the Obama administration that first instituted “enhanced pat-downs” by TSA thugs at our airports.  As a result, countless numbers of men, women and children have had horrific experiences that they will remember for the rest of their lives.  You can read some of their horror stories right here.

#9 The U.S. military now has the authority to arrest American citizens and hold them indefinitely without trial.  The Obama administration has no problem with this horrible abuse of power.

#10 A key Obama ally in the U.S House of Representatives, Congressman José Serrano of New York, has introduced a measure that would repeal the 22nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution so that Barack Obama can continue to run for additional terms as president after his second term ends.

#11 The “cult of personality” that has built up around Barack Obama is getting quite ridiculous.  Shortly after he won the recent election, actor Jamie Foxx referred to Barack Obama as “our Lord and Savior Barack Obama” during a television broadcast of the 2012 Soul Train Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Such “leader worship” would fit in very well in North Korea.

#12 Since Obama won in November, there has been an increasing number of incidences in which Obama has been referred to in religious terms.  For example, a recent Newsweek article referred to Barack Obama’s second term as “The Second Coming”.

#13 A painting by artist Michael D’Antuono that is now on display at Boston’s Bunker Hill Community College Art Gallery recently made headlines all over the United States.  In the painting, Barack Obama is wearing a crown of thorns on his head and his arms are stretched out as if he was being crucified.  In the background of the painting is the presidential seal…

 

#14 Relentless praise from the mainstream media played a huge role in each of Obama’s election victories.  The mainstream media is supposed to be objective, but there have been reports of members of the media “swooning” in his presence, and most mainstream news broadcasts leave little doubt that Obama is the “good guy” and anyone opposed to him is the “bad guy”.

#15 The Obama organization has tirelessly gathered data on potential voters.  At this point, the amount of information that the Obama campaign has compiled on the American people is absolutely frightening…

If you voted this election season, President Obama almost certainly has a file on you. His vast campaign database includes information on voters’ magazine subscriptions, car registrations, housing values and hunting licenses, along with scores estimating how likely they were to cast ballots for his reelection.

#16 The Communist Party USA is cheering on Barack Obama’s efforts to disarm the American people.  According to one of their official publications, “the ability to live free from the fear or threat of gun violence is a fundamental democratic right — one that far supercedes any so-called personal gun rights allegedly contained in the Second Amendment.”

#17 Under Obama, the federal government is intruding in our personal lives like never before.  The following example is from a recent RT article…

Smokers, beware: tobacco penalties under President Obama’s Affordable Care Act could subject millions of smokers to fees costing thousands of dollars, making healthcare more expensive for them than Americans with other unhealthy habits.

The Affordable Care Act, which critics have also called “Obamacare”, could subject smokers to premiums that are 50 percent higher than usual, starting next Jan 1. Health insurers will be allowed to charge smokers penalties that overweight Americans or those with other health conditions would not be subjected to.

A 60-year-old smoker could pay penalties as high as $5,100, in addition to the premiums, the Associated Press reports. A 55-year-old smoker’s penalty could reach $4,250. The older a smoker is, the higher the penalty will be.

#18 Just as in North Korea, our lives are being increasingly micromanaged by a government that is packed with control freaks.  At this point they even are telling us what kind of light bulbs we are allowed to buy.

#19 Federal agencies have become increasingly brutal under Obama.  For example, if you milk your cow and sell some of that milk to your neighbor next door, you could end up having your home raided by federal agents.

#20 Obama has gone to great lengths to demonize his opposition.  Since he has been president, numerous government papers, studies and reports have been released that identify groups of people that are opposed to Obama as “potential terrorists”.  Some of the groups targeted as “potential terrorists” include those that “revere individual liberty”, “conspiracy theorists”, “returning veterans”, anti-abortion activists, those that visit “extremist websites”, those that are “fiercely nationalistic”, those that “believe in the right to bear arms”, anyone that is opposed to illegal immigration, anyone that is anti-UN, and anyone that is “suspicious of centralized federal authority”.  For much more on this, please see this article.

