This “If it quacks like a duck, then it is a duck” comparison to Barack Hussein Obama has actually been around for a while. Since it represents the essence of what a chain email looks like, I will make an effort to verify the claims. If I can’t find the claim connected to the phrase I will say so and try to find a similarity. If my Google and Bing search skills turn up empty I will admit it. (In all honesty, the admission may mean I inputted the incorrect search parameters. I you find something I didn’t, feel to rectify the case in a comment.)

On November 30, 2017 I posted this title: Comments to ‘Is Obama the Blame for rising Islamic Terrorism in USA?’. I will not go into the details of the post which was a somewhat hostile response to a person that went by the name Allan Harm. In this day of anonymity, the name may or may not have been a pseudonym.

The point I am going to run with is a series of comments by Yurki1000 that begins 6/5/17. I haven’t decided yet but I might also include some responses to Yurki’s thoughts. Also, this may turn into more than one part because the comments are many.

I add further thoughts toward the bottom.

"Ontario passes ‘totalitarian’ bill allowing gov’t to take kids from Christian homes"

- TORONTO, June 1, 2017 (LifeSiteNews) — Ontario’s Kathleen Wynne Liberals have passed what critics describe as “totalitarian” Bill 89 by a vote of 63 to 23 on the last day before Queen’s Park adjourns for the summer.

Pro-family advocates warn Bill 89 gives the state more power to seize children from families that oppose the LGBTQI and gender ideology agenda, and allows government agencies to effectively ban couples who disagree with that agenda from fostering or adopting children.

“With the passage of Bill 89, we’ve entered an era of totalitarian power by the state, such as never witnessed before in Canada’s history,” says Jack Fonseca, senior political strategist for Campaign Life Coalition.

“We already see similar tyranny happening in other jurisdictions, such as Norway, where the main child protection service there, Barnevernet, has been involved in numerous high profile seizures of children from traditionally-principled families,” he added.

"The roots of communism: the socialist-communist reductions in Paraguay 1609-1767"

The Moron who created that meme knows S**T and nothing else. Everyone who believes that excrement has excrement where their brain should be. I will not waste my time refuting each lie individually.

[Blog Editor: Dajjal was a bit harsh yet I do see his reasoning. Let’s look at some of the post that interested Yurki:

Off the top of my head my knowledge of history recalls the Jesuits were originally formed as an organization to defend the tenets of the Roman Catholic Church from the Reformer Protestants who had grown weary of Catholic leadership excesses (HERE and HERE) that strayed from Biblical principles. History records the Catholic response as the Counter Reformation which did lead to some harsh wicked measures against non-Catholics such as Protestants, Jews, Muslims and Christian spinoffs such as the Cathars. The Cathars as a religious movement do not exist today because of this Counter Reformation better known as The Inquisition.

As such the Jesuits were brutal religious zealots and hardly atheistic Communists that Marx and Engels would later propagandize the world.

I am pleased the author of “The roots of communism …” doesn’t toss the entirety of all Jewry as a bunch of NWO Communists preparing to take over the globe:

There are Jews that are Leftist that are proud of their Jewish heritage but do not practice Judaism. These are the kind of Jews that have forgotten their history as to reasons they would walk 40-years in the Wilderness before entering the Promised; why Jews experienced good times and bad during the Judges period and why the Northern Kingdom of Israel and finally Judah were expelled from their God-given heritage. Each time was for losing their faith and loyalty to God Almighty (Yahweh). And finally, greedy Jewish leadership among the Sadducees and Pharisees resulted in a huge expulsion of Jews in the rebellions between 66 AD and 136 AD. (Yup I’m old school preferring Anno Domini over Christian Era – CE.) Even now it is my opinion Israel faces an existential crisis more from being divided between Left and Right than Western Antisemitism and Muslim Jew-hatred. But that’s just my opinion.

But alas, the author of “The roots of communism …” makes connections between Catholic Jesuits, Protestant FDR and Communist atheist monster Joseph Stalin of the USSR. Like Dajjal I have run out of gas in showing the load of illogic of the connections. Nonetheless, FDR’s cozying up to Stalin and the USSR does have some historical data of either political stupidity or political sympathy for the despotic Communist state.

Well, that’s all for now. No promises on further Yurki comments. If you have a fascination with this kind of thing as I do, Yurki has made plenty of comments supporting his frame of thinking. I don’t go along with much of Yurki’s thoughts, but that doesn’t mean he is absolutely off track either.

