Intro to ‘Who controls AI controls the future’

Intro by John R. Houk, Blog Editor

I discovered an America Out Loud News piece posted on 1/30/26 focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) under the title, “Who controls AI controls the future”. The post is by Dr. Sherri Tenpenny. The text of the post highlights an interview between Dr. Tenpenny and Marc Beckman. America Out Loud posts at the top of the page and audio portion followed by a video portion of the interview. The way I will handle the cross post is that I will share the text summary followed by the video which I will upload to my Rumble Channel. This way you can decide if you wish to a part or all of the informative of 54:13- Minute interview. I do not necessarily agree with Beckman’s positive AI outlook, but the information forms a great outline to form your opinion.

America Out Loud News

The Tenpenny Files

Marc Beckman is not warning about AI in abstract terms. He is exposing how AI is already reshaping power, privacy, labor, childhood development, geopolitics, infrastructure, education, authorship, and sovereignty, while the public is distracted by surface-level fear narratives.

The tension is not “AI good vs AI bad.” The tension is over who controls it, who is protected, who is exposed, and who is quietly being outpaced.

That is the spine.

What follows is a conversation that pulls AI out of the future and places it squarely in the present, revealing where real leverage already exists and where most people remain dangerously uninformed.

In this episode, you will learn:

§  Why children are already using artificial intelligence in ways most parents don’t see, and how those systems can shape behavior without understanding harm.

§  How authorship is being redefined when content is created through AI, and why creators often lose ownership the moment a platform becomes involved.

§  Where your data actually resides when you use “free” AI tools, and how location determines control far more than privacy language.

§  How artificial intelligence is reshaping work across professions, shifting the advantage toward those who understand platforms rather than credentials.

§  Why fear-based narratives can stall understanding while other nations accelerate, quietly gaining leverage.

§  How control is consolidating around computation and energy, altering who gains power and who is left reacting.

Popular culture programmed the public for this long before policy ever caught up. Shows like The Jetsons depicted a future in which machines handled daily life with ease. Star Trek framed advanced technology as a natural extension of progress. More recently, Black Mirror reflected the unease of living inside systems that feel familiar while quietly exerting control. Over the decades, technology was introduced as something to live alongside rather than question.

Artificial intelligence is following the same path, but at a far faster pace. It is moving into law, medicine, education, and governance without waiting for social consensus. The next generation will not experience AI as a disruption. It will exist as part of the background of life, learned early and rarely challenged, much like earlier technologies that reshaped behavior before their consequences were understood.

This interview equips you to recognize what is already happening, how it affects your family, your work, your creative output, and your sovereignty, and why understanding these systems now changes how you move within them.

This is why understanding matters now. Influence is already shifting toward those who control platforms and infrastructure. Dependency is not going to show up at gunpoint. It forms through convenience and familiarity. But awareness changes how you interact with systems designed to feel invisible, and that difference determines whether you navigate these structures intentionally or live entirely within them.

This episode exists to expose how the terrain is already changing and why waiting for clarity after the fact carries real consequences.

If you have felt uneasy about artificial intelligence but could not articulate why, this conversation puts language to that unease and exposes dynamics most public discussions never reach.

Recommended Resources & Deeper Learning

This episode gives you the framework. The book gives you the depth. Beckman’s Some Future Day expands on the systems discussed here, tracing how artificial intelligence is already reshaping power, work, authorship, infrastructure, and governance. Watching this conversation sharpens your awareness. Reading the book equips you to understand how these shifts connect, where leverage concentrates, and how to think several steps ahead as AI becomes embedded across everyday life.

The AI Takeover of Your Medical Freedom (Webinar)

This webinar examines how artificial intelligence is being integrated into healthcare systems, medical decision-making, and data governance. It builds directly on the concerns raised in this episode, offering a focused look at how AI-driven tools affect autonomy, consent, and control inside medicine. Zero Accountability in a Failed System – Dr. Sherri Tenpenny

Did you know Dr. Tenpenny has documented how modern systems evade responsibility while consolidating authority? Her work traces how institutions shift decision-making away from individuals and shield themselves from consequence, a pattern that mirrors exactly how artificial intelligence is now being deployed across policy, governance, and yes, even medicine. Beckman’s analysis shows where AI accelerates this dynamic. Tenpenny’s work explains why the structure enables it.
