The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) conducted an undercover expose that demonstrated the villainy of Planned Parenthood, National Abortion Federation (NAF), and research entities such as StemExpress on the baby-murder industry. CMP then collated their undercover footage and released them to the public. The undercover work was apparently conducted by CMP founder David Daleiden along with Sandra Merritt.

The State of California got on board with some Planned Parenthood lawfare by using taxpayer resources to unjustly prosecute Daleiden and Merritt by then California Kamala Harris (now Dem Senator and Dem Party candidate for President) continued by California Attorney General Xavier Becerra.

Since CMP exposed criminal activity in the murder-baby industry, Harris and Becerra going after Daleiden and Merritt shows prejudicial favor toward Planned Parenthood.

I learned the political hack job against Sandra Merritt is crumbling with more of the fabricated charges against her have been tossed out by Judge Christopher Hite. Story below:

A judge has dismissed more of the bogus charges against Sandra Merritt, who helped expose Planned Parenthood’s sales of aborted baby parts along with David Daleiden.

Judge Christopher Hite of the San Francisco Superior Court has already dismissed one and a half of the 15 felony criminal charges brought against Sandra Merritt by California Attorney General Xavier Becerra for her undercover journalism work which exposed Planned Parenthood’s trade in baby body parts. The statute of limitations has run out on these dismissed charges so they cannot be brought again.

The undercover videos, most of which were recorded at the National Abortion Federation’s (NAF) 2014 and 2015 abortion convention and trade shows, exposed Planned Parenthood’s illegal involvement in harvesting and selling aborted baby body parts to companies such as StemExpress. The recordings capture Planned Parenthood executives haggling over the prices of baby body parts, picking through bloodied arms and legs of aborted babies in a pie tray, and discussing how to alter abortion methods to obtain better body parts for sale.

Merritt and Merritt’s co-defendant, David Daleiden, the founder of the Center for Medical Progress, are the first undercover journalists to be criminally prosecuted in the history of the state. As Liberty Counsel defends Merritt, no other citizen journalist or journalism organization has ever been charged with a crime for undercover recordings made in the public interest.

During the two-week preliminary criminal hearing, Judge Hite dismissed the charge regarding “Doe 8,” an abortion professor at a taxpayer-funded, public university, who never showed up to testify last week.

The other charge concerned two alleged events with “Doe 9,” a Planned Parenthood doctor. However, half of that charge was dismissed since the attorney general’s office never played the video in court of the alleged incident on April 8, 2014.

Liberty Counsel’s Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said, “Each day of this hearing reveals that this case is frivolous and should be dismissed immediately. The state of California has abused the legal process by prosecuting Sandra Merritt when she did nothing wrong. The entire case should be dismissed.”

The preliminary hearing for undercover journalist David Daleiden began last week in California. Daleiden and Sandra Merritt face 15 felony charges for invasion of privacy because they exposed Planned Parenthood’s allegedly illegal sales of aborted baby body parts.

Earlier in the hearing, a witness for the abortion industry admitted that the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) videos were “not altered.”

Then the testimonies of two witnesses who worked with Planned Parenthood provided more validation of the gruesome baby body parts trade uncovered by the Center for Medical Progress. The witness, who appears to be the Planned Parenthood abortionist in Daleiden’s first undercover video, was “agitated, bothered and, at times, combative.”

Both she and a second witness, Doe 12 of the biotech company StemExpress, appeared “determined to avoid answering difficult and incriminating questions,” but their sworn testimonies “verified and vindicated” the undercover findings, according to the investigative group.

Doe 9 reportedly tried to avoid answering any questions Friday about harvesting the brains of aborted babies to possibly sell to researchers. In one undercover video, she described how Planned Parenthood abortionists have been “pretty successful” in harvesting intact brains from aborted babies by flipping the unborn baby into a breech position, which sounds a lot like an illegal partial-birth abortion.

“A clearly irritated Doe 9 pretended to not understand the question and refused to give a direct answer about the meaning of her words,” according to CMP.

Daleiden’s and Merritt’s attorneys said they tried to impeach her twice for lying under oath and contradicting her prior sworn testimony.

The expose videos catching Planned Parenthood officials selling the body parts of aborted babies have shocked the nation. Here is a list of all 14:

·       In the first video: Dr. Deborah Nucatola of Planned Parenthood commented on baby-crushing: “We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”

·       In the second video: Planned Parenthood’s Dr. Mary Gatter joked, “I want a Lamborghini” as she negotiated the best price for baby parts.

