I am taking this 2016 election cycle personally AND if you
are a Conservative or a Patriot, you should take this election personally as
well.
In 2012 Mitt Romney was the GOP nominee for President. I was
not in the Romney camp during the Primaries! I voted for him anyway because
President Barack Hussein Obama was and is a deceiver and liar. Indeed, Obama’s
reelection in 2012 was largely predicated on the lie that the entire Benghazi
debacle that resulted in four American deaths was the fault of an obscure
anti-Muslim movie trailer rather than the ineptitude of lackadaisical security
protection on the part of Crooked Hillary which in turn resulted in an
organized predetermined Islamic terrorist attack.
Hillary Clinton’s ineptitude did not stop or begin with the
Benghazi Massacre, but was evidenced in signing off on 20% of American uranium
going to Russia via the idiotic Uranium One deal, the idiotic deal Obama-Crooked
Hillary-John Kerry made with Iran and probably leaving more idiotic actions yet
allow me to highlight the felonious action of setting up an illegal private
server at Crooked Hillary’s private residence. AND Crooked Hillary is telling
everyone she too incompetent to know the letter “c” meant CLASSIFIED data which
was received and sent. And the letter “c” was too incompetent she was too
incompetent to understand that unmarked data may be marked CLASSIFIED
retroactively! AND SHE WANTS TO BE

Uranium One Hypocrisy
Of all the Clinton
Foundation/Clinton cash scandals, the one I’ve always considered most
disturbing involves the Russians gaining control over a large share of
America’s uranium. Relying on a New York Times report, I wrote about this
scandal here.
Newly uncovered State Department
documents shed additional light on this scandal. But before getting to the new
material, I’ll summarize what the New York Times reported.
What we knew already
In 2005, Bill Clinton and Frank
Giustra visited Kazakhstan. Giustra is a massive donor to the Clinton
Foundation.
Giustra’s goal was to buy uranium
mines in Kazakhstan. To this end, he and Bill Clinton met with leaders of the
Kazakhstan government.
As a result of the visit, Giustra
got major mining concessions, which were approved by the Kazakhstan government.
Kazakhstan got Bill Clinton publicly to praise its alleged progress in
democracy and human rights. The Clintons received a $31 million donation to
their Foundation from Giustra, along with a pledge to donate $100 million more.
The deal with Kazakhstan made
Giustra’s company, Uranium One, a major player. It proceeded to buy large
amounts of holdings in the United States, and became an attractive target for
Russia. A Russian company made a hugely attractive offer to purchase the company.
Uranium One agreed to the purchase.
The deal required approval by the
U.S. government, including by the Secretary of State — Hillary Clinton. During
the period when the deal with Russia was under consideration, the Clinton
Foundation reportedly $2.6 million from Uranium One. Its contributions were not
disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Hillary had reached with the
Obama White House to publicly identify all donors.
During this period, Bill Clinton
also received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank that
was promoting Uranium One stock. This was more than his usual speaking fee.
Hillary Clinton duly approved the
deal. It made the Russian company Rosatom one of the world’s largest uranium
producers and brought Vladimir Putin closer to his goal of controlling much of
the global uranium supply chain.
The deal left huge amounts of U.S.
uranium under the control of Russia. The New York Times estimates this share at
20 percent. But Peter Schweizer, the author of Clinton Cash, say that
it amounts to up to 50 percent of projected U.S. uranium output.

