On June 30 I posted the Justin Smith submission “A War for the American Way of Life”.
In that post I added a large amount of embedded informational links on the
rioters, looters and anarchists pretending to be protesters are actually highly
organized and well financed Marxist groups trying to tear down the fabric of
America itself through chaos, turmoil and violence.
As a part of that post I included a photo of Mark McCloskey and
Patricia McCloskey, a husband and wife defending their lives and property in a
gated community from a Communist mob committed to breaking the law by
committing acts of vandalism (already ripping down the gated community
barriers). Here is the photo I used:
I have learned – at least prior to the terrorist
intimidation they faced – the McCloskeys were committed Dems supportive
of the Black Lives Matter protests purportedly resulting from the police murder
of George Floyd. Since they exercised their 2nd Amendment Right of
self-preservation (a Right often condemned by Dems), I have to
wonder where their politics is today.
I wonder especially since Dem Party Pols across the nation
and in the McCloskey home-city of St. Louis including the Dem Party propaganda
machine MSM roundly criticized them as White People who dared to protect
themselves of a (cough) “peaceful” mob protesting through
a gated community. The St. Louis AG even threatened to prosecute the
McCloskeys.
Well thanks to 100percentfedup.com I
discovered a CNN (is that Communist News Network?) video of Chris Cuomo
interviewing Mark McCloskey trying to villainize self-defense. McCloskey sets
Cuomo straight and even tells the names of the Communist mob threatening
destruction. Here is Twitter video:

To this day the Dems & MSM are disputing the claim by
the McCloskeys of a violent mob. The lead organizer for the mob was actually a recently elected Dem State Representative Rasheen Aldridge
who won a special election for his District in November 2019. I am unclear of who actually leads
the BLM St. Louis group calling itself “Expect US”, The Expect US mob organizer
Aldridge claim the mob was peacefully protesting (The mob appeared quite
agitated in the video). According to a 7/1/20 CBS story Aldridge expresses
peace:
Rasheen Aldridge helped lead the
protest, which was organized by a group called “Expect Us.” He said protesters
were peaceful and no threats were ever made.
In the same CBS story McCloskey expressed
his viewpoint:
"It was like the storming of the Bastille, the gate came down and a large crowd of angry, aggressive people poured through," Mark McCloskey said. "I was terrified that we'd be murdered within seconds. Our house would be burned down, our pets would be killed."
Mark said they called 911 and
grabbed their guns as they heard the crowd approaching their private, gated
community on Portland Place.
"A mob of at least 100 smashed
through the historic wrought iron gates of Portland Place, destroying them,
rushed towards my home where my family was having dinner outside and put us in
fear for our lives," Mark McCloskey said.

The couple also claims they
received death threats from the crowd.
"One fellow standing right in
front of me pulled out two pistol magazines, clicked them together and said,
'You're next.' That was the first death threat we got that night," Mark
McCloskey said.

When asked why the group marched on
private property, Aldridge said, "Just like in many disobedient protests,
even in the '60s, you break laws, make people feel uncomfortable.

The Expect US Facebook Page definitely promotes
a Black Live Matter ideology, but doesn’t notice the calls for rioting,
vandalizing and looting calls typical of BLM actions. The Facebook page serves
the purpose of announcing “peaceful” protests and rallies. HOWEVER, if your
eyes look to the Facebook Page Menu and scroll down to “Community” then click, you will
view the Communist social transformation ideology BLM is noted for. It is a
Communism that uses race-baiting that obviously is a Black against White racism.
THAT IS WHAT BLM truly represents. Here’s the photo you’ll see in case
some Black propagandist removes it:

Here’s a bit of rule of law Dems like Rasheen Aldridge and the propaganda MSM probably will
not tell you while condemning the McCloskeys via Guns America Digest:
Missourians enjoy a broad castle doctrine that allows
residents to use deadly force on anyone unlawfully on their property, according
to Anders Walker, a constitutional law professor at St. Louis University.
It’s time to examine Missouri’ version of the Castle
Doctrine. A pro-2nd Amendment website makes it simple at GunLaws101.com:
Missouri's Castle Doctrine
The use of force to defend one's
self is justified when the person believes there is a certain risk of death, or
great physical harm. This also applies when someone is trying to break into an
occupied vehicle or home. There is no duty to treat inside one's home or
vehicle.
What is Castle Doctrine?
Castle Laws are laws that address
the use of force when defending one's self inside their home, or on their
property. Some states expand this to vehicles, and the person's place of work.
Castle Laws generally include: the places where this law applies, the
requirements for use of deadly force, if there is a duty to retreat, the amount
of force that maybe used in defending one's self or others. These vary widely
from state to state.
Interestingly typically Left-Wing Yahoo Finance is even more
specific on Missouri’s Castle Doctrine:

allows someone to use physical force when they believe it’s necessary to stop
what they think is “stealing, property damage or
tampering in any degree.” Missouri’s law gives individuals protecting their
property more leeway compared to many states and permits the use of deadly
force in cases where the person believes they or others are at risk of death,
serious injury or other crime, according to Findlaw.com.
“This means that if someone
illegally enters your front porch or backyard, you can use deadly force against
them without retreating first,” according to the website.
The name of the castle doctrine
comes from the old saying: “A man’s home is his castle.” But under
Missouri law, that can also include any kind of residence, a vehicle, other private
property or “any other location where they have the right to be,” according to

Missouri just might have one of the best protect your
property laws in the nation.
MY FELLOW AMERICAN PATRIOTS if you love the American way of
life and are at least as wise as a couple of Dem supporters willing to arm to
protect life and property – DO THE SAME and defend against Communists (red,
yellow, black or white) assaulting your interests to make you change to their
Communist interests.