#21 Obama’s abuse of power is not just limited to the United States.  The truth is that he has increasingly been acting like some type of imperial ruler that gets to tell everyone else in the world what they are supposed to do.  For example, according to a recent WND article Obama has actually promised to give eastern Jerusalem to the Palestinians even though Israel has already said that they will agree to no such thing…

Now that he has secured his second term, President Barack Obama has already secretly pledged to the Palestinians he will press Israel into a new round of so-called land-for-peace negotiations, a top Palestinian Authority negotiator told WND.

The negotiator said top members of the Obama administration told the Palestinians the U.S. president will renew talks aimed at creating a Palestinian state in the so-called 1967 borders – meaning in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and, notably, eastern Jerusalem.

#22 Many Obama supporters are becoming enamored with the idea that we should either start ignoring the Constitution or that we should get rid of it entirely.  For example, Georgetown law professor Louis Michael Seidman recently appeared on CBS and said the following to the American people…

“I’ve got a simple idea: Let’s give up on the Constitution. I know, it sounds radical, but it’s really not.”

Hey, if we got rid of the pesky Constitution, we could have a dictatorship just like North Korea does!

Barack Obama could be our king, our lord and our savior for decades!

Of course I am being sarcastic, but this is the kind of dangerous thinking that leads to tyranny.

Let us learn the hard lessons that history has tried to teach us.  We don’t want to go down the same path that North Korea, Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, and communist China have traveled.

Freedom and liberty are precious things.  They are very hard to win, and they are very easy to lose.

Let us not be the generation that loses everything that our forefathers worked so hard to build.

Let’s Keep the BSA Biblically Moral

Many a pundit on the Left and the Right are anticipating the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) to announce next week a policy diluting its stand on Biblical Morality by allowing homosexuals to join the organization. Most of the media I have read on this anticipated evil appear to be very supportive of a BSA decision to validate the godless and unchristian lifestyle of homosexuality.

I know the BSA has received uncountable protests via snail-mail, email and petitions by faith based people that still believe the Word of God is the Divine Truth:

§  Faith2Action

§  American Family Association Petition

§  AFA Contact Boy Scouts

§  Citizen Link (of Focus on the Family)

§  (Undoubted there are more pro-Biblical faith organizations but I stopped my search to move on.)

If the BSA indeed follows through with validating the homosexual lifestyle then the BSA is publicly saying Christian values are now irrelevant. I find that shameful!

The problem that is going on here is that major corporate sponsors have either pulled their support or are threatening to pull their support of the BSA unless the Scouts become homosexual sin friendly (HERE and HERE).

I found two articles that remind us of the original honor that Scouting stood for. Trust me, that honor had little to do with placing a bunch of boys together with a lifestyle that is too often more sexually promiscuous than secular minded heterosexuals. And think, in the case of Scouting you know that deviant adults and/or adolescents have the potential to devolve into a license to do underage sex as happens too often in gay youth camps.

Boy Scouts shouldn’t become ‘Gay Scouts’

(NNPA)—All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. This statement is the best way to express my thoughts and feelings about what the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) is constantly going through.

The Boy Scouts of America is one of the largest youth organizations in the U.S., with more than 2.7 million youth members and more than 1 million adult volunteers. It is estimated that more than 110 million Americans have been members of the BSA since in founding in 1910, including me.

The BSA’s stated goal is to train youth in responsible citizenship, character development, and self-reliance through participation in a wide range of outdoor activities, educational programs, and, at older age levels, career-oriented programs in partnership with community organizations. For younger members, the Scout method is part of the program to inculcate typical Scouting values such as trustworthiness, good citizenship, and outdoors skills, through a variety of activities such as camping, aquatics, and hiking.

I am fed up with the relentless attacks launched against the BSA by the homosexual community. The reason for the attacks? Because the Boy Scouts of America prohibits avowed gay and lesbian children and adults from participation, citing its principle to be “morally straight.” They also do not allow atheist and agnostics to participate citing its “duty to God principle.”

In 2000, the Supreme Court ruled in Boy Scouts of America v. Dale that Boy Scouts, and all private organizations, have the constitutionally protected right under the First Amendment of freedom of association to set membership standards. In 2004, the BSA adopted a new policy statement, including the following as a “Youth Leadership” policy:

“Boy Scouts of America believes that homosexual conduct is inconsistent with the obligations in the Scout Oath and Scout Law to be morally straight and clean in thought, word, and deed. The conduct of youth members must be in compliance with the Scout Oath and Law, and membership in Boy Scouts of America is contingent upon the willingness to accept Scouting’s values and beliefs. Most boys join Scouting when they are 10 or 11 years old. As they continue in the program, all Scouts are expected to take leadership positions. In the unlikely event that an older boy were to hold himself out as homosexual, he would not be able to continue in a youth leadership position.”

