Did anyone notice the Dems, the RINOs, the Deep State and Globalists in general tried all the dirty tricks they could think of to prevent Pete Hegseth’s confirmation as Defense Secretary? I found this video because I subscribe to Substack The Vigilant Fox (https://www.vigilantfox.com/). It was posted on 4/24/25 (https://tinyurl.com/4st7yzym).
First roughly 10-minutes is about an OMG expose of a Pentagon official (Nicholas Terza) claiming will resist President Trump & Sec. Hegseth. Then a report on DEW weapons used on American soil. Then at about the 20:30-Minute mark or so is a report on CCP infiltration into Elite Schools which segues to an interview with Tiffany Cianci about Crony Capitalist billionaires ruining local Capitalism and controlling private school curriculum.
The Vigilant Fox Description Focuses on Story #1:

The man caught in the video, Nicholas Terza, mocked Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, claiming he’s “insanely young” and unqualified. But a senior official says Hegseth doesn’t even know who Terza is.
This comes after a wave of anonymous leaks targeting Trump allies—especially those pushing peace with Iran. Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, and J.D. Vance have all taken a strong anti-war stance. That seems to be the real reason for the attacks.
Researcher @DataRepublican also linked Terza to a powerful NGO backed by George Soros, Bill Gates, and major corporations like Google and Pfizer.

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has formally terminated the service of every member sitting on the Department of Defense’s advisory committees.
Based on the information available on the website as of Thursday, the now-defunct panels included several well-known Democrats and Bush-era Republicans.
§ Janine Davidson (Chair) – Former Under Secretary of the Navy under Obama. A staunch Democrat and longtime proponent of Obama-era military reforms, now steering Pentagon policy advice.
§ Michèle Flournoy – Held major Pentagon roles under Clinton and Obama; often discussed as a potential Secretary of Defense under Hillary Clinton or Biden.
§ Colin Kahl – National Security Advisor to then-VP Biden, later Under Secretary of Defense for Policy under Biden. Key Biden ally and architect of many failed Middle East strategies during the Obama years.
§ Susan Rice – National Security Advisor under Obama; Domestic Policy Advisor under Biden. Central to Obama’s foreign policy blunders and later helped craft Biden’s radical domestic agenda.
§ Dana Shell Smith – Career diplomat; served as U.S. Ambassador to Qatar under Obama.
§ Eric Edelman – Undersecretary of Defense for Policy under George W. Bush; strong neoconservative background.
§ Jon Huntsman Jr. – Served under George W. Bush (Ambassador to Singapore) and Obama (Ambassador to China); briefly served under Trump (Ambassador to Russia).

According to The Intercept:
The Pentagon quietly scrubbed an advisory board’s website after a fired aide to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth complained that it was stocked with holdovers hostile to President Donald Trump who might be spreading damaging leaks.
The Defense Policy Board’s online roster was erased after axed staffer Dan Caldwell told Tucker Carlson in an interview that its members were “incredibly hostile” to Trump.
Caldwell was fired Friday amid a Defense Department leak investigation that has led to the ouster of several longtime Hegseth confidants.
In his interview with Carlson, Caldwell cast himself as the victim of a behind-the-scenes battle between warmongers pushing for conflict with Iran and skeptics of foreign military intervention such as himself.
Although the Defense Policy Board is an independent advisory group with no powers of its own, he blamed members including Susan Rice, a former Joe Biden aide, as potential sources of leaks for which he had been blamed.
Hegseth’s decisive action came after a 45-day internal review, which concluded that these advisory bodies had become bloated, ineffective, and, in many cases, politically misaligned with the department’s new mission under President Trump’s renewed leadership.
In a statement issued late Thursday, Chief Pentagon Spokesman Sean Parnell made clear that the department was taking a new direction:
“Yesterday, informed by the recently concluded 45-day review of DOD advisory committees, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth directed the conclusion of service of all members of each DOD advisory committee that had been subject to the review, consistent with applicable law.
Secretary Hegseth appreciates the members’ efforts on behalf of the department and the United States of America, but changes are needed to support the new strategic direction and policy priorities of the department and to ensure departmental resources are used efficiently.”
In a letter issued by former Chief of Staff Joe Kasper, who left the agency Thursday:
“No later than April 25, 2025, each sponsor of a DoD advisory committee will notify advisory committee members that their service has concluded and will provide my appreciation for their efforts on behalf of the Department and United States America.
“The Deputy Secretary of Defense may retain individual members on a case-by-case basis upon determination that the member is required for uninterrupted committee operations necessary for national security reasons. Within 30 days, sponsors will recommend members for their DoD advisory committees for my review and approval.”