October 12 shows that Crooked Hillary is much closer to the Russia she accuses
of hacking emails to benefit Donald Trump:
Shame on the New York Times.
Despite leaked emails revealing collusion with the Clinton campaign that should
embarrass any legitimate news organization, the paper continues to carry water
for the Democrat candidate.
Among other fictions, the Times
frequently repeats the meme that Donald Trump is in cahoots with the Russians.
Wednesday, in fact, the supposed collaboration between Trump and Vladimir Putin
occupies prime turf as the paper’s lead editorial. It’s time to pull the plug
on this nonsense.
The narrative that the Russians are
trying to manipulate our election in favor of Mr. Trump has proved vital cover
for the damaging emails released by Wikileaks that indeed show election
manipulation – by the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton
actually does have ties to the Kremlin – ties which, had they
been reported with any honesty, would have become an issue in this campaign.
As Secretary of State, Hillary
Clinton helped Russian interests, operating under a directive from Putin, buy
majority ownership of Uranium One, a Canadian firm that was on its way to
controlling almost half of U.S. uranium production. Expanding its access to
uranium around the world had become a priority for the Kremlin; control of the
raw material would bolster its opportunities to build nuclear power plants such
as the Bushehr facilities in Iran and similar projects in North Korea and
Venezuela.
In pursuit of the transaction,
which required sign-off by Secretary Clinton, tens of millions of dollars
flowed to the Clinton Foundation through its Canadian branch – moneys that were
not reported by the foundation. Moneys, too, that violated Secretary of State
Clinton’s memorandum of agreement with the Obama White House and contradicted
information provided by Hillary to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
Not only did the Clinton Foundation
benefit from ties to Russia, Bill Clinton personally collected half a million
dollars at about the same time for a speech made at a forum organized by a
financial firm called RenCap, whose ranks were known to include ex-KGB types
hand-picked by Putin.

It’s not only Hillary Clinton who
helped out Putin. President Obama has arguably given the Russian leader an enormous
boost, allowing him to reassert his country’s influence around the globe even
as its coffers are depleted by the collapse of oil prices.
Russia effectively is in control of
the Middle East, dictating the terms of battle in Syria, resurrecting Bashar
Al-Assad’s presidency, supplying Iran with a missile defense system designed to
protect its Fordow underground uranium enrichment facility, reestablishing ties
with Turkey, threatening to shoot down U.S. planes. And let us not forget that
Obama stood by as Russia took over Crimea.

So, when Trump calls Putin a
“strong leader”, he’s right. Putin is reprehensible, devious and undoubtedly
hostile to the U.S. But let us not underestimate who has been Putin’s best bud
over the past decade. It is not Donald Trump.

However, according to a think tank
report, the USA and its negotiating partners agreed "in secret" to
allow Iran to evade some restrictions in last year's landmark nuclear agreement
in order to meet the deadline for it to start getting relief from economic
sanctions. Among the exemptions outlined in the think tank's report were two
that allowed Iran to exceed the deal's limits on how much low-enriched uranium
(LEU) it can keep in its nuclear facilities, the report said. LEU can be
purified into highly enriched, weapons-grade uranium.
Israel and Saudi Arabia found this
attitude of USA unacceptable. One senior "knowledgeable" official,
however, was cited by the report as saying that if the joint commission had not
acted to create these exemptions, some of Iran’s nuclear facilities would not
have been in compliance with the deal by Jan. 16, the deadline for the beginning
of the lifting of sanctions. The US government has said that the world powers
that negotiated the accord made no secret arrangements.
Real concessions?
The United States and its
negotiating partners apparently agreed "in secret" to allow Iran to
evade some restrictions in last year's landmark nuclear agreement in order to
meet the deadline for it to start getting relief from economic sanctions,
according to a recent think tank report.
The exemptions were approved by the
joint commission the deal created to oversee implementation of the accord. The
commission is comprised of the United States and its negotiating partners --
called the P5+1 -- and Iran.
The report, which was released by
the Washington-based Institute for Science and International Security, is based
on information provided by several officials of governments involved in the
negotiations. The group's president David Albright, a former U.N. weapons
inspector and co-author of the report, said the exemptions or loopholes are
happening in secret, and it appears that they favor Iran.
The report ignited a chorus of
Republican criticism, including from the campaign of presidential nominee
Donald Trump. His campaign sought to link the findings to Trump's Democratic
opponent, Hillary Clinton, who was secretary of state when secret talks were
held with Iran but had left office before formal negotiations began. "The
deeply flawed nuclear deal Hillary Clinton secretly spearheaded with Iran looks
worse and worse by the day," said a statement issued by retired Army
General Michael Flynn, a top Trump adviser. "It’s now clear President
Obama gave away the store to secure a weak agreement that is full of
loopholes."
The Clinton campaign did not
immediately comment on the report. The White House said it took
"significant exception" to some of the report's findings, saying that
the easing of sanctions was always dependent upon Iran's adherence to the
agreement. "The implementation date was driven by the ability of the
International Atomic Energy Agency to verify that Iran had completed the steps
that they promised to take," White House spokesman Josh Earnest told
reporters at a briefing. "That is what precipitated implementation day.
Since then Iran has been in compliance with the agreement," Earnest said.
Among the exemptions outlined in
the think tank's report were two that allowed Iran to exceed the deal's limits

