In Defense of Delgaudio’s SNDA Stand

I recently posted an email from Eugene Delgaudio of Public Advocate. Mr. Delgaudio was coming out against legislation dubbed by critics as the Homosexual Classrooms Act. The actual name of the legislation is the Student Non-Discrimination Act (SNDA). The legislation is being pushed by out-in-the-open homosexual Congressmen with the aim of protecting underage homosexuals that participate in Public Schools.

Delgaudio believes the SNDA will open a can of worms teaching children to accept homosexuality of way of life up to and including how homosexuals perform sex acts. Also there is the probability that SNDA will make it a crime of bullying when a Christian student shares that homosexuality is an abomination according to the Bible.

Here is a list of bad attributes that Delgaudio attributes to SNDA:

*** Require schools to teach appalling homosexual acts so "homosexual students" don't feel "singled out" during already explicit sex-ed classes;

*** Spin impressionable students in a whirlwind of sexual confusion and misinformation, even peer pressure to "experiment" with the homosexual "lifestyle;"

*** Exempt homosexual students from punishment for propositioning, harassing, or even sexually assaulting their classmates, as part of their specially-protected right to "freedom of self-expression;"

*** Force private and even religious schools to teach a pro-homosexual curriculum and purge any reference to religion if a student claims it creates a "hostile learning environment" for homosexual students.

The problem has run into is that these attributes are not specifically in the SNDA. Leftists and Homosexual Activists have been having a field day pointing there is no such written language inherent in the SNDA.

Does that mean Delgaudio is wrong or worse a lying bigot attack poor unfortunate homosexual victims?

I say NO!

The two Bills from the House and the Senate are craftily worded to protect homosexuals from bullying. And I might add the kind of bullying that has occurred in reality to the point vicious attacks and murder. This is where I agree with the existence of an anti-bully Bill. No human being should be subject to humiliation, violence and especially murder for any reason. If there is a problem it can be litigated or if there is a criminal act it can be prosecuted. Unfortunately homosexuality is not against the law. Neither is it against the criminal law to watch or participate in pornography, adultery, fornication and probably other practices not looked upon with high esteem in American society. Even today in an American society continuously watered down morally by Moral Relativity and Secular Humanism which aims to dilute or eliminate the influence of Christianity.

Anti-bullying legislation should be enabled to all American citizens and not just a few alternate lifestyle perverts degrading American culture and society. Passing a Bill that upholds the ungodly practice of homosexuality is a victory for Homosexual activists that desire to be considered just as normal as heterosexuals.

The language of the SNDA may be designed to protect homosexuals from violence; however the actuality is SNDA becomes a toe in the door to give special privilege to homosexuals that grants the perverted to have marital rights designed for a male and a female. AND YES since the SNDA is aimed at homosexual kids of minority the legislation will lead to school policies that in effect will teach all children that homosexuality is an acceptable practice even though Biblically homosexuality is unholy abomination in the face of God Almighty.

Delgaudio needs to eat a little crow and admit that the SNDA legislation does not specifically spell out the teaching of homosexuality in Public Schools; however Delgaudio needs to stick to his guns that the SNDA legislation will indeed lead school curriculum that will be meant to enforce homosexual acceptance to prevent bullying of homosexuals.

And remember, the SNDA is not aimed at consenting adults over the age of 18. Rather the legislation is aimed at children and teenagers that are naïve and will believe most anything that an authority figure teacher tells them. If heterosexual couples tell their children that homosexuality is not normal and the school tells children that homosexuality is okay, then there is a bit of Big Brother interference in the god-given practice of parents teaching and training children what is right and what is wrong. And worse if parents are committed to Christian Morality and the schools contradict parents there is unconstitutional moment of government telling people how to practice religion.

If kids wisely listen to their parents and kids contradict teachers that homosexuality is normal then school discipline will be aimed at students. And if there is a student that is confused about his/her sexuality because of school teaching and a kid tells the confused kid my dad says homosexuality is wrong or wicked, that can be construed as bullying and thus a criminal act.

So I have to say that Delgaudio’s reference to SNDA as the Homosexual Classrooms Act is an appropriate appellation. With this in mind the Homosexual Classrooms Act must be stopped!

