Readers (and others) who are familiar with my work understand that I am very protective of my sources, be they investigative journalists or counterterrorism/ counterintelligence agents. For very good reason. But when one has, essentially, taken themselves “out of the shadows” and even given permission – on occasion – to reveal this and that, well….

In fact, a partial airing bears repeating, that is, before the upcoming second civil war is dutifully explored via his on-target and predictive analysis.

That setting the record straight, pay strict heed to Dave’s warnings – for he is second to none, when it comes to hands-on, heavy-lifting in the patriotic arena. Incontestably, he is a premiere counterterrorism/ counterintelligence operative. In 2013, he predicted that the onset of what can only be considered America’s second civil war would be apparent in five years, in 2018. Hmm.

Rest assured, his professional assessment, its underlying basis, includes a deep evidentiary trail – which leads straight back to the leadership of the reds and greens via their foot soldiers! Keep in mind, as per this 2013 analysis, officially, Obama left the stage, but only to “lead his troops from behind” ala a shadow presidency.

When I was in Iraq (2003) I was asked by our government to conduct an assessment of the ground situation in Iraq, and what is the likelihood of a civil war developing between the Sunni and Shiite people of Iraq.

I spent six plus months conducting an analysis of the situation. The assessment consisted of talking with hundreds of Iraqis, both Sunni and Shiite. This included military, former military, Iraqi police, and Iraqi government personnel.

My conclusion was that a civil war would occur once our military left the area. It happened. Hundreds of thousands of Sunni and Shiite have been killed during their civil war.

In America I have conducted the same type of assessment. I have talked with hundreds of Americans from all walks of life. My conclusion is there will be a civil war within the next five years in America.

The war will be between liberals and conservatives. There have been some people who say I desire a civil war. I do not want any type of war. The victims in every war are the children…..one need only look at how Obama has already made a joke of our U.S. Constitution.

Within 5 years martial law will be declared and it is possible this may happen in 2016 when Obama makes up his own rules and laws and attempts to remain President. Patriotic Americans will shout ‘we are no longer going to allow our country to be taken over by liberals, communists, Islamic leaders and their supporters’……

There will be chaos in the streets of America. Conservatives will not allow their First and Second Amendment rights be taken from them.

There will be a shortage of food, water, housing, and medical care. FEMA will begin arresting tens of thousands of conservatives and place them into concentration-like (reeducation) camps.

Islamic leaders will have their Jihadi trained terrorists to begin making life ‘hell’ in America. One will not know the difference between Afghanistan and our beautiful country. We will see hundreds of suicide attacks by Muslims.

The conservative movement will suffer tremendously in the beginning of a war, but will bounce back and take our country back from ruins.

In actuality there will be no winners. Our country will be devastated and it will take decades to recover.

Readers should not shake their heads and say this can’t happen in America. We should all pray this never happens, but great societies have been falling for centuries. America will be no different than Rome or England.

What can we do? We must now demand our Constitution be the law of the land, and not taken over by a Dictator regime. We must educate our families, neighbors, friends, and co-workers to the realities our country is facing. Do not be afraid to speak the truth about Christianity and Judaism. We need these values in our lives more than ever.

America has a long and hard road ahead, but we can be one of the great empires that does not collapse if we take our country back now. In the 2014 elections we must put people into power who do not sugarcoat the truth simply to appease liberals and communists.

Clear as a bell. Chilling.

Inexorably, there is a very popular saying in Israel….sach ha’kol….סך הכל….which translates into “at the end of it all”, and it keeps springing to mind. It is a more than apt descriptor, relative to what patriots must prepare for.

In other words, there is no longer any doubt: the “opening shots” of a second civil war are taking place in America, at least, for men (and women) with eyes and ears and a modicum of learning. How so? It is they who will be able to discern what’s what from American history in particular and world history in general.

Even if not coined as much by the leftist captured media (and actual bodies have yet to litter the streets), the fact remains that this moment in time will be documented as the tipping point to America’s second civil war; just as in 1861-1865, the first time around.

And if history is to be the reader’s guide, the takeaway lesson is this: once freedom is lost, guaranteed, it will take many decades to regain, if ever. Not only that, inestimably, the losses will be incalculable if not thwarted, sooner than later.

Tellingly, unlike yesteryear’s first civil war, this go-around will mirror a Weathermen-style bringing down of America – on steroids!