Wow, what a terrible group, a group that actually instills values and morals into developing kids based on the principles of Christianity. These are the values that makes remote that a child reared with the values of the Boy Scouts of America will become a non-productive member of society. They teach children that there is a right and a wrong; there are things that are legal, but yet not moral; that the Bible is a great guiding, moral book to base one’s behavior on.

As opposed to constantly trying to destroy the BSA because they have moral objections to homosexuality; why do they not start their own group to indoctrinate the youth into their desired sexual preferences?

They can call their group HIM and HERS. Homosexual Indoctrination of Males (HIM) and Homosexual Enlightenment Regarding She-males (HERS). They are free, as a private organization, to create any rules of membership they choose. And yes, they can discriminate against heterosexuals who stand for Christian values.

I am sick and tired of Christians apologizing for their beliefs. The BSA is not anti-homosexual, but is pro-Christian. I, nor should the BSA, will not apologize for my beliefs and values. I, nor should the BSA, change their values in order to make others feel good.

I find it amazing that the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) never opens their mouth when homosexuals discriminate against heterosexuals. Tonya Parker, a Black, homosexual elected judge in Dallas County, Texas, refuses to marry heterosexual couples until she can legally marry. “I do not perform them because it is not an equal application of the law. Period,” she said. I guess the HRC has laryngitis when it comes to discrimination from within their community.

The homosexual agenda has little to do with the BSA, they are just a convenient target; and more to do about them forcing society to accept their personal lifestyle choices. They are free to set up any type of private club they want and indoctrinate anyone who chooses to join.

We, who believe in Christian values, have an obligation to take a principled stand in support of organizations such as the BSA and not leave them to fight this battle alone.

I will be making a personal contribution to the BSA and strongly encourage you to do the same. If not us, who? If not now, when?

Rest in Peace, Boy Scouts of America

When I was a Boy Scout in the early 1960s, I earned a few merit badges and learned some very important life lessons along the way. One of them was the Scout Motto: “Be prepared!”

I remember the Scout Oath: “On my honor, I will do my best, to do my duty to God and my country, and to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times, to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight.”

And I still can recite the Scout Law from memory fifty years later: “A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent.”

What part of that is ambiguous?

For 103 years, the Boy Scouts of America fought to live up to those ideals. No more. After standing for moral and physical purity for more than a century, the organization apparently is prepared to surrender to the dark side of our society. The full BSA board must vote on this, but a statement by the group this week reads as follows: “There would no longer be any national policy regarding sexual orientation, and the chartered organizations that oversee and deliver Scouting would accept membership and select leaders consistent with each organization’s mission, principles or religious beliefs.”

For those of us who remember our days in Scouting, it is sad to see the perverse sexualization of the Boy Scouts. And make no mistake: like everything else associated with the pro-homosexual agenda, that is exactly what this is.

As a society, we have gone from live-and-let-live to blind tolerance to tacit approval to blatant, outright promotion of deviancy in less than a generation. What seemed ridiculous 20 years ago (same sex marriage) has now morphed into something called “LGBT marriage equality.”

Let’s break down that absurd phrase. The L, of course, is for lesbian, meaning that a woman could marry another woman. The G is for gay, which would give a man the right to marry another man. B stands for bisexual. I assume that would mean that a bisexual man should be allowed to marry both a man and a woman. And then there are the T’s, the so-called transgendered among us. These tortured souls don’t know who or what they are, so I suppose “marriage equality” for them means that a man who thinks he’s a woman should be allowed to marry a woman who thinks she’s a man. (Wait, I think that’s already legal.)

Activists on the left have mercilessly attacked the Boy Scouts ever since 2000, when the Supreme Court said the Scouts have a right to free association and therefore do not have to accept homosexual members or leaders. That summer, delegates to the Democratic National Convention actually booed a group of Boy Scouts who were simply trying to lead the convention in the Pledge of Allegiance.

In another case, recently decided by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, a lower court ruling forbidding the Scouts from operating on city-owned property in San Diego because of their belief in God and sexual purity was unanimously overturned.

