I am spending today sifting through the Tony Newbill emails I have received. Unfortunately some have missed their relevance. I came across one though dated October 26, 2011 that I have to post.

Actually the email has three links. I think you will see where this is going with my fascination if I provide the intro-sentences Newbill provided for each link:

What do you think?

Massive Tsunami Drills Coincide With Continent Killer Asteroids that will pass Close In November.

FEMA, FCC Announce Nationwide Test Of The Emergency Alert System:
Similar to local Emergency Alert System Tests, this Test is Scheduled to Take Place on November 9, 2011

Asteroid 2005 YU55 to Approach Earth on November 8, 2011

The implication is that this huge asteroid is coming to planet earth. The official line from scientists is the asteroid will miss Earth but will come amazingly close. The Conspiracy Community wonders: If the asteroid is not going to hit Earth then why is the US government and other governments initiating serious emergency drills and notifying the public it is only a drill instead of the real deal? In America the Emergency Alert System (EAS) is issuing a warning about the warning notifying listeners this will take approximately three minutes so don’t be alarmed.

We all have to wonder about the coincidence of the asteroid arriving close to the Earth on November 8th and the EAS warns of a lengthy test of the warning system a little less than a day after the asteroid.

Note: This is an ALERT issued by The Intel Hub – be vigilant.

The following is to take place November 9 – 10, 2011 according to the International Tsunami Information Center — the conspiracy deepens:

9-10 November 2011: In August 2010, the PTWS Steering Committee (SC) met to discuss the progress of the PTWS during the intersessional period, including the next PTWS exercise. Considering the general objectives of PACWAVE08, the SC approved the PACWAVE Summary Report and requested Working Groups 2 and 3 (Tsunami Detection, Warning and Dissemination; Tsunami Awareness and Response) to cooperate in the preparation of an end-to-end communication exercise PACWAVE11 in November 2011. The actual evacuation of local communities (or parts of it) will be left to the decision of local or national authorities. A PTWS Exercises Task Team was formed, chaired by ITIC and New Zealand, to organize the exercise and elaborate on detailed scenarios.PacWave11 will be held on 9-10 November 2011 as a multi-scenario exercise that will allow all PTWS countries to exercise using a destructive local or regional tsunami scenario.  PacWave 11 will also be used to introduce new tsunami advisory products of the PTWC that were proposed by the PTWS Enhanced Tsunami Warning Products Task Team and approved by ICG/PTWS-XXIV. IOC Circular Letter 2390 was issued on 13 May 2011 announcing the exercise and requesting PTWS Countries to nominate a PacWave11 focal point.  IOC Manual and Guides 58 on How to Plan, Conduct, and Evaluate Tsunami Exercises was issued in July 2011.  The PacWave11 Exercise Manual (IOC TS 97) was published in August 2011.  UNESCO will issue a press release on 1 November 2011.

Previously on Wednesday October 12, 2011 twenty countries participated in an advanced tsunami drill in wake of recent earth changes.

It is well known that earthquake activity has increased ever so rapidly over the past few years/months and now multiple countries are interested in tracking tsunamis in an advanced way.

A Voice of America excerpt reads;

The new system will shift responsibility from United States and Japan to the countries most at risk in the region.

Wednesday’s drill marked a significant development for the ability of countries in the Indian Ocean region to detect and respond to earthquakes and tsunamis. Stuart Weinstein, the deputy director of the United States’ Pacific Tsunami Warning Center in Hawaii says the warning centers participating in the drill in Indonesia, India and Australia did not exist before the 2004 Tsunami that killed more than 200,000 people in 12 countries.

Does this system test have anything to do with the passing of the massive continent killer asteroid 2005 YU55 that will pass very close to earth possibly striking or dragging debris with it on November 9, 2011, in conjunction with the FEMA/FCC takeover drill?

According to Laaska News;

Vietnam has held its first-ever tsunami evacuation drills in the central coastal city of Danang. The drills were carried out Tuesday for a scenario that saw the country hit by a huge tsunami like the one that devastated Japan earlier this year.

A UN report issued after Japan’s March 11th disaster says that an 8-point-6 magnitude earthquake in waters off the Philippines could trigger a 3- to 10-meter tall tsunami along the coastal regions of Vietnam.

Interestingly enough the major Japanese tsunami that struck in March of 1022 was within a few days of a major ELENIN alignment according to NASA’s JPL data.

The Hindu reads;

The mock tsunami drill has been conducted to check the preparedness of officials of various departments along with the communication systems and to simulate the evacuation and rescue mission that will take place in case of an actual tsunami,” according to commandant of the India Reserve Battalion, Puducherry, A. Anto Alphonse.

