We the people need to start to plan for America First, supplying First the US people. This means we need to do like Russia and start to ration our food and water exports placing in reserve a supply of these resources that can last for 2 years ahead. This way we can secure for the US citizen a supply of vital needs, then if anything is left the export market can access these extra supplies. Tell the WTO that these measures of national security Must Be maintained.

How come President Obama does not start a BIG Project in America that will Refill the Ogallala Aquifer with Desalinated Ocean Water and be a Innovative President of the United States of America ??

Start building infrastructure like this to feed the world a Quality of Life not try to take from the ones that have a Good quality , it won't solve the problem of a finite resource base issue that needs to be expanded in order to spread the quality of life around , thats a better Idea than spreading the wealth because wealth by itself when in the form of Debt is a Losing proposition , when the resource supply is not expanding with the money expansion , so wages can reflect the overall growth of a economy .

The USA will Not end up Confiscating the Precious metals in the nation away from the people because that would end in Isolation of the US markets from the rest of the world , and eliminate dollar Reserve Currency status .
