Beijing Biden Jab Mandate a Homeland Attack

If I post this in time, 20-years ago today groups of Muslims under allegiance to Usama bin Laden’s al Qaeda hijacked some passenger jets to fly into buildings to kill Americans. I was a bit amazed at the response of many to a Justin Smith submission to this blog on 9/7/21 entitled, “We Swore We Would Never Forget”. My amazement was due to a lot of folks on the social media platforms I shared were more concerned about various notions of an “inside job” more than the documented fact that al Qaeda Muslim jihadis hijacked jets to kill Americans.

 

I am not going to argue whether or not bombs brought down buildings more than hijacked jets. Nor will I argue whether or not insidious members within the U.S. government spurred openly or clandestinely with Muslim Jihadis. (The high degree of treason currently being committed openly certainly fuels the insidious operators within the U.S. government angle.) But let’s face it, foreigners representative of a hate-America Islamic theopolitical ideology actually attacked on American soil.

 

Now that I got that off my chest. This September 11, 2021 is one day among many that history might mark beginning November 3, 2020 and more than likely ongoing as long as Dem-Marxists control the instruments of government power; an insidious tyranny upon the lives of American under a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) unleashed virus that has excused power brokers to control American lives even with an OVERWHELMING SURVIVAL rate of close to 99%.

 

Yes people died. BUT THE LIE or DECEPTION Americans are not being told, extremely effective therapies were vilified that could have saved millions of lives. BUT the Globalist Dem-Marxists needed deaths in the multitudes to seize and maintain control.

 

ON THURSDAY 9/9/21 the coup-elect tyrant Biden issued Executive Orders MANDATING the private employers of 100 or more employees must have paid workers jabbed with an mRNA chemical that has admitted deaths in the 10,000 frame and horrific side-effects in the half-million realm. Here is a National Center for Biotechnical Information (NCBI) article pushes vaccines as safe records how the Swine Flu Vaccine was removed in 1976:

Did you read that? Swine Flu vaccinated – 45,000,000. Caused “approximately one Guillain-Barré syndrome case per 100,000 persons vaccinated” (my calculator indicates about 450 people). AND 53 DEATHS! That was good enough to shut down the Swine Flu Vaccination program in 1976.

 

The CDC is supposed to a government agency that exists to protect human lives. That so-called science agency has been caught time and again manipulating their data to benefit the narrative of Dem-Marxist control. Here’s a Christianity Daily article dated 7/23/21 (NOT THAT LONG AGO!) demonstrating science manipulation. KEEP IN MIND even with the manipulation the JAB deaths in July 2021 far exceed Swine Flu Vaxx deaths:

 

The VAERS' role is to "[accept] and [analyze] reports of adverse events (possible side effects) after a person has received a vaccination." It is a "passive reporting system" that "relies on individuals to send in reports of their experiences to CDC and FDA."

 

Herein lies the problem: the VAERS database showed on Friday that there had been 11,140 reported deaths from the COVID vaccine in the United States alone, the Gateway Pundit reported. This figure shows a slight increase from the 9,125 reported deaths reported last week.

 

On Wednesday, the CDC updated its website to indicate that "in the United States from December 14, 2020, through July 19, 2021, ...VAERS received 6,207 reports of death (0.0018%) among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine."

 

On July 19, Monday, however, the very same website, showed that "VAERS received 12,313 reports of death (0.0036%) among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine." This is a staggering 6,000 post-vaccination deaths. This update can be seen at the Internet Archive.

 

The numbers were again changed later within the same day, with the number of deaths down to 6,079 again. It's worth noting that the dates were also changed to only cover post-vaccination deaths between Dec. 14, 2020 and July 13, 2021. Our science government agencies are LYING to the American public! Doctors are discouraged from reporting deaths due to JAB. There are Doctors who still follow “Do No Harm” more than bureaucratic edicts to lie who believe the number of JAB deaths is scary higher than the admitted government data – data that should be UNACCEPTABLE!

 

According to Vaccine Impact (a website that probably will not show up in your search engine UNLESS you specifically type it in) provides the current yet tarnished VAERS data that Mandate Dictator Beijing Biden would rather you not look at:

 

This is evident from the last release of data into the government Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database, which as of last Friday shows that following COVID-19 shots, there have been 13,911 deaths, 18,098 permanent disabilities, 76,160 ER visits, 56,912 hospitalizations, 2,933,377 injury symptoms, and 14,327 life threatening events. Some civil suits have been filed based on Whistleblower reports the JAB deaths could be as many as 45,000. I have noticed since about November 2020 all levels America’s Judicial System lean toward a Dem-Marxist narrative rather than the merits of claims and crimes, so I am not holding my breath on a proper outcome. The White House today was asked what the punishment would be for companies with over 100 employees refusing to follow his authoritarian vaccine mandate:

 

White House COVID-19 coordinator Jeffrey Zients:

 

If a workplace refuses to follow the standard, the OSHA fines can be quite significant. Enforcement actions includes fines up to 13,600 per violation.