In this case, the Tsunami Warning centre issued a warning of an earthquake off the coast of Indonesia, which caused a tsunami. This warning was received by the Senior Superintendent of Police (Law and Order) V. J. Chandiran along with the emergency centres in the town, according to Sub Collector A. Muthamma.

Potential Impact Zone & Time of Asteroid 2005 YU55 Defined On Google Earth and Government Documents

Shepard Ambellas
November 5, 2011

On Wednesday, November 9, 2011, a strange series of events are set to take place that you should be informed about — many events pertaining to the subject have already happened which in turn lead up to this date and have been covered periodically by The Intel Hub.

New information has come to light surrounding the asteroid YU55s “close pass” on November 9 (by the moon and earth).

Google Earth X marks Asteroid spot 11-8or9-11

Google Earth now shows a large red X over the projected potential impact zone.

Massive world wide tsunami systems drills as well as the FEMA/FCC takeover drill, that FEMA has openly said may not be a test, are set and in place for Nov. 9th along with a plethora of other drills that day.

But what is most alarming is the fact that the PACWAV11 exercise depicts the tsunami in the same location marked on Google Earth with a red X

PACWAV11 forecast

Notice how the documentation says FORECAST! This puts the potential impact time on Nov. 9, 2011 at 22:35 UTC (5:35 pm EST) with a burn-in direction out of the west by northwest.

What is even more uncanny is that a soldier has been taken into custody on suspicion of espionage — (our sources say, not independently confirmed) while uncovering potential secret ELENIN (Extinction Level Event Notable Impact November) intel in the Alaskan region depicted on the potential burn-in zone of this massive continent killer asteroid.

UPDATE – Interestingly enough, another alternative media site that is not affiliated with The Intel Hub is reporting similar information on the solider arrested on espionage charges.

Fox News reports;

ANCHORAGE, Alaska –  U.S. Army officials are withholding details behind the arrest of a 22-year-old soldier suspected of espionage, but they stressed Wednesday there is no connection with the case involving an Army analyst suspected of disclosing secret intelligence to WikiLeaks.

Authorities also said Spc. William Colton Millay didn’t transmit any information.

Millay was arrested Friday at a barracks room at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska. He is expected to be charged through the military justice system later this week.

Millay, a military police officer, is being held without bail at the Anchorage Correctional Facility.

Army Lt. Col. Bill Coppernoll said Millay’s arrest is related to an ongoing investigation conducted by the Army and FBI.

No one knows 100% what is going to happen on the 9th or the few days after but for us to ignore these connections would be, at this point, ridiculous.

Please remain vigilant and submit all documents and tips pertaining to this subject to tips@theintelhub.com

FEMA, FCC Announce Nationwide Test Of The Emergency Alert System
Similar to local Emergency Alert System Tests, this Test is Scheduled to Take Place on November 9, 2011

Release Date: June 9, 2011
Release Number: HQ-11-099

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will conduct the first nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS). The nationwide test will occur on Wednesday, November 9 at 2 p.m. eastern standard time and may last up to three and a half minutes.

The EAS is a national alert and warning system established to enable the President of the United States to address the American public during emergencies.  NOAA's National Weather Service, governors and state and local emergency authorities also use parts of the system to issue more localized emergency alerts.

Similar to local EAS tests that are already conducted frequently, the nationwide test will involve broadcast radio and television stations, cable television, satellite radio and television services and wireline video service providers across all states and the territories of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa.

On November 9, the public will hear a message indicating that "This is a test." The audio message will be the same for both radio and television. Under the FCC's rules, radio and television broadcasters, cable operators, satellite digital audio radio service providers, direct broadcast satellite service providers and wireline video service providers are required to receive and transmit presidential EAS messages to the public. A national test will help the federal partners and EAS participants determine the reliability of the system and its effectiveness in notifying the public of emergencies and potential dangers nationally and regionally.

"A national test of our Emergency Alert System, with the vital communications support and involvement of participants, is a step towards ensuring that the alert and warning community is prepared to deliver critical information that can help save lives and protect property," said Damon Penn, FEMA's Assistant Administrator of National Continuity Programs. "Because there has never been an activation of the Emergency Alert System on a national level, FEMA views this test as an excellent opportunity to assess the readiness and effectiveness of the current system.  It is important to remember that this is not a pass or fail test, but a chance to establish a baseline for making incremental improvements to the Emergency Alert System with ongoing and future testing.  It is also important to remember that the Emergency Alert System is one of many tools in our communications toolbox, and we will continue to work on additional channels that can be a lifeline of information for people during an emergency."

"The upcoming national test is critical to ensuring that the EAS works as designed," said Jamie Barnett, Chief of the FCC's Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau.  "As recent disasters here at home and in Japan have reminded us, a reliable and effective emergency alert and warning system is key to ensuring the public's safety during times of emergency.  We look forward to working with FEMA in preparation for this important test."

