Fjordman is a great
essayist from Norway. The Norwegian authorities detain Fjordman after Anders
Breivik went on his mass murdering spree hoping to provoke a new European order
that would be anti-immigrant – specifically Muslim immigrants. Fjordman’s essays
were included in Breivik’s tome manuscript on the
Internet that is a provocative plan to create his vision of a Christian-fascist
State out of Europe to cleanse Muslims from Europe. Norwegian authorities detained Fjordman
believing that his conspicuous essays in the Breivik manuscript implicated
Fjordman in the Norwegian massacre. Indeed, Leftists in America and Europe took
great glee in proclaiming anti-jihad writers as instigators of incitement that
captured the psycho-mind of Anders Breivik. The microscope was intense that the
pseudonym Fjordman led to the revelation of his actual name. Since the Muslims
of Europe are more radicalized than in America, the name revelation has placed
Fjordman in great danger.
Nevertheless, I am
pleased to have discovered a Fjordman essay that I am going to
cross post. You will be intrigued how Fjordman examines the rule of law by
examining how Nordic-Germanic-Celtic law, Roman Law, Judeo-Christian Law, the
ancient influence of the Mesopotamian Hammurabi Law somewhat syncretized in
Europe. Then there is the throwing in of Islamic Sharia Law that is making a
huge effort to join the syncretic nature of the rule of law that has evolved in
the West.
