Hamas Holding IDF Shalit Defines them as Terrorists

On June 25, 2006 then Cpl Gilad Shalit was abducted after Islamic terrorists of Hamas emerged from a tunnel in Israel from Gaza killing an IDF Officer, a Staff Sergeant and wounding four other IDF soldiers. This was yet another act of terrorism from Hamas which still is not a government entity but is an Islamic terrorist organization associated with the Muslim Brotherhood that exists for one purpose. That purpose is to destroy Israel and Jews until none are left in the Jewish Homeland.

I write this description for clarity sake. Arabs that call themselves Palestinians (of which Hamas is one cog in the murder machine) justify holding Gilad Shalit these last 4.5 years because he has been termed a soldier or an enemy combatant captured in war. I have to ask, what nation is currently at war with Israel that can claim to capture enemy soldiers and give them P.O.W. status? Now there have been many wars with Israel since 1948 when the Jewish Homeland became independent and chose the name Israel rather than Palestine. The collateral damage of those wars (especially 1948 and 1967) have been Arabs displaced by losing Arab invaders who adopted the name of Palestinian from the British Mandate of Palestine that came into existence after the Ottoman’s lost the territory at the end of WWI. Palestine’s original intent was for a Jewish Homeland in their ancestral home because of thousands of years persecution, exploitation and murderous pogroms in Europe from France to Russia.

Also Arabs have no sympathy for Shalit because in their view that many of the Muslim terrorists in Israeli jails are even younger than Gilad Shalit. The terrorists are in jail not as POW’s, but as criminals who have committed murder or involved in conspiracy to murder. Hamas has demanded the release of these criminal thugs in exchange for one soldier that survived and terrorist attack and abducted. Only the Islamic Supremacist mind can see a sense of fairness in this demand of an exchange for one soldier for over a thousand murdering criminals.

Here are some English translations of Arab blogs that demonstrate this Islamic Supremacist mindset. You can read who the Arabic bloggers are and the Arabic at Middle East: Arab Attitudes on Freeing Shilat.

He's a military combatant, captured from the battlefield inside his tank, and he killed and destroyed and shot bullets and bombarded civilians.

Shalit is more a defender of his homeland since he was attacked in Israel. If there is any truth to Shalit killing civilians (which I doubt), the civilians killed were civilians supporting Hamas in Operation Cast Lead which was executed as an invasion of the non-entity Gaza to search and destroy Hamas missile and weapon caches after a long period of self-restraint of a barrage of missiles being launched from Gaza into civilian cities in Israel. There may have been Gaza civilians killed in Operation Cast Lead in which Hamas used them as human shields. If Shalit killed civilians he killed Hamas supporting civilians or civilian victims used as human shields. That is far different than the killing of civilians by Hamas in acts of terrorism in which people were merely going about their lives of work and/or school.
On August 28th, we commemorate the 24th birthday of “Gilad Shalit”, the unfortunate who remains in captivity after four years under the law of “unlawful combatants”, a law which the State of Occupation [Israel] invented to retain our prisoners without trial for indefinite periods of time.

Regardless of Western pro-Arab politicians and Arabs, Israel is not occupying any land that was designed for the Jewish Homeland in 1922 and irresponsibly whittled away by the British right up to the time they abandoned Palestine in 1948.
I said to them, don't you know that the youngest prisoner in the world, Yousef Al-Ziq, is in your prisons, and one of them replied the Palestinians kidnapped Gilad Shalit to which I replied we have 11,000 Gilad Shalits in your prisons, release them to release Shalit.

If there were “11,000 Gilad Shalits” in Israeli prisons, those prisons would be Prisoner of War Camps holding soldiers captured in war from an enemy army. That is not the case! Those termed as “11,000 Gilad Shalits” are in fact terrorists or terrorist supporting inmates incarcerated for harming or being involved in harming Israeli civilians. In other words these terrorist prisoners no matter their age are enemy combatants undeserving of criminal trial because release means going back to work as murders. Nor are they soldiers who represent a nation deserving of POW status, which would be returned to their nation after a peace through victory of defeat ensues.

Here is a speech about Gilad Shalit from an Australian Senator that I wish came from an American Senator.