If, despite solid backing of the Scouts by the federal courts, the bullies in the homosexual lobby can intimidate members of the national BSA board into jettisoning long-held principles, imagine how mercilessly those “local chartered organizations” will be harassed without the covering of their national group.

In the life of every great nation, there are windows of opportunity for leadership on moral and cultural issues. America is no exception. We faced such a moral crisis a century and a half ago when attempts to sweep the burning issue of slavery under the rug left American soil soaked with our own blood.

Many in government and corporate America believe we need to compromise with evil. They believe in “tolerance” and “inclusion” on such issues as abortion and same-sex marriage. Obviously, they have no stomach for the political and cultural war that rages around them. And sadly, they are willing to watch as iconic institutions like the Boy Scouts of America are destroyed through social engineering.

Liberty Erodes – Do Something

Justin Smith has sent an important essay for all to read. Smith places the mind’s eye on the extra-constitutional transformative path President Barack Hussein Obama has taken the United States of America since his 2008 election. BHO has been deceptive along the whole way. He began by using the society changing legislation of enacting Obamacare. Obama propagandized his medical transformation for Americans would make medical needs available to the hereto for uninsured. Not only did this pull a heartstring on America’s lower working class citizens but healthcare reform actually did (and still does due to Obamacare) need reform in the USA.

I don’t care what any Democrat or BHO apologist will tell you, Obamacare at the very least is the beginning of socialized medicine in America. Healthcare reform should have been pushed toward a more compliant market solution with the government acting as a watchdog to prevent the dark side of Capitalism such as insurance companies not insuring pre-existing medical conditions as one example.

When the Dem Party controlled Congress passed Obama’s Affordable Care Act it was an acceleration of what Leftists have been doing in America since the 1960s. When prayer was removed from Public School and abortion on demand became available the moral dominance of Christianity began to be removed by force from American culture. A Leftist-Liberal Judiciary became the vehicle to begin the eradication of Christianity as the moral foundation for culture and law in the USA. It is now an okay thing to condemn Christian morals as evil as evidenced by the acceptance of homosexuality as normal in our culture. Obamacare enables the government to legally tell the people what is right and what is wrong AND the people must accept the government ruling or face some sort of penalty in fines, civil Judicial rulings and criminal legal action for practicing a Christian principle now made illegal.

This is Communism. It is not the kind of Communism America was taught would end American Civil Liberty and Civil Rights enshrined in our Constitution. That kind of Communism was the societal change ideology by violent revolution espoused by the Leninist/Stalinist interpretation of Communist founder Karl Marx. President Ronald Reagan repudiated the value of Lenin/Stalin Communism by burying the old USSR with our Free Market strength to innovate weaponry that the Soviet economy could not keep up with. Hence the fall of Soviet Communism and that agenda to force the people of the world to abandon godly morals and free thought by force of arms.

The kind of Communism that is succeeding in America is not the Marxist working class rising up to change society and culture. Rather it is kind of Communism taught by Antonio Gramsci. Gramsci Communism does not depend on the preferred instant results of violent revolution, rather Gramsci’s Communism was to find Left Wing allies and form a socio-political bloc to win people over to transformation by convincing them there is a better way economic “equality.” Unknown to the people is that better way is to persuade working class citizens to accept the government as the arbiter of right and wrong. This deceptive persuasion means infiltrating bastions of morality and changing minds from inside the local community. As aspects of the local community are brainwashed that equality is better than Liberty.

This brainwashing makes Secular Humanism superior to Biblical Morality. It influences Christians to abandon the Divine for diluted human philosophy. It makes personal responsibility subservient to collective responsibility. It forces the acceptance of any religion or ideology over Christianity to dilute America’s moral foundation into obscurity.

I think you get the idea.

Here is the thing about the deception of Gramsci Communism. No one knows what is happening until they are molded to acceptance or find it too late to regain Liberties terminated by Equality.

In November 2008 and November 2012 a majority of American voters elected the Gramsci deception of President Barack Hussein Obama unknowingly falling for the hidden Gramsci Communism of Obama’s promise of Change-Transformation in America.

Is it too late to regain the Liberty that Barack Hussein Obama is currently eroding before our very eyes? Many Conservatives are preparing for the worst assuming a coming economic collapse will transform America irreparably from the Founding Father axiom of ‘We the People.’  

