It's understandable to get frustrated that all of these low-level judges can hold the White House hostage, but they're just delaying the inevitable.

Ever since the slew of decisions started dropping by activist leftist judges trying to tell President Trump what he's not allowed to do as President of the United States, we've witnessed patriots expressing outrage, fear, and frustration. There's no need for any of that.

 

It's going to work out. In fact, it's going to be better than I think most people realize. Their attacks on executive actions, particularly those associated with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), are going to fail spectacularly because the Supreme Court is not going to subvert the Constitution for the sake of corrupt government agencies.

Even Chief Justice Roberts is likely to side with the Trump administration on most if not all of the cases once they reach his desk. The three lukewarm right-leaners — Amy Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh — will fall in line. Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito will do what they normally do, which is to align with the Constitution.

 

In other words, it's going to be fine. We've suffered through government corruption for decades. A few more months is unlikely to kill us. In the meantime, it's incumbent on us to help educate our fellow Americans about what's really going on, which is a UniParty Swamp attack against those who are trying to end their various scams being perpetrated on the American people.

OK, stop panicking about all the stupid legal decisions from leftist judges that the left is getting from judge shopping in leftist jurisdictions.

 

Stop. Panicking.

 

First, no one should be surprised by any of this. The administration certainly isn’t. We always knew exactly what they would do. Do not take the fact they are not screaming and yelling as them rolling over. They are not rolling over. There’s plenty going on behind the scenes as administration lawyers prepare their papers for the legal fight to come.

 

Second, since we have to have this fight, this is the time and the battleground to have it. Why? We want it settled right at the beginning of the administration so that we don’t have to deal with this down the road. And we want to fight on these orders because 1) they are manifestly the result of bad faith judge shopping and the opinions themselves are both procedural and 2) they are substantively ridiculous. They are legal jokes.

 

Don’t listen to the dummy lawyers on Twitter - only listen to me or the people I tell you that you can rely on. Everyone telling you these are reasoned, valid legal decisions is either a legal illiterate or thinks you are stupid.

 

Third, the way this fight is happening is to our advantage. Wait, you ask, we’re getting decision after decision against us! How can that be good? Because they are leaving the Supreme Court no choice. People want Trump to sound off about this, but he doesn’t need to. What’s left unstated is the fact that he can just not obey these manifestly improper orders. They say it’s a constitutional crisis now, but that becomes a real one when they push Trump too far. He’s not going to submit forever to micromanagement of the executive branch by activist District Court judges in blue cities across America. And Chief Justice Roberts knows it.

 

CJ Roberts and majority of the court know these are ridiculous legally, and the last thing they want to do is stake the credibility of the Court – which famously has no divisions – on this kind of nonsense. They are not going to jump on the grenade that is these decisions. There might someday be a fight with a president about something where he is legally in the wrong, but this is not that time. This is not the hill the Supreme Court will die on. Wisely, Trump’s not adding fuel to the fire by threatening to do what it’s very clear he can do, which is disobey. This provides SCOTUS the cover it needs to deal with these upstart district courts without looking like Trump strong-armed it.

 

So relax and let the process go forward. We’re going to win on all these injunctions, and I expect fairly quickly.

 

Exactly. And while I agree with nearly everything he said, I'll add that we shouldn't "relax." We're participants in securing our freedoms. That means alerting our Democrat representatives that we support ending government corruption. It means educating our friends and family about what's really going on because legacy media is working overtime trying to paint limiting government as a bad thing.

 

Things are heading in the right direction. We need to see it through and most importantly we need to pray that His Will is done, always.

Sharing Judicial Watch: ‘CENSORED AND CONTROLLED’

Judicial Watch has put together a Documentary on Government Censorship. As I type this, I am listening/watching the 43:55-minute Documentary entitled, “CENSORED AND CONTROLLED: Unmasking the Deep State’s War on Free Speech in America”. I subscribe to Judicial Watch, so I knew the Documentary was coming. The Documentary looks a little at Election Integrity censorship AND a lot at CCP-Virus/Medical Tyranny censorship.