Most significantly, and historically speaking too, as per Socrates’: “an unexamined life is not worth living.” The point being, by extrapolation, patriots – numbering in the many millions in America – are facing a crossroads, a fork in the road. Urgently, they must ask themselves through self-examination: what are they willing to sacrifice to protect America, not only as their national home, but as the last bulwark and safeguard to western freedom(s)??

Some parting food for thought: if any clarion call is needed, think Semper Fidelis, always faithful – not in relation to any loyalty owed to America’s (mostly treacherous) leaders, but to the nation’s foundational roots. Indeed, it is the Constitution and supportive Judeo-Christian values which are the underpinnings of America’s greatness.

Yes, some may want to crank this up too – as one more “weapon” in the run-up to what IS coming! It can’t hurt….

Sharia Unveiled cross posted an Examiner article about exposé writer/investigator Dave Gaubatz infiltrating a “Muslim Conference” and interviewing in stealth mode a person associated with Muslim Advocates. Until now I have never heard of this particular Muslim organization which typically as other Muslim-American organization wears the coat of moderation when in actually are stealth Jihad radical Muslims. Gaubatz tells the Examiner author he learned Muslim-American groups are actively hammering social media giants like Facebook to squelch Free Speech rights when the content exposes the darker side of Islam.

The Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) has a profile of Muslim Advocates focusing on the Muslim organization’s Executive Director Farhana Khera. That profile demonstrates that Muslim Advocates actually utilizes Legal Jihad (aka Lawfare) to protect people that has associated with Radical Muslims and/or Islamic terrorists.

‘Muslim Mafia’ Author: ‘...Muslims Working With Facebook to Silence Critics of Islam....’

On Wednesday, Dave Gaubatz, a former Air Force investigator and author of “Muslim Mafia,” told Examiner.com that he “infiltrated” a Muslim conference held in Detroit earlier this month. While at the conference, he reportedly spoke to a representative of a group known as Muslim Advocates, who said the organization is working “closely” with social media sites like Facebook and Twitter to close down accounts of users critical of Islam.

“They are asking these groups to close the accounts of anyone who is critical of Islam,” he said. “This is considered serious hate speech and should not be allowed on the Internet.”

According to Gaubatz, the representative also said that “anyone critical of Islam and sharia law are haters.” Ditto for those who oppose either the construction or expansion of a mosque in the United States.

“We are experts with deep experience in the courtroom and powerful connections in Congress and the White House,” Gaubatz recalled being told by the Muslim Advocates representative.

“This should be of no surprise to anyone,” Gaubatz said.

Gaubatz also said the conference, which was attended by representatives and leaders from several groups, should have been named the “U.S. Constitution and the 1st Amendment are for MB terrorists and not for American Patriots.” For four days, he said, he stayed at the same hotel as leaders from over a dozen groups that support the Muslim Brotherhood.

He reportedly met and spoke with executives from the Islamic Society of North America and the North American Islamic Trust.

“I was informed that NAIT owned several hundred million dollars of property in America, and has the funding from 400 plus Islamic Centers in America,” he added.

But Gaubatz’ report of collusion between these groups and social media sites like Facebook and Twitter present a clear danger to the fundamental right of free speech and Americans’ ability to freely express themselves online. As we have reported multiple times, Muslim activists have called for global blasphemy bans and an end to free speech in the United States, despite the clear language of the First Amendment.

Last Wednesday, we reported that one page critical of Islam — “Islam Exposed” — was yanked by Facebook after administrators received death threats. Facebook later restored the page, saying it was yanked in error.

On Wednesday, a post at the page advising visitors to avoid hateful speech was removed by Facebook for allegedly violating the site’s community standards. Facebook did not explain why the post was pulled and one administrator received a 30-day ban.

But as we have reported, Facebook routinely turns a blind eye to threats from users with Muslim-sounding names. Last August, for example, Facebook told a conservative female they could not confirm direct threats she received violated their community standards. One threat reported to Facebook was quite specific: “We will kill you.”

Ironically, Facebook has said it supports free speech and reviews all complaints equally.

We contacted both Facebook and Muslim Advocates to verify Gaubatz’ claim and received no reply as of this writing.

Update: A few hours after this article was published, Facebook falsely flagged the link as “unsafe” in what appears to be a bid to keep it from being circulated. We have reached out to Facebook, but have not received a response.