Understanding the Paradox of Freedom

An Independence Day message from the Christian news website Assist News provides a Christian perspective of Freedom. The first caught my attention because it was written by a person from a relatively small city in Oklahoma – Grove. I have lived most of the last 25-years in Oklahoma arriving from a small college town in Central Washington State (east of the Cascades) where I had grown up, went to High School and completed my college education.

Here is a teaser quote from the essay:

“At the very heart of the Christian gospel is the strange truth,” he continues, “that real freedom is found only in giving up everything secular culture touts as freedom. The gospel, it turns out, requires a distinction between the enjoyment of true freedom and the mere possession of ‘free will.’ Not that free will or independence from tyranny is a bad thing; they’re just not true freedom. True freedom, the gospel tells us, is trusting obedience, the obedience of faith. That’s not exactly the image one finds portrayed in popular culture.”

So, what does true freedom mean for those who choose to follow Christ? According to St. Augustine, true freedom is not choice or lack of constraint, but being what you are meant to be. “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery” -- Galatians 5:1 (NIV).

To most Americans, the word freedom connotes images of the American flag. We associate July 4 with the freedoms we’ve been granted by the U.S. Constitution. We celebrate our country’s independence with fireworks and parades.

According to dictionary.com, freedom means “the state of being free or at liberty rather than in confinement or under physical restraint.”

Physical freedom is denied those locked behind prison walls. But those who have discovered a relationship with Jesus while in prison will tell you they are, indeed, now free, in spite of the iron bars they peer through each day.

Found throughout the Bible, the word, “freedom,” is familiar to those who’ve read God’s Holy Word. John 8:32 says, “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

In an article by Roger Olson, he writes, “Unfortunately, two very different ideas of freedom get confused in many people’s minds. The biblical idea of freedom is different from, but easily confused with, the cultural value of the same name. And neither one is the same as “free will.” It can be confusing to the average Christian who wants to know what “real freedom” is. Is it having choices? Is it lack of coercion and constraint? Is it being able to do whatever you want? In what sense does Christ set us free, and how is that different from what Madison Avenue and Hollywood promise?

“At the very heart of the Christian gospel is the strange truth,” he continues, “that real freedom is found only in giving up everything secular culture touts as freedom. The gospel, it turns out, requires a distinction between the enjoyment of true freedom and the mere possession of ‘free will.’ Not that free will or independence from tyranny is a bad thing; they’re just not true freedom.

True freedom, the gospel tells us, is trusting obedience, the obedience of faith. That’s not exactly the image one finds portrayed in popular culture.”

So, what does true freedom mean for those who choose to follow Christ? According to St. Augustine, true freedom is not choice or lack of constraint, but being what you are meant to be.

For too many years of my adult life, I was a slave—a slave to other’s opinions, a slave to the false image I portrayed as someone who had her life together, a slave to the identities I slipped into because of cultural demands. I wasn’t experiencing true freedom. I wasn’t completely free until I embraced the woman God has created me to be.

“Humans were created in the image of God. True freedom, then,” writes Olson, “is not found in moving away from that image but only in living it out. The closer we conform to the true image of God, Jesus Christ, the freer we become. The farther we drift from it, the more our freedom shrinks.”

Only Christ can set us free.

After Starbucks staff mocks woman in Trump shirt, fellow supporters have AWESOME response

Pro-Trumpers Entering Starbucks

No matter where you personally stand on President Trump, you can’t deny he has a loyal fanbase of supporters who tend to not only stick up for their choice of leadership, but for one another as well.

More than 50 people decked out in pro-Trump gear jammed themselves into a small Starbucks store in Charlotte, North Carolina after some of the staff was accused of mocking a woman wearing a Trump shirt.

TheBlaze is reporting, The peaceful sit in, which began at 2 p.m., completely filled the Starbucks location — and even the parking lot, for a little while. The group had no demands, but instead wanted to stand up to a business they felt was disrespectful toward their political views, Mecklenburg County Republican Party board member James Tatro told The Charlotte Observer.

“We wanted the staff to see that Trump supporters are just as human as anyone else,” he said. “We live in a diverse city. It’s unacceptable in a modern society to make a customer feel uncomfortable, whether it’s a liberal business mistreating a conservativee customer or a conservative business mistreating a liberal customer.”

Members of the pro-Trump group told Fox 46 Charlotte that the sit-in started out a little tense, but the mood shifted when people started ordering beverages using names associated with the White House, like Vice President Mike Pence and Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

In a Facebook post about the event, the Mecklenburg County Republican Party described the sit-in as “a perfect example of a peaceful political demonstration.” The party said the group consisted of representatives from the board, Hispanics for Trump, Women for Trump, and Deplorable Pride, a pro-Trump LGBT group.