 

Apparently, the Youtube video has placed all four parts into one Documentary. This JW post on 10/16/23 indicated JW was going to release the parts individually, the JW Youtube Channel (as of today) does not show individual parts.

 

I downloaded the Youtube version in case Youtube (Google-owned ergo Big Tech controlled) embarks into censorship. In which case, I’ll replace the Youtube version with a Bitchute version.

“Censored and Controlled" is a documentary that details the coordinated effort by the government and Big Tech to censor and suppress information on topics such as Hunter Biden’s laptop, COVID-19, and election debates.

 

The documentary features interviews with people who have taken leading roles in exposing the collusion between government and social media to control what Americans see and hear. Included in the lineup of experts is:

 

Senator Eric Schmitt (R-MO) who as attorney general of Missouri filed a lawsuit in 2020 against President Biden and other administration officials, alleging they were working with social media platforms to censor information related to COVID-19 and other topics.

 

Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH), who is chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. Jordan’s committee is leading the House investigation into government-led censorship on social media.

 

Journalist Matt Taibbi, one of the journalists who covered the release of the “Twitter Files,” which exposed government involvement in Twitter and other Big Tech censorship of Americans. Taibbi testified before Congress about what the “Twitter Files” revealed about the partnership between government and social media to censor information and opinions.

 

Chris Nelson, senior investigator at Judicial Watch, formerly a career counterintelligence officer with the U.S. Government.

 

And, Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, which has filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits and other litigation concerning government and Big Tech censorship.

Oklahoma Passes Bill Allowing Rejection of all Biden Executive Orders

 I live in Oklahoma. HENCE, I am pleased the OK House has passed HB 1236 that enables the Oklahoma State Attorney General to review Faux-President Biden’s Executive Orders to measure if they measure up to the U.S. Constitution. It is my sense the Bill has to pass the OK Senate to have the force of State law. Considering HR 1236 passed on a 79 yea to 18 nay votes, I’d be surprised if the OK Senate failed to follow suit. Oklahoma Passes Bill Allowing Rejection of all Biden Executive Orders

The Oklahoma House of Representatives, which is controlled by Republicans, has passed a bill that would allow the state to put the brakes on the power of Joe Biden’s executive orders in the state.

 

Oklahoma House Speaker Charles McCall and State Rep. Mark McBride, both Republicans, introduced the bill, which passed in the House 79 to 18.

 

The bill, HB 1236, would allow the Oklahoma state legislature to review each executive order and determine if the order should be given to the Oklahoma attorney general, who would determine if it is allowed under the U.S. Constitution.

 

If the attorney general deemed an executive order unconstitutional, the bill seems to indicate the attorney general could sue for a court order invalidating the executive order.

 

If the attorney general decides not to take action on an order, the legislature could conduct a majority vote declaring it unconstitutional.

 

If the legislature invokes its option to declare an executive order unconstitutional, the statute is unclear whether the Oklahoma government would file suit or the state would ignore the order inside the state, leaving it to the federal government to enforce or try to take it to court.

 

The bill states:

 

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the state, county, political subdivision or any other publicly funded organization shall not implement any action that restricts a person’s rights or that the Office of the Attorney General or the Legislature by a majority vote determines to be unconstitutional.

 

Federal law always trumps state law, but any federal action that is unconstitutional is not a law at all.

 

Oklahoma is the second state to take such action.

 

Last month, South Dakota’s Republican-controlled House introduced legislation that would allow the state to nullify Biden’s executive orders if it determines they are unconstitutional.

 

“The Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council may review any executive order issued by the President of the United States if the order has not been affirmed by a vote of the Congress of the United States and signed into law, as prescribed by the Constitution of the United States,” the bill’s text reads.

 

“Upon review, the Executive Board may recommend to the attorney general and the Governor that the order be further examined by the attorney general to determine the constitutionality of the order and to determine whether the state should seek an exemption from the application of the order or seek to have the order declared to be an unconstitutional exercise of legislative authority by the President,” it adds.

