Get-R-Done is a prominent user name on many Ning blogs. I received this message about a military Judge who would not allow exculpatory requests for evidence from President Obama to prove to Birthers that the President is or is not a Natural Born Citizen.
This Birther disappointment surrounds Lt. Col. Terry Lakin refusing deployment to Afghanistan until the Prez proves his eligibility status for the Office of President. In essence the military Judge ruled the issue of a specific Birth Certificate is the domain of Congress and not any Judiciary.
To be honest the military Judge Denise R. Lind made the correct call even though the ruling sounded like a lame tool of Leftists protecting their Marxist Messiah. Only Congress should tackle the BHO Birth Certificate issue. The problem is a Dem Congress will never tackle BHO Birth Certificate and secret document issue. And I don’t know that a Republican Congress will have the cajones to produce results.
