Squeezing CAIR

CAIR - Hamas

Ever since the book exposé Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld that’s Conspiring to Islamize America was published a law enforcement magnifying glass should have been placed on the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). The book Muslim Mafia is based on a private sting operation in which Chris Gaubatz pretended to be a Muslim and became embedded in undercover mode to gain the trust of CAIR officials. Chris Gaubatz was successful in his mission for thousands of documents were apprehended which in turn was turned into the book by the authors Paul David Gaubatz and Paul Sperry.

The book Muslim Mafia was so upsetting to exposing CAIR that the American-Islamic group has tried to use Legal Jihad to discredit the Gaubatz-Sperry author team. Coupling the exposé with the fact that CAIR was named as an unindicted coconspirator in the HLF trial in Dallas that convicted those Muslim so-called charity leaders for funneling money to Islamic terrorist organization Hamas, that even the FBI could no longer ignore anti-American activities. The FBI cut CAIR off as a consultant on how to deal with American-Muslims in a way that respects the Islamic faith.

Now the IRS has stripped CAIR of its tax deductable status because of the failure to fully report from whence donations came. The failure of CAIR to reveal their legally mandated duty to report all donations as a tax exempt NGO has led Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) to call upon the IRS to determine if CAIR has received foreign money in violation of the law.

In the 1930s, mobster Al Capone had everyone in his pocketbook making him nearly untouchable. The law enforcement that was not corrupt had a near impossible time in nailing Capone for a crime. Then finally got a bright idea: If Capone could not be nailed for his mobster empire of illegal enterprises, then let’s get him for tax evasion.

The IRS could actually be the law enforcement agency that finally exposes CAIR. The IRS seems to have its own rule of law which I have usually railed against. However this time, if the IRS successfully exposes CAIR’s dark anti-American activities then the IRS will be a hero agency – at least for the moment.
