I found an article by Ben Shapiro in the Daily Wire pertaining to the pathological lying of Crooked Hillary Clinton. Shapiro takes some points from a Denver 9News interview with Crooked Hillary and shoots down the points she considers truth as pathological lies.
One thing I found interesting in the article are the similarity of lies of Hillary are to the same exact lying storyline provided by President Barack Hussein Obama in a Thursday press conference on the so-called coincidence that over $400 million’s worth of foreign currency was delivered to Iran in an unmarked jet about the same time that dual citizen American/Iranian political prisoners were released.
Obama said that was a coincidence on part of a deal constructed months ago to deliver payments of Iran’s own money that was frozen. LIE! That is a fascinating assertion since one of the released American hostages – Saeed Abedini – was originally told they’d lift off out Iran 20 minutes after loading, but instead was on the tarmac for hours. Abedini asked for a reason. He was told they couldn’t take off until the ransom plane had landed.

On Wednesday, pathological liar Hillary Clinton did an interview with 9News in which she rattled off fabrication after fabrication. Fortunately for Clinton, the entire media have been focused, laserlike, on Donald Trump making a complete and utter fool of himself, and so they ignored Hillary’s lies.
The interview ran nine and a half minutes.

In the first six minutes, Hillary clocked four lies:
1. The Iran Ransom Wasn’t A Ransom. Hillary tried to brush off news that the Obama administration shipped $400 million in unmarked currency to the Iranians in exchange for the release of four Americans as “old news.” She said, “The White House has addressed this, and I think actually this is kind of old news…So far as I know, it had nothing to do with any kind of hostage swap.” That’s spurious. As The Wall Street Journalreported, “U.S. officials also acknowledge that Iranian negotiators on the prisoner exchange said they wanted the cash to show they had gained something tangible.”
2. The Iran Deal Stopped Their Nuclear Program. Hillary continued by shilling for the worst international deal in modern history: “I think we know that the agreement has put a lid on Iran’s nuclear weapons program. I consider that to be a very positive step….The most important thing is that we have, in my view, prevented Iran from racing to get a nuclear weapon.” Nonsense. The deal grants Iran the ability to gain a nuclear weapon in a decade, and build the infrastructure to create a turnkey operation now.
3. Hillary Will Enforce The Iran Deal. Hillary claimed she would hold the Iranians accountable: “The agreement has made the world safer, but it has to be enforced, and I have spoken out very strongly about how I will enforce this agreement. I will hold the Iranians to account for even the smallest violation.” Really? Perhaps I missed Hillary’s statements on Germany’s intelligence report regarding Iran’s nuclear efforts. And Hillary hasn’t had much to say about Iran’s repeated ballistic missile tests, which technically may not violate the Worst Deal Ever but clearly violate the UN resolution sanctioning that deal.
4. The FBI Said Hillary Was Truthful. Here’s Hillary lying openly about the FBI’s conclusions about her email server: “[A]s the FBI said, everything that I’ve said publicly has been consistent and truthful with what I’ve told them.” She said that talk about her emails being released vs. Trump’s tax returns would be comparing “apples and oranges.” This is absolutely false. The FBI never said Hillary had been consistent and truthful in her public statements. They specifically avoided comment on her public statements. But they made clear that virtually everything she had said public was contradicted by the evidence.
Hillary’s the most corrupt major party candidate in American history. If Donald Trump had one iota of self control, he could be slamming her with alacrity today. Fortunately for Hillary, he doesn’t.