I have read a lot of predicted doom and gloom from cultural collapse from the demise of the American economy to a Clash of Civilizations war between the West (primarily America) and a resurging purist Islam. I am one of those that see the West vs. Islam as inevitable harbinger of global chaos. Seriously though, economic collapse and the Clash of Civilizations war will probably gel into one global problem that Biblical Christians know will end in one way. Nonetheless, it would not be the first time that the signs of an imminent Last Days scenario were off the mark. Last Days scenarios have occurred from generation to generation since the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. I am in the ‘Last Days are imminent’ crowd; however it could be another test for humanity to turn around from evil to good giving more people the opportunity to turn to the risen Savior Jesus Christ and find Salvation and Oneness with God Almighty.

The future of ‘We the People’ may be that human test or the beginning of the times bringing Christ’s return to claim His Saints. Either way I am convinced dark days are ahead. The disappointment that draws within me is that my fellow Conservatives are correct in a future of gloom and doom. There is a failure of finding common ground with other Conservatives to win the hearts of Obama-Clinton Change duped people. The duped believe the lie that changing America’s Founding Principles into a Secular Humanist Socialist State will preserve a better future America. Conservatives need to learn an effective way to confront Leftist lies with proven truths of the success of our Founding Principles.

We must do more than just be satisfied that we are correct that catastrophe is imminent. We must provide alternative plans for the short term and long term scenarios. The short term involves using the Constitution while it is still functioning to reverse Obamunism. The Tea Party Movement has been a good example of rallying people to embrace the Constitution. The problem I see with the Tea Party Movement is a failure to expand from the grassroots level to a national unified front. A unified front on a national scale enables Americans to embrace Counter-Obamunism at the very least in the voting booth. Long term scenarios should be developed if America’s Left succeeds in terminating the U.S. Constitution by God knows what kind of legal trick or coup d’état. It is the long term scenarios that Americans must preserve the intent of the Second Amendment as long as possible:

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. (Bold Type Mine)

As insane as it might sound for ‘We the People’ to have assault weapons, the people deserve the right to own security level weaponry because it is necessary for a “free state”. Pea shooters will not protect Americans from criminals and government oppressors with their own sophisticated weaponry.

Does a long term scenario plan sound revolutionary? I am certain once upon a time long ago an oppressive government without representation caused disparate American colonials to unite willing to spill blood to begin a new experiment in Liberty. Perhaps disparate Americans will have to unite to retain Liberty until Christ returns.

While America's political "elite" have squandered most of the opportunities over the past twenty years left for them by President Ronald Reagan and the annihilation of the Evil Empire, Barrack Hussein Obama has managed three times the spending of all the combined presidents, and he has led us to a $16 trillion national debt, annual deficits well over a trillion dollars and no budget during his regime's rule; Obama states, "that fidelity to our founding principles requires new responses to new challenges; that preserving our individual freedoms requires collective action," which indicates that Obama will pursue more policies destructive to Our American Heritage. His vision for the next four years will push America farther from common sense Constitutional governance and the basics, family, faith/Judeo-Christian (tolerant of all others) and flag/national sovereignty. His aides have suggested Obama will have to redirect American policy from the Oval Office, which is not shocking given his disdain for the U.S. Constitution, his affinity towards authoritarianism and his propensity for uttering unConstitutional executive orders!

John Jay stated in 1785, "I consider knowledge to be the soul of the republic, and as the weak and wicked are generally in alliance, as much care should be taken to diminish the number of the former as of the latter. Education is the way to do this."

On January 25, 2013, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled against another one of Obama's numerous unConstitutional orders in relation to the Senate confirmation process and recess appointments. Three Obama appointments were nullified by this ruling, and 300 Labor Board decisions are now in question, and yet, in typical illegal, elitist, liberal fashion, Mark Pearce, the NLRB's chairman, defiantly refused to obey this court's decision; until Obama, never... NEVER in U.S. history has ANY U.S. President attempted to declare the U.S. Senate in recess, while it was still technically in session, solely on his own presumed authority!

