In a FrontPage Magazine post Robert Spencer ends with a WE-THE-PEOPLE Patriotic demand:

 

“It’s time to end all the speculation and guesswork once and for all. The Trump Justice Department should open all of its Jan. 6 files, and let the American people know once and for all who oversaw the frame-up, and who was involved. Oh, and if it hasn’t already, fire this elitist “Election Crimes Coordinator”.”

 

What has spurred Spencer’s demand? The Trump Administration FBI exposing the (installed) Biden Administration FBI had “274” FBI Operatives (Agents? Plants? Informants? All of the above? Maybe time will tell.) at the January 6, 2021 Protest  to a fraudulent Biden Election in November 2020. This Protest was labeled an insurrection by the corrupt Dems and their Mockingbird MSM mouthpieces. It is becoming more & more evident that any violence took place on January 6 was incited by and/or accomplished by whoever the “274” were and the Capitol Police.

It has been blazingly obvious that the Jan. 6 “insurrection,” which the left has used for over four years now to try to portray Trump as a dangerous would-be dictator and his supporters as violent fascists, was a set-up ever since the videos began circulating of police holding open the Capitol doors as the supposed “insurrectionists” strolled leisurely in. Now, however, it is even clearer that the whole Jan. 6 “insurrection” was an attempt to frame Trump for allegedly trying to overthrow the government, which, if it had worked, would have kept him from running for president again: it has now come to light that 274 undercover FBI agents were in the crowd on that day.

 

What they were doing there is not really in any serious doubt, but that doesn’t mean that they’ve admitted it. In fact, according to a Friday report in The Blaze, the spin has already begun: “a senior congressional source said the number is not necessarily a surprise, since the FBI often embeds countersurveillance personnel at large events.” Yeah, sure, that’s it. They were just there for crowd control. They were on the side of the angels.

 

Few, if any, patriotic American would have doubted that in the first place, except for the fact that the leftist establishment has been lying about all this for years, and is still lying about it now. The U.S. Department of Justice Office of Inspector General claimed as late as Dec. 2024 that everything was on the up and up regarding feds acting as agents provocateurs on Jan. 6: “We found no evidence in the materials we reviewed or the testimony we received showing or suggesting that the FBI had undercover employees in the various protest crowds, or at the Capitol, on January 6.”

 

The Blaze explains that depending how one reads ‘undercover’ agents versus ‘plainclothes agents,’ both statements could be true.” So the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Inspector General is either lying to us or intentionally misleading us. How reassuring! “The same report,” The Blaze continues, “disclosed that 26 FBI confidential human sources were in the Jan. 6 crowds, four of whom entered the Capitol.” So four (at least) were “insurrectionists.” Were they acting on FBI orders? The feds deny it. But there are just so many lingering questions.

 

Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.) asked a pointed question: “But with that many paid informants being in the crowd, we want to know how many were in the crowd, how many were in the building, but I also want to know, were they paid to inform or instigate?” And now the FBI has revealed that it had 274 people there, making the Inspector General’s report look outrageously disingenuous.

 

So in an effort to get to the bottom of this. I wrote to an FBI agent: Lindsay Capodilupo, who was identified during the darkest days of the Biden regime as the FBI’s “Election Crimes Coordinator.” What a title! In light of the fake Jan. 6 insurrection, it must be asked: was she coordinating election crimes, or trying to stop them?

 

I figured I’d ask her directly. As it happens, I have met Lindsay Capodilupo, as she was one of the agents who questioned me after Islamic State (ISIS) terrorists attempted to murder Pamela Geller and me and whoever else they could kill at our free speech event in Garland, Texas, in May 2015, while an FBI informant egged the terrorists on, telling them to “tear up Texas.” So on Friday morning, I sent her an email:

 

Dear Ms. Capodilupo

 

Greetings. You may remember me, as we had some interaction some years ago. You even came to my office in 2015 to gather information about the Garland, Texas jihad terror attack. I wrote you in 2022 about your job as the FBI’s “Election Crimes Coordinator.” You didn’t answer my inquiries then; I hope you will do so now, in the interest of the transparency in government that I’m sure you support.

