Here is an essay from Norma Zager which I should have posted days ago. The reason I did not post it is because the essay was so good I was going to double post with some of my thoughts. I became so engrossed in writing that I ended up 18 Word pages. My essay will to be posted in two parts. In the mean time here is Zager’s essay.