These secret deals will not America safe from a nuclear
armed Iran as Crooked Hillary claims:
The Associated Press reported earlier
this week that a previously secret document showed that a number of
restrictions imposed by last year’s nuclear deal with Iran will expire after
ten years, allowing Iran to achieve a nuclear breakout time as little as
three months by the end of the deal in 15 years.

One other implication of this
document is its formal acceptance of Iran’s uranium enrichment program. Emily
Landau, head of the Arms Control and Regional Security Program at the Tel
Aviv-based Institute for National Security Studies, told the The
Jerusalem Post earlier this week, the document “proves that Iran’s
enrichment program has been totally legitimized by this deal.”

While the document obtained by the
AP may have been secret, the idea that Iran would be able to replace old
centrifuges with newer ones has been known since last year. When it wrote its
assessment of the deal last year the Institute for Science and
International Security took these replacements into account and estimated
Iran’s breakout time at the end of the 15-year deal to be about
three months. (According to the institute by year 18, Iran’s breakout time
would be a matter of days.) This of
course goes against the administration’s boast that the deal cut off all Iran’s

Nor would these be the only secret
documents kept from Congress. Last year there was a scandal over side deals
between the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and Iran governing the
inspection of military sites. According to those side deals, which were reported in
August of last year, Iran, not IAEA inspectors would take samples for testing.
This side deal raised questions as to how accurately the IAEA could assess
suspicious activity by Iran.
As it happens, the Parhcin testing
turned up two uranium particles last year that even the administration, in
June, acknowledged came
from Iran’s past nuclear research. Yet despite this find, the IAEA, in December
of last year, declared its investigation into Iran’s past nuclear activities
closed allowing the deal to proceed to Implementation Day and the ending of
nuclear sanctions against Iran.

Taken together – allowing Iran to
improve its enrichment, giving Iran control over inspections, watering down the
reporting of the IAEA – we have a deal that was designed not to stop Iran from
developing a nuclear weapon, but rather a deal designed to ensure that Iran is
never penalized for future nuclear violations.

So yes the revelation that Iran
will be able to ramp up its uranium enrichment as part of the nuclear is a big

Hillary Clinton Was Trained in Classified Information
As secretary of State, Clinton had
been trained by the Bureau of Diplomatic Security in the “Safe Handling of Information.”
In addition, she was fully aware of President Obama’s 2010 executive order on
“Classified National Security Information” that requires heads of departments
to be informed of the requirements regarding classified information.
As reported by Kristinn Taylor of Gateway Pundit in 2015, Clinton
received training in handling classified information as stated in the “Diplomatic Security 2009 Year in Review”
booklet. Under the heading “Safe Handling of Information” on
page 21, the bureau boasted of its efforts to quickly bring new Obama
administration appointees up to speed on security issues.

Clinton was also given the authority “to
personally classify as ‘Top Secret’ government intelligence such as the emails
containing reportedly unlabeled highly classified information she received on
the private home-brew server Clinton used throughout her four-year tenure as
secretary.”
In addition to her Diplomatic Security
training, Clinton, as secretary of State, was bound by President Obama’s 2010
executive order on classified information. That order “prescribes a uniform
system for classifying, safeguarding, and declassifying national security
information, including information relating to defense against transnational
terrorism.”

Get Trained Or Lose Your Clearance and Face Prosecution
According to the president’s order,
“Every person who has met the standards for access to classified information in
paragraph (a) of this section shall receive contemporaneous training on the
proper safeguarding of classified information and on the criminal, civil, and
administrative sanctions that may be imposed on an individual who fails to
protect classified information from unauthorized disclosure.”