 

1. Are you still with the FBI? I was unable to find out for sure.

2. Are you still the “Election Crimes Coordinator”? If so, what are your duties?

3. Were you one of the undercover FBI agents at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021?

4. If the answer to #3 is yes, did you engage in activities that would have resulted in your being charged with “insurrection” against the U.S. government had you not been an undercover FBI agent?

5. Do you believe that “misinformation,” which the FBI during your tenure as “Election Crimes Coordinator” categorized as an “election crime,” should be outlawed?

6. If the answer to #5 is yes, who should be the judge of what constitutes “misinformation” and what does not? This question is especially important in light of the fact that several highly touted instances of alleged “misinformation” turned out to be true, while other incidents presented as fact turned out to be fiction, such as the Jan. 6 “insurrection.”

 

Many thanks in advance for your answers; please send them by 2 p.m. today, as I’m working on a deadline.

You’re not likely to be surprised to learn that Ms. Capodilupo did not deign to respond. And that, really, is more of an eloquent response than she could have formulated in words. She was essentially telling me that my inquiries were unimportant and that I wasn’t worth her time. This is how the left has behaved for years about Jan. 6 and its other efforts to frame Trump and destroy the lives of patriots.

 

It’s time to end all the speculation and guesswork once and for all. The Trump Justice Department should open all of its Jan. 6 files, and let the American people know once and for all who oversaw the frame-up, and who was involved. Oh, and if it hasn’t already, fire this elitist “Election Crimes Coordinator.

Thank God President Trump has designated Antifa a Domestic Terrorist organization. Antifa is the domestic paramilitary organization of the Dem-Marxist Party. This is true even if the Dems have deceptively made Antifa nebulous by multiple associated yet loosely linked organizations with direct Antifa names or deceptive double-speak names trying to hide their true intentions. I was going to cross post a Daily News Cycle post from 9/25/25, but that will make this post way more lengthy than it is already going to be. You should give it a gander if you are interested in the foreign origins of Antifa from a historical perspective. As you read the history, keep in mind Antifa (short for Anti-Fascist) was originated as a Communist response to Nazism in Germany. The American Left Is Resurrecting The Bloody Legacy Of John Brown

We should take the left’s invocation of John Brown seriously. It’s a call to murder anyone who opposes their agenda.

 

On the same day this week that a leftist sniper unleashed a deadly attack on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Dallas, fliers were spotted on the campus of Georgetown University for something called the John Brown Club. The fliers quoted a phrase that Charlie Kirk’s assassin, Tyler Robinson, inscribed on one of the bullets recovered from his rifle: “Hey, Fascist! Catch!” Under this, the flier read, “The only political group that celebrates when Nazis die.”

 

The flier includes a QR code linking to a signup page that says, “We’re building a community that’s done with ceremonial resistance and strongly worded letters. If you want to make a real change in your community, let us know below.”

 

In the context of the ongoing wave of left-wing political terrorism in America, this flier for the John Brown Club should be understood as a direct call to violence. A tide of left-wing terrorism is rising in America, thanks largely to incessant incitement by Democrat politicians and aggressive propaganda from the corporate press. The foot soldiers of the left are drawing on — and actually resurrecting — the bloody legacy of John Brown, the abolitionist who unleashed a reign of terror in the years preceding the Civil War.

 

It’s time to take the left’s repeated invocations of Brown seriously, because they obviously do.

 

Consider what happened in Dallas on Wednesday. The suspected sniper, 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, fired from a nearby rooftop at an unmarked ICE van transporting detained migrants. He killed a detainee and seriously injured two others before taking his own life as police closed in. A rifle cartridge recovered from the scene was inscribed “ANTI ICE.”

 

As of this writing, details were still emerging about Jahn, but he apparently comes from a left-leaning family in suburban Dallas and himself was a Democrat voter whose now-deleted Facebook page included Antifa and communist imagery. Like Robinson, who also inscribed left-wing slogans on his rifle cartridges, it seems Jahn used an older bolt-action rifle to carry out his attack on the ICE facility.