During his 2013 inaugural address, as Obama stated, "We will respond to the threat of climate change, knowing that the failure to do so would betray our children and future generations," he had already betrayed America's children by adopting and implementing a UN Agenda 21 education curriculum called "Common Core/CSCOPE" and forcing all but five states to accept it through Stimulus bribes and threats to withhold federal funds and Title 190 programs for the poor and needy. CSCOPE is basically collectivist/communist indoctrination, which makes drastic cuts to classical literature and higher math programs, as it promotes Islam through teaching conversion methods and presenting verses from the Koran that denigrate other faiths: in Lesson 2, Unit 3, students are told Christianity is a "cult." Also, CSCOPE has ties to Obama mentor and self-acknowledged terror group member Bill Ayers.

The science on "global warming" has long been dispelled as an outright lie driven by transnationalists' and communists' desire to "redistribute the wealth" worldwide to poor Third World nations through legislation such as "Cap and Trade." This type of legislation has already been rejected by our U.S. Congress, however, Obama ignored Congress in 2009 and enacted nearly all of the UN's Agenda 21 and "climate change and sustainable development initiatives" through, as of now, an unchallenged and unConstitutional Executive Order 13575, as well as EPA regulations. The changes increase energy costs, kill jobs, leave the U.S. less competitive globally and reduce us all to poverty!

Obama states, "We are true to our creed when a little girl born into the bleakest poverty knows that she has the same chance to succeed as anybody else, because she is an American, she is free and she is equal, not just in the eyes of God but also in our own." As noted by many past and reformed socialists such as David Horowitz, those nations which have put Liberty ahead of Equality have ended up doing better by Equality than those with the reverse priority, and even so, I dare say that the little girl described by Obama has had more than ample chances thanks to President Lyndon Johnson's Economic Opportunity Act of 1964.

A highly respected economist, Thomas Sowell explains that penury in the U.S. is neither irremediable or hereditary, and only 3% get stuck in the bottom fifth of income distribution for more than eight years. The top or bottom earners are not closed private clubs that contain the same households every year. Many of today's poor may be tomorrow's wealthy, and the reverse is also true. But it will not hold true once Obama policies are fully implemented between now and 2017; for now, no such economic mobility can be found anywhere else in the world.

Obama hinted at a Republican agenda which would block important programs that would put millions of jobless Americans back to work as he stated, "we cannot mistake absolutism for principle"... this coming from the most corrupt and unprincipled U.S. President in history, who spent only about 6% of the Stimulus money on actual jobs programs, with the rest acting as a pay-off to his political cronies; it is this administration and Obama's Leftist-Democrats who are killing jobs creation, because they advocate for immigration and economic policies designed to strengthen their hold on power through the continued destruction of the U.S. economy in order to place more Americans on the dole!

The American free-market and democratic republic is far from perfect, however, our complex of traditions and institutions, built upon principles that animated the American Revolution, have made it possible for more Freedom and Prosperity to be enjoyed by more citizens than in any other society in human history. The relatively little that was wrong with our system, before circa Obama, needed only to be reformed. A fundamental transformation was not called for by the people and neither has there been a large hue and cry from the people demanding communism, fascism and authoritarianism. But Obama is driven by ideology and ideology alone... by contempt and contempt alone for Our American Heritage!

I believe in the rule of law, but how far are we as a nation... those of us who still believe in the U.S. Constitution... supposed to go with an intransigent and divisive U.S. President who is not only attempting to transform our way of life but is destroying over 300 years of cultural and historical American Heritage? At what point will each of us be willing to put our lives at risk, say "ENOUGH" and pick up our rifles to march against an out of control government in order to preserve real Liberty, Freedom and Equality for future generations, just as the Founders did?

America will soon be embroiled in a massive political battle, fraught with ensuing upheaval and societal unrest, if this authoritarian Statist trend is not abated. Obama and the Leftist-Democrats have chosen to destroy the system as it now exists, and, as they seek to give amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants, abrogate our right to make end-of-life decisions, and spend away our children's and several generations' future, they command us as subjects of the State rather than govern us as citizens of a democratic Free Republic; and in the process, they are paving the way for those like them, each new successive Democratic president, to rule by decree and according to their own personal whims, rather than have to adhere to the principles and guidelines contained within the U.S. Constitution. They are paving the way for tyranny, because they want to, and they believe in doing so... we must drag America away from the abyss before Obama drags Her over the edge!