I never thought I would see the day come when a high-level official in the US Government would admit to the sleight of hand executed by Peter Marks and the FDA. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has now publicly acknowledged that the US Government mandated that employees, contractors, and members of the Armed Services accept an experimental vaccine product or face either losing their job or receiving a dishonorable discharge from the military.
These military orders were illegal, in outright violation of established law, and were surreptitiously issued by the Pentagon. According to a Navy Captain-level JAG that I have worked with to support legal claims by Warfighter personnel resisting the mandates, and who carefully documented the chain of events (she has the receipts!), a Colonel working in the Pentagon who was about to retire was told to issue the orders, and then promptly retired.
The law that addresses the issue of mandatory experimental vaccines in the military is rooted in the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) framework established by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Under this framework, vaccines can be authorized for emergency use during public health crises, but they are not fully approved and thus considered experimental. According to federal law, an EUA vaccine cannot be mandated by the military, as noted in a 2005 case, Doe v Rumsfeld, where Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled that under federal law, an EUA vaccine cannot be mandated.
Additionally, the FDA and CDC guidance and regulations prohibit mandatory use of vaccines under EUA. Dr. Mandy Cohen, executive secretary of the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, has stated that under Emergency Use Authorization, "vaccines are not allowed to be mandatory".
Service members can request exemptions from mandatory vaccinations on health, administrative, or religious grounds. These exemptions can be temporary or permanent. However, the military can mandate vaccines that have full FDA approval, as seen with the anthrax vaccine, which has been mandated despite being described as an "experimental" vaccine in some contexts.
It's important to note that the military's ability to mandate vaccines is constrained by the principle of informed consent and the rights of service members to refuse an experimental vaccine without facing disciplinary action, unless a presidential waiver is provided.
All of this was disregarded under the Biden administration. Careers and lives were destroyed. And in an attempt to paper this over, the FDA issued a hasty “license” (market authorization) for a vaccine that was never actually marketed in the United States.
Hegseth’s acknowledgement that these actions were illegal is a good start, but there is so much more that must be disclosed about what has all the hallmarks of a conspiracy to defraud American citizens and military service members.
Let’s be clear.
The US Government and Department of Defense mandated injection of an experimental product with side effects that included life-threatening blood clots, life-threatening heart damage (myocarditis), kidney damage, reproductive harms including spontaneous abortion, and death. I have been told that, among the dead and damaged are high performing athletic members of the special forces, and that these damages and deaths have been hidden. Furthermore, by all appearances, senior CDC and FDA employees of the US Government conspired to hide the facts of these damages to both military and civilians. Department of Defense enlisted personnel issued illegal orders that these products be administered.
There must be transparency about what has taken place here, and who was responsible; there must be legal accountability, and there must be restitution for those who have been damaged by these illegal actions. The appearance of Racketeering and Corrupt Practices having occurred both between US Government and Pentagon personnel and in some sort of coordination with the manufacturers of these products must be investigated.
The puppet “vaccine damage court” that has failed to compensate the harmed must be reorganized and staffed by personnel committed to providing restitution to those who have been damaged by these products. No more delays, obstructionism, and paper chasing. Many have been harmed, some have died from these products, and more will die in the future.
The time is now. The mass formation psychosis has been broken. The Citizens of the United States and the World deserve to hear the truth. The largest medical experiment ever deployed on human beings is a colossal failure. Justice requires that the damaged be made whole to the extent possible and that those responsible for the harm be held accountable for their corrupt actions.
Nuremberg established the requirement for informed consent, particularly in the case of medical experimentation. The fact that informed consent was actively blocked through widespread deployment of government-sponsored propaganda and censorship is indisputable.
If there is no accountability, it will happen again.

If the US Government is really serious about wanting to Make America Healthy Again and restore trust, the admission that these experimental gene therapy-based products, which have been determined in a court of law not to actually be vaccines, were illegally mandated for American Warfighters is a good start. But what we really need is full transparency and legal liability for the manufacturers, as well as for the Government officers who facilitated and enabled this travesty. No more hiding behind cute, contrived logic based on illegally circumventing the Federal Acquisition Regulations by use of specialized “Other Transactional Authority” clauses and the Byzantine PREP act.