·       In the third video: Holly O’Donnell, a former Stem Express employee who worked inside a Planned Parenthood clinic, detailed first-hand the unspeakable atrocities and how she fainted in horror over handling baby legs.

·       In the fourth video: Planned Parenthood’s Dr. Savita Ginde stated, “We don’t want to do just a flat-fee (per baby) of like, $200. A per-item thing works a little better, just because we can see how much we can get out of it.” She also laughed while looking at a plate of fetal kidneys that were “good to go.”

·       In the fifth video: Melissa Farrell of Planned Parenthood-Gulf Coast in Houston boasted of Planned Parenthood’s skill in obtaining “intact fetal cadavers” and how her “research” department “contributes so much to the bottom line of our organization here, you know we’re one of the largest affiliates, our Research Department is the largest in the United States.”

·       In the sixth video: Holly O’Donnell described technicians taking fetal parts without patient consent: “There were times when they would just take what they wanted. And these mothers don’t know. And there’s no way they would know.”

·       In the seventh and perhaps most disturbing video: Holly O’Donnell described the harvesting, or “procurement,” of organs from a nearly intact late-term fetus aborted at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte’s Alameda clinic in San Jose, CA. “‘You want to see something kind of cool,’” O’Donnell says her supervisor asked her. “And she just taps the heart, and it starts beating. And I’m sitting here and I’m looking at this fetus, and its heart is beating, and I don’t know what to think.”

·       In the eighth video: StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer admits Planned Parenthood sells “a lot of” fully intact aborted babies.

·       The ninth video: catches a Planned Parenthood medical director discussing how the abortion company sells fully intact aborted babies — including one who “just fell out” of the womb.

·       The 10th video: catches the nation’s biggest abortion business selling specific body parts — including the heart, eyes and “gonads” of unborn babies. The video also shows the shocking ways in which Planned Parenthood officials admit that they are breaking federal law by selling aborted baby body parts for profit.

·       Unreleased Videos: Unreleased videos from CMP show Deb Vanderhei of Planned Parenthood caught on tape talking about how Planned Parenthood abortion business affiliates may “want to increase revenue [from selling baby parts] but we can’t stop them…” Another video has a woman talking about the “financial incentives” of selling aborted baby body parts.

·       The 11th video: catches a Texas Planned Parenthood abortionist planning to sell the intact heads of aborted babies for research. Amna Dermish is caught on tape describing an illegal partial-birth abortion procedure to terminate living, late-term unborn babies which she hopes will yield intact fetal heads for brain harvesting.

·       The 12th video in the series shows new footage of Jennefer Russo, medical director at Planned Parenthood in Orange County, California, describing to undercover investigators how her abortion business tries to harvest intact aborted babies’ bodies for a local for-profit biotech company and changes the abortion procedure to do so.

·       The 13th video: exposes a Planned Parenthood medical director admitting that babies born alive after abortion are sometimes killed.

·       The 14th video: catches Planned Parenthood executives discussing gruesome abortion procedures and the sale of body parts from aborted babies for profit.

If you listen to the Mainstream Media (MSM) you probably are little aware of Imran Awan, the Pakistani national who served as a House IT guy for a lot of Dems including Debbie Wasserman-Schultz the former DNC Chairman (Chairwoman, Chairperson or whatever politically correct terminology you feel comfortable about) who fixed the Dem nomination for Crooked Hillary.

Apart from all the criminal enterprises Awan used to self-aggrandize himself and his immediate family, it appears Awan snatched terabits of data from the House Dems which went or was used for whatever is not yet public. (For my fellow computer illiterates, I just learned there is a difference between a terabit and a terabyte.)

All this time the Dems and their legions in the MSM have trying to paint President Donald Trump as the nemesis to the America that elected him to Office. AND YET the Daily Caller and Circa have uncovered that the Dems are attempting to pass the fake news that Awan’s much usage of terabits of data from House servers is nothing to see here, just forget about it and move on.

Awan Funneling ‘Massive’ Data Off Congressional Server, Dems Claim It’s Child’s HOMEWORK

Democratic congressional aides made unauthorized access to a House server 5,400 times and funneled “massive” amounts of data off of it. But there’s nothing to see here, Democrats told The Washington Post: They were just storing and then re-downloading homework assignments for Imran Awan’s elementary-school aged kids and family pictures.

A congressional source with direct knowledge of the incident contradicted the Post’s account, saying that now-indicted IT aide Imran Awan and his associates “were moving terabytes off-site so they could quote ‘work on the files'” and that they desperately tried to hide what was on the server when caught, providing police with what law enforcement immediately recognized as falsified evidence and an indication of criminal intent.