 

The legislation adds:

 

Notwithstanding any other law, no state agency, political subdivision, or any elected or appointed official or employee of this state or of a political subdivision may implement an executive order that restricts a person’s rights or that is determined by the attorney general to be unconstitutional under this section if the order relates to:

 

(1) A pandemic or other public health emergency;

 

(2) The regulation of natural resources;

 

(3) The regulation of the agricultural industry;

 

(4) The regulation of land use;

 

(5) The regulation of the financial sector through the imposition of environmental, social, or governance standards; or

 

(6) The regulation of the constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

 

The bill sets up a process for reviewing the president’s executive orders, which would be submitted to the governor and attorney general so that the attorney general could “determine whether the state should seek an exemption” from the order or have it “declared an unconstitutional exercise of legislative authority by the President.”

 

Biden has set a record-shattering pace for executive orders and Republican-controlled states are fighting back.

It is obligatory for a Muslim to follow Islamic laws and not man-made laws like the US Constitution, a Muslim can never be both a Muslim and an American at the same time. Hence, a Muslim is, first and foremost, an Ummahist– a citizen of international Islam...

There is no shortage of Islamic materials on the market for anyone curious enough to seek the truth for himself. I personally have written hundreds of articles about Islam and the threat it poses to our Constitution. The painstaking task of educating the American public about this threat has not stopped Islam’s advancement in America. I am puzzled as to why no one takes this threat seriously? Europe is already badly infected with Islamism. It is the canary in a coalmine. It is telling us Islam’s next stop is America.

Many Americans have the common sense to see that Islam and Western values are incompatible. They would like to see Muslims assimilate and become part and shareholders of this great nation. On the contrary, however, it has been the complete opposite. Not only do Muslims not assimilate, they are actively involved in imposing their ideology on non-Muslims, in the hope that someday America will be conquered and fall under the rule of Islam. To Muslims, no other religion or manmade law is deemed worthy of recognition, much less accommodation.

When American officials opened the gate to the hordes of Muslims and permitted massive numbers of them to enter America, our culture and our way of life was forever altered. Just look at Minnesota or Dearborn, Michigan. Minneapolis’ Somali community has become the terrorist recruitment capital of the US. At the same time, elected US officials do absolutely nothing to combat this vital threat to our society and culture.

We have a serious problem that no one wants to discuss simply because they fear to be called Islamophobe or racist. The American people don’t have the means or power to stop the wrecking ball that is Islam. They rely on their elected officials to be on top of this. But these elected officials play politics by avoiding the issue. In fact, many of them appease these newcomers with open arms and allow them to impose anything and everything their hearts desire. Why? Very simple, money.

It is a sad fact that money drives politicians to power and keeps them there. Without money, they would never make it to first base. Without more money, they might just languish at first base. To advance further to real power, politicians need large sums of money. And people who have money, as a rule, do not give them money without exacting payback. The higher the politician goes, the greater is his IOU to the people within the organizations that own him.

Like every transaction in life, dealing with moneyed people is a barter system. The politician becomes an employee of the funder(s). The contract, as it is generally the case, favors the employer—the money. The employee, the politicians, often finds himself in a trap. He is, in effect, a purchased agent with little or no leeway. If he deviates in the least from his commitment, he may find himself out of work and more.

Islamic organizations with great interests in promoting Islam are fully familiar with the power of money to recruit people to do their bidding. That’s why many non-Muslims work at all levels of government and the society at large to further Islam. In short: they are paid to do a job.

It is worth mentioning, because it is obligatory for a Muslim to follow Islamic laws and not man-made laws like the US Constitution, a Muslim can never be both a Muslim and an American at the same time. Hence, a Muslim is, first and foremost, an Ummahist– a citizen of international Islam. Thus, it is crucial for Muslims to donate money to those politicians in order to advance the cause of Islam.

What can the voters do? They can start by vetting the candidate. If the candidate has no knowledge of Islam’s Stealth Jihad that currently moves at the speed of light in the US and refuses to be direct and transparent with his constituents, that candidate has absolutely no business to run for office. In fact, he would be a disaster. It falls into the hands of voters alone to decide whether to vote for the survival of America or for their favorite candidate no matter what.

Frankly, We the People, are outmanned and outgunned by these group forces. Lone rangers win only in make-belief movies. In real life, governments, institutions and organizations are the ones who prevail. They have the funds to buy the services of the media; employ lawyers, politicians, and mercenaries of all stripes.

