There is often a thin line between Conspiracy Fact and
Conspiracy Theory. It is often difficult which side of the fact and conjecture
falls when it comes to national governments. WHY? The truth of the matter is
Machiavellian secrets is how governments operate to proceed with perceived
National Interests. I use the word “perceived” because perception is always in
the hands of those in power.
In representative governments (face it – the last direct Democracy
was ancient Athens which is where America’s Founders came to understand the concept
of the Tyranny of the Majority) that power develops by elected governments often
with power structures operated by an unelected bureaucracy whose loyalties can
be mysterious and not necessarily to the benefit of the common good of those
who elect government officials on a local or national (in the USA – Federal)
level.
It is the bureaucratic level that secret agendas proceed
that I believe someone with power has good intentions according to their
political ideology, BUT can nefarious results that the people who vote would
not view with favor – no matter the voting-people’s political ideology.
It is my sense that is what pseudonymous Southwest is trying
to decipher from available facts below. Unfortunately the process of
deciphering leads to one’s best guess. A guess one would call a Conspiracy
Theory of conjecture while another would view the preponderance of facts that
leads to a logical outcome.
On my part I have a sense theories could quite possibly
collide with logical outcomes.

social platform he divided between A – D on what he views as Eco-Terrorism perpetrated
by governments with a close look at the U.S. government. I think you will be
fascinated with his point of view which looks at Climate control but NOT
through the lens of Climate Change political Leftists. I’ll let you consider who
is culpable on the Left and/or the Right for potential human manufactured
natural disasters resulting from mysterious bureaucratic agendas. A good guess there
is some culpability from both the Left and the Right.
The question then arises: Will voters ever be able to
restrain unelected bureaucrats in both civilian government and military-industrial
complex?

The U.S. continues to carry out large-scale scientific experiments under the HAARP program, and not controlled by the global community. Those weapons are capable of breaking radio communication lines and equipment installed on spaceships and rockets, provoke serious accidents in electricity networks and in oil and gas pipelines and have a negative impact on the mental health of people populating entire regions, the deputies said. They demanded that an international ban be put on such large-scale geophysical experiments. The appeal, signed by 90 deputies, has been sent to President Vladimir Putin, to the United Nations and other international organizations, to the parliaments and leaders of the UN member countries, to the scientific public and to mass media outlets. Despite these dire warnings, the practice of heating chemical releases in space is just “a conspiracy theory.”
To make it short, the Defense Department is selling the benefits of those attacks without telling that they are being used to create and/or to maximize the power of earthquakes, Tsunamis and more.
This eco-terrorism is a direct cause of the magnitude of present earthquakes, volcanos, mental disorders and suicide, to name a few of the consequences of this attack, but it is not done randomly, at least not at this moment.
Weather is unnaturally severe because of unnatural modification.

As clearly stated, human manipulation of weather is unjust, unnatural, and just wrong! Could this be a way for government to subdue a population? It is unbearable to think about, yet proven by evidence that major hurricanes such as Katrina were caused by weather modification.

Another Texas Deluge
First, it’s important to note that this superstorm is still very much
in progress. Some of the best weather forecast models have predicted up
to 40 inches of rain in the most affected areas over the coming days.
As is often the case, this hurricane is not just about a calamitous
wind-damaging event as much as it was geoengineered to be a mega rain-dumper.
Catastrophic winds typically limit their fury mainly to the coastlines,
although they can cut a swath of great destruction that follows the path of the
eye wall.
Continuously falling rains, on the other hand, can cause an
apocalyptic deluge that paralyzes major metro areas like Corpus Christi and Houston. These slow-motion rain events and subsequent flooding
always prove to be the worst of the one-two punch packed by many hurricanes in
the Gulf of Mexico.
When the damage caused by Hurricane Harvey is finally assessed, it
will likely prove to be one of the worst manmade disasters in Texas
history. Therefore, it behooves investigators to ascertain why the
geoengineers were ordered to target Texas with such a cataclysmic storm.