Over the past two years and as part of ongoing national preparedness planning efforts, FEMA, the FCC and other federal partners, state, local, tribal and territorial governments, Emergency Alert System participants and other stakeholders have been working toward making this test a reality.

As the federal, state, tribal, territorial and local governments prepare for and test their capabilities, this event serves as a reminder that everyone should establish an emergency preparedness kit and emergency plan for themselves, their families, communities, and businesses.  Anyone can visit www.Ready.gov for more information about how to prepare for and stay informed about what to do in the event of an actual emergency.

FEMA's mission is to support our citizens and first responders to ensure that as a nation we work together to build, sustain, and improve our capability to prepare for, protect against, respond to, recover from, and mitigate all hazards.

Asteroid 2005 YU55 to Approach Earth on November 8, 2011

Don Yeomans, Lance Benner and Jon Giorgini
March 10, 2011

Near-Earth asteroid 2005 YU55 will pass within 0.85 lunar distances from the Earth on November 8, 2011. The upcoming close approach by this relatively large 400 meter-sized, C-type asteroid presents an excellent opportunity for synergistic ground-based observations including optical, near infrared and radar data. The attached animated illustration shows the Earth and moon flyby geometry for November 8th and 9th when the object will reach a visual brightness of 11th magnitude and should be easily visible to observers in the northern and southern hemispheres. The closest approach to Earth and the Moon will be respectively 0.00217 AU and 0.00160 AU on 2011 November 8 at 23:28 and November 9 at 07:13 UT.

Discovered December 28, 2005 by Robert McMillan of the Spacewatch Program near Tucson Arizona, the object has been previously observed by Mike Nolan, Ellen Howell and colleagues with the Arecibo radar on April 19-21, 2010 and shown to be a very dark, nearly spherical object 400 meters in diameter. Because of its approximate 20-hour rotation period, ideal radar observations should include tracks that are 8 hours or longer on multiple dates at Goldstone (November 3-11) and when the object enters Arecibo's observing window on November 8th.

Using the Goldstone radar operating in a relatively new "chirp" mode, the November 2011 radar opportunity could result in a shape model reconstruction with a resolution of as fine as 4 meters. Several days of high resolution imaging (about 7.5 meters) are also planned at Arecibo. As well as aiding the interpretation of the radar observations, collaborative visual and near infrared observations could define the object's rotation characteristics and provide constraints upon the nature of the object's surface roughness and mineral composition.

Since the asteroid will approach the Earth from the sunward direction, it will be a daylight object until the time of closest approach. The best time for new ground-based optical and infrared observations will be late in the day on November 8, after 21:00 hours UT from the eastern Atlantic and western Africa zone. A few hours after its close Earth approach, it will become generally accessible for optical and near-IR observations but will provide a challenging target because of its rapid motion across the sky.

Although classified as a potentially hazardous object, 2005 YU55 poses no threat of an Earth collision over at least the next 100 years. However, this will be the closest approach to date by an object this large that we know about in advance and an event of this type will not happen again until 2028 when asteroid (153814) 2001 WN5 will pass to within 0.6 lunar distances.

Tracking Asteroid 2005 YU55

November 5, 2011

This week we here in Henrico will have a chance to view an asteroid, as it passes between the earth and the moon. NASA has given this particular asteroid the name 2005 YU55. It is important to researchers for a number of reasons.

Close Encounters

The last time a piece of space debris passed close to earth was in 1978. Nothing will come as close again until April of 2029. This asteroid, according to NASA scientists will come within 208,000 miles of our planet. At that time in it's orbit, it will be 150,000 miles from the surface of the moon. That is very close.

"Both the earth and the moon are safe, this time," said Jay Melosh, professor of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Purdue University. Melosh went on to say that if it were to hit, it would create a crater 4 miles across and 1700 feet deep, with a 70 foot high Tsunami wave and the power of a magnitude 7 earthquake.

Asteroid 2005 TU55

The last time this asteroid came near us was 200 years ago. It is the size of an aircraft carrier and is made up of carbon based materials and water. It is referred to as a Class-C asteroid. Asteroids in this class are believed to be what brought water and carbon material to our young earth at it's creation.

In order for us to view it, a 6-inch or bigger telescope will be needed. Viewers will also need to know exactly where to look. It will be coming in from the direction of the sun. Scientists all across the planet will be watching on Tuesday night. It will be passing here on the east coast at 6:28p.m.

How important is this asteroid?

Because the next near-pass will not happen until 'Apophia' come close in April of 2029, and it's following encounter with us in 2036, we need to learn everything we can about these asteroids. It is said that on the second encounter with 'Apophia', there is a remote chance the 885 foot in diameter rock could hit.

Scientists feel that any additional knowledge we can acquire will be helpfull in our learning how to deflect an asteroid, if it becomes necessary.