Now this post that somewhat defends Eugene Delgaudio was inspired by another email. In that email Delgaudio relates how Homosexual activists have been actually making physical threats to him for his anti-homosexual stand which if I may intimate is just as constitutional via Religion and Free Speech as immoral homosexuality is protected by the Constitution. Freedom of conscience and speech perhaps protects a decision by a person to be a homosexual; however it does not validate homosexuality as a normal practice in society on par with race, religion, sex or national origin. Homosexuality is a practice that is not normal. It is normal for a male and a female to have sex; it is perversely abnormal for same-sex individuals to have sex. I don’t care what the liberalized Psychiatrists and Medical Doctors claim. The Word of God trumps the proclamations of humans in matters of moral values.

Below is Delgaudio’s recent email exposing the hypocrisy of bullying by homosexuals and an appeal asking for donations to pay the legal bills for the innocuous civil suits designed to bury Delgaudio’s godly cause showing a light on the ungodly practice of homosexuality.

In the past, the radical homosexuals have attempted to kill me, even threatening and stalking my family.  However, all that did was make me more determined than ever to fight them.

And with Public Advocate supporters' help, I did.

Together, pro-family Americans have really rocked the Homosexual Lobby.  We’ve held off so much of their agenda for so many years.

But now they want to take supporters like you out of the fight.

I’ve received letters from three different government agencies ordering me to stop sending mail to members like you.

One letter from a Post Office bureaucrat actually declared my correspondence with Public Advocate members to be obscene!

You see, in their sick world radical homosexuals can desecrate churches, spread their filth across the internet, and run naked through the very halls of Congress.

But when I try to tell people about it, my letters are labeled obscene by those who serve the homosexuals’ purposes.

And if they can find a judge who agrees with them, the legal consequences could be severe.  Even if we win, the legal fees could destroy your Public Advocate.

That’s why I’m desperate for you to send a contribution of $50 or even $100 today.  I need your help right away, so I ask you to send whatever you can afford today.

A second letter from deep within the bowels of the Tennessee bureaucracy threatened me with up to six months in prison and fines of up to $5,000 per letter for sending mail to our own members in Tennessee.

Another legal filing demanded I “cease and desist” from Public Advocate’s most effective lobbying campaign.

The outrageous charge?  That Public Advocate is somehow impersonating an agency of the federal government.

You and I know their claims are ludicrous, but fighting back cost me tens of thousands of dollars at the time and now the Homosexual Lobby is stronger than ever.

With the Obama White House and Senate Democrats indebted to the Homosexual Lobby -- and Republicans betraying the family, the odds are already stacked against us.  I cannot afford to cut contact with a single Public Advocate member.

And the radical homosexuals know it.  If they can keep you from being informed about what they are up to in Washington, they will have a much better chance of passing the Gay Bill of Special Rights or the Homosexual Classrooms Act.

If they succeed in that, they win.  Period.  End of story.  There will be no one else to stop them.

Homosexuals DO NOT Need a Special Legal Status

Homosexuality is a perverted abomination practiced by morally reprobate individuals that mock the Word of God.

Regardless of what homosexual activists, Democrats, Secular Humanists, Moral Relativists and so on will tell you; homosexuality is a wicked lifestyle to practice. I do say this knowing that a significant amount of homosexuals are otherwise decent citizens following the rule of law as prescribed by the U.S. Constitution. On the other hand there are a large segment of homosexuals that are so militant to demand societal acceptance that they take their perverted debauchery to the public square. AND many cities do NOTHING to stop the parades or the homosexual festivals that exude public displays of debauchery for all to see.

NOW Congressional legislators that are homosexual activists are preparing to push through legislation that would force Public Schools to that homosexuality is a normal lifestyle followed with explanations on how the homosexual sex act is performed. The legislation is called the Homosexual Classrooms Act. In the House it is HR 988 and in the Senate it is S 555. Homosexual activists have actually began to acquire broad support for this pervert legislation in Congress. Friends, YOU HAVE TO WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMEN!

Now let’s be honest though. Neither HR 998 nor S 555 is designed to promulgate the homosexual agenda onto America’s Public Schools. The real name for the Homosexual Classrooms Act is actually Student Non-Discrimination Act. The aim is to stop bullying of sexual orientation that is not heterosexual (i.e. normal). Those that have come out against the Student Non-Discrimination Act (SNDA) have cited some misleading information and directly attributing the information to the wording to SNDA. Here are some examples:

*** Require schools to teach appalling homosexual acts so "homosexual students" don't feel "singled out" during already explicit sex-ed classes;

*** Spin impressionable students in a whirlwind of sexual confusion and misinformation, even peer pressure to "experiment" with the homosexual "lifestyle;"

*** Exempt homosexual students from punishment for propositioning, harassing, or even sexually assaulting their classmates, as part of their specially-protected right to "freedom of self-expression;"

*** Force private and even religious schools to teach a pro-homosexual curriculum and purge any reference to religion if a student claims it creates a "hostile learning environment" for homosexual students.