 

Two months ago, a major Antifa plot to ambush and kill ICE agents in Alvarado, Texas, was foiled, but only after a police officer was shot in the neck. Eleven left-wing extremists, members of a North Texas Antifa cell, were arrested on federal charges of terrorism and attempted murder. They were heavily armed with rifles, pistols, and body armor.

 

One of the suspects in that case is a man named Benjamin Song, a longtime Antifa agitator who was a member of something called the John Brown Gun Club, which has chapters all over the country.

 

In 2019, a man named Willem van Spronsen, who was a member of a John Brown Gun Club chapter near Seattle, was killed by authorities when he tried to blow up an ICE facility in Tacoma. Van Spronsen, 69, was an avowed anarchist and member of Antifa. He sent a manifesto to friends the day before the assault on the ICE facility in which he wrote “I am Antifa.” And he was later lionized by members of the group as a “martyr” in a Facebook post.

 

“Throughout history we idolize figures like John Brown for their courage to take the ultimate stand against oppression, and today we stand strong in our support for yet another martyr in the struggle against fascism,” the post read. “May his death serve as a call to protest and direct action.”

 

These recurring historical references to John Brown should be a wake-up call to the Trump administration and federal law enforcement agencies. Simply put, to invoke Brown is to justify — and threaten — political violence and terrorism.

 

Recall that Brown fervently believed that violence — cold-blooded execution, in fact — was totally justified in the fight against slavery. It was Brown who led the infamous Pottawatomie Massacre in 1856 in the Kansas Territory. The massacre was the most notable of the many violent episodes during these years that would come to be known as “Bleeding Kansas.”

 

On the night of May 24, 1856, Brown led a band of armed men, including his adult sons, to three different private houses known to belong to members of the pro-slavery party. They forced their way in, dragged the men of these houses out and butchered them with broadswords. In all, five unarmed men were killed in cold blood that night.

 

Three years later, Brown launched his failed raid on the armory at Harper’s Ferry. Ironically, that raid began with the killing of a free black man named Heyward Shepherd, a husband and father of five who worked as a baggage handler at Harper’s Ferry on the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad. As Brown’s raiders crossed the bridge over the Potomac River they encountered Shepherd and ordered him to stop. He didn’t, and they fired, fatally wounding him.

 

That’s the legacy that the American left is resurrecting and making their own. Like Brown, they’re ideologues who see themselves as above the law and anyone who opposes them or gets in their way as deserving of death, or at least as expendable.

 

And like Brown, they won’t stop their reign of terror unless the duly constituted authorities stop them by force.

I grew up in the eastern 2/3 of Washington State. I typically highlight “eastern” to contrast my location from the more populous yet CRAZY-LEFTIST Western 1/3 of the State.

Tulsa, Oklahoma – September 24, 2025 — The Department of Justice has unsealed charges against Andrew Scott Hastings, 25, a former U.S. Army National Guard soldier who allegedly attempted to provide 3-D printed weapons and machine gun parts to al-Qa’ida. The arrest is being hailed by federal authorities as a major counterterrorism success — but it also raises urgent and troubling questions about the growing infiltration of radical Islamic ideology within the U.S. military itself.

 

A Soldier Turned Traitor

 

Court documents reveal that Hastings was not a fringe outsider, but a soldier who held a security clearance while serving as an aircraft powertrain repairer in the National Guard. Despite the trust placed in him, Hastings was allegedly plotting to arm one of the most infamous Islamic terrorist groups in the world.

Investigators say Hastings mailed over 100 machine gun conversion switches, handgun components, and 3-D printed firearm parts to an individual he believed was an al-Qa’ida contact. That “contact” was in fact an undercover federal agent. Hastings also provided 500+ pages of notes and U.S. Army manuals on weapons manufacturing and tactics.