Update #2: Muslim Advocates spokesperson Fatima Khan responded with an email claiming we misquoted their representative, even though we did not. The statement relayed to us was Gaubatz’s recollection, not a direct quote from MA or any of their representatives. We specifically asked Khan about the quote, and about allegations the group is working to shut down social media accounts of those critical of Islam. Khan never responded. The article was flagged by Facebook after our contact with Khan.

3.  HONOUR KILLING:  The murdering of young girls and women for “dishonouring” the family.  The most common methods used are:   Beheading, stabbing to death or setting the woman on fire and burning her to death.

4.  BEHEADING:  Cutting off the head with a knife or sword, at the neck/throat.  This act is usually carried out against “infidels” (non-muslims), Jewish People and Judeo-Christians.  Also, anyone who converts from Islam to another religion.

5.  FEMALE GENITAL MUTILATION (FGM):  The practice of slicing off the genitalia of all very young muslim girls with a blade or piece of broken glass.  This includes the clitoris and labia minora.  This is a practice that the males in islam demand to prevent the females from receiving any pleasure from intercourse.  The males essentially believe that, “... if the woman is unable to derive pleasure from intercourse, she will not cheat and will remain faithful in marriage.”  – – (Keep in mind that muslim men are allowed to have as many wives and girlfriends as they desire.)

6.  ENSLAVEMENT:  Slavery is still practiced in almost every one of the 65 islamic nations of the world today.  Most of these slaves are of African descent.     

There is another veil that requires removal and that is the veil of deception that has been placed over the eye’s of the world.  We have ALL been indoctrinated by deception, conditioned by censorship and desensitized by lies… into believing islam is a “religion of love and peace.”  Hmmm… well, let’s see…

CAIR Legal Jihad Against Gaubatz Family

In light of the Council on American-Islamic Relations Legal Jihad against the Clarion Project’s documentary “Honor Diaries” and one of that documentary’s producers Ayaan Hirsi Ali, I thought it a good time to ask you an important question. Have you read the “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America”?

The “Muslim Mafia” is a book written by Dave Gaubatz and Paul Sperry. The source for the book is the undercover work of Chris Gaubatz the son of Dave. The purpose of the book is to expose the nefarious nature of CAIR. This is the same CAIR that promotes itself as the top Muslim human rights organization in the USA. This is the same CAIR that lies to the majority of non-Muslims in America about being a peace loving moderate Islamic representative of the – cough – true Islam and not those crazy radical Muslims that are beheading Christians, slurring Jews, abusing women including those rare - cough – Muslims that execute female Muslims in honor killings and the rape of non-Muslim women (even in the West).

The Legal Jihad CAIR is operating against the documentary “Honor Diaries” is nothing new. CAIR has operated in such hypocrisy numerous time in their history as an agent of the Muslim Brotherhood agenda for North America. I’ll spare you the list of people and organizations CAIR has been involved in efforts to shut-up critics Islam. However, it is time to highlight CAIR’s ongoing litigation against the Gaubatz family so instrumental in exposing the radical Muslim group’s nefarious activities.

CAIR is suing Dave and Chris Gaubatz for infiltrating their organization to get the dirt in CAIR’s own documentation. Remarkably this litigation if won by CAIR would lead to the destruction of unsold copies of the well sourced book the “Muslim Mafia.”

Over the past couple of years WorldNetDaily has (hopefully) generously acted as a conduit to send out a donation request from Dave Gaubatz’s wife Lorrie Gaubatz asking for money her husband’s and son’s defense fund to keep fighting CAIR’s efforts to cripple the Gaubatz family via costly litigation. You can those near identical requests in which I posted on the dates March 13, 2012 and August 17, 2012. I would it is a good guess that Mrs. Gaubatz has sent out regular requests because that I either ignored because of the similarity or missed. Today on April 11, 2014 I received anther email with the same wording as the two 2012 legal fund requests.

Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America is a 2009 book by U.S. State Department-trained Arabic linguist and former U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations special agent Paul David Gaubatz, and investigative journalist and Hoover Institute fellow Paul Sperry.

It proves the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) to be a subversive organization allied with international terrorists.

The book is based on a six-month undercover investigation of the Washington-based CAIR by Chris Gaubatz — son of co-author Paul David Gaubatz — who posed as a convert to Islam. The book uses documents Chris Gaubatz obtained as a CAIR intern to prove the book's assertions that CAIR is a front for the Muslim Brotherhood, and that CAIR supports international jihad against the U.S.

The book prompted endorsements from a number of writers and requests by members of the United States Congress for investigations into CAIR's terrorist links and undue influence.

