David Gaubatz and son Chris Gaubatz are in the terrorist scopes of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) with continuous legal maneuvering. The Gaubatzs have had some victories but CAIR keeps pressing with their well funded lawyers to cover-up the truth the Gaubatzs and Paul Sperry wrote about in the book Muslim Mafia. At one time the FBI got in the middle of CAIR’s lawsuit against the Gaubatzs by subpoenaing the same documents CAIR wants destroyed.