 

Far from idle talk, Hastings reportedly fantasized about creating a nuclear weapon, encouraged jihadist-style physical training and cyber warfare preparation, and praised Hamas’s use of tunnels to shield their soldiers in Gaza.

 

Radicalized While in Uniform

 

Hastings’ path to terrorism reportedly began long before his arrest. As early as June 2024, the FBI identified him in online groups discussing violent jihad against U.S. civilians. He allegedly told others to prepare for war against America, and even failed to report overseas travel during his Guard service — a serious breach of military protocol.

 

According to authorities, Hastings actively sought to align himself with the global jihad movement. He saw himself not as a rogue criminal, but as a soldier of Islam fighting against his own country.

 

The Islamic Threat Inside the Ranks

 

This case is not an isolated aberration. It is a warning sign of how deep the Islamic terror threat has penetrated American institutions — including our armed forces. The U.S. military, designed to defend the homeland, has now seen one of its own allegedly conspiring to arm America’s most sworn enemies.

The implications are staggering:

 

§  If one soldier with a clearance can secretly funnel weapons to terrorists, how many more are out there?

 

§  If federal agents had not intervened, how many Americans might have been killed by Hastings’ weapons in future jihadist attacks?

 

§  Why was a soldier openly dabbling in violent Islamic rhetoric and foreign travel not flagged and discharged sooner?

 

A National Security Blind Spot

 

The arrest comes at a time when Washington agencies continue to downplay the Islamic terror threat, still shifting focus to vague categories like “domestic extremism.” But the Hastings case proves that the most dangerous “domestic extremists” are inspired by Islam, the same ideology that fueled 9/11, ISIS beheadings, and Hamas massacres.

 

This incident is more than a criminal case — it is another red flag. It demonstrates that jihad is not only being imported through immigration, refugee resettlement, and foreign networks. It is being incubated from within, even among those sworn to defend America.

 

This indoctrination is not accidental — it is rooted in Islam’s own texts, reinforced daily in mosques, preached by imams across America, and amplified online, yet it remains an issue that most political leaders refuse to confront.

 

This is not an isolated incident. Just a few months earlier, in May 2025, federal authorities arrested Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said, a 19-year-old former Michigan Army National Guardsman, for allegedly plotting an ISIS-inspired mass shooting at the U.S. Army’s TACOM facility near Detroit.

Said reportedly pledged allegiance to ISIS, conducted drone surveillance of the base, provided undercover agents with armor-piercing ammunition and Molotov cocktail training, and instructed them on how to maximize casualties. Like Hastings, Said once wore the uniform of the United States military, yet chose to serve the cause of jihad instead. These back-to-back cases highlight a deeply alarming trend: the ideology of Islam is not only infiltrating our communities, but breaching the ranks of America’s armed forces.

 

Federal Response and the Bigger Picture

 

Brig. Gen. Sean F. Stinchon, commanding general of Army Counterintelligence Command, praised the FBI partnership that led to Hastings’ arrest, vowing accountability for anyone who supports terrorist organizations. But the deeper problem remains: How many like Hastings are still undetected?

 

Federal agents have confirmed that Hastings was discharged from the Guard in June 2025, only after months of ongoing investigations. By then, he had already produced weapons, designs, and training guides for jihad.

 

The FBI, Army Counterintelligence Command, ATF, and Tulsa Police Department continue to investigate. Hastings is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Nathan Michel, Matthew Cyran, and Christopher Nassar, with support from the DOJ’s Counterterrorism Section.

 

A Warning America Cannot Ignore

 

This case should shake the nation. A U.S. soldier, entrusted with security clearance, allegedly chose allegiance to Islamic jihad over loyalty to his country. That fact alone underscores the unrelenting threat of Islam’s political and militant agenda inside America.

 

The arrest of Andrew Scott Hastings is a victory — but it is also a wake-up call. America’s enemies are not only abroad. They are within our own borders, within our institutions, and — as this case shows — even within our military.

 

Until this nation confronts the ideological danger of Islam itself, cases like Hastings will not be rare outliers, but recurring red flags.