Rep. Bridenstine first highlights the Conscience Protection Act which enables a medical professional or hospital to NOT be forced to perform abortions if it violates their conscience. This would not only undercut Obama’s Executive Orders that instruct the Obama Administration bureaucrats to force otherwise BUT ALSO prevent a State apparatus under the thumb of Leftists from forcing conscience violations.
The next Congressional Rep. Bridenstine looks at is Separation of Powers Restoration Act. SCOTUS is case law oriented more than interpreting the Constitution with Original Intent standards. The result has led to the slow watering down of the intended Liberties and Rights of the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights and Amendments ratified after the Bill of Rights. Thus the unconstitutional doctrine of the Living Constitution has superseded Original Intent that has led to Executive Branch superiority in a system in which Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches were originally arranged as separate but equal with a concept of Checks and Balances institutionalized in the Constitution.
The Separation of Powers Act (SOPRA) is specifically designed to reverse the course of Federal Bureaucratic Agencies from turning regulations into the force of law without action from Congress. SOPRA would eliminate the case law that established the Chevron Deference (1984) standards in which Courts would uphold bureaucratic regulatory interpretation of legislation as the force of law.
The Bridenstine email below is editorially focused on the two Acts mentioned above. The Congressman addresses other issues as well but these two piqued my interest.
The House recently passed landmark pro-life legislation to stop abortion coercion. The Conscience Protection Act prohibits government from penalizing or retaliating against any health care provider who refuses to participate in abortion activities, or insurers who refuse to provide coverage. The bill also creates a right to sue for anybody forced to violate their consciences on abortion.
I believe that abortion takes the life of an unborn child and harms women. Even if some disagree with that, we can all agree that government should respect everyone’s freedom to NOT participate in abortions. Government should not require hospitals, doctors, nurses and insurances plans to carry out, assist in, or pay for abortions. The Conscience Protection Act enhances important protections against abortion coercion. The Senate should waste no time in getting this bill to the President’s desk.
Federal law has protected conscience rights on abortion since the 1970s across the private sector. In 2005, the “Weldon Amendment” expanded these rights to cover institutions receiving government funds. Now, state and local governments, including California and New York, are increasingly threatening to withhold funding to coerce insurers to provide abortion coverage and pro-life hospitals, doctors, and nurses to participate in abortion activities.
When government engages in abortion coercion, the only available remedy is filing complaints to the Department of Health and Human Services. Predictably, HHS has slow-rolled its response. That’s why the Conscience Protection Act is so important: the pro-life community needs standing to sue, not more paperwork to fill out.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta sat on the board of a small energy company alongside Russian officials that received $35 million from a Putin-connected Russian government fund, a relationship Podesta failed to fully disclose on his federal financial disclosures as required by law.
That’s one of the many revelations from a 56-page report released late Sunday titled “From Russia with Money: Hillary Clinton, the Russian Reset, and Cronyism” by the non-partisan government watchdog group, the Government Accountability Institute (GAI). Breitbart Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon holds the same title in GAI and Breitbart News Senior Editor-at-Large Peter Schweizer serves as GAI’s president.
As part of her duties during the so-called Russian reset, then-Sec. of State Hillary Clinton led the way on U.S. involvement in a Russian government technology initiative that was intended to be the Russian equivalent of America’s Silicon Valley known as Skolkovo. The “innovation city,” located outside Moscow, has some 30,000 workers in state-of-the-art facilities under strict government control. As Slate described it in 2013, “In some ways, Skolkovo is eerily reminiscent of Soviet utopian city-building projects.”
According to the GAI report, Clinton’s State Dept. recruited U.S. tech giants like Google, Cisco, Intel. Indeed, out of 28 U.S., European, and Russian companies that participated in Skolkovo, 17 of them were Clinton Foundation donors or paid for speeches by Bill Clinton.
However, as involvement in Skolkovo by Clinton cronies increased, so, too, did the danger for the technology coming out of the Russian tech mecca to be used for Russian military purposes.
In 2014, the FBI issued what it called “an extraordinary warning” to several technology companies involved with Skolkovo. “The [Skolkovo] foundation may be a means for the Russian government to access our nation’s sensitive or classified research development facilities and dual-use technologies with military and commercial application,” warned Lucia Ziobro, the assistant special agent at the FBI’s Boston office. She added: “The FBI believes the true motives of the Russian partners, who are often funded by the government, is to gain access to classified, sensitive, and emerging technology from the companies.”
Still, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta sat on the executive board of a small energy company called Joule Unlimited. Joule, too, received the FBI letter warning about Skolkovo. Other Joule board members included senior Russian officials. According to the GAI report: “Two months after Podesta joined the board, Vladimir Putin’s Rusnano announced that it would invest up to one billion rubles into Joule Unlimited, which amounts to $35 million. That represents one-fifth of the entire amount of investment dollars Joule collected from 2007 to 2013.”
Rusnano, which former Russian education and science minister and current science advisor to Vladmir Putin Andrei Fursenko describes as “Putin’s child,” was founded by Putin in 2007.
The GAI investigative report says it’s unclear how much, if any, money Podesta made. The reason: Podesta was on the board of three Joule entities, but only listed two on his disclosure; the most important entity, Joule Stichting, he did not list. “Podesta’s compensation by Joule cannot be fully determined,” reads the report. “In his 2014 federal government disclosure filing, Podesta lists that he divested stock options from Joule. However, the disclosure does not cover the years 2011-2012.”
Why Podesta failed to reveal, as required by law on his federal financial disclosures, his membership on the board of this offshore company is presently unknown.
“But the flows of funds from Russia during the ‘reset’ to Podesta-connected entities apparently didn’t end with Joule Energy,” the report states. According to the GAI report, Podesta’s far-left think tank, Center for American Progress (CAP), took in $5.25 million from the Sea Change Foundation between 2010-2013.
Who was funding Sea Change Foundation? According to tax records, Sea Change Foundation at the time was receiving a large infusion of funds from a mysterious Bermuda-based entity called ‘Klein, Ltd.’…Who owns Klein? It is impossible to say exactly, given corporate secrecy laws in Bermuda. But the registered agent and lawyers who set up the offshore entity are tied to a handful of Russian business entities including Troika Dialog, Ltd. Leadership includes Ruben Vardanyan, an ethnic Armenian who is a mega oligarch in Putin’s Russia. Vardanyan also served on the board of Joule Energy with John Podesta.
The FBI and U.S. Army sounded the alarm bells about Skolkovo being a threatening pathway for Russia to accelerate its military technological capabilities. Why Hillary Clinton’s State Dept and her campaign manager were tied up in this raises serious questions that demand answers and transparency.

