A nation’s Intelligence Agencies – ESPECIALLY the Constitutional Republic of the USA – should protect the National Interests of the Citizens of their nation. This short “Documentary” was found at Telegram Follow The White Rabbit ™ (https://t.me/followsthewhiterabbit). Posted there on 12/20/25 (https://t.me/followsthewhiterabbit/119609). I rearranged the original description to make the title. The original Canadian broadcast was in 1998.
I’m an American that knows the U.S. CIA is a corrupt Intel organization. Until I watched this 20-Minute I was unaware of the CIA intrusion into Canadian private lives. Yet knowing the CIA I am unsurprised of the human experimentation horrors conducted on Canadian citizens. The CIA did similar human experimentation on Americans (ONE EXAMPLE: https://allthatsinteresting.com/mk-ultra).
Follow The White Rabbit does not a text description. Essentially the Canadian Documentary is an attempt to factualize the movie “The Sleep Room” also made in Canada in 1998. The movie is based on a book of the same name by Anne Collins in 1988 (Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/Sleep-Room-Anne-Collins/dp/088619198X).