In the summaries of HR 998 and S 555 I cannot find anything close to the suggested outcome predicted by some of my fellow Pro-Biblical Morality compatriots. Forcing students to learn that homosexuality is normal, that homosexual sex acts are not perverted, encouraging homosexual experimentation and punishing heterosexuals for being angry and/or offended by a homosexual proposition of same-sex dating or sex is crazy ridiculous.

If HR 998 and S 555 are approved it will be Congress moving the homosexual abomination to a level equal to that of race, religion, sex, creed or national origin. According the First Amendment homosexuals have the right to choose abomination but that does not need the rule of law must afford a special legal status for Lesbians, Gays, Bi-Sexuals and Transgender people (aka LGBT). LGBT people are either a part of a race, a religion, a male or female sex, a creed or a variant national origin than is typical of Americans.

The SNDA provides a legal status that will render the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) irrelevant. The SNDA will open the door to the persecution of Christians as homophobe bullies when there is open criticism that homosexuality is an ungodly lifestyle practice. And all those fears of homosexual acceptance in academics listed above will become educational curriculum but not because of SNDA wording. Rather a legal status for LGBT people will lead to an already Left leaning educational environment to begin teaching homosexual acceptance to curtail bullying against LGBT students.

So the SNDA text may not be directly point to homosexual propaganda and moral acceptance in school; however the existence of such legislation will lead to the equivalent of a Homosexual Classrooms Act not codified by Federal law but foisted by Federal Policy to make LGBT students feel comfortable about living in abomination as defined by God’s Word in the Bible.

If there is a Federal level Bill against bullying, it SHOULD NOT make LGBT people a separate and equal legal status as in race, religion, sex, creed and national origin. A Bullying Bill should exist for all students regardless of race, religion, sex, creed and national origin which would be inclusive of confused kids being taught be part of the LGBT lifestyle is just fine.

So we must stop the Student Non-Discrimination ACT to prevent the next step of a Homosexual Classrooms Act. Trust me, the next step will be to brainwash our children to agree with Moral Relativism in a Public School setting. Or worse, Christian schools may be ultimately be forced homosexual lifestyle acceptance to students even though the Bible specifically calls homosexuality an abomination.

Eugene Delgaudio representing the Public Advocate of the United States has sent an email out that explains the situation about Homosexual Classrooms Act from the point of view such a law will lead to direct propaganda education in Public School. Then Delgaudio points you to a petition to sign. Yes there will be pleas for donations and you should consider giving some of your money to fight a cause that too many are afraid to do so because a Left Wing MSM and Left oriented Hollywood and TV harangue promoters of Biblical Morality as bigots. If I am a bigot for writing against homosexuality then I am a proud bigot; however I am a supporter of God’s Word. If I am with God then I am in good company. If you are a promoter of the homosexual agenda then you are fighting against God.

Delgaudio may be a bit off on the effect of the anti-bullying homosexual Bill; nonetheless there is a can of worms that when opened quite probably will lead classroom propaganda listed in the Delgaudio take action email.

Jennings' ultimate goal is for all curriculum in "kindergarten, and first grade, and second grade - every grade" be infused with a pro-homosexual slant.

Traditional values will be squashed and demonized as old fashioned or out of date, or even as bigotry.

Hi Friends,

I told you all one year ago about my little encounter with the Census. Now they've come back.

I was wondering if any of you have heard about The American Community Survey [SlantRight Editor: Click HERE to read another encounter American Community Survey Agents from January 2010] being conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau? I was wondering because I've received the survey packet. I've never heard about it, so for those of you who haven't, I'm going to give you a peak at what's in it.

I got the packet then tossed it out. Then I ended up getting phone calls every day about it from the Census Bureau. Then I got another one in the mail. So I opened it up.

There's some info about it on Wiki at http://tinyurl.com/bt24zk.  

There it says "several U.S. Representatives have challenged it as unauthorized by the census act and violative of the Right to Financial Privacy Act." The Commerce Dept. responded that since it’s not a "law enforcement agency," then it can do what it wants in this respect.

The About flyer in the packet says the survey "collects information about population and housing characteristics for the nation, states, cities, counties, metro areas, and communities on a continuous basis."