Daily Caller's Luke Rosiak investigates a story that further embroils embattled former DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz in an ever-growing scandal.

The Post described the amount of data improperly flowing out of the congressional network as “massive.” One congressional source told Circa it was “terabits.”

A terabyte is a million megabytes; a terabit is about one-tenth of that. Awan’s three children are in elementary school or younger. A book report in Word document format could clock in at under a megabyte, even if it were 100 pages long. To fill a terabyte with family photos, a person would need 250,000 photos.

Rules aside, there would be little reason for a staffer to upload his children’s homework and family photos to a congressman’s server. For one, cloud services such as Google Drive and Google Photos readily provide that functionality, with a web interface. The congressional computer was a server with no monitor, so you couldn’t view the photos on it, and they had to have been uploaded onto it by another computer. It makes little sense that Awan would upload personal data from a home computer onto a House server only to re-download it.

Awan’s wife, Hina Alvi, was the sole person that was supposed to be authorizing the Caucus server, and she could have uploaded pictures of her children without attracting attention.

Yet she accessed it only 300 times as part of her job, while other people — including Awan’s two brothers and his friend Rao Abbas — accessed it 5,400 times. It’s unclear why extended family and friends would be uploading Awan’s kids’ homework and pictures more than their own mother would.

The Post did not note the “massive” outgoing data and unauthorized access until the 40th and 42nd paragraphs of its story, after it had quoted multiple defense attorneys and ventured into a lengthy and seemingly irrelevant but humanizing backstory on Awan’s childhood.

Its print headline was “Evidence Far Exceeds Intrigue” in the probe, yet it quoted only a congressional staffer who, The DCNF’s congressional source said, would not have been able to make assurances that there was nothing to the criminal investigation, because Congress has been fire walled from the criminal probe since it was turned over.

The Post also did not specify that data was also being backed up online via unofficial Dropbox accounts. Wasserman Schultz has acknowledged that the accounts were used for congressional data, and that she has used the service in violation of House rules “for years.”

The server was under the auspices of Xavier Becerra, who left Congress Jan. 24 to become California attorney general and asked for the server to be wiped at that time. Police first asked for a copy and received what they identified as an elaborately falsified image, leading police to ban them from the network immediately because they viewed it as an attempt to tamper with a criminal investigation and an indication of clear criminal intent, The DCNF reported before the Post story ran. The Awans were banned from the House network Feb. 2.

The Post reported:

By midsummer [2016], with the approval of the House Administration Committee, the Inspector General’s Office was tracking the five employees’ logins. In October, they found “massive” amounts of data flowing from the networks they were accessing, raising the possibility that an automated program was vacuuming up information, according to a senior House official familiar with the probe.

Initially, investigators could not see precisely what kind of data was moving off the server due to legal protections afforded by the Constitution’s “speech and debate” clause, which shields lawmakers’ deliberations from investigators’ eyes.

Investigators found that the five IT employees had logged on at one server for the Democratic Caucus more than 5,700 times over a seven-month period, according to documents reviewed by The Post. Alvi, the only one of the five who was authorized to access that server, accounted for fewer than 300 of those logins, documents show.

The invocation of “speech and debate” suggests that Democrats barred law enforcement from looking at the apparent data breach. The Post — which has highlighted the importance of cybersecurity and the intolerability of hacks on government — suggested finding any of this odd would be “unfounded conspiracy theories and intrigue.”

Yet, according to a senior congressional official familiar with the probe, criminal investigators have found no evidence that the IT workers had any connection to a foreign government. Investigators looking for clues about espionage instead found that the workers were using one congressional server as if it were their home computer, storing personal information such as children’s homework and family photos, the official said.

There are indications that Awan is less than a doting family man, and that he would use his congressional position for ill. Three women have called police on him in the last three years. One is his stepmother, Samina Gilani, who said she was kept “in captivity.” In court documents, she alleged: “Imran Awan threatened that he is very powerful and if I ever call the police [he] will do harm to me and my family members back in Pakistan and one of my cousins here in Baltimore … Imran Awan did admit to me that my phone is tapped and there are devices installed in my house to listen my all conversations … Imran Awan introduces himself as someone from U.S. Congress or someone from federal agencies.”

A second told police she felt “like a slave,” and a third said she “just wanted to leave.” The latter two were apparently in romantic relationships with Awan, who lived in small apartments in Alexandria, Va. that he paid for while he lived with his wife.