The original incident that sparked the demonstration involved Kayla Hart who claims that after she ordered a drink the staff laughed at her, shoved her order at her, and then shouted, “build a wall.”

The corporate office of Starbucks released a statement afterwards apologizing for the way Hart was treated, stating they “failed to meet this customer’s expectations of us, and we have apologized and are working directly with her to make it right.”

No one, regardless of their political affiliation should be mocked for showing support for an elected official at any level. That includes liberals.

Meet Allen West

Allen West was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia in the same neighborhood where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once preached. He is the third of four generations of military servicemen in his family.

CNN Caught Distorting News AGAIN!

CNN (aka the Communist News Network or Fake News Network) is not only a Left Stream Media leader in hate-Trump stories (NBC/MSNBC is right up there) it also is one the largest purveyors of Fake News against President Trump.

As such Project Veritas has exposed CNN – AGAIN – to disseminating Fake News with the agenda of making President Trump and CNN panelist Billy Baer appear as liars about voter fraud to the favor of the Dem Party.

First, a quote from Project Veritas about this toward the end of a post on their website:

Carr’s “direct co-workers,” are from the program New Day, hosted by Alisyn Camerota and Chris Cuomo, which hosted an eight-minute panel discussion featuring six Trump supporters.

Leaked audio from the segment–an hour and a half long–was provided to Project Veritas.

The audio proved that CNN had selectively edited the segment to make the Trump voters appear as conspiracy theorists.

Next, I will cross post the email alert from James O’Keefe of Project Veritas followed by the James O’Keefe tweet that has 2-minutes and 19-seconds of the 8-minute CNN/Camerota Panel.

As of the moment I was looking for corroboration, I could only find a USSA News story that utilizes InfoWars/Prison Planet as part of their source. (A source too often unjustly accused of fake Conspiracy Theories yet in many cases a quite justified accusation.) I am cross posting the USSA News story because it has the same footage the O’Keefe tweet has but with an added extra minute.

This morning, I released another Project Veritas video—where CNN anchor Alisyn Camerota engages in some questionable “selective editing,” in order to make a pro-Trump panelist look like a conspiracy theorist.

1.    Watch this video immediately.

2.    Tweet this video to President Trump (@RealDonaldTrump)—showing him that the American people are standing behind him when it comes to combating CNN’s fake news.

In the video, Alisyn Camerota skeptically asks a panelist, Billy Baer, if there’s any proof of President Trump’s claims that there was widespread voter fraud in the 2016 election.

Baer says he doesn’t personally have any concrete proof—and the video cuts off his answer, making him look like a conspiracy theorist.

But, in the full audio obtained by Project Veritas, CNN cuts out Baer’s next sentence: where he references a Project Veritas video that exposed how easy it is to fraudulently obtain a ballot, at polling places all across the country.

When we say that CNN is peddling “fake news,” we don’t just mean they’re making up stories. They’re also twisting words, taking opinions out of context, and misrepresenting the facts in order to build a narrative that doesn’t exist.

CNN Accused Of Editing Out Eyewitness Testimony Of Voter Fraud

CNN has been accused of deceptively editing a statement from an interviewee to omit the part where he describes the voter fraud he personally witnessed when he worked as a poll watcher.

As Infowars reports, the accusation stems from Project Veritas’ latest video exposing the inner workings of CNN.

In the Project Veritas video, the organization’s head James O’Keefe refers to an eight minute segment CNN aired on March 30.

That segment involved a forum of Americans discussing their views on President Donald Trump.

One of those Americans was William Baer, who stated that during his time as a poll watcher, he saw people being bussed in to polling stations.

If Baer’s remarks were to be proven true, they would give credence to President Donald Trump’s concerns about voter fraud in the 2016 election, which Democrats have been very quick to denounce.

Unfortunately, according to O’Keefe, Baer’s full explanation for what he saw never made it to air.

O’Keefe’s report contains the raw audio of the March 30 segment which shows that Baer’s explanation – during which he states that, during his time as a poll watcher in New Jersey, he personally witnessed lax voter registration standards that would make it very easy to commit voter fraud – was cut out from the piece completely.

“The piece suggests that Baer did not have a legitimate answer to [CNN host Alisyn] Camerota’s question – in actuality the answer was cut because it didn’t fit their narrative – this is a textbook lie of omission,” claims James O’Keefe.

News of CNN’s obvious selective editing comes as the battle concerning whether or not President Donald Trump is correct to be concerned about voter fraud rages on.

Earlier today, CNN had Kentucky’s Democratic Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes on air to accuse President Donald Trump of attempting to justify his lies with his voter fraud panel’s recent request for information to aid in its investigation.