Who is at War with America?

Newt Gingrich takes a surprising stand about al-Qaeda Islamic terrorist Abdulmutallab and Homeland Security. I found it surprising because the title of his article is supremely politically incorrect: On Terrorism it's Time to Know, to Profile, and to Discriminate.

It’s Time to know. What are we supposed to know?

We need to awaken to the fact that the purist proponents of Islam advocate the violent example of their prophet Mohammed to force non-Muslims to submit to Islam (which should have the politically incorrect name which is closer to its founder’s name – thus Mohammedanism).

It’s time to profile. Who should we profile?

The essence of America represents everything antithetical to Islam. Islam calls for intolerance of everything not Islamic. Hence women are inferior and absolutely subordinate to male family members. There is no free speech in which the content may be offensive to Mohammed, Islam or Allah. Hence advocating another ideology or religion in an Islamic nation could be either a capital crime or a community enforcement of death. No dissent to the rules of Shariah will be tolerated even though some Muslim nations do not institute some of the vilest rules of Shariah. I suspect the cutting off of a hand for theft is not observed in Egypt or Jordan. Yet it does happen in Saudi Arabia. A victim that is raped is subject to a whipping in Saudi Arabia. Whoever is found guilty of a capital crime in Saudi Arabia is subject to execution by beheading (which could be public). Adultery is punishable by stoning in Iran. The one stoned is more often the female than the male. This is on and on with the heinous practices of purist Islam in Shariah.

American authorities need to understand purist Islam and profile those that practice it as probable terrorists or homegrown subversives who seek the end of America the home of free and the land of the brave.

I am all about Freedom of Religion BUT purist Islam has NO place in America. Discriminate against advocates of purist Islam.

It is one thing to know about purist Islam. It is shaky ground to profile and discriminate a religion in America. It has become part of the American DNA to honor everyone’s choice of a religion or lack thereof. Many of the first people to colonize America were Christians fleeing religious restrictions imposed on non-State Church practitioners.

It took awhile for America to warm up to the idea of religions outside the traditional principles of Christianity. Although Jews had a better time of it in America than Europe, there was still early discrimination. Christian offshoot religions like Mormonism as an example, found intolerant discrimination for years. Yet here America is in the 21st century and discrimination of Judaism and Mormonism is rare occurrence. {I am not Mormon friendly however I believe one is a Latter Day Saint has the right to do be so. Mormon’s are not a threat to the American way of life. Promote America and are patriots.)

Sadly there are those who would still execute violence acts toward non-Christians however it is a practice that is considered heinous today.

Shucks my fellow Americans crazy cults that program the minds of their membership which may lead to dangerous practices of denial of medical aid or the demand for large chunks of one’s personal possessions or expects behavior of members that would be abhorrent to mainstream American society often is grudgingly protected by religious freedom inherent in the First Amendment.

Most of the Christian off-shoot cults and/or legitimate religions are usually very supportive of American Constitutional law for therein is protection from discrimination. Contrast this with purist Islam as espoused by Saudi style Wahhabi or Muslim Brotherhood or Salafist Islam which has the goal of overthrowing the U.S. Constitution to replace it with the rule of law inherent with Islamic Shariah. (Just a side note: CAIR subscribes to Wahhabi and Muslim Brotherhood ideology.)

Any ideology that calls for the end of American Constitutional protections has no place in America whether it is atheistic Communism or purist Islam.

I am guessing a person of Newt Gingrich’s stature would not be as specific as I have been. He still has too much to lose in an America still dominated by political correctness. Although I am certain Gingrich would deny this but I certain he would echo with better specificity if he felt free enough to do so.

Understand this: Purist Islam is at war with America. It is a war to terminate the American Way of life. When does America eschew political correctness and develop a coherent strategy that knows who our enemy is?

Over eight years after 9/11 and 30 years after the Iranian illegal seizure of the United States embassy and the 444 day Iranian hostage crisis, Washington is still avoiding being intellectually honest about the war we are in.

America is long overdue for a serious global strategy that includes targeting threats such as the terrorist killer at Fort Hood, the individuals recently arrested in Detroit, Denver and New York, and the five Americans detained in Pakistan.