Not only that, the order by the
president clearly prohibits removing classified information from “official
premises without proper authorization.”

Only Negligence Is Required, Not Intent
“None of these e-mails should have
been on any kind of unclassified system,” Comey said. In addition, the FBI
found that “with respect to use of unclassified e-mail systems,” the State
Department “was generally lacking in the kind of care for classified
information found elsewhere in the government.”
This is in direct conflict with
federal law on the management of classified information by agency heads. But,
as Comey has repeatedly said, no criminal charges can be filed because he
thinks Clinton did not intentionally mishandle classified information.

Washington, D.C. – A high-ranking
FBI official has blown the whistle on what they say was a politically
motivated, top-down decision to not recommend Hillary Clinton face criminal
charges for her mishandling of classified intelligence.
The anonymous source that worked
intimately on the Clinton investigation told Fox News that FBI agents working
the case, as well as DOJ attorneys on the case, unanimously believed that
Clinton should have her security clearance revoked, with the “vast
majority” believing she should be criminally charged.
“It was unanimous that we all wanted her [Clinton’s] security clearance yanked,” the senior FBI official told Fox news. “It is safe to say the vast majority felt she should be prosecuted. We were floored while listening to the FBI briefing because Comey laid it all out, and then said ‘but we are doing nothing,’ which made no sense to us.”
The entire team was stunned when
FBI Director Comey announced on July 5 that he would not be recommending a
criminal indictment to the Attorney General’s office, according to the source.

In early 2015, it was revealed that Clinton had used a private email server in her Chappaqua, N.Y., home to conduct government business while serving from 2009-2013. The emails on the private server included thousands of messages that would later be marked classified by the State Department retroactively. Federal law makes it a crime for a government employee to possess classified information in an unsecure manner, and the relevant statute does not require a finding of intent.
Although Comey found that Clinton was “extremely careless in their
handling of very sensitive, highly classified information,” he said “no charges
are appropriate in this case.”
Just days before Comey’s
announcement, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who was originally appointed as a
federal prosecutor by Bill Clinton, met with in secret on the tarmac of an

fund raising ploys. It is quite obvious unless WND can collect signatures
numbering in the millions such a petition will be ignored. However, this
petition doesn’t seem to be a fund raiser. Perhaps in guessing, at least an

urge you to sign the petition for the potential for signatures in the

Ever since the second presidential debate, when Donald Trump
told Hillary Clinton that as president he would “instruct my attorney general
to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation,” Democrats and the big
media have gone wild – accusing Trump of emulating the world’s most evil tyrants
and dictators, from Hugo Chavez to Robert Mugabe to Vladimir Putin, despots who
routinely imprison – if not shoot – their political opponents.
Trump, however, claims he wants to see Clinton investigated,
not because she is a political opponent, but because she has blatantly violated
U.S. espionage laws, mishandled top-secret information, destroyed government
files and obstructed justice.
Is Trump right in calling for a fresh, independent
investigation of Clinton’s “situation”?
How relevant is it that, as multiple news reports
confirm, “FBI agents are ready to revolt” over
Director James Comey’s “cowardly” whitewash of the bureau’s investigation? Or
that even the left-leaning PolitiFact website confirms 33,000 emails were
indeed deleted from Clinton’s unsecure private server three weeks after she
received a congressional subpoena demanding the production of her emails – an
act that normally would result in being held in contempt of Congress. Or that
more than half of all Americans – 56 percent according to an ABC
News/Washington Post survey – believe Hillary Clinton should have been
indicted.
With not only FBI agents and half the electorate outraged at
Comey’s refusal to indict, but legal experts like Judge Andrew Napolitano
openly saying “the evidence of her guilt is overwhelming” and “it was obviously
a policy decision by the White House not to investigate her,” Donald Trump has
promised as president to appoint a special prosecutor to conduct a complete and
fair investigation – one not compromised by shameful political loyalties.
In light of this situation and the dangerous precedent of
allowing certain “royalty” to operate above the laws that govern the rest of
Americans, WND is launching an important online
petition intended to show support for a truly impartial
investigation of Hillary Clinton’s violation of the Espionage Act, as well as