Awan began selling off many of the multiple houses that his family owns around the time he learned he was subject of the cybersecurity probe, and wired money to Pakistan, resulting in Awan and his wife being indicted for bank fraud.

The Post confirmed that Democratic IT aides had no experience, such as Rao Abbas, who worked at McDonald’s. But it did not mention that an Iraqi politician tied to Hezbollah sent $100,000 to a company the family set up while working for Congress, and that Awan had a secret account unknown to authorities, 123@mail.house.gov, that was tied to the name of an intelligence specialist working for Rep. Andre Carson of Indiana. The intelligence specialist denies knowing anything about the account.

California Dems Caught in Illegal Collusion?

On June 21, 2017 Judge Christopher Hite dismissed 14 out of 15 charges against whistleblowers David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt spearheaded by California Attorney General Xavier Becerra.

Many in the Pro-Life Movement are very aware this Dem Party Attorney General is a paid tool of Planned Parenthood (PP), the very baby-killing organization exposed as trafficking in baby parts (some of which were born alive than killed) illegally with research organizations.

Operation Rescue has acquired documents from the California AG Office showing that Planned Parenthood implying Becerra and PP need to have a meeting to strategize on litigation if the Trump Administration successfully defunds their abortion/murder machine. Operation Rescue also reports the California State Treasurer (State Treasurer John Chiang a Dem**) has already promised $20 million grant to PP in light of being defunded.

**John Chiang is one of many California Dems that hate everything President Trump:

“Resistance is very narrow, right? It’s a reactive agenda. It’s an abandonment of our greatest hopes and dreams,” Chiang, a 2018 Democratic candidate for governor, said during a seminar sponsored by UCR’s School of Public Policy.

“ … So we should embrace, as Californians and as Americans, our legacy. This is a place where we are the cradle of imagination, of economic innovation, of upward social mobility, of trail-blazing ideas.”

Chiang’s remarks come as California, where Democrats are politically dominant, is at odds with a GOP-controlled Congress and White House. Chiang’s “resistance” is another example of collusion with PP to keep the baby-killing/baby-parts-trafficking industry in full bloom, why? It is an example of what the Left – particularly Dems – false claim that Leftist values are American Values. NOT THE CASE!**

This collusion between the California AG and probably a large chunk  of California Democrats in general has to break some State laws and I’d be surprised if it doesn’t break Federal laws.

Just like the National Dems involved in illegal actions, these California Dems need to be investigated and if/when found guilty – LOCKED UP!

Sacramento, CA — New documents obtained by Operation Rescue reveal Planned Parenthood’s attempt to use the State of California as a tool to challenge any potential defunding in the current efforts to repeal and replace Obamacare.

Operation Rescue received the records from the Office of the California Attorney General as the result of a public records request.

On March 17, 2017, Celinda Vazquez, Vice President of Public Affairs for Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, sent an e-mail marked “High” importance to Attorney General Xavier Bacerra [sic], that included a letter from Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California requesting a meeting to discuss “potential litigation in the event of defunding Planned Parenthood.”

The letter, signed by Kathy Kneer, President and CEO of Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California, and Vazquez seemed to summon Bacerra [sic] to a meeting. The letter stated:

We write to request a meeting to discuss the potential litigation in the event of defunding Planned Parenthood and the repeal of the American Health Care Act, including the prohibition on abortion coverage.

The eight Planned Parenthood affiliate CEOs from across the state would be included in this meeting.

“This letter did not seem to give Bacerra [sic] much of a choice on whether he would attend the meeting. It is obvious that Planned Parenthood is the one really running the State of California,” said Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue. “It is clear that Planned Parenthood is desperately attempting to preserve their tax funding in any way possible, especially their abortion funding through Medicaid reimbursements, which is a huge cash cow for them.”

Perhaps not coincidently, California’s treasurer announced on June 17, 2017, that Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California would receive a $20 million grant in light of Congressional efforts to defund Planned Parenthood.

“Any lawsuit brought by California against the Congressional defunding of Planned Parenthood is simply political pandering to the abortion cartel without the best interests of the public in mind,” said Newman.

In the past 18 months, Operation Rescue has documented 51 medical emergencies requiring emergency treatment and hospitalization at Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide, including the death of at least one patient, Cree Erwin-Shepard, who died from a botched abortion she received last year from the Planned Parenthood abortion facility in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

“Maimed women and dead babies are the true business of Planned Parenthood, and it time that we, as taxpayers, stop propping up this failing abortion business with our hard-earned tax dollars, which could be of real help to women if redirected to legitimate health providers,” said Newman.