Argentina Activates 'Financial Terrorism' Law Against Hedge-Fund Economic Warfare
Argentina is playing hardball. Accompanied by giant headlines in financial media screeching about "economic crisis," Donnelley & Sons, a U.S. printing firm that has operated in Argentina for many years, and has no financial problems at all (assets larger than its liabilities, little debt) — filed for and was declared to be in bankruptcy from one day to the next last week, leaving 400 workers on the street.
The government responded by activating a never-before-used Anti-Economic and Financial Terrorism Law to file charges against Donnelley for filing for a fraudulent bankruptcy with intent to "alter the economic and financial order" and "sow terror among the population." The government intends to also file before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an investigation of this fraudulent behavior.

A number of Hillary Clinton’s top lobbyist bundlers, who have raised millions for her presidential campaign, either directly represent foreign entities or work at firms that represent foreign entities, according to documents from the Justice Department’s Foreign Agents Registration Unit.
Hillary for America, Clinton’s campaign committee, has hauled in more than $7 million in bundled lobbyist contributions since its inception. The committee finished 2015 with $4.1 million in bundled lobbyist contributions. It has since added more than $2.9 million to its coffers from lobbyists, with $1.2 million of that amount pouring in during the second quarter of 2016, from April 1 to June 30.
Tony Podesta, owner of the Podesta Group and brother of John Podesta, the chairman of Clinton’s campaign, is a top bundler for Hillary for America. Podesta has bundled $267,835 in contributions to date. Podesta was hired to work on behalf of Saudi interests.
Saudi Arabia has built an extensive lobbying and public relations presence in the United States, the Washington Postreported in April. It has also supplied the Clinton Foundation with millions.