Muslim Group's Lawsuit Against Author Proceeds

(CN) - A Muslim-American group can press some, but not all, of its claims against the men who allegedly spied on it and then wrote a book based on stolen records, a federal judge ruled.
    

The Council on American-Islam Relations accused David Gaubatz of directing Chris Gaubatz, his son, to infiltrate the group for his book, "Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America" and a related film project.
    

To gather material for these efforts, Chris Gaubatz applied for an internship, identifying himself as David Marshall, a Muslim student at Ferrum College whose father worked in construction, according to the complaint.
    

The council said Chris Gaubatz signed confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements as David Marshall. During the internship, Chris Gaubatz routinely filled the trunk of his car with boxes of sensitive documents, the group claimed.
    

Those approximately 12,000 stolen documents included budget reports, real estate records, board meeting minutes, strategy papers, agendas and bank statements, according to the complaint.
    

David Gaubatz reproduced at least 19 of these documents in whole or in part in the "Muslim Mafia" book, the council said.
    

Documents, emails and company memos also appeared on his blog, along with audio and visual recordings that he made of private council meetings, according to the complaint.
    

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly dismissed several of the council's claims in September 2012, and did so again in considering the parties' latest cross-motions for summary judgment.
    

While she dismissed most of the council's claims against peripheral parties named in the amended complaint (those who were initially identified as John Does in the original filing, including the Society of Americans for National Existence and its president, David Yerushalmi), Judge Kollar-Kotelly said there is still a live controversy over whether Chris Gaubatz violated the federal and D.C. Wiretap Acts.
    

The plaintiffs insist that he did, while the defendants claim the recordings he made with a button microphone and camera are protected by the one-party consent rule.
    

Broadly speaking, federal and many state wiretapping statutes permit recording if one party to a conversation or phone call - including the person doing the recording - consents to that recording.
    

That protection becomes moot, however, if the conversation has been recorded to deliberately advance a violation of the law.
    

In this case, Kollar-Kotelly noted, "the parties disagree as to whether Chris Gaubatz was a party to all of the communications he intercepted." The plaintiffs cite four specific instances in which Gaubatz recorded conversations in which he was not participating.
    

In the case of at least one recording she reviewed, Kollar-Kotelly said Gaubatz was not a party to the conversation and stood behind an individual speaking on the phone. Given the circumstances, "it is not clear from the video or from any other facts in the record whether Chris Gaubatz's presence would have been apparent to this speaker, or if Chris Gaubatz was instead acting as an 'unseen auditor' to whom the one-party consent rule would not apply," the judge wrote.
    

Based on this lack of clarity, Kollar-Kotelly declined to grant summary judgment to either party regarding this specific recording.
    

As for the others, the judge found that the one-party consent rule may or may not apply, depending on whether the communication was intercepted for the purpose of committing a criminal or tortious act.
    

That can only be determined by further review of just what Chris Gaubatz believed or knew his obligations to the council were.
    

The Muslim-American group claims Gaubatz breached his fiduciary duty to it, violating a confidentiality agreement he read, if not signed, when he was hired to work as an intern.
    

Gaubatz argues that he was an unpaid intern with no written employment contract, so his obligations could not rise to the level of a fiduciary.
    

"The question of whether Chris Gaubatz understood himself to be bound by and violating a duty of confidentiality and non-disclosure in recording conversations from plaintiffs' offices is a factual dispute appropriately resolved by a jury," Kollar-Kotelly wrote.
    

"If he did, his interception of conversations at CAIR-F, even in cases where he was a party to the conversation, would not be protected by the one-party consent rule. Accordingly, the court will deny summary judgment to both parties," she wrote.
    

Kollar-Kotelly dismissed claims that third parties who received pilfered documents violated the federal Stored Communications Act, but said it remains to be determined whether Chris Gaubatz violated the law.
    

In moving the case forward, the judge also expressed irritation with the plaintiffs, who she says "have thus far been frustratingly unclear as to the injuries at issue for each of the claims."
    

The result, she said, is that the defendants "appear to be guessing at what injuries and which damages theories plaintiffs are asserting for each of these claims, which provides no further assistance to the court."
    

To clarify this, Kollar-Kotelly directed the parties to present the court with more focused and specific briefings, setting out "in clear terms with citations to the record for each of the remaining claims, the conduct underlying this claim, the injury proximately caused by this conduct, and the theory of damages associated with this injury."
