Here is Thomas Sowell on the GOP candidates to date running for the Presidential nomination. He seems to be a Pawlenty fan based on his track record as Governor of Minnesota. I watched Tim Pawlenty and Chris Wallace on FOX News Sunday. Wallace tried to pin down Pawlenty of some budget speeches given recently. Pawlenty did not do well in explaining the questions posed by Wallace. Maybe Pawlenty does have the administrative skills to be an effective President; however I do not think he has the rhetorical skills to stand above other eloquent GOP candidates and definitely not to confront Obama in a Presidential race.