 

I’m not exactly sure what constitutes a violation but I suspect the fines will be per unvaccinated employee, which is likely why Zients said the fines would be significant.

 

I really don’t think this is going to fly and hopefully a federal court will quickly block this fascist rule from being enforced, because it will undoubtedly have devastating effects on both businesses and the larger economy.

Members of Congress and their aides are exempt from Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for federal workers.

 

Since Joe Biden’s executive order applies to federal workers in the executive branch, members of congress and staffers in the legislative branch are exempt.

 

Newsweek reported:

 

President Joe Biden’s new vaccine mandates for federal employees don’t apply to members of Congress or those who work for Congress or the federal court system.

 

Biden issued two executive orders on Thursday requiring vaccination against COVID for federal workers and contractors who work for the federal government. He also asked the Department of Labor to issue an emergency order requiring businesses with more than 100 employees to ensure their workers are vaccinated or tested on a weekly basis.

 

However, Biden’s order on federal workers applies to employees of the executive branch. The House of Representatives and the Senate belong to the separate legislative branch, and the courts to the judicial branch of the federal government.

 

USPS workers are also getting special treatment.

 

USPS workers are part of the federal vaccine mandate under OSHA jurisdiction, though technically not under the executive order.

Illegitimate President Joseph Biden went "all-in" on full scale Tyranny Thursday by announcing new vaccine demands, mask mandates, and threatening to "Use my power as President to Get (Governors who oppose him) out of the way."  The stage is now set for actual Civil War in the USA.

The reaction from state Governors made clear, a major line in the sand had been crossed, and Civil War was now, officially, brewing.

 

Governor Henry McMaster of South Carolina responded to Biden's threat with these exact words: 

 

“The American Dream has turned into a nightmare under President Biden and the radical Democrats. They have declared war against capitalism, thumbed their noses at the Constitution, and empowered our enemies abroad. Rest assured, we will fight them to the gates of hell to protect the liberty and livelihood of every South Carolinian."

 

Governor Greg Abbott of Texas responded:

 

"Biden’s vaccine mandate is an assault on private businesses. I issued an Executive Order protecting Texans’ right to choose whether they get the COVID vaccine & added it to the special session agenda. Texas is already working to halt this power grab.”

 

Governor Parsons of Missouri responded:

 

"The Biden Administration’s recent announcement seeking to dictate personal freedom and private business decisions is an insult to our American principles of individual liberty and free enterprise. This heavy-handed action by the federal government is unwelcome in our state and has potentially dangerous consequences for working families.  Vaccination protects us from serious illness, but the decision to get vaccinated is a private health care decision that should remain as such. My administration will always fight back against federal power grabs and government overreach that threatens to limit our freedoms."

 

The utterly shocking remark by Biden caused many Americans to recoil in horror and ask themselves how he intended to do that, since it was States which created the federal Government, and not the other way around.

 

Hal Turner Remarks:  I called some of my former colleagues in the Intelligence Community from my years with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, where I handled "national security Intelligence", terrorism, and foreign counter-intelligence, and I asked them how Biden thinks he can do that.  

I nearly fell off my chair when the response came within 2 seconds:

 

"The fourteenth Amendment, Sections 3 and 4."

 

So I looked up that Amendment and its sections.  Here they are:

 

Amendment 14, Section 3:

 

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

 

Amendment 14, Section 4:

 

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

 

It seems as though Biden intends to declare Governors who oppose him to be "in insurrection" and send either federal agents or federal troops to remove that Governor from office pursuant the Section 3, and/or to withhold all federal money to such states under Section 4 above, claiming the state itself is "in insurrection" by failing to obey Biden's vax and mask mandates!

 

I was also tersely informed that USSS, FBI, and DHS task forces were set up ahead of Biden remarks to monitor “violent revolt speech” online!

 

So they knew that Biden was going full-tilt-tyranny, and they began monitoring online speech looking for "violent revolt speech" because that is what they now expect.  

 

HAL TURNER EDITORIAL OPINION

 

The mask is finally off; Joe Biden is not only an illegitimate President who took office by stealing the November, 2020 federal election, but he now appears to be a full-on Tyrant.

 

It seems to me that we here in America no longer have an actual federal government, what we now have is federal tyranny masquerading as a government.