"Communities need data about the well-being of children, families, and the older population to provide services to them. By responding, you are helping your community to establish goals, identify problems and solutions, and measure the performance of programs."

The Census Bureau (the Census) counts population to determine the number of people in the country and to determine Congressional representation. That's it.

It also reads, "Your response to this survey is required by law." That may be true, but the U.S. government does not determine where to build hospitals or schools or help businesses relocate. So it’s b***s***t.

The "traffic" and "build roads" excuse is b***s***t, too, because cities get traffic counts either by deploying those black cables across the road lanes that counts the hits or by new computerized methods using traffic cameras. And besides, it isn't a federal issue. None of these questions are.

The Census isn't supposed to ask your name, either. In fact, the envelope was addressed to me as "Resident." So if that's true, why does this survey ask my name? Not only that, it asks a lot of really specific questions. This is nothing but Big Brother and a violation of my privacy.

I've included below what those questions are. To keep it short (yeah, I know) I didn't include all of them, and those I included are paraphrased. A few of them were so offensive that I quoted them for your amazement. I'm only going to answer the "Date" and the "Number of persons living there." That's all they need to know, which I already answered the first time last year.

Please take a look at these questions. While reading them please ask yourself: Why are they really asking these questions and why we should be compelled to answer them?

-When did you first move in?

-"In the past 12 months, what were the actual sales of all agricultural products from this property?"

-"Is there a business or a medical office on this property?"

-How many rooms are in your home? And how many of these are bedrooms?

-Does your home have running water, a flush toilet, bathtub or shower, sink & faucet, refrigerator, telephone?

-How many automobiles are kept there for use by the residents?

-What do you use to heat/cool your home?

-How much do you spend on electricity? Water? Heating oil?

-Did anyone living there receive food stamps?

-Do you rent or own your residence?

-What is your monthly rent or mortgage? If you live in a condo, what is the monthly condo fee? Or for your mobile home?

-What is your home worth?

-What are your annual real estate taxes? Are these taxes paid as part of your mortgage? Or paid as part of your insurance?

-How much do you pay for insurance?

Well, Chick-fil-A is run by Christians who believe in the godliness of marriage and family. In fact, the official statement of purpose is "to glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A."

And the company proves it by investing generously in community service initiatives such as scholarships, summer camps for children and teens, foster care, and marriage enrichment programs. But according to recent homosexual blogs, Chick-fil-A's corporate principles constitute a crime against humanity.

When it was reported that a Chick-fil-A in Pennsylvania agreed to donate sandwiches and brownies for a marriage seminar sponsored by the Pennsylvania Family Institute, which happens to oppose same-sex marriage, homosexual activists went into full swing.

Dutifully, the rank and file waged war against Chick-fil-A calling for boycotts, intimidating college campuses into banning the business, and cruelly calling it "Jesus Chicken."

I am telling you all of this to let you know that the threat to the family is real... and relentless. Simply put, the homosexual agenda begins with destroying the family. From there, it's just a domino effect, and they will continue to tear down all decency in our society. But together, you and I are working to prevent that from happening.

The Radical Homosexuals infiltrating the United States Congress have a plan:

Indoctrinate an entire generation of American children with pro-homosexual propaganda and eliminate traditional values from American society.

I hate to admit it, but if they pass the deceptively named "Student Non-Discrimination Act," that's exactly what they'll do.

Better named the "Homosexual Classrooms Act," its chief advocate in Congress is Rep. Jared Polis, himself an open homosexual and radical activist.


the Homosexual Classrooms Act contains a laundry list of anti-family provisions that will:

*** Require schools to teach appalling homosexual acts so "homosexual students" don't feel "singled out" during already explicit sex-ed classes;

*** Spin impressionable students in a whirlwind of sexual confusion and misinformation, even peer pressure to "experiment" with the homosexual "lifestyle;"

*** Exempt homosexual students from punishment for propositioning, harassing, or even sexually assaulting their classmates, as part of their specially-protected right to "freedom of self-expression;"

*** Force private and even religious schools to teach a pro-homosexual curriculum and purge any reference to religion if a student claims it creates a "hostile learning environment" for homosexual students.

And that's just the beginning of the Homosexual Lobby's radical agenda.

Please oppose the Student Non-Discrimination Act. It was introduced into Congress in 2010 but did not finally pass. Actually it didn't come up for a vote because of more pressing legislation. But it can be introduced again, and I have no doubt it will.