The scale, persistence and sophistication of the enemy requires an honesty, a clarity, and a scale appropriate to the response.

Once again, instead of targeting the source of the threats, our politically correct government decides to make life more miserable for the travelling public by imposing hopelessly meaningless rules such as not allowing passengers to leave their seats in the last hour of the flight. Bound by cultural sensitivities, the default reaction of the bureaucracy is to review the procedures and wring its hands ineffectively.

Today, because our elites fear politically incorrect honesty, they believe that it is better to harass the innocent, delay the harmless, and risk the lives of every American than to do the obvious, the effective, and the necessary.

It’s Time to Be Honest About What We Know

Before a lot more Americans are killed we must acquire the courage to tell the truth and to act on that truth.

It is time to be honest about what we know.

We know our opponents are radical extremists of the irreconcilable wing of Islam (Islamists, some would call them).

We know they have an ideology which is anti-female, desires to impose fundamentalist Sharia as a form of law, is hostile to other religions and is prepared to kill the innocent to achieve their goals.

We know how to identify these enemies but our elites have refused to do so.

Protecting the Rights of Terrorists Has Been More Important than Protecting the Lives of Americans

In the Obama Administration, protecting the rights of terrorists has been more important than protecting the lives of Americans.

That must now change decisively.

It is time to know more about would-be terrorists, to profile for terrorists and to actively discriminate based on suspicious terrorist information.

The United States should track down the owners of every website that promotes terrorism and systematically root them out. It should be as dangerous to a person promoting terrorism as it is to execute an act of terrorism.

The same should apply to the electronic communications of every known radical (and using these communications to track down every unknown radical).

The United States Must Actively Root Out Every Terrorist Website

The people behind these websites should be barred from getting a U.S. visa if not in the United States (concurrently, we should make it easier -- not harder -- for non-terrorists to get visas because we want to encourage the law abiding while discriminating against the potential terrorist).

An integrated data base for threats should have been expected, we now learn that it does not exist. This must be fixed.

It should be reasonable for the flying public to have expected that when the Nigerian terrorist's father reported he was going to a terrorist training camp he should automatically have been barred from getting a visa and from flying into the United States.

We Need a “Grand National Strategy” That is Bigger Than the Debate Over Afghanistan

The emergence of Yemen as the new planning, equipping, and training center for terrorism should remind us we need a worldwide "grand national strategy" (to use the World War II term) that is far bigger than our current debate over Afghanistan.

Americans should also note that ABC News is reporting that two of the plotters to blow the Amsterdam to Detroit flight out of the air were released from Guantanamo in 2007, attended an “art rehabilitation program” in Saudi Arabia, were released and took up senior leadership positions in al Qaeda in Yemen. Americans should also know that nearly half of the remaining detainees in Guantanamo are from Yemen.

The recent arrest of five Americans in Pakistan and the report there are 25 British citizens training to be bombers in Yemen should remind us this is a global war.

Moreover, the report that 74 Guantanamo detainees who have been released are back in the war trying to kill Americans should stop any further effort to close Guantanamo or to release terrorists.

The New Honesty Should End Any Thought of a Civilian Trial in New York for KSM

This new honesty about the threat should end any thought of a civilian trial in New York for 9/11 mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammad with its dangers for exposing American intelligence information. All terrorists including would-be bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab should be tried in military tribunals as part of a serious war strategy.

The Attorney General and every Justice Department appointee whose law firms provided pro bono counsel for terrorists should be fired and replaced with lawyers who believe the lives of Americans are more important than the rights of terrorists.

The United States must have a policy of effective interrogation to understand our enemies and disrupt their planned attacks (read Marc Thiessen’s column from yesterday).

We Need a New Homeland Security Secretary Who Knows We Need a New Strategy

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano's claim that the Detroit bomber was allowed to board a plan with explosives hidden in his underwear proved the system worked is proof we need a new Homeland Security Secretary who knows we need a new strategy and a new focus.

These are the first steps toward defeating the extremists.

We should take them before there is a tragic attack that kills a lot of people.

We have been warned. Again.