 

Let's begin with this inconvenient little fact:

 

By Biden's own admission, there are over 178 million Americans who are vaccinated.   Yet, we now know from CDC and state health agencies that daily cases of COVID right now are 300% higher than they were a year ago when there were ZERO people vaccinated. (Proof)  No one in government even attempts to explain this. Ask why.

 

The "Why" seems simple to me: What they've done, and what they plan on repeating . . . . DOESN'T WORK.

 

Let that sink in for a moment.   More cases right now, today, than we had one year ago, despite 178 Million people being "jabbed."  So they want to do more of the same!     Uhhhhhh . . . . no.

 

But if you - or your Governor - say "no" then Biden plans to remove your governor as being "in insurrection?????"

  

Uhhhhh. . . . no to that, as well.

 

Then we find out that USSS (US Secret Service), FBI and DHS have task forces set up and engaged in seeking out "Violent revolt speech."   So they KNOW they're engaged in outright tyranny and they plan to what . . . arrest people who talk about putting a stop to their tyranny?

 

Uhhhhh . . . no to that, as well.  The whole First Amendment thing flatly prohibits the US Government from ". . .abridging freedom of speech or the press . . ." and that Amendment remains in full force and effect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, everywhere.  It cannot be held by a court to "not protect" certain speech because that power does not exist within the Amendment.   If someone in Congress or the courts wants such an exception to protected free speech or protected free press, they have no choice but to seek an AMENDMENT to the Constitution to permit them that power.  And an Amendment must be drawn up by Congress, passed, then sent to each of the fifty states and be ratified by 3/4 of them in order to take effect.  So the First Amendment applies to ALL speech and all Press, all the time, and no legislator or judge can hold otherwise because they lack the power to do so.

  

Folks, I think we have now arrived at the end game.  Push is finally coming to shove.

 

At this point, it seems easy for me to see Civil War stemming from this;  a huge line in the sand has now been crossed.  Even a state Governor is now openly saying ". . .  we will fight you to the gates of hell to protect . . .  rights . . ."   That, ladies and gentlemen, is war talk.

   

You know, in our founding documents, the Declaration of Independence in particular, the Founding Fathers laid out the following truism:

 

“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”


Are we not precisely at that point right now?  Are we not finding ourselves forbidden to go out to certain public places unless we take the experimental, deadly, and damaging "jab?"   Are we not finding ourselves under threat of losing our jobs unless we submit to the poison death dart they masquerade as a "vaccine?"    Are we not being told we may be forbidden to travel by plane, bus, train, or perhaps even across state lines unless we do as THEY say?  Is this all not "absolute Despotism?"

 

Doesn't our own Declaration of Independence tell us what is to be done under such circumstances?  Doesn't it say ". . . it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security?”

 

Yes, it does say that.

 

Even former Presidential Advisor Stephen Miller sees this for what it is:

 

You know what I think is going on here?  I think this is a re-make of the "Indian Policy."

 

"Indian policy' has now been brought down upon the American people, and the American people are the new Indians of the 21st Century."

 

No thanks.

   

With Biden taking off his mask, and revealing himself a full-tilt tyrant, I cannot help but feel that, at this point, the entire system is coming down.

It doesn’t matter if you take the bio weapon gene therapy "vaccine" or not.  Here is the Governor of West Virginia, giving the bad news to those who TOOK both jabs of the so-called "Vaccine"  (Hint, it doesn't work):

 

At least eighty-million (80,000,000) of us have not taken it and few have any intention at all of doing so.   With at least 16,000 in the US already DEAD from the vaccine, and another six-hundred-thousand (600,000) severely injured, some permanently, most who have not taken the jab are not going to.

  

If Biden and Company try to take away the God-given freedom of those people, they have a right to defend themselves from such tyranny.

It seems to me, as an observer, that all this nonsense will not stop until we make it stop.

 

Biden and company should stop now, while Americans are still willing to LET THEM stop on their own.

 

In the meantime, start taking your money OUT of the banks.  A few thousand a week until it's down to almost nothing.

 

They want to try to force 80 million of us to do what they want?  Let them try when they have to bail out the banks that are keeling-over dead because all 80 million of us are pulling our money out.

 

We 80 million can grind this country to a halt so fast it will make their heads spin.

  

If taking the money out fails to stop them, then we go the same route as the Solidarity Movement in Poland back in the 1980's when they were battling Communism: stop working.

 

Nothing gets produced. Nothing gets shipped.  Nothing gets bought or sold.

The cash machine that is the economy, shuts off.

 

They can't force us to work.  So the country implodes.

 

And none of us will have had to even fire a single shot.

 

By taking our money out, and stopping work, we can tell Biden and Company to kiss our ass.   We will not comply.
